This study describes the use of video shows as a medium of learning for the mass of the COVID-19 pandemic at Madrasah Aliyah, the preparation of the state of Besitang. The purpose of this research is to educate readers that during the COVID-19 pandemic, learning activities are not carried out face-to-face but use video shows to break the chain of transmission of Covid 19, then the video shows are watched by students at home and students are given assignments by the teacher. The research method used is qualitative. The approach used is an anthropological and sociological approach. Data collection techniques are through observation and unstructured interviews, after the data is obtained, the data is analyzed scientifically. The results of the research that have been found indicate that first, video shows are the right media to be used as a source of teaching materials for the masses of covid 19 so that students can study at home through the video. Second, video shows are packaged in language that is easily understood by students with a duration of around thirty minutes. Third, video shows are packaged with an attractive display that contains teaching material content.

This study aims to examine how the effect of dividend yield, earnings per share, and profitability as proxied by return on assets on stock returns of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study were 8 pharmaceutical companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 – 2020 with the sample selection method using the purposive sampling method. The data used are the company's annual financial statements that have been published on IDX and the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16. The results show that simultaneously dividend yield, earnings per share and return on assets have a significant effect on stock returns, partially dividends yield has a significant negative effect on returns, Earnings per Share has a significant positive effect on stock returns, and Return on Assets has a significant positive effect on stock returns.

This article describes the implementation of the guidance of Islamic religious educators to prospective brides in order to create a sakinah family in the Bendahara sub-district, Aceh Tamiang Regency, the purpose of writing this article is as an education for readers and Islamic religious educators to conduct a thorough evaluation so that the implementation of guidance to prospective brides the following day can be carried out. more optimally. The type of writing this article is a qualitative service that seeks to describe and describe a sincere and sincere service to the community that has been carried out and then described in a structured manner by following the rules of writing scientific papers that apply. This study to find out whether Influence the Managerial Competence of the Principal and the Competence of Teachers on the Quality of Education in the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Bismillah and the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Arraudoh. The research method used Quantitative Research a Correlation approach, the population is 50 people, the sample used is the entire population. The results of the study were simultaneously obtained F calculate > F table (211.43 > 3,190) thus Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, which means the hypothesis is accepted and there is a significant influence between X1 and X2 on Y by 65.3%. Between the two schools shows the Influence of The Principal's X1 on Y in Arraudoh Integrated Islamic Junior High School 39.3%, Bismillah Integrated Islamic Junior High School 67.8%. The Influence of X2 on Y of Integrated Islamic Junior High School Education Arraudoh 53.5%, Integrated Islamic Junior High School Bismillah 26.1%. Influence of X1 and X2 on Y of Education in Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools) Arraudoh 92.8% Integrated Islamic Junior High School) Bismillah 93.9%.

This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of online worship for the spiritual growth of the Bethel Church of Indonesia Parakletos Cengkareng, using a descriptive qualitative method approach and data collection through the Bible and various books and journals and interviews. Online worship at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic was considered ineffective by several individuals, including pastors and congregations, in supporting the spiritual growth of God's community because the distance was considered contrary to the nature of God's assembly as a church, which was called to fellowship in the temple of God in unity. This study aims to determine the relationship between working time, workload and work stress on work fatigue in the lecturers of Faculty X, University of X. The type of research carried out is observational analytic with a cross sectional study approach with primary and secondary data collection methods. The sample in this study was active lecturers at the Faculty of X, University of X, totaling 35 people who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was no relationship between work time and work fatigue (p=1,000), there was a relationship between workload and work fatigue (p=0.018), and there was a relationship between work stress and work fatigue (p=0.005). Lecturers should always pay attention to work time, rest time and time management and reduce excessive workload so that teaching time does not collide with each other which can cause work fatigue.

This research was conducted at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk which aims to find out Net Working Capital,and Debt to Asset Ratio at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Period 2011-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from financial data of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk has been published through www.idx.com. The sample used in the study was 1 company registered with the IDX during the year 2011-2020. The data collection method in this study uses documentation methods, library studies and data recording from the company's financial statements for the period 2011-2020. Research methods use a Quantitative Descriptive approach as well as conducting classical assumption testing which includes, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test autocorrelation and multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test (T and F) and coefficient of determination test. Based on the partial t test obtained the result of t calculated for Net Working Capital of 9,742 > 2,365 with Sig value. 0,000 < 0,05 which means there is a partial effect on the Cash Holding. And t calculate Debt to Asset Ratio of 2,886 > 2,365 with Sig value. by 0,023 < 0,05, which means that there is a partial influence on the Cash Holding in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. period 2011-2020. Then for simultaneous F test results obtained f test results of 65,553 > 4,46 and Sig. value of 0,000 < 0,05, which means there is simultaneous influence between Net Working Capital,and Debt to Asset Ratio to Cash Holding.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the problem based learning model to improve mathematical connection skills and learning liveliness of probability material at SMP Negeri 14 Buton Tengah. This type of research is classroom action research with two cycles containing four action stages: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The data collection technique in this study used a mathematical connection ability test, activity observation, and a questionnaire to measure student learning liveliness. The sample of this study was class VIII A and was carried out for 1 (month). The results showed average mathematical connection skills scores in the initial conditions, cycles I and II, were 24.9, 51.2, and 88.5, respectively. Meanwhile, the percentage of student learning liveliness questionnaire results in the initial conditions, cycle I, and cycle II were 50%, 58% and 84%, respectively. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the problem based learning model is effective for improving the mathematical connections skills and student learning activities toward probability material.

The agricultural sector has an important role in supporting the national economy. The role is the creation of food security, a contributor to gross domestic product, job creation, poverty alleviation, a provider of food and industrial raw materials, a source of community income. All of the respondents in this study have farmed livestock. The application of the pattern of community service to farmer groups in Magelang Regency and Temanggung Regency shows that most farmers/breeders are of productive age and can increase agricultural productivity after receiving guidance from the Ministry of Agriculture program. Communication patterns have the same perception of group goals, division of tasks with members' abilities, trust in the group, level of satisfaction with the group, channels for communicating id / ideas for group progress and the achievement of member goals through the group. Trust in the group and the level of satisfaction with the group increased because of the guidance from the Ministry of Agriculture.
