Comment: Journal of Community Empowerment is a scientific journal published by Faculty of Economy and Business, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. This journal aims to publish conceptual thinking and ideas based on community services activities. This journal contains the publication of various activities for handling and managing various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in the community. The implementation of service activities also involves the participation of the community and partners. The service activities are arranged in an activity that aims to improve the welfare of the community. Comment: Journal of Community Empowerment has a focus on developing science in the field of community service. The scope includes training, marketing, local food security, appropriate technology, community empowerment, social access, border areas, less developed areas, and education for sustainable development.

Abstract

Kranggan Village is one of the villages in Ngajum District, Malang Regency, East Java Province., There are still a small number of MSMEs and there are still many housewives who have unproductive time. So that this makes one of the good potentials for developing MSME entrepreneurs. Empowerment of Housewives to Improve the Family Economy, most of whom are also farmers with various agricultural products spread across the region.Basically, the purpose of implementing Community Service is to be able to provide new ideas about Entrepreneurship and to motivate housewives who are coordinated as PKK members and youths who are coordinated in the Karang Taruna group in order to open their horizons to carry out entrepreneurial activities.The target to be achieved is to become a creative community and be able to make processed products made from agricultural products such as bananas, cassava, corn, and other products to be used as an idea to become an opportunity for entrepreneurship so that it can increase family income and can use it for entrepreneurship in making food. light.The method of implementing community service is to offer counseling and training and discussions about the process of making snacks. While the implementation of community service in November 2021.The results and outputs targeted by the service are with training to make appropriate products in the form of snacks, the people who take part in the training will become entrepreneurs, especially making snacks so that they can increase their understanding and knowledge about entrepreneurship in making snacks and can improve the family economy. There are 2 mothers who have started a business, namely catering and sewing services through can be used as an example and can motivate other mothers and youth organizations, especially through SMEs using social media as a marketing tool where every training participant has a cellphone/android. Hopefully, this community service can provide new enthusiasm after experiencing the Covid-19 Pandemic and bring the Kranggan village community to be more advanced and prosperous. Meanwhile, the results of the service will also be submitted to the journal of the Community Empowerment Tehnokrat Indonesia University. Keywords: : 1,entrepreneurship,2, processed products, 3,agricultural products, 4,Kranggan Village.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi generasi Z dalam mengahadapi permasalahan dan pemanfaatan sosial media untuk membangun karir di era digital. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SMA 1 Natar, Lampung selatan. Hasil pengabdian ini para siswa-siswi yang masuk kedalam generasi Z, telah memiliki pemahaman tentang pemanfaatan media sosial dan juga tantangan karir yang dihadapi di era digital. Generasi Z juga telah memahami bahwa mereka perlu belajar bagaimana menjadi kreativitas, inovatif, berpikir kritis, mampu memecahkan masalah dan mampu mengambil keputusan. Hal ini dapat dicapai dengan mengikuti berbagai pelatihan dan organisasi di dalam sekolah.

Abstract

Pengetahuan mengenai literasi keuangan serta analisis big data merupakan hal yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh semua siswa/siswi yang ada di Indonesia khususnya yang ada di Lampung. Dengan memiliki pengetahuan tersebut di harapkan siswa/siswi dapat memiliki bekal untuk bersaing dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Peningkatan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh siswa/siswi akan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada di daerah serta meningkatkan daya saing global. Melalui kegiatan PKM ini, telah terjadi peningkatan kompetensi siswa/siswi SMK Islam Adiluwih Pringsewu yang menjadi sasaran mitra kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Desa Alam Panjang merupakan merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya Kabupaten Kampar. Desa ini memiliki luas kurang lebih 3.600 Hektar dengan jumlah penduduk lebih dari 800 KK. Sebagian besar penduduk desa Alam Panjang merupakan seorang petani kebun karet dan sawit. Hasil perkebunan yang melimpah menjadikan salah satu anggota PKK Alam Panjang memanfaatkan hal tersebut sebagai kreativitas yang dapat bermanfaat dan dikembangkan oleh masyarakat lainnya. Dengan berbahan dasarkan buah kelapa sawit dapat menjadi dodol tradisional yang enak dan mudah dibuat. Dengan adanya olahan dodol kelapa sawit ini dapat membantu UMKM warga desa Alam Panjang.

Abstract

The problem that is being faced by the world at this time is the waste problem, even in Indonesia itself it has not been resolved. Especially in Pulau Payung Village, which needs special attention regarding waste due to the crisis in the existence of trash bins, therefore the procurement of trash bins is carried out. The purpose of this activity is to increase public awareness about disposing of waste in its place so that the environment becomes cleaner and healthier. This activity consists of four stages, namely the preparation, implementation, final and evaluation stages. The evaluation was carried out by interviewing several resource persons involved in village management. The results of the service are considered quite good because they can encourage public awareness about cleanliness so that the environment becomes cleaner and healthier.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memanfaatkan limbah tempurung kelapa yang ada dimasyarakat dengan mengolahnya menjadi briket. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kualitas briket arang tempurung kelapa yang baik untuk digunakan sebagai bahan bakar alternatif. Pembatasan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu tepung kanji dan tepung sagu dengan perbandingan komposisi 90:10. Tekanan pengepresan yang digunakan yaitu 2000kg/cm2. Suhu pengeringan yaitu100°C menggunakan panas matahari selama 3 hari. Suhu karbonisasi adalah 500°C. Tempurung kelapa yaitu 1 kg, perbandingan perekat adalah 100 gram/0,2 liter air dan tidak menggunakan pelapis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pirolisis dengan proses pembakaran menggunakan tungku pembakaran tertutup dan pengayakan menggunakan ayakan dengan ukuran 40-60 mesh. Selanjutnya pengujian kualitas briket yaitu kadar air briket (%), kadar abu briket (%), kadar zat menguap (volatile matters) (%), kadar karbon terikat (fixed carbon) (%), pengukuran kerapatan (density) (g/cm2), berat jenis (kg/m3), pengukuran laju pembakaran (gr/menit) dan keteguhan tekan (kg/cm2). Hasil pengujian kualitas briket arang tempurung kelapa didapatkan nilai rata-rata kadar air adalah 3,42 %, nilai rata-rata kadar abu adalah 3,318 %, nilai rata-rata kadar zat menguap adalah3,31%, nilai rata-rata kadar karbon terikat adalah 93,37%, nilai rata-rata kerapatan adalah 1,55g/cm3,nilai rata-rata berat jenis adalah 1,52×10-6 kg/m2.s2, nilai rata-rata laju pembakaran adalah 0,342g/cm2, nilai rata-rata keteguhan tekan adalah 761,5N/m2.Kata kunci: Arang briket, alternatif, pandai besi

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada para pekerja pandai besi desa Teratak tentang pentingnya Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), sehingga tercipta kenyamanan dan keamanan dalam bekerja. Adapun kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah memberikan penyuluhan tentang K3, cara melaksanakan K3 dan bahaya tidak melaksanakan K3.Melalui metode ini permasalahan yang teridentifikasi akan teratasi dengan dilakukannya penyuluhan K3. Abstract

The challenges for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are getting bigger as a result of the complex economic environment. MSMEs need to have good financial management skills. Financial management is an important element of overall business management. With financial management, MSMEs can make decisions about inventory planning and pricing, sufficient cash flow to maintain business operations and for better business forecasting and projections. Effective financial management will affect the overall profit of MSMEs. Financial management through the preparation of financial reports will have a positive impact on MSMEs in optimizing their business in the long term.This community service program is designed to provide solutions and assist CV Zerone in conducting financial management. This community service program is carried out because there is no comprehensive financial reporting system at CV Zerone so that owners have difficulty measuring the company's financial performance. This activity is carried out by providing training and assistance in making financial reports. The objectives of this community service program are: 1) providing education on the importance of financial reports for the company, 2) assisting CV Zerone in preparing comprehensive financial reports to show financial performance, 3) assisting CV Zerone in analyzing financial reports to improve company performance. This community service program makes CV Zerone able to make comprehensive financial reports, gain skills to analyze the results of financial reports and be able to make strategic decisions to optimize its financial performance.

Abstract

Suban Village is located in Merbau Mataram District, South Lampung Regency, is an area that has great potential in producing food, handicraft, textile and agribusiness industries. One of the industries that is developing is the cracker industry, which is a home or family industry that makes this industry a source of family income. With the assistance activities carried out by this community service team regarding financial records, it will be able to increase understanding of simple financial records. As a result of the activities carried out, MSME actors stated that it was not difficult to keep records, it was easy to calculate sales profits properly. With an understanding of financial reports, business management will be better so that it can build a strong business, and win the competition in the long term.

Abstract

Teknologi di Indonesia saat ini sangat pesat dengan ditandainya usaha-usaha dagang yang didirikan. Setiap perusahaan umumnya memiliki sistem pencatatan yag membantu pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional. Pencatatan transaksi dengan bantuan komputer adalah hal yang sudah biasa, baik dilingkungan perusahaan kecil maupun besar. Kondisi tersebut terjadi karena beberapa keunggulan dalam pengelolaan data transaksi dibandingkan dengan pengolahan data transaksi secara manual. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa resiko yang terjadi karena pencatatan yang  masih dilakukan secara manual mengakibatkan kurang efektif dan efesiennya dalam melakukan pekerjaan sehingga menimbulkan resiko kurang tertatanya pencatatan dalam kegiatan perusahaan. Dalam hal ini perusahaan dapat melakukan salah satu cara pengoptimalan pencatatan kedalam sistematis atau komputerisasi agar lebih efektif dan efesiennya dalam melakukan kegiatan perusahaan dan memudahkan pekerjaan.Kata kunci : Optimalisasi, Pencatatan, Ms. Excel
