Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of customer value on brand loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on Samsung smartphone products in Sampit city. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with 80 respondents in Samsung smartphone users. Data was collected through questionnaires and methods for data analysis performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The result showed that: (1) the customer value has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) the customer value has positive effect on brand loyalty, (3) customer satisfaction has no effect on brand loyalty, so it is concluded that customer satisfaction is not an intervening variable between customer value and brand loyalty.Keywords: Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the cash conversion cycle on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this research is 83 companies consisting of 23 companies from the consumer goods sector, 36 from primary industry and chemicals, and 24 from the miscellaneous industry. The dependent variable in this study is profitability proxied to return on assets (ROA). The independent variable is the cash conversion cycle and there are three control variables in this study, namely debt, growth, and size. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that the cash conversion cycle did not affect profitability in the manufacturing sector which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of leverage on stock returns and to find out whether the LQ45 index moderates the negative influence of leverage on stock returns. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample size is 2210 which consists of 221 companies from all sectors except finance for 10 years from 2008-2017. The estimation of the research model uses panel regression. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a positive effect on stock returns and the effect of leverage on stock returns is no difference between stocks that are within the LQ45 index and those that are not included in the LQ45 stock index.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service and product quality on cunsomer loyalty and customer satisfaction as mediation. The population of the study was one hundred rocket chicken sampit customers and selected using accidental sampling methods. Analytical model used in this research path analysis. The result showed that 1) service quality of Rocket Chicken Sampit has no effect on customer satisfaction, 2) product quality of rocket chicken sampit has no effect on customer satisfaction, 3) customer satisfaction of rocket chicken sampit affects customer loyalty, 4) service quality of rocket chicken sampit has no effect on customer loyalty, 5) product quality of rocket chicken sampit effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the influence of service quality, knowledge and trust on Muzakki's decision to pay zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Fikri Zakat Center Sampit Area. Data was collected through questionnaires with 100 respondents from muzakki who paid zakat at Nurul Fikri Zakat Center Sampit Area. The sampling method and technique used is the Non-Probability Sampling Method and uses accidental sampling technique. T test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the t test analysis showed that the service quality variable did not significantly influence Muzakki's decision to pay zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Fikri Zakat Center Sampit Area, as evidenced by a regression value of 0.131 and a calculated value of 0.545 with a significance level of 0.587. Knowledge variable does not significantly influence the decision to pay Zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Fikri Zakat Center Sampit Area, which proves with a regression value of 0.015 and a calculated value of 0.192 with a significant level of 0.848. The Trust variable has a significant positive effect on the decision to pay Zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Fikri Zakat Center Sampit Area, which proves with a regression value of 0.273 and a calculated value of 3.422 with a significant level of 0.001.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the price and quality of products affect the purchasing decisions of HP brand laptops in Sampit. This research population is a Sampit community that will make a purchase and have used the HP14 BS702 TU brand laptop before. The samples taken were 60 respondents using the Accidental Sampling method where the sampling method was based on coincidence and was considered by the researcher to be suitable. The regression used is logistic regression. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. The results of this study indicate that in terms of price and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze whether Jack Ma’s resignation hurt BABA stock returns. This research is Jack Ma’s resignation event study from Alibaba Group Holdings Limited (10 September 2018). The 5-month research sample began on May 1, 2018, to September 28, 2018. In the 1-day and 3-day window the result showed that Jack Ma’s resignation had a significant adverse effect on BABA stock returns, but no longer affected the following day.
