The ISOLA_229 robot is designed to have a maximum dimension of a cube of 1 m3 with an extension of up to 1.8m, must be able to throw the ball in 3 throwing zones that have different shooting distances and heights according to the rules of the ABU Robocon robot contest with the theme "Throwing the blessing ball", a traditional game from Vietnam. The ISOLA_229 robot that has been made meets the dimensions, but throws the ball not yet able to reach the target in the shooting zone 3. There is a need for analysis to find out the cause of the problem and how to solve the problem, one of which is descriptive method. The analysis carried out on the ISOLA_229 robot focused on the problem of the ball throwing system. The results of the analysis of the ISOLA_229 robot ball throwing system found that it was necessary to reduce the throwing speed by 65% from normal speed at air pressure P = 6 bar and change the elevation angle from = 45o to = 50o to reach the target in throwing zone 3.

Analysis of Under Voltage Relay Generator Unit 1 HEPP Saguling is a study to determine the efficiency of relay installation against voltage drops at HEPP Saguling. Under voltage relay works when there is a voltage difference between the primary and secondary PT within the range of the protective equipment. This research is a simulation using the ETAP 12.6 program. The data used are data obtained from the Generator Unit 1 system of the Saguling hydropower plant. This simulation is used to achieve the value of voltage drop, short circuit value, and delay trip under voltage relay. The lowest voltage drop in the 16.5 kV system is on bus 1 by 20% (3.3kV), the lowest voltage drop in the 500kV system is on bus 5 by 10.4% (52kV). Percentage difference in operating values in the Internal Control System (ICS). namely 66 mA, 55 mA, and 76 mA Time to disturbances that occur in the connector between Generator unit 1 and CB 1 with a relay time delay of 96 ms and a CB trip of 396 ms.

Application of solar adsorption refrigeration systems has developed significantly since 1980’s. Although it has some advantages like noiseless, non-corrosive and environment friendly operation (because solar energy is one of green and renewable energy), but until now the application still cannot compete with the traditional vapor compression refrigeration systems. Fortunately, due to the increasing of awareness about ozone depletion and global warming, green technology including solar adsorption refrigeration systems still becomes priority research is developed by some country. Recent research in application of solar adsorption refrigeration systems not only focus in how to increase the coefficient of performance (COP) like the use of various collectors or working pairs but also how to implement the systems so that suitable with the location that it will be applied. Nowadays, application of solar adsorption refrigeration systems mostly varies into 3 categories: ice maker, cool chamber and humanitarian aid. And the application’s usage usually implement in remote area that far from grid electricity.

A wheelchair is a tool used by people who have difficulty walking due to illness, injury or disability. This tool can be driven by being pushed by someone else, moved by using a hand, or by using an automatic machine. To support the development in the world of health, it is necessary to have technological innovations in wheelchair products to increase user convenience and comfort. The purpose of this paper is to provide ideas and innovative contributions in the form of automatic control in a wheelchair. The methodology applied includes the design, manufacture, testing, and selection of components for the automatic controller and seat position control in a wheelchair.

Sarandi Karya Nugraha is a company engaged in the manufacture of medical devices which almost 85% of its products use paint from powder coating, so many powder coatings are wasted and used as powder coatings. However, the former powder coating can still be used as a mixture with a new powder coating. The ratio between used powder coating and new powder coating is 1: 3. During this time at PT. Sarandi Karya Nugraha filtering powder coating is done manually. This does not guarantee the quality of the powder coating so that it can affect the quality of the product produced. Therefore, a tool is made in the form of a powder coating vibrator filter that functions to maintain the quality of thepowder coating and efficiency of filtering time, thereby increasing operator productivity.

Solar dryers used in agriculture for food and crop drying are used for industrial drying processes. They can be proved to be a very useful device from the energy conservation point of view. It not only saves energy but also saves a lot of time, occupies less area, improves quality of the product, makes the process more efficient, and also protects the environment. Solar dryers circumvent some of the major disadvantages of classical drying. Solar drying under controlled conditions of temperature and moisture removing rate ensures perfect drying and desirable product quality. The percentage of moisture content in different agricultural products is different and varies product to product. For drying different moisture content products, the drying systems are usually classified as low and high temperature operated drying systems. The indirect, direct, and mixed mode dryers that have shown potential in drying agricultural products in the tropical and subtropical countries are discussed. A side from identifying the active and passive mode solar dryers, they also highlight the environmental influence on solar energy (harnessing) that plays a vital role in the solar drying sector. The classifications of sun drying procedures are created based on the stage of processing, the location of drying, or the apprehension to solar radiation. This paper also presents the related technologies that can help improve existing solar dryers.

The current technology applied to motorbikes is growing, so that it can improve the performance of fuel injection systems that can be controlled electronically by the Engine Control Unit (ECU) with sensors and actuators. ECU is currently produced by an Indonesian racing company other than a motorcycle manufacturer, the Programmable ECU which can change Ignition Timing (ignition time) with the aim of improving engine performance. That way it is necessary to do research that aims to determine the ignition time in the ECU program for torque and motor power of 4 steps. To simplify the implementation, the results of tables and graphs can be analyzed. The effect of standard ECU ignition time at 5 ° before TDC produces maximum torque of 14.86 Nm at 7500 rpm engine speed and 16.9 maximum power at 8500 rpm engine speed. The engine circulates 7500 rpm mapping ECU 1 torque is increased 3% to 15.25 Nm and power rises 3% to 17.4 HP on the 8750 rpm engine. After mapping again to ECU 2 and a 3% increase in torque and 4% power compared to the use of standard ECU ignition time. The resulting torque ECU maps 2 by 15.29 Nm at 7500 rpm engine speed and produces a maximum power of 17.6 HP on the 8750 rpm engine. At ECU 1, mapping with the highest ignition time at 32 ° before the top dead center is carried out. In mapping ECU 2 uses the ignition point time at 35 ° before the top dead center.

Evaluation of machine performance is certainly very necessary to improve company production performance, one of which can be done by knowing the value of performance effectiveness using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) calculation. This research was conducted on the Kubota Double Suction Volute Pump Model DV-L centrifugal pump at PT. ABC. The purpose of this study is to determine the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value based on availability, performance and rate of quality factors. To compare the company OEE values obtained with the Overall Equipment Effectiveness World Class standard and proceed with identifying six big losses and knowing the root causes of OEE values using a causal diagram. Calculations obtained an Availability value of 99,07%, Performance of 91,53% and Quality of 100% and an average OEE of 90,68%. It is known that the OEE value is at the OEE standard >85%, but the performance value of the pump is still below the JIPM performance standard of >95% so that corrective action can be taken to increase the performance value of the effectiveness of the clean water distribution process using the Kubota Double Secton Volute centrifugal pump Pump Model DV-L.

There are many DDS (Drug Delivery System) methods that can be used in this decade. The DDS method with nanotechnology is also increasingly in demand because it can be a controlled DDS (CDDS). One of the nanomaterials that can be useful for this purpose is Mesporous Silica Nanoparticle or MSN. This article provides a review that discusses how MSN can deliver drugs, the synthesis method and its level of ability in DDS. MSN showed that its ability to deliver various types of drugs including Ibuprofen, Doxorubicin and general antibiotics. The results of the synthesis can use solution based and EISA where the release properties in DDS are quite effective. This shows that MSN is good for the use of CDDS.

Pipa owned by PT. XYZ located in TambunBekasi is a gas pipeline 8 "along 35 km of gas from BabelanBekasi towards TegalGedeCikarang where the consumers of gas use is one of the Power Plants for Industrial Estates. The pipe passes through several river crossings, provincialroads and also residential areas. With the Government program on the planned construction of the Container Port in the Babelan area of Bekasi, the pipes belonging to PT. XYZ must be made new, and relocated again to theaccess under the river that the container ship will pass. To support the program, PT. XYZ performs data collection on the operating pipeline and also calculates the costs forthe shutdown method and without shutdown. The resultsof this study indicate that the condition of the pipe is in a safe condition and is ready for the Hot tapping method. Based on calculations according to API 570 standards and ASME B31.8 the pipeline can still operate up to a maximum pressure of 1325 psi, and the calculation of pipe life is up to 38 years. Whereas in terms of economics the method without shutdown only costs USD 204,892, - compared to the shutdown method of USD 2,087,187, -The end result is that it can be seen that the non-shutdown method is more efficient than the shutdown method on the gas pipeline in terms of costs as well as capital returns or ROI (Return of Investment) up to 95% and has a new pipeline network for adding potential customers who can increase income PT. XYZ.
