Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Price, Product Quality,and Brand Image of Decision Purchase Instant Noodles. This study uses 88 respondents assample research and technique of determining the sample using purposive samplingmethod.Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linierregression analysis method. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtainedthrough documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires whose measurements usedifferential semantic scales. Hypothesis testing by using multiple linear regressionanalysis.The results showed that simultaneously the price, Product Quality, and BrandImage significantly influence the Decision Purchase Instant Noodle. Partially, price hasno significant effect, while brand image has significant effect. Brand image is the dominant factor influencing the Decision of Buying Instant Noodle. The value of Adjusted R Squareis 0,222, meaning 22,2% Purchasing Decision of Instant Instant Noodle can be explainedby Price, Product Quality, And Brand Image, and the rest 77,8% explained by factors notexamined in this research.

Abstract

Karo regency is a one of 33 Regency of North Sumatera Province wich geographically lies at Bukit Barisan Highland Mountain and 75 km from Medan, the capital of North Sumatera Province. Karo regency have two mount, mount Sinabung and mount Sibayak, and one of them, mount Sinabung in the year of 2010 have erupted and again 2013 erupted until now. These eruption created 6179 refugees that located in many location as refugees. Economically, according to local government of Karo Regency, the economic growth decreased from 6,34% 2012 to 4,71% in 2013. Then, since 2014 economic growth increase to 5.09% and 2015 become 5,01% perannum. The total Loss of society and government property around Rp 964,035 miliard which consist of agriculture field Rp 712,185 miliard, housing Rp 234,75 miliard and others Rp 17,1 miliard. In terms of tourism sector, the total of tourist visited karo regency decreased dramatically not only frainner but also local visitor. The total budget need for recovery post eruption Rp 506,653 miliard and, for rehabilitation and reconstruction Rp803,525 miliard (bappeda kab.karo). In terms of performance quality BPBD karo regency to serve all refugees based on survey, from 75 respondent of 287 population to the quistionaire result shown 0,534 by used statistical metod. It’s mean that there are positive and significant the relationship between the good performance of local government of karo regency toward sastisfied of refugees to received served as long there are at refugees location

Abstract

Coffee is one of the plantations that has high economic value among other plantations crops and play an important role in the goverment. Beganding village Simpang Empat sub district Karo regency is one of the arabica coffee (Coffea arabica) producer. This aim of study is 1) to influence the vast influence of land, capital, labor, education, the experience of farmer, age and technology to the production of arabica coffee (Coffea arabica) in Beganding village Simpang Empat subdistrict Karo regency. 2) to influence the vast influence of land, capital, labor, education, the experience of farmer, age and technology and the assiciated price to boost the arabica coffee (Coffea arabica) farmer’s revenue Beganding village Simpang Empat subdistrict Karo regency. The range of this study is to examine factors that are influencing the revenue of the arabica coffee farmers in Beganding village Simpang Empat subdistrict Karo regency. The kind of data used ini the research is primary and secondary. There were 52 samples in the study and then processed using SPSS 24.00. The first experimental result 1) while the partial varibility of land and age can have a negative and significant impact on production, capital, labor, education, farmer experience, age and technology can have a positive and significant impact on production. Result of research with simultaneous of , capital, labor, education, farmer experience, age and technology can have a positive and significant impact on production. The second experimental result 2) while the partial varibility of capital and education are negative and significant to a provisonal income while land area, labor, farmer’s experience, age and technology and price have a positive and significant impact on income. Result of research with simultaneous of , capital, labor, education, farmer experience, age and technology can have a significant impact on coffee farmer income in Baganding village.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and analyze the factors that affect job satisfaction, employees of the Tiganderket Sub-District Head office in Karo District. In this study, the population was 32 employees of the Tiganderket sub-district office in Karo District. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Tiganderket Sub-District Office of Karo Regency, amounting to 32 respondents. To see the factors that affect the job satisfaction of Tiganderket sub-district office employees, four indicators are the measure of work, colleagues, leadership, career planning, data collection methods in this studied using the questionnaire method. The instruments that were compiled were then tested for validity using statistical formulas. The analysis uses descriptive percentages and multiple regression analysis which have been tested beforehand with the classic assumption test in the form of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis the equation is Y = 4.094 + 0.323 X1 + 0.335 X2 + 0.202 X3 + 0.021 X4 + e. Test the significance of the regression equation using the F test, based on the calculation results obtained Fcount = 13.662 with a probability of 0,000 <0.05. The magnitude of the effect of work, coworkers, leadership, and career planning on job satisfaction simultaneously was 59.1%. The results of the study conclusions, in general, the factors that affect job satisfaction at the Tiganderket Sub-District Office of Karo District, there are effects of work, colleagues, leadership, and career planning on job satisfaction simultaneously while partially not all variables affect job satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given are that agencies should continue to explore the potential of their employees and improve performance standards.

Abstract

Hotels in Berastagi must win the competition in marketing their products and services. Toincrease market share, companies need to implement a competitive strategy using the SWOTanalysis method which stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, throughthis leadership method will be very helpful in formulating a service marketing mix strategy.This needs to be done by the company considering that competition with competingcompanies engaged in business is tight. From the results of the calculation of the IFAS andEFAS matrices that can be used by hotels in Berastagi, namely an aggressive strategy. Withthis strength, hotels in Berastagi can take advantage of existing opportunities. The number ofassessment factors for strengths and weaknesses. Hotels in Berastagi can control the threatsand weaknesses that exist, the hotel in Berastagi will be even better and its vision and missionwill be achieved. This shows that hotels in Berastagi must continue to make efforts to improveproduct quality, facilities, and services

Abstract

The laundry business, namely Teratai Laundry Medan, runs its business using a service marketing mixor commonly called 7P. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix oncustomer decisions to use the services of Teratai Laundry Medan. This study uses a descriptive methodwith data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentarystudies. The population is all consumers of Teratai Laundry Medan. The sample of this study was 100people with a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling, considering that consumers makepayments on their own behalf and have used laundry services at least 2 times. The data analysis of thisresearch is in the form of multiple linear regression quantitative analysis, used to determine the effectof the marketing mix consisting of 7 independent variables, namely product (X1), price (X2), place (X3),promotion (X4), people (X5), process ( X6), physical evidence (X7) against customer decisions. Theanalysis uses SPSS software version 24.0 to make it easier to process and interpret research results.Most of the respondents in this study were male, aged 20-29 years, high school education level, workedas a private employee, and had an income of Rp. 1,500,000 – Rp. 2,499,000. Determination (R2) showsa value of 0.50. The correlation coefficient (R) shows a value of 0.71. The partial F analysis test showsthat the calculated F is greater than the F table (13,35 > 2,10) which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The t-test results show thatproduct and place have a partial effect, then price, promotion, people, process, and physical evidencehave no partial effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the service marketing mix (Price,Place,and Process) on guest satisfaction tthe Grand Orri Hotel Berastagi.The type of research used was a quantitative approach. The sample used was 95hotel guests as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test, partialtest (test),model test (F test). The results of multiple linear regression analysis Y = 28,863+2,398X1+1,338X2+ 1,382X3+e. The results showed that the price variable, place and process have a significant effect on guest satisfaction. This can be proven from the F test. The results of the F test simultaneously show that price, place, an dprocess have a significant influence on guest satisfaction where Fcount > Ftable(469.488>2.705).Thus price,place and location simultaneously have a significant effect on guest satisfaction at Grand Orri Berastagi Hotel. ses) is able to explain the dependent variable (guest satisfaction) of 93.7% and as much as 6.3% of the guest satisfaction variable isex plained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Objek WisataTaman Air Percut ditinjau dari UU Perlindungan Konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasana pelanggan pada Objek Wisata Taman Air Percutditinjau dari UU Perlindungan Konsumen . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Oktobersampai Maret 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel dengan caraSensus, dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah 20 responden. Sampel dalampenelitian ini adalah pengunjung Wisata Taman Air Percut. Abstract

The tourism sector is still a priority sector for the government because it is considered capable of being the locomotive of the nation's economic movement. The management of the tourism sector continues to be developed by the government, through various policies carried out by the government to make Indonesian tourism more advanced and known in the eyes of the world. The role of the national tourism sector is increasingly important in line with the development and contribution made by the tourism sector through foreign exchange earnings, economic growth, regional income, regional development, as well as in the absorption of investment and labor as well as business development spread across various regions in Indonesia, especially in Kabupaten Samosir, North Sumatra. Entering the end of 2019, the world was rocked by the Covid-19 pandemic to various countries in the world, including Indonesia, especially the Samosir Regency which had a huge impact on the world's economic sector in the tourism sector. Tourism contributes to economic growth through various channels, including foreign currency earnings, attracting international investment, creating jobs, and so on. This writing aims to examine literature from various sources, such as news in the mass media, relevant research results, and government policies. Data analysis was carried out with a qualitative-interpretive look at the development of tourism and the phenomenon of tourism conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic in Samosir Regency. Collecting data in this study using interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the development and impact of tourism during the COVID-19 pandemic on economic growth show that the government has provided special policies in order to improve the tourism sector, and various tourist destinations have also implemented strategies and programs that are able to adapt to conditions called the new normal era. and there is a change in tourist behavior. Therefore, the tourism model in this new normal era can be described, namely, tourism behavior, domestic tourist orientation, government policies, and new tourism programs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of pleasure, arousal and dominance toimpulsive buying at shopping centre Carrefour Citra Garden Medan. This research uses a populationof 267 visitors, and a sample of 73 people who shop at Carrefour Citra Garden Medan. Data collectiontechniques used are through a questionnaire which measurements using Likert scale. Analyticaltechniques used are Path Analysis which makes it easier to see the role of pleasure, arousal anddominance to impulsive buying. Test results show that pleasure, arousal and dominance to impulsivebuying influenced the impulsive buying behaviour at shopping center Carrefour Citra Garden Medan.
