Abstract

Human life and activities in this era of globalization are increasingly modern and bound by technology.  The fintech concept itself is an adjustment to advances in digital technology in the financial sector, especially in the banking world.  Financial technology is an innovation related to financial services and technology, in which there are new applications, processes, products or models that aim to facilitate the community.  One form of fintech is Peer to peer lending, which is an information technology-based money-borrowing service between the Recipient and the Lender, which is also known as an online loan or abbreviated as lender.  Peer to peer lending services can be accessed by the public through applications quickly, anytime and anywhere.  The convenience in online loans also poses a big risk, where there are many illegal online loan service providers with the characteristics of easy loan application requirements, aggressive marketing methods, applying short loan tenors, not having clear interest calculation rules and  usually charge higher interest rates above 0.8% per day, billing procedures using threats and violence that deviate from legal and humanitarian norms, as well as a code of ethics as conveyed by AFPI.  the loan application has a system structure, where every illegal loan application has a parent, namely a legal loan application.  One parent can have 20 to 40 child applications.  Online loan applications can also access user data and misuse it, where when a debtor borrows money in a parent application, there will be another disbursement of funds in another child application using the borrower's data without the borrower knowing.

As an Indonesian citizen, there must be norms that must be considered in daily activities as social beings. Norms act as values of decency that are embraced by the whole society. In addition, the community also has their respective social roles in a group. Many short films picture the reality of people's lives, one of which is the film 'KTP'. Based on this, the author wants to describe the norms and social roles contained in the film 'KTP'. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method by focusing on the analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce, namely by paying attention to the icon (icon), index (index), and symbol (symbol). The observations obtained are that in the 15 minutes 33-second KTP film, there are norms and social roles that are conveyed, including greetings, procedures for visiting and receiving guests, deliberation to reach consensus, as well as an overview of the social roles prevailing in society. This film clearly shows a portrait of the reality of the social life of the Indonesian people through a dynamic approach.

Abstract

This research focuses on how to promote a product, brand or service to the public. The purpose of this research is how to encourage interest in a product. And the product is a message of humanity, not in the form of goods. The method used, descriptive qualitative is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument of data collection techniques carried out by trigulation, data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning. rather than generalization. The results of the study show that the advertising message shown in the film scene contains the principle of sharing/giving alms universally. This film is a representation of a moral message with story elements that exist in the general public. This film is able to understand the message to be conveyed just by looking at the signs without the need to understand the meaning of the language spoken.

Abstract

hotocopier is a film released in 2021 and directed by Wregas Bhanuteja. This film is a mystery thriller drama genre that raises the issue of sexual violence which is considered sensitive and taboo among Indonesian people. The rise of sexual harassment cases in Indonesia encourages researchers to examine this. The Ministry of Education and Culture (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology) explained that there are four classes of sexual harassment, namely: 1) verbal, 2) non-physical, 3) physical, and 4) online or through information and communication technology. Then, there are at least ten types of examples of sexual harassment other than rape. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The researcher as a data collection instrument will conduct a literature study and a documentary study on the film Pengalin Cahaya in an effort to see the context of sexual harassment that appears in the show. From this study, it was found that the sexual harassment that occurred in this film was included in the category of physical sexual harassment. The perpetrators of sexual harassment in this film harass the opposite sex and same-sex partners who are partners in an organization on their campus. The perpetrators also cover up the crimes they have committed with the power they have. This proves the truth regarding research conducted in several countries that sexual harassment generally occurs in a place that is considered 'safe', where the sexual harassment that occurs in this film takes place on a campus where a place is considered 'safe' by the victim. As for the theory put forward by Fairchild and Rudhman (2008) regarding the organizational model approach, sexual harassment has a great chance if it is facilitated by power relations in a hierarchical structure. This theory is proven by the behavior carried out by the perpetrator of sexual harassment in this film, where he abuses the power and wealth of his parents to cover up crimes and silence the victim's mouth for his behavior.

Abstract

In Indonesia, rice is one of the main commodities cultivated in the agricultural sector. Rice is also a staple food commodity in Indonesia. Rice also has a vital position in the economic sector, and is the lifeblood of the rural economy. Rice has deep philosophical value for the people of Kasepuhan Ciptagelar, the rice produced by Kasepuhan Ciptagelar cannot be sold. The Kasepuhan Ciptagelar community considers rice to be the embodiment of Dewi Sri, Dewi Sri herself according to the Kasepuhan Ciptagelar community is the giver of life, therefore the customary law of Kasepuhan Ciptagelar prohibits selling rice because selling rice is the same as selling oneself and this is a category of great sin for the Kasepuhan community. Ciptatitle. However, because of their compliance with this customary law, they can meet their food needs independently. This study aims to examine rice culture in the Kasepuhan Ciptagelar community by looking at the causes of the Kasepuhan Ciptagelar community worshiping rice and the consequences of customary law that prohibits the Kasepuhan Ciptagelar community from selling rice and implemented into the design of documentary films. The research approach in this study uses a qualitative research model, using an ethnographic approach then combined with a base research design method as the stage of creating a documentary film. Ethnography aims to unravel culture as a whole, both material and abstract. The results of the study show how the continuity of indigenous peoples in Kasepuhan Ciptagelar is seen from the community's obedience to customary law or carrying out ancestral teachings that regulate rice cultivation until its distribution can meet their food needs. The implications of this research can be a reference for modern society in treating the universe for food security. Keywords — Ciptagelar; Documentary film; Customary law; Food security; Culture

The job of a truck driver sounds simple to the public's ears, but for truck drivers themselves, the profession they live has a different perspective in interpreting it. With low wages, truck drivers still experience injustice, because if the truck used gets into trouble, be it engine failure, a single accident or a series of accidents, the cost of repairs will be borne by the truck driver himself, and sometimes agencies cut the salary of the truck driver without prior notification to the driver. truck.
