Abstract

The problems that occur are a lot of data contained in village financial institutions, which raises difficulties in terms of village budgeting and expenditure, so it is necessary to implement an a priori algorithm for data on village income and expenditure budgets. The method that will be used in this study is Apriori by analyzing the village income and expenditure budget data. The formation of association rules is obtained by determining the minimum support value of 2% and minimum confidence of 50%. The association rule with the smallest support score and the highest value of confidence, which is 100%, becomes the rule chosen for the reference of bundling strategies in village expenditure items. Apriori Algorithms can be applied to support the Village Expenditure Budget Item. Planning and spending of the Village Budget Item is greatly assisted by the application of this Priori algorithm so that the effectiveness is expected to be increased. The application of the Apriori algorithm which is done through software designed has been shown to show the appropriate results. This is proven by calculating the value of support and confidence which shows the same results.

Abstract

An information systems of employee mutation is vitally nevessary. Because it is very helpful, facilitate the implementation of the tasks, especially in making the draft of SK teacher mutation or `employee mutation created using by visual basic version 6.0 is software commonly used by programmers to create application for a variety of needs. This application is made simple and completed with an employee database that will be used as a database for employee mutation. The last conclusion of this simple appliccation is expected to simplify the work creating a draft decree of employee mutation because it is supported by a database that is maintained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen organisasi mahasiswa berbasis web. Sistem ini menerapkan konsep paperless office (PLO) yang bertujuan mengurangi penggunaan kertas dalam aktifitas kegiatan organisasi. Sistem yang dikembangkan untuk beberapa pengguna, yaitu: akademik, ketua Ormawa, Wakil rektor kemahasiswaan, dan ketua bidang. Dukungan PLO pada pengajuan rencana program kerja, persetujuan, dan pelaporan. Ormawa didaftarkan oleh bagian akademik, lalu ketua Ormawa mendaftarkan ketua bidang masing-masing. Ormawa memasukkan rencana program kerja di sistem. Rencana program kerja selanjutnya diperiksa dan disetujui oleh wakil rektor. Pelaporan dimasukkan oleh Ormawa berupa dokumentasi dan laporan kegiatan. Seluruh rangkaian proses bisnis organisasi mahasiswa dikerjakan tanpa menggunakan kertas. Sistem dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web sehingga dapat diakses dimana saja.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK N 3 Gorontalo, which aims to develop learning media applications using augmented reality technology. At first the teaching system only led to conventional teaching, namely through power point teaching materials and print media as well as the lack of available hardware or network equipment and the absence of computers that were ready to be disassembled and then developed using augmented reality technology. Through this research, it is hoped that the learning process will be more interactive. This application was developed using a prototype system development method that has a Requirements Gathering and Analysis phase, Quick Design, Build Prototype, User Evaluation, Refining Prototype and Engineer Product. The result of this study is a software application, namely an android-based augmented reality technology learning media application.

Abstract

Klasifikasi adalah sebuah teknik untuk menentukan keanggotaan kelompok berdasarkan data-data yang sudah ada. Penentuan pemilihan penerima bantuan rumah sehat hanya di putuskan melalui forum musyawarah desa sehingga membutuhkan ketelitian dalam pemenuhan kriteria dan syarat penerima bantuan rumah sehat. Pada pengumpulan data, data yang didapatkan memiliki 11 kriteria di antaranya yaitu nama kepala keluarga, pekerjaan, usia pernikahan status perkawinan, jumlah anggota keluarga, status kepemilikan tanah, atap, langit-langit, lantai, dinding dan jamban. Tahap pengujian menggunakan 114 record data. Keakurasian dari hasil uji coba menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan C4.5 ditinjau dari dua parameter yaitu X-Validation dan jumlah data training. Nilai keakurasian hasil klasifikasi yang ditinjau dari parameter Algoritma C4.5 mendapatkan nilai akurasi yang tertinggi dengan tingkat akurasi 96.51% dibandingkan dengan Algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 95,61%.

Abstract

This research was done in Implementing Agency for Agricultural Extension of Fisheries and Forestry Gorontalo City. This research purpose is to design and implementing a Decision Support System to determine agricultural extension agents at the Fishery and Forestry Extension Implementing Agency (BP4K) of Gorontalo City. Researcher will using a multicriteria support decision system named Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).With sub-criteria: credit score (K1), duration of promotion (K2), agricultural extension preparation activities (K3), Agricultural extension activities (K4), evaluation activities and agricultural extension reporting in the last 3 years (K5) agriculture in the last 3 years (K6), Professional development activities in the last 3 years (K7), Acquired awards / tandajasa (K8).Based on the results of processing with Analytical Hierarchy Process method is quite effective in accelerating the decision-making process by solving the problem into its parts.

Abstract

At this time the need for fast, precise and accurate data must be done easily using adequate information technology. The purpose of this research is to make an innovation about the police, both for police administration, crime data, accident-prone and other police data, both in the form of structured data and statistical forms. This system also provides convenience in visualization using a Geographic Information System (GIS) map that displays geographic information on crime data and accident-prone areas so as to provide data information to the police and the public in particular. The system development method used is research and development. This method is very good in developing the system systematically from start to finish at the maintenance stage. The results of this study, in addition to providing a geographic visual display, also provide convenience in terms of information and police statistics in Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) adalah salah satu sumber penerimaan negara yang sangat penting disamping penerimaan perpajakan.Maka dalam hal ini Prediksi merupakan hal penting dalam mengetahui jumlah Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) di LPP RRI Gorontalo apakah dapat memenuhi Target yang telah ditentukan oleh LPP RRI Pusat atau tidak.  Data  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 240 data. Dengan menggunakan Algoritma Neural Network bahwa tingkat akurat Algoritma Neural Network dalam memprediksi PNBP tidak baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tingkat RMSE terkecil saja masih di angka 0.076. dan setelah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan perhitungan di Microsoft Excel terlihat bahwa hasil prediksi dari 48 minggu di Tahun 2020 dan range error data hasil denormalisasi data dengan nilai range dari  23855200 sampai dengan -104726900

Abstract

Polyclinic management is currently using a computerized system. However, the existing system is almost entirely made separate or in the form of a stand-alone system. Management of clinical data, financial data, dispensary data and queuing data are used with different systems. Based on previous studies there has been a clinical information system, medical records, and inpatient / outpatient care, but the application is still independent. There are many references to previous studies that only manage clinical data, in this case medical records and pharmacy data. Financial management has never been integrated into the same system, especially for the polyclinic information system. The solution provided by researchers is by designing and building a system that combines clinical data management, care data, financial data, pharmacy data, and queuing data in one integrated system. System development utilizes web technologies such as PHP, HTML5, CSS, and Javascript programming languages. Data storage is designed using the MySQL database server. The use of web technology allows the system to run lightly and can be accessed both intranet and internet.

Abstract

Radio broadcasting is one of the mass media that is closely related to the needs of the community that can provide various kinds of information, entertainment, and education. Community's satisfaction is the main thing in broadcasting services and becomes a benchmark in improving radio broadcasting services. Sample data used 339 data of respondents. The test results from the model that have been carried out by testing the level of accuracy using the Confusion Matrix, the results of the measurement accuracy are 97.94%, class precision for the satisfaction category is 98.39% and the NOT SATISFIED category is 93.10%. therefore concluded that C4.5 alogarithm can be applied to the process of analyzing public satisfaction with the broadcast service of RRI Gorontalo.
