Abstract

Letter is a communication to convey written information by one party to another party. At the Medan Regional I Office, physically still using archive folders which are then stored in file cabinets, where this method is less efficient and takes a long time. In an agency or company, mail management is very important in the administrative process. So the researchers made an application design using the Dreamweaver editor and using the PHP programming language, with database processing using MySQL. So it is hoped that the mail management process is carried out properly, quickly and easily. With the E-Letter Archive application, it is hoped that it can reduce the use of a long time in filing letters, as well as reduce paper use, speed up the search for letters.

Abstract

The Nusantara Faction is a combination of several parties, namely the United Development Party (PPP), Perindo Party and the National Awakening Party (PKB) which are in charge of running the government. The Nusantara Faction is in the government office of the North Sumatra Province Regional House of Representatives (DPRD-SU). In order to carry out their duties smoothly, the Nusantara Faction requires work goods and equipment. The system for managing demand for goods in the Nusantara Faction is still carried out conventionally, namely data for managing demand for goods still uses paper. The current system still has a shortage of inputting data for managing demand for goods, causing quite a long time. The goal to be achieved is to make it easier for staff    who work in the Nusantara Faction in carrying out and managing requests for goods in the Nusantara Faction can be run online. So it is necessary to have a web-based goods demand management application which is expected to be able to overcome the problems that occur in the Nusantara Faction. With this application, it can make it easier to input data for managing demand for goods and provide solutions to overcome problems during the process of inputting data for managing demand for goods.

Abstract

Archives are important documents that are stored with the aim that if they are needed again the archive will be easy to find. Archives have an important role in the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of North Sumatra Province, so it is hoped that the archive management process is good, fast, and easy. If the archives are not managed properly it will have an impact on the difficulty of finding information and this can hinder the next stage of work. Departing from these problems, a digitalized information system is needed to record these documents. Therefore, archives must be managed with a good and correct management system. This study discusses the design of a document archiving information system according to the needs of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of North Sumatra Province based on the system design that has been compiled including use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. The Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of North Sumatra Province still uses the manual method in managing archives, so with the creation of this system, it is hoped that it can help the work of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of North Sumatra Province in terms of archive management. Searching data is also easier and faster because officers or employees do not need to look for archives in books or files listing items that have piled up because they can look at the archive database in the agency.

Abstract

BAPPEDA of North Sumatra Province is one of the government agencies in charge of carrying out government affairs in the field of regional planning and development. BAPPEDA conducts inventory recording activities that are still manual with the given standardization. Weak supervision has a negative impact on management so that reporting of receipts or expenditures of goods and supervision of the use of goods is hampered. It is necessary to make improvements in the management of government-owned inventories in order to increase the effectiveness and accuracy of better data so that it does not require a long time in the processing process. Departing from these problems, a digitalized information system is needed to record inventory of goods. So, the goods data contained in the agency can be stored in the database to avoid loss and other unwanted things. This system will play a role in the goods inventory process which includes archiving goods data, ongoing goods transactions, and detailed reporting on goods at the agency. Searching data is also easier and faster because officers or employees do not need to look for archives in books or files listing items that have piled up because they can look at the inventory database at the agency. This well-digitized inventory system is expected to assist and improve services at the agency and to carry out better supervision.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara II Kwala Madu plantation still uses the conventional system, especially for reports on fertilizer inputs and expenditures. So it is necessary to create a website-based application using the bootstrap framework and MySQL in order to help employees work more efficiently. The data collection technique used is by conducting observations and interviews. After doing the research, the writer implements the results of the research using a bootstrap framework and web-based MySQL which can help the work process. So that it can help employees work more accurately and efficiently.

Abstract

PT.Telkom Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. Telkom provides fixed wireline services, fixed wireless telephone services, mobile telephone services, data/internet and other multimedia services. PT.Telkom Indonesia has an information technology-based information system that can support and support employee performance every day. This information technology is a Web-based OSASE Information System. This OSASE information system functions as an early warning against disturbances in the CME (Civil Mechanical Electrical) sub-division system.

Abstract

Attendance is an activity carried out by a person to prove himself or not present in a meeting. The current condition of the presence of the meeting in the High Cliff City Diskominfo is still done by manual handwriting. This is ineffective and efficient and causes inaccurate attendance data obtained,so a system is needed that makes attendance effective and efficient for employees of the agency. Therefore, the Meeting Attendance System Design was created using a Web-based QR Code with PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system was created aimed at facilitating the process of the presence of agency employees and making it easier for High Cliff Diskominfo in the data of employees who have done absenteeism. The system is made by utilizing QR Code technology to make it easier for employees to do attendance absences no longer write manuals but by only scanning QR Codes when for absence. The system created has a QR Code scanning feature from qr code that has been created in admin, for scanning can use a webcam on a Personal Computer(PC). The implementation of this QR Code, is expected to make the attendance system easier and is expected to facilitate employees of the High Cliff City Diskominfo in carrying out meeting absences.

Abstract

The North Sumatra DPRD Secretariat already has an official website containing data and information, namely http://dprd-sumutprov.go.id. However, because this system is based on a website, and the location feature is not available, users will not get information about various DPRDs in North Sumatra along with finding locations and routes to the location accurately. The mobile-based Geographic Information System (GIS) for the North Sumatra DPRD Secretariat is a mobile-based GIS application using Fire Goggle Maps that integrates the Global Positioning System (GPS), either via Android or iOS which is directly connected to Google maps which can be accessed via the internet. The purpose of this system was built for the public to get information about the various locations and routes of DPRD in North Sumatra easily and simply because it can be operated wherever and whenever the user is. Users of this system will be taken to the main page which directs the user to login first so that the user can login directly using a google account or create an account. The purpose of creating a user account is to obtain more accurate mapping information when a user searches for the location of the North Sumatra DPRD, Regency/City DPRD, and City. Applications made can present information based on the selection of each type and provide the closest view of the user's position. The application was made to have an impact on the progress of the North Sumatra Regional House of Representatives Secretariat in technology development.

Abstract

Network complaints services at the Tebing Tinggi City Communications and Information Office are handled by IT Support, complaints reports regarding network or device problems are received by telephone or Service employees come directly to the office with hardware included. IT Support uses Microsoft Word as an application to input report data regarding network complaints, this system is considered ineffective and can cause errors during input. This study aims to design and build a web-based network complaint application using the codeigniter and bootsrap framework. As for designing this website system, the researcher uses programming, namely MySQL as the database and PHP as the programming language, while the system development method uses Waterfall. The results of this study are a website-based network complaint application which is expected to provide a solution so that service and data processing of network complaints can be handled more quickly.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies experienced a decline or went bankrupt, so they had to reduce the number of workers and even close the company. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is a public legal entity that is responsible to the president and functions to administer four programs, namely Work Accident Insurance (JKK), Death Insurance (JKM), Old Age Security (JHT), with the addition of the Pension Guarantee program ( JP). One of them is the submission of claims from too many participants of the Old Age Security program from various regions, especially the Langkat sub-district, so that it becomes a big problem to provide good service or information for the participants. For this reason, the author tries to create a system to support a computerized grouping process that can help automatically classify JHT claims by region, so there is an opportunity to design a grouping data mining system in it. Data mining is a process of mining data in very large amounts of data using statistical, mathematical methods, to utilize the latest artificial intelligence technology. Clustering is a method that is applied in creating a grouping data mining system to make it easier for employees to group JHT by region. Based on the analysis that has been done in the grouping of old-age insurance data using the clustering method, it is necessary to do the cluster process several times to get the same results according to the process that was first carried out, namely in cluster 1 : 2 3 2 cluster 2 : 2 8 2, cluster 3: 2 13 2 with 545 data in cluster 1, 308 data in cluster 2 and 421 data in cluster 3.
