Abstract

In the era of globalization, business competition is fierce, especially in the food and beverage industry. Cincau Station, which initially only served ice cincau with palm sugar, has developed into a variety of flavors and can be accessed through a mobile application. However, this application has shortcomings in design and features that can affect consumer interest. This research uses the Customer Knowledge Management (CKM) method to analyze the UI/UX of the Cincau Station application. CKM is an approach that considers customer needs to develop ideal products. The goal of CKM is to achieve brand effectiveness and competitiveness. This research limits the analysis to the content and composition aspects of the application. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website informasi dan pembayaran SPP sekolah yang berisi informasi mengenai SMA PGRI 1 Jakarta dan fasilitas pembayaran SPP yang dilakukan secara online. Hal ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya kekurangan dari sistem yang berjalan di SMA PGRI 1 Jakarta mengenai cara pembayaran SPP yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan informasi mengenai sekolah yang masih kurang. Dengan kemajuan teknologi internet, untuk informasi mengenai SMA PGRI 1 Jakarta dan pembayaran SPP dapat dibuat agar bisa dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan website sehingga siswa maupun orang tua dapat melakukan pembayaran dengan lebih mudah. Penelitian ini akan membahas rancang bangun website informasi dan pembayaran SPP sekolah dengan studi kasus pada SMA PGRI 1 Jakarta dengan metode penelitian menggunakan metode Waterfall dan website tersebut dibuat menggunakan PHP dan Bootstrap.

Abstract

This research aims to design a web-based information system for patient data management and registration services at Klinik Pratama Lina. The study involves the analysis, design, and implementation phases to meet the needs of patient data management and registration in the clinic. The designed system includes interfaces for doctor registration, doctor data management, patient data management, treatment data management, and treatment report generation. The Waterfall method is utilized as the software development approach in this research. The study utilizes a sample dataset of 10 patients. The results demonstrate that the web-based information system for patient data management and registration services can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the patient registration process and data management at Klinik Pratama Lina. However, the research also identifies some limitations that need to be addressed, such as the possibility of input errors by users. This research contributes to the development of health information systems that can improve the quality of service and patient data management in the clinic.

Abstract

Dalam era digital seperti saat ini, kebutuhan,kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan semakin meningkat. Salah satunya adalah pembelian tiket bioskop Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, banyak aplikasi yang bermunculan dengan berbagai fitur dan layanan yang memudahkan pengguna dalam memesan tiket. Namun, dengan semakin banyaknya aplikasi pembelian tiket yang tersedia, pengguna seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan. chatbot pada aplikasi pembelian tiket bioskop dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk membantu pengguna dalam menyelesaikan berbagai tugas dan memperoleh informasi yang mereka butuhkan secara cepat dan mudah. Sebagian masyarakat masih melakukan pembelian tiket bioskop secara langsung di tempat, permasalahan yang dapat terjadi adalah konsumen harus antri dan memerlukan waktu yang lama. Untuk itu Natural language processing (NLP) diterapkan ke dalam chatbot supaya bisa berkomunikasi seperti halnya manusia. Selain chatting dengan bot, aplikasi ini dibangun agar memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pemesanan tiket bioskop. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan Java Script dan ReactJS, serta dirancang menggunakan diagram UML. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah SDLC waterfall. Sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk memesan tiket bioskop melalui chatting dengan bot secara online dan real time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the features of the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) application using the Customer Knowledge Management (CKM) method. CKM is an approach to collecting, managing and leveraging customer knowledge to support decision making and improve customer relationships. In the context of IMDb, CKM can assist in understanding user needs and preferences, providing a better experience, and increasing user satisfaction. This study uses a feature analysis approach to evaluate key features in IMDb applications and determine how these features contribute to management. customer knowledge. Features that will be analyzed include complete information about movies and TV series, cast lists, directors, producers, ratings, user reviews, search features, recommendations, and community features. The method used in this study is CKM, which involves collecting data from different sources, such as IMDb application documentation, analysis of application components, and user feedback. These data are then analyzed and evaluated to determine the effectiveness of IMDb features in supporting customer knowledge management. The results of this analysis are expected to provide useful insights for IMDb application developers to improve user experience, improve existing features, and identify areas for improvement. potential. In addition, this research can also contribute to the understanding of the application of CKM in the context of the entertainment industry and the importance of customer knowledge management in achieving higher user satisfaction.

Abstract

Sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan sekolah yang dalam pola pembelajarannya lebih banyak prosentase memberikan keterampilan atau praktek yang bertujuan untuk membekali para lulusannya sehingga memiliki keterampilan yang bisa diunggulkan terutama di dunia industri atau usaha. Pembekalan tersebut dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan kerjasama diantara pihak sekolah dengan pihak industri atau usaha, dengan melaksanakan praktek kerja (magang). Pihak sekolah akan memberikan beberapa pilihan tempat untuk siswa melaksanakan magang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membantu pihak sekolah dan siswa dalam menentukan tempat magang, dengan harapan siswa dapat melaksanakan magang dengan merasa aman, nyaman, tenang dan memperolah hasil kinerja yang memuaskan. Sistem informasi untuk menentukan tempat magang para siswa ini menerapkan salah satu metode perhitungan dalam data mining, yaitu Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Sistem akan memudahkan dalam proses penentuan tempat magang, dengan beberapa kriteria yaitu jarak tempat magang, kesesuaian dengan jurusan, ada tidaknya tempat kos untuk sementara, kebersihan tempat magang, dan luas tempat magang.

Abstract

Achievement is one of the critical aspects in the world of education that must be considered continuously. To improve the quality of education and make the right decision, a tool is needed that can analyze achievement data more efficiently. This study aims to develop an achievement web module that functions as a comprehensive achievement data analysis tool. The development of the achievement module web is carried out using a needs-based development approach and active participation from various related parties, such as teachers, lecturers, and administrative staff. This module is designed with an intuitive and responsive interface, allowing users to easily access and analyze performance data in real-time. The developed achievement module presents academic and non-academic achievement data visually in the form of graphs, tables and reports. Complete data analysis features allow users to identify achievement trends, patterns of increase or decrease in achievement, as well as factors that influence student or participant performance. The results showed that the achievement web module has increased the efficiency of achievement data analysis, provided more in-depth information, and supported more informed decision making. The use of this module has assisted related parties in formulating strategies and intervention programs aimed at improving overall performance.

Abstract

This article discusses designing a study program profile website using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). Higher education has a need to present relevant and up-to-date information to prospective students, students, lecturers, and the general public. A study program profile website can be an effective tool to meet these needs. The design method used in this study involves the stages of needs analysis, interface design, selecting the appropriate WordPress theme, developing special features relevant to the study program, and testing functionality. Using the WordPress CMS as a content management platform makes it easy to manage and update content independently without requiring advanced programming skills. The result of this research is a responsive, attractive, and easy to navigate study program profile website. The features implemented include information about study programs, curriculum, lecturers, facilities, and the latest news. In addition, it is equipped with a search feature to make it easier for users to find the specific information they want. Implementing the WordPress CMS as a content management platform provides time and cost efficiency benefits in managing websites. In addition, the flexibility and ease of adding or changing content ensures that the information presented is always up-to-date relevant. In conclusion, designing a study program profile website using the WordPress CMS is an effective solution for presenting up-to-date and relevant information to stakeholders in the academic environment. This research contributes to the field of information technology, especially in the use of CMS platforms for efficient content management in the context of higher education.

Prodi Perpajakan Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi membutuhkan website sebagai media untuk promosi yang berisi informasi tentang visi dan misi, data dosen Perpajakan, tentang Prodi Perpajakan, prestasi mahasiswa, pengetahuan Prodi Perpajakan, serta prospek kerja lulusan Prodi Perpajakan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi dan wawancara kepada Kaprodi Perpajakan Universitas Pembangunan Pnca Budi dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan prodi dalam pembuatan web Profil. Proses perancangan website profil Prodi Perpajakan meggunakan wordpress. Dimana wordpress merupakan sebuah aplikasi terbuka yang digunakan sebagai mesin blog yang dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Pangkalan data MySQL
