Sekaligus nantinya dapat diaplikasikan di tengah masyarakat. Ruang Lingkup JIPSI di bidang Manajemen melingkupi: Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen SDM, Manajemen Keuangan, dan yang berhubungan. Sedangkan di bidang Informatika mencakup: Ilmu komputer secara umum, Sistem Informasi, Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK/DSS), Sistem Pakar (ES), Jaringan (Networking), Cyber Security. Termasuk juga bidang yang berkaitan dengan kedua hal tersebut seperti: Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Big Data, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, dan sejenisnya.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih dapat membantu dari bidang apapun untuk memberikan hasil terbaik dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan termasuk dalam pencatatan meteran 3 phasa. Dalam pencatatan meteran 3 phasa diperlukan waktu yang cepat dan tepat untuk menyelesaikannya. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut perlu dibuat rute tercepat dalam pencatatan meteran 3 phasa. Salah satu teknik yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan algoritma dijkstra yang merupakan salah satu algoritma terbaik untuk menentukan rute terpendek. Selain itu digunakan metode fuzzy mamdani untuk menentukan bobot yang digunakan dalam algoritma dijkstra berdasarkan variabel jarak, waktu pencatatan, dan persimpangan yang dilalui. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi dalam pencatatan meteran 3 phasa agar waktu yang dibutuhkan dapat dimanfaatkan dengan seefisien mungkin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah rute terpendek dari tempat awal dan tempat tujuan. Kata Kunci : algoritma dijkstra, fuzzy mamdani, rute terpendek, 3 phasa

Abstract

ABSTRACT Clustering is the process of grouping data into clusters based on certain parameters so that the objects within a cluster have a high degree of similarity to one another and very similar to other objects in the different clusters. Fuzzy C-Means is included in one of the clustering technique. In this paper Fuzzy C-Means technique is used to segment the amount of electrical energy consumption at certain hours on the same day. The results of this study were obtained after 15 iterations. And obtained two cluster centers. For cluster 1 consists of 5 members, and cluster 2 consists of 1 member. Abstract

ABSTRACT Education Unit Senior High School / Madrasah Aliyah must have a school accreditation ratings, as listed in the Regulation of the Minister of National Education Republic of Indonesia No. 52 of 2008. Obtaining accreditation ratings from the implementation of school education units to eight National Education Standards. The algorithm used the Backpropagation with Momentum. Neural network used has one input layer consisting of 8 nodes, one hidden layer with n nodes are randomly determined by the activation function, and an output layer with 3 nodes form a prediction rank accreditation, accreditation B and accreditation C with the function of accreditation purelin activation. The data is separated into two parts, ie data to be trained and the data that will be tested. Training and testing was conducted using the software Matlab 6.1 with the tested network architecture that is 8-2-1, 8-5-1, 8-9-1, and 8-12-1, which concludes the result of processing with matlab 21 for data sharing training and 21 data for testing with the architectural pattern of 8-5-1 is the best pattern with the percentage of 100% truth. Abstract

ABSTRACT Students in the Education Unit High School (SMA) must determine when the department will increase from class X to class XI, as noted in the Director General SK Mendikdasmen No.12/C/Kep/TU/2008 dated 12 February 2008 on the Consult Report Preparation learning (LHB) of Students SMA (SBC). Determination of majors students from nine criteria specified. The algorithm used is the Backpropagation with Momentum. Neural network used has an input layer consisting of nine pieces of nodes, one hidden layer with n nodes are randomly determined by the activation function, and an output layer with 2 pieces of input nodes majoring in science and social studies majors with purelin activation function. Data is separated into two parts, ie the data to be trained and the data that will be tested. Training and testing was conducted using the software Matlab 6.1 with the tested network architecture that is 9-2-1, 9-4-1, 9-6-1, and 9-9-1, where the results of processing with matlab menyimpulkam sharing of data 120 for training and 48 data for testing the architectural pattern of 9-9-1 is the best pattern to the percentage of 100% truth. Abstract

ABSTRACT The distribution system of BPJS service in hospitals or commonly called incentives is based on hospital leaders policy in terms of giving incentives to all hospital employees. Actually the distribution system used is not easy but it is also a very difficult distribution pattern. This division of services refers to the assessment of the index points of each employee. At Mayjen H.A. Thalib Kerinci Hospital data processing incentive division is still using the manual system so often cause constraints in the process of calculating the amount of incentives received by each Hospital employee. In this study to collect the required data using observation methods, interviews and literature study while the system development stage using a structured model in describing the functional model and in describing the data model. The system built later can accelerate the process of calculating the division of BPJS services at Mayjen H.A. Thalib Kerinci Hospital.
