Naskah yang dipublikasikan merupakan hasil temuan, penelitian, rekomendasi, praktik lapangan, maupun sharing pengalaman dari akademisi, mahasiswa, praktisi dan stakeholder lainnya untuk kemajuan kepariwisataan Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction at Taman Cadika Pramuka Johor Medan City. The sample used in this study were visitors who visited Taman Cadika Pramuka Johor Medan City. This research design uses quantitative research. The sample used in this study were the visitors who came to Taman Cadika Pramuka Johor Medan City Medan City as many as 100 visitors, selected based on the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the Convenience Sampling technique. Collecting data in the form of a questionnaire. Likert scale questionnaire used to see the effect of Service Quality on Visitor Satisfaction. Meanwhile, the data required consists of two variables: Service Quality as the independent variable and Visitor Satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data analysis used in this study consisted of simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 and Microsoft Excel computer program with 100 respondents.The results of this study conclude that the service quality variable has an influence on visitor satisfaction. As evidenced by the Probability Significance level score is Sig. = 0.000. From the results, it can be seen that the significance is smaller than 0.05 (Sig. <0.05) while the results of the coefficient of the influence of the X variable on the Y variable = 0.738 or 73.8% which means that the results show that Service Quality has an effect on Visitor Satisfaction at Cadika Park. Abstract

The Bandung City Government has launched creative villages in 30 sub-districts in Bandung City. The tourism development that is in the management of tourist village destinations in Bandung City can be formed as a thematic tourism village with important attributes that integrate the tourism potential that exists in the tourist village. One of them is the Tourism Village which is carried out in development, namely the Braga Tourism Village through a community empowerment approach. Kampung Wisata Braga is the focus of tourism development in the form of community empowerment carried out by the Bandung City Culture and Tourism Office to be steps taken in preparing the management of tourism destinations in Bandung City in 2020 through special allocation funds. This study aims to identify the tourist attractions in the Braga Tourism Village which is integrated in the Braga Village with a community empowerment approach. The method used is a survey method with a qualitative approach through community empowerment techniques. Obstacles that occur from destination management in Bandung City, especially those that occur in Kampung Wisata Braga, from the results of research, namely management, facilities and regulations are obstacles that occur in development. The results of the development of tourism destination governance that can be developed in the Braga Tourism Village by integrating the tourism potential in Braga Village in the form of the main activities that exist, namely traveling around visiting cultural heritage and getting to know history.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Kemiren Tourism Village through the perspective of tourism village indicators and community-based tourism. This research was conducted in Kemiren Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews with informants, and documentation. The results showed that the existence of the Kemiren tourist village which is a form of integration of natural and cultural tourist attractions and the strength of the community to maintain heritage, customs that are still strong and unique is maintained because of the local wisdom of the local community so that Kemiren Village has been designated as a cultural heritage to preserve his solitude. In its management, Kemiren Tourism Village applies the principle of community-based tourism. Supervision or control is carried out by the community led by a traditional leader who is very influential in holding traditions, customs and culture as well as in making decisions. In order to maintain and maintain the existence of Kemiren Village as a Tourism Village, there are several things that may need to be improved, including facilities, regeneration, and the making of written cultural rules.

Abstract

Mirat Village is a village in Leuwimunding District, Majalengka Regency, West Java. It is one of the villages with the potential to become a tourist destination. Using local culture as a foundation, this study aims to describe the development strategy of a tourist village in Mirat Village, Majalengka Regency. To achieve these objectives, data collection is conducted through observation and a literature review of various journals, and the resulting data is analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. Upon data analysis, five categories were identified, including attraction, accessibility, public facilities, community empowerment, and marketing or promotion. The results of the research revealed that Mirat Village only meets two of the five tourist village criteria, namely tourist attraction and community empowerment, while the other three criteria are still hindered.

Abstract

One of the areas in Indonesia that has many cultural elements is Tanah Datar Regency in West Sumatra. Tanah Datar has a variety of cultural attractions, Basa Pagaruyung Palace which is pagaruyung kingdom for example, there is also a Kerbai or Sapi Racing Cultural Tradition commonly called Pacu Jawi. Minangkabau tradition that uses cows or buffaloes in the pacu Bersama with the intention of being grateful for sustenance and expecting blessings. This attraction is done in muddy land or large rice fields and is done during the harvest season. Tanah Datar Regency has a variety of tourist attractions, especially the iconic one in Tanah Datar Regency is Pacu Jawi, where this attraction is very popular with many circles and tourists. Especially from the photography side who judged that "can not be said as a photographer if not passed photographing the attraction Pacu Jawi". Pacu Jawi is an attraction with the meaning of gratitude. Accessibility, Facilities, and Attractions in Pacu Jawi is included in the good category because everything is well managed. Abstract

Potential must be applied in any business (business). In the culinary world of course also has potential. It can be seen from Meranti's fried sponge cake, started by an ordinary housewife who has a hobby of making cakes so that her family and even her neighbors like it, and eventually turned into a small business which was flooded with orders from her neighbors. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology by conducting interviews with shop owners and customers. The results of this research in the end Meranti sponge rolls developed rapidly and even became one of the typical souvenirs of the city of Medan. Product attractiveness is everything that a trader/seller can offer to be noticed, requested, sought, purchased, consumed by the market as a fulfillment of the needs or desires of the relevant market. Emphasizes the characteristics of the emerging product category that will lead to the evaluation of potential customers in the category. If the characteristics become more attractive to all customers, the more attractive the product category is to them, increasing the likelihood that customers will adopt the update and make a purchase. The potential and attractiveness of Meranti Sponge Rolls already exists and has been very good because the manager maintains the product quality and service quality of Meranti Sponges to date and can maintain this business and can even open several branches to date, therefore Meranti Sponges are often a souvenir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the tourism sector (number of tourists, number of hotels, number of restaurants, number of tourist objects and purchasing power per capita) on PDRB of Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses secondary data for 2010-2020 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Banyuwangi Regency. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method where the model is transformed into the natural logarithm of the econometric model. From the partial test, it is found that there are four variables that affect the PDRB of Banyuwangi district, namely the number of tourists (X1), the number of restaurants (X3), the number of tourist objects (X4) and per capita purchasing power (X5). While the variable number of hotels (X2) has no effect on the PDRB of Banyuwangi Regency. While the simultaneous test showed that together the number of tourists (X1), the number of hotels (X2), the number of restaurants (X3), the number of tourist objects (X4) and Per capita Purchasing Power (X5) had a  ositive and significant effect on the PDRB of Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

South Aceh Regency, Aceh Province is one area that has a variety of tourist destinations, both marine tourism, mountains, water, culture, religion and a number of other destinations. One of the efforts to improve the image of a tourist destination in an area is through city branding, namely the strategy of a region in making a strong positioning towards their market, in this case tourists, such as positioning a product or service, so that the city can be widely known by the public. . However, the concept of city branding carried out by the South Aceh Tourism Office (Dispar) has not been analyzed sharply and in depth as an illustration and benchmark for tourism promotion in the district. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that mapping surveys, competitive analysis, blueprints and implementation are important for building city branding in South Aceh

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia is an archipelagic country consisting of 18,306 islands and separated by sea and ocean boundaries. Transportation by sea and air to connect the islands is still considered ineffective. Based on the predictions made by the projection of Indonesia's population growth in 2020, it is known that there is an imbalance in the distribution of the population in Indonesia. The uneven distribution of the population is caused by uneven development and is still concentrated in big cities, especially on the island of Java. As a result, many people are urbanizing to big cities with the imagination of getting a better life. The increasingly congested city conditions have caused various problems, ranging from micro to macro scales. Poverty, unemployment, environmental pollution, and congestion often color people's lives in urban areas. Meanwhile, there are still many problems for people living in remote areas, ranging from the lack of development of facilities and infrastructure, the lack of human resource development, poor internet connection, and even the absence of electricity. This condition, of course, hinders the development of people living in remote areas. Based on this problem, we propose an idea that can help equalize development and improve the welfare of the Indonesian people. The idea is to build a giant train station in the middle of the Java Sea and Banda Sea (glass ball station) that can connect all regions of the archipelago, as well as a new tourist icon for the Indonesian people to attract tourists from abroad. With this development, the problem of social and economic inequality in the territory of Indonesia can be resolved and can bring equity to the progress and welfare of the nation, as well as become a new source of foreign exchange through the tourism sector.

Abstract

Tourism is a potential to increase development that develops the noble values ​​that exist and are still being discovered today and preserved for the future. Communication is basically a social process carried out by individuals by using symbols to create and interpret similarities in meaning. The research objective is how tourism communication strategies increase the income of the Lauwon village community, East Luwuk District. The analytical approach of this research is carried out systematically by taking and compiling data obtained through interviews, observations and literature studies, classifying data, describing it into units, synthesizing, compiling into patterns, and choosing which ones to use. What is important, what will be researched, and draw conclusions that are easy to understand. The results of the research carried out that the communication strategy carried out through advertising and marketing and public relations although it has not increased too much but tourist sites are starting to get attention from the government and the Lauwon village community in the implementation of their management.
