Abstract

This research was based on the increase of campaign attributes to welcome presidential election in 2014 which ruined the aesthetic of Bandung and ruined twitter usage by public, particularly the youth. Presidential election is one of the political participations used by Indonesian citizens. It goes every five years. Therefore, citizens need to know and recognize the figures of the candidates to prevent them from choosing the wrong one. But, this every-five-year democratic party frequently ruined the aesthetic of city. The campaign attributes brought by team success of candidates were often embedded randomly. People concerned it as a non effective way to introduce presidential candidates. The development of science and technology has apparently affected all of human aspects, including politics. One of the new phenomenon happened to global society is cyberspace communication (twitter). The twitter facilitates people to know every information, track record, and trending topic about Indonesian presidential candidates in 2014. Students, as youth, has also taken their part in this election. Their parts were very important. The widespread use of twitter among students who have the right to choose definitely influenced their preference as young voters. This research has three questions, (1) how are students’ presidential candidates preferences in Bandung?, (2) what are the biggest factors that influenced students’ presidential candidates preferences in Bandung?, (3) how much the influence of twitter among students or young voters in Bandung towards their presidential candidates preferences? The writer used several theories to analyze the data. First of all, the writer used persuasive theory from Dan Nimo for X variable. Next, the writer used voters’ preferences theory from Ridwan for Y variable. In addition, the writer also took the survey using quantitave approach to find out the correlation between twitter and students’ preferences in Bandung towards presidential elections in 2014. The results of this research indicated that (1) young voters or students’ preferences in Bandung were twitter figures and popularities. It took 86% coefficient of determination. (2) the biggest factor which was influenced students’ preferences in Bandung was peer group’s opinions. It took 88% coefficient of determination. (3) social network –twitter- as socialization media of presidential candidates in 2014 had influenced young voters or students’ preferences in Bandung. It took 72% coefficient of determination.

Abstract

Salah satu fungsi partai politik adalah Pendidikan Politik bagi kader dan masyarakat. Akan tetapi selama ini Partai Politik seringkali “mengarbit” kadernya untuk berlaga di kancah pemilihan umum baik tingkat lokal maupun nasional yang mengakibatkan kurangnya literasi akan politik. Penelitian ini hendak menjawab tentang program pendidikan politik bagi kader partai politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Lokus penelitian ini yaitu kader partai politik dan anggota DPRD Kab. Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan triangulasi data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa Pendidikan Politik di Partai Politik kurikulumnya dibuat langsung oleh Dewan Pimpinan Pusat dari Partai Politik dan ada beberapa tingkatan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan politiknya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the legal awareness of traders in paying retribution at Alfa Indah Market, North Petukangan Village, and to find out what factors cause obedient and disobedient traders to pay retribution. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Research time in May-June 2021. The data collection procedure was carried out by means of observation, interviews through informants and key informants, and to complete it, a documentation study was carried out. Interviews with 12 informants, namely market traders and 1 key informant, namely market retribution collectors. And carry out the confirmation process to an expert, namely a lecturer at the State University of Semarang. The findings of this research is that the legal awareness of traders in Alfa Indah market regarding paying market retribution can be seen that most of the traders already know the law related to Law No. 28 of 2009 concerning market retribution. The average trader also understands the contents related to the purpose and benefits of market retribution in accordance with Law No. 28 of 2009. In terms of legal attitude and legal behavior, most traders have complied with the regulation of paying market retribution. Although there are still traders who have not fully comply with these regulations. Then, the factor that motivates traders to pay market fees is the responsibility factor for obligations. Meanwhile, the factors that motivate traders are not aware of paying market levies, namely economic factors/income and education factors. Abstract

Permasalahan dalam pembelajaran sejarah terlihat adanya kecenderungan transfer informasi dari guru kepada siswa kurang memperhatikan keterampilan intelektual dan peningkatan kesadaran sejarah peserta didik. Pembelajaran sejarah di sekolah lebih banyak menekankan hafalan dan menggunakan metode ceramah, sehingga membosankan. Terdapat pemahaman keliru tentang belajar sejarah yang sering dianalogkan dengan belajar hapalan tentang tokoh-tokoh sejarah, peristiwa-peristiwa sejarah, waktu peristiwa, dan kejadian-kejadian sejarah. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkan pembelajaran sejarah yang dapat mengajak siswa berpikir kritis dan dapat memetik manfaat dari belajar sejarah, sehingga tumbuh dan berkembang kesadaran sejarahnya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana dalam penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif yaitu untuk mengetahui atau menggambarkan kenyataan dari kejadian yang diteliti dalam rangka mengetahui dan memahami cara pembelajaran sejarah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran sejarah dalam era globalisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian library riset. Sesuai dengan kompleksitas dan globalnya kecenderungan dan perkembangan masyarakat dalam perjalanan sejarahnya, maka sudah pada tempatnya apabila persepektif pengajaran sejarah berorientasi pada masa depan. Hal ini berarti akan memerlukan orientasi, atau mungkin lebih tepat perluasan wawasan pengajaran sejarah, yaitu dari orientasi pengajaran sejarah yang menekankan aspek masa kelampauannya (past oriented), perlu diperluas kearah orientasi pengajaran sejarah berwawasan masa depan (future oriented). Di tengah iklim globalisasi, ilmu sejarah tetap diperlukan baik sebagai penopang identitas nasional, maupun problem solver masalah-masalah lokal, regional, nasional, dan global.

Abstract

This research was conducted by researchers to find out how important the implementation of multicultural education is in preventing the development of radicalism among students through Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects. As a result of the development of radicalism, there is a lack of tolerance for others which results in the loss of a sense of unity and integrity among students. In this study, the researcher used a case study method, using a qualitative approach. The data collection used is through interviews and literature studies. The population in this study were all students in one of the Pasundan Vocational Schools in Bandung. The sample of this research is representatives of class XI students as many as 11 people. Through interviews with Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers and student representatives. The results show that the learning process of Pancasila and Citizenship Education by implementing multicultural education makes learning activities more active so that they can instill diversity or multicultural values ​​and prevent students from the impact of radicalism such as acts of intolerance among students. So we can conclude that the implementation of multicultural education has an impact on preventing the development of radicalism among students through Pancasila and citizenship education subjects.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to describe the application of "lesson study" using the learning model "Problem Based Learning" (PBL) on PPKn subjects to improve problem solving skills in students. Type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. Learners of class VII A Junior High School in Bandung City as the subject of research. This research data is based on the results of "plan", "do", and "see". Processing data with triangulation techniques. The conclusion of the research results is the implementation of "lesson study" using the learning model "Problem Based Learning" (PBL) which is carried out in accordance with the stages of "lesson study" which is "plan", "do", "see". "Lesson study" contributes to a more mature learning planning process, so that teachers feel better prepared in implementing learning. Effective learning can improve the quality of PPKn learning. The implementation of a well-designed "lesson study" can make teachers more creative and innovative in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning. Abstract

Indonesian struggle since the pioneering Indonesian nationalist movement, the youth play an active role as the spearhead in delivering the nation of Indonesia is an independent, unified and sovereign. Youth has a function and a strategic role so that the need to develop the potential and its role through awareness, empowerment, and development as part of national development. Indonesia is a country with a large number of youth so that needs guidance. Youth is one of the appropriate container in building and preparing the younger generation and printing leadership cadres of our nation's future. Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam waktu belakangan ini Indonesia mengalami krisis karakter dengan di buktikannya fenomena-fenomena kriminalitas dan kekerasan yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan, perisitiwa tersebut menggambarkan bahwasanya banyak terjadi penyimpangan-penyimpangan perilaku amoral dimana interaksi dan kerjasama siswa melalui pembelajaran PKn itu sangat si butuhkan. Pada dasarnya pendidikan itu di bentuk dengan tujuan agar peserta didik dapat menerapkan reliabilitas, sosialitas, kemandirian dan kecinta tanah airan, maka dari itu peran guru sebagai orang tua ke dua di sekolah sangatlah penting apalagi dengan adanya revolusi 4.0 yaitu di mana peserta didik biasanya akan lebih pintar dari pada guru dan segala informasi bisa di peroleh dengan mudah hanya dengan mengandalkan handphone. Pendidikan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan setiap indiviu-individu karena untuk mewujudkan pendidikan nasional dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, di dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran haruslah kondusif, interaktif dan kreatif. Mata pelajaran PPKn itu seharusnya dapat memilih metode pembelajaran yang sangat menarik minat peserta didik agar peserta didik tersebut tidak bosan dengan mata pelajaran PPKn. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan, Krisis Karakter, Interaksi Siswa, Minat, Kerjasama ABSTRACT In recent times Indonesia has experienced a character crisis with the proven phenomena of criminality and violence occurring in the world of education, this event illustrates that there are many immoral deviations in which the interaction and cooperation of students through Civics learning is very necessary. Basically education is in the form that the students can apply the reliability, sociality, independence and love of the homeland, therefore the role of the teacher as the second parent in school is very important especially with the existence of revolution 4.0 which is where students will usually be more smarter than the teacher and all information can be obtained easily just by relying on mobile phones. Education has a very important role for the lives of every individual because in order to realize national education in order to educate the nation's life, the implementation of the learning process must be conducive, interactive and creative. The subject of PPKn should be able to choose a learning method that is very interesting to students so that the students are not bored with the PPKn subjects. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the transformation of local wisdom values in the art of angklung as the basis for developing community civic culture. This research is motivated by the author's anxiety about regional cultural shocks in people's lives which have now undergone modernization, where global culture enters and nests without being prevented. So that the values of local wisdom in it are eroded and even disappear, this will erode the character of the Indonesian nation contained in civic culture which is reflected through culture and art. This research uses a phenomenological study method with a qualitative approach. This research shows several things, including: (1) The values of local wisdom in the art of angklung in Angklung Village are transformed in the way the community behaves, where local culture is used as a guideline, source of knowledge, and life strategy in carrying out daily activities, which is poured into a social institution. (2) The transformation of local wisdom values can be realized through continuous innovation to adapt to the changing situation and conditions of the times, which is carried out by adapting the traditional culture that is owned, namely the art of angklung with the influence of developing foreign cultures. (3) The values of local wisdom can be effectively realized through the field of art, because art is formed from culture which is the result of community creation which is passed down from generation to generation which is used as a tradition and identity of a society. The arts and culture are merged into a civic culture that supports the community because it is related to social behavior in society so that it can be used as a national identity.

Abstract

enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pada masyarakat adat Kampung Mahmud, berlokasi di RW 04, Desa Mekarrahayu, Kecamatan Margaasih, Kabupaten Bandung, provinsi Jawa Barat yang masih dipegang teguh dan diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-sehari sampai saat ini. Dalam upaya pengungkapannya, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus (case study) yang dilakukan secara intensif, mendalam, mendetail dan komprehensif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi literatur, wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat adat Kampung Mahmud adalah nilai disiplin, keteraturan, efisiensi, kesederhanaan, hemat, saling menghormati, saling menjaga, saling menghargai, keteguhan, keserasian, kemanfaatan, keharmonisan, religius, ketaatan, saling menjaga, rela berkorban, ketaatan, kepatuhan, tanggung jawab, kesadaran hukum, dan saling menjaga dan kepasrahan, yang tercermin dalam larangan-larangan, lingkup seni (seni bangunan / arsitektur, dan seni suara), pandangan hidup masyarakat, dan pepatah masyarakat adat Kampung Mahmud; (2) Pranata sosial yang membelajarkan nilai-nilai karakter pada generasi selanjutnya adalah dalam pranata keluarga, agama dan pendidikan, dengan teknik pembelajaran melalui pengajian keagamaan dan pesantren; (3) Faktor-faktor internal yang menjadi penguat bertahannya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal adalah masih banyak sesepuh-sesepuh Kampung Mahmud yang tahu betul tentang riwayat dan ajaran-ajaran dari Waliyullah Eyang Abdul Manaf, dan faktor eksternalnya adalah perhatian dari pemerintah daerah dalam rangka menjaga dan melestarikan daerah adat yang sudah sejak lama ada.
