Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in financial performance before and after the ticket price increase policy at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in 2016-2019. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sample technique. This research was analyzed using the Du Pont System analysis tool. To test the differences in financial performance using Paired Sample T-test. where the test was carried out using the SPSS application program. The results of the study based on the Paired Sample T-test show that the total assets turnover has differences after the ticket price increase, while current ratio, return on assets, return on equity, return on investment, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio have no difference after a ticket price increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the strength of the brand equity of Federal brand motorcycle engine lubricants is seen from the dimensions of brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. The population in this study is the community of users of Federal brand motorcycle engine lubricants who replace lubricants at a motorcycle repair shop in Sampit. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire which was then analyzed by descriptive analysis. Brand awareness data is measured by percentage calculation, brand association data is measured by the Cochran test, while data on perceived quality and brand loyalty is measured by means. The results of the study show that (1) the dimension of brand awareness of Federal motorcycle lubricants ranks third in the top of mind, second in brand recall, and 4% in brand recognition. Associations related to Federal lubricants are Astra products, lubricants whose quality is tested, durable, and easy to obtain because they are available in various places in Indonesia. Federal lubricant quality perception has a performance level (3.12) lower than the importance level (4.25). From the switcher level brand loyalty to liking the brand, is categorized as good enough as the committed buyer level, it can be seen from the frequency of consumers suggesting and promoting Federal lubricants (3.91), therefore it can be concluded that Federal lubricant brand equity is quite strong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality and features possessed by smartphones on the purchase decision of the Samsung A Series. The population of this study was Darwan Ali University students and as many as 80 students became the research sample using random sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis will be used because the regression model is free from multicollinearity, normality, and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that quality and features have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Quality and features can describe the decision to buy a smartphone by 30.7%.

Abstract

This study was purposed to determine the effect of price and product completeness on shopping interest in Mentari Swalayan with the easeof shopping as a moderating variable. As for what is presented as a population is all customers who have shopped at Mentari Swalayan and Alfamart. The sampling method used was convenience sampling, in which the total amount of respondents was 112. The research instrument is a questionnaire using a Likert scale to collect data about price and product completeness variables and purchase desire, as well as the ease of shopping as a moderating using the HRA (Hierarchical Regression Analysis) method. The results of this study showed that price, product completeness partially and simultaneously have a positive significant effect on purchase intention. According to the result of data analysis, the ease of shopping does not moderate the effect of price and product completeness on shopping interest.

Abstract

Accounting is an information system that produces reports to interested parties regarding financial activities and business conditions. There are still many micro-enterprises as a support for the economy in Indonesia that have not yet implemented accounting applications in the preparation of financial statements to carry out all their activities. This study aims to determine the application of accounting applications and their benefits in the Haruan fish cracker business. The data used are primary and secondary obtained from interviews and evidence of recording during the 2020 period. The data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive. Constraints faced in implementing accounting applications include educational background, having never attended training in the application of accounting applications and internet networks. The results of this study are that the Haruan Fish Krupuk Business has prepared financial statements using the SME accounting application. The application greatly facilitates financial management, is time efficient, and is easy to control.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the Economic Policy Package issued by the Government of President Jokowi-Jusuf Kalla can be used to see the reaction of Capital Market Investor that can be seen from abnormal returns received by investors. The abnormal return calculation method used in this research is CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model). The results of this study obtained that the announcement of the Economic Policy Package issued by the Government Jokowi - Jusuf Kalla does not affect the reaction of investors in the capital market, and it also applies to other variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted because in previous studies relating to player transfers and their effects on stock returns are still rarely examined, whereas in the ball industry many soccer clubs are listed. This research focuses on the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo and Matthijs De Ligt conducted by Juventus Football Club and aims to examine the transfer event of Cristiano Ronaldo and Matthijs De Ligt conducted by Juventus Football Club influencing the reaction of Juventus investors viewed from abnormal returns. The time period used at the event starts from July to September 2018 at the transfer event of Cristiano Ronaldo and starts from July to September 2019 at the transfer event of Matthijs De Ligt. The abnormal return calculation method used in this study is the CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model). From the results of this study, it was found that the transfer event of Cristiano Ronaldo and Matthijs De Ligt conducted by Juventus Football Club did not affect investor reaction.
