Abstract

Online learning provides many changes, expects adaptation and creates a new concern and order in the world of education. A new term, FCAM (Flipped Classroom Approach and Multimodality) was be applied in this online learning process, especially the focus in this study is productive skills. The study was conducted through mixed-method research by distributing questionnaire and doing the interview to the participants. The research results revealed that the FCAM gained a positive response from the students for helping the learning productive skill in Speaking Class. FCAM implementation achieved 61,78% as the responses form the students. The FCAM implementation was in medium qualification. The students shared their thoughts about the FCAM implementation and they were satisfied to have this teaching and learning strategies. However, there were several obstacles in the FCAM implementation from the students’ point of view including unstable internet connection that made the student could not optimally joining the Zoom meeting as the face-to-face learning and also as the completion stage of the FCAM itself

Abstract

Malioboro of Yogyakarta with its traditional market, Beringharjo, becomes an attraction to both domestic and foreign tourists that inevitably it supports the tourism industry and the small business enterprises in that area. An excellent service is a must including the ability to build communication in English with the tourists. The study focuses on developing an English mini book to help the traders in communication with foreigners during the business transactions. It applied a designed-based research and involved 25 traditional market traders as participants. The data was gained through observation, questionnaire, and interview. The findings showed the designed English mini book was acceptable based on evaluation given by the traders with five aspects of evaluation: linguistics features, language authenticity, English activities in business field, vocabulary enrichment, and the book appearance

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi persepsi guru tentang pembelajaran Bahasa Sunda sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran muatan lokal (mulok) di sekolah dasar selama pandemic covid-19. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket online (google form) dan wawancara semi terstruktur dengan responden guru Bahasa Sunda dan guru kelas di Jawa Barat. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Ditemukan tiga tema utama yaitu outdoor learning design, komunikasi, dan emosi positif. Studi ini menunjukkan pembelajaran Bahasa Sunda yang dilakukan berbasis lingkungan oleh responden dapat dilakukan baik pada pembelajaran secara daring maupun luring, sehingga dapat meminimalisir dampak covid-19 di bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Bagaimana proses pelaksanaan upacara reba bagi masyarakat di Desa Ngoranale Kecamatan Bajawa Kabupaten Ngada Nusa Tenggara Timur, Untuk mengetahui Mengapa upacara reba masih dipertahankan bagi masyarakat di Desa Ngoranale Kecamatan Bajawa Kabupaten Ngda Nusa Tenggara Timur, Dan untuk mengetahui apa dampak upacara reba jika tidak diterapkan bagi masyarakat di Desa Ngoranale Kecamatan Bajawa Kabupaten Ngada. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan informan masyarakat, tokoh adat, tokoh pemerintah desa, tokoh agama, dan tokoh pendidikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara kualitatif peneliti menggunakan member chek untuk keabsahan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebelum proses upacar reba ini berlangsung seluruh anggota keluarga akan melakukan beberapa tahahapan yang harus dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang ikut melibatkan diri di dalam upacara reba, dan setiap anggota kelurga harus kompak dalam melaksanakan upacara tersebut yang dipandu oleh ketua adat di dalam kampung. Masyarakat masih mempertahankan dimana masyarakat akan lebih menghayati dan mengembangkan budaya sendiri karena dengan berakar mengenal budaya sendiri dan memberikan kontribusi yang lebih psitif dalam bermasyarakat. Dan dampak sering terjadi adalah hilangnya suatu rejeki di dalam hidup, bencana alam berkepanjangan, sakit yang tak kunjung sembuh

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of macro variables on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) for the period 2008 to 2020. The macro variables used were population, inflation, economic growth, gold prices, dollar exchange rate and SBI (7-day reverse). Repo Rate) and Gini Index. The number of years in the sample is 13 years, from 2008 to 2020. Multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, coefficient of determination test using SPSS Version 26 software. The conclusion are Inflation and Economic Growth have a significant effect on the JCI and the Population, Gold Price, Dollar Exchange, SBI and Gini Index have no significant effect on the JCI. Then simultaneously Population, Inflation, Economic Growth, Gold Price, Dollar Exchange, SBI and Gini Index have a significant effect on the JCI

Abstract

Discrimination and injustice against women still occur in various aspects of life. Gender inequality is caused by social culture as the influence of patriarchal understanding that places domination on men. In the midst of these various forms of gender inequality, positive law has provided a constitutional footing for women. This can be seen in the democratic system in Indonesia which gives equal rights to every citizen to vote and be elected. The issue of women's leadership in national defense requires a comprehensive multidisciplinary study. The approach from the aspects of women's systems, policies, procedures, and affirmative policies in the national defense system requires a special study. Various obstacles arise related to physical problems, endurance, totality, and various demands for quality standards for human resources. Indonesian women's leadership has historically gained legitimacy, and throughout the history of Indonesian civilization, there have always been women leaders who answered the call of Indonesian history. A cultural strategy is needed as the basis for the women's emancipation movement to overcome various cultural barriers, religious dogma, social inequality, and educational disparities through educational programs. female character. The cultural strategy is carried out through a process of political education and the regeneration of women's leadership as pioneers. Thus, women's leadership apart from adopting the concept of strategic thinking is also rooted in the nation's culture. Both can go hand in hand. Political education and the regeneration of women's leadership must be carried out in stages, massively, and systematically in order to overcome various gender disparities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1. Peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam Pembangunan di Desa Golo Lebo Kecamatan Elar Kabupaten Manggarai Timur belum sepenuhnya dilakukan secara optimal karena hanya 3 (tiga) yaitu menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat, pembahasan dan penetapan Peraturan Desa bersama dengan Kepala Desa, Selanjutnya mengenai pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan yang dilakukan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya penyimpangan terhadap pelaksanaan Peraturan Desa dan APBDes. 2. Faktor yang mempengaruhi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh 2 (dua) faktor yaitu faktor pendorong yang meliputi dukungan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap BPD, dan hubungan kerjasama yang baik antara BPD dengan Pemerintah Desa. Sedangkan faktor yang kedua yaitu faktor penghambat yang meliputi kurangnya tujangan yang diberikan kepada anggota BPD. Sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya SDM yang mengisi keanggotaan BPD serta adanya masyarakat yang pro dan kontra terhadap setiap keputusan yang ditetapkan. Penelitian yang digunakaan dalam penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Desa Golo Lebo Kecamatan Elar Kabupaten Manggarai Timur Nusa Tenggara Timur. Informan ditentukan secara puposive sampling, artinya pemilihan informan secara gejala dengan kriteria tertentu. Informan dipilih berdasarkan keyakinan bahwa yang dipilih mengetahui masalah yang akan diteliti dan yang menjadi informan adalah BPD Dan pemerintah. Penentuan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kriteria sebagai berikut : (a) Informan utama: seluruh perangkat BPD (5 orang), (b) Informan kunci : kepala Desa Golo Lebo (1 orang. (c) Informan pendukung : masyarakat (2 orang). Hasil Penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam membuat, membahas dan menyepakati peraturan desa dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap perencanaan pembangunan yang ada di desa Golo Lebo Kecamatan Elar Kabupaten Manggarai Timur Hal ini belum sepenuhnya terlaksana, terlihat bahwa tugas pokok Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) adalah memperhatikan dan menyalurkan keinginan masyarakat, membentuk panitia pemilihan kepala desa, proses pembahasan dan penetapan. Peraturan Desa bersama Badan Permusyawaratan Kepala Desa (BPD) telah dilaksanakan dengan baik untuk meminimalisir terjadinya penyimpangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) Faktor Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat di Desa Golo Lebo Kecamatan Elar Kabupaten Manggarai Timur dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat. Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Understanding and expression of the subjunctive mode in a text: case study of students from the French department of UNHAS from the promotion of 2015. The research aims to identify the errors of students, in particular those of the class of 2015, using the subjunctive mode.The method used in this research is both qualitative and quantitative in the collection of data. The latter is conducted by distributing questionnaires and questions related to the subjunctive mode. The test is designed in the form of comprehension and expression. Then, the marks obtained by the students are classified according to the number of errors. The ranking follows the defined criterion from 0 to 5 (from very weak to strongest). The result of this research shows that 54% of students have the ability to recognize and conjugate the subjunctive mode. Moreover, 55% of them do not yet have the ability to apply this mode in the form of a written text

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak has intruded schools to work differently and most concerns raised by the community are the interaction of students and learning entities. This paper is aimed to describe classroom society management during the covid-19 outbreak at Hidayatullah Tahfidz Global Islamic Schools. This study employed a single case study. Interviews, observation, and documentation were applied to reach this purpose. It was found out that. The notions of classroom society in Hidayatullah Tahfidz Global Islamic schools at the levels of Playgroup, Kindergarten, Primary School, and Middle School were patterned into two unique approaches in terms of virtual and social-distancing face to face instructional interactions. The schools shared similar approaches to school society management by planning student-teacher interaction in terms of virtual and offline classes and teachers’ home visits, organizing teachers’ tasks for virtual and off class interaction, conducting interactive relationships in virtual classes which were combined with the home visit and in the social-distancing off class sessions, and evaluate methods of virtual and off class interactions among teachers and parents.
