This study describes the vitual da'wah during the Covid 19 pandemic on the broadcast of the Islamic religious pulpit on the TVRI station of North Sumatra. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the broadcast of the Islamic religious pulpit on TVRI North Sumatra in a structured manner. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach and provides education to the reader. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews. The results of this study are: First, Islamic broadcasting in the Islamic pulpit program at TVRI North Sumatra uses the discussion and question and answer method. Second, TVRI North Sumatra's Islamic pulpit program is effective in compiling an attractive broadcast format, presenting interactive presenters, presenting resource persons who have competence in the religious field, producing quality broadcasts, preaching materials capable of educating the audience, and providing motivational and educational shows.

This research study aims to find out the factors of buying chicken meat in traditional markets during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in Jatiasih Market, Jatiasih Subdistrict, Bekasi City, Province of West Java on November 7 to December 12, 2021. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, using 104 respondents. The results showed the characteristics of consumers who buy chicken meat in Jatiasih Market on average women, over 36 years of age, high school education/equivalent, housewife work, income below IDR.1,000,000.00, consumption rate of 1-1.5 Kg in a week and purchase rate as much as 1-3 times a week. The results of the multiple linear regression equations obtained a coefficient of determination of 0.727 which indicates that the health protocols (X1), marketing mix (X2) needs (X3) and purchase intention (X4) affect purchasing decisions (Y) by 62.8%. The F test concluded that health protocols, marketing mix, needs and purchase intention had a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The T test concluded that health protocols have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Therefore, the advice given according to the results is with chicken traders in Jatiasih Market, among others, traders must always adhere to health protocols in serving consumers, maintaining the cleanliness of outlets and providing services by considering selling using the method of delivery or online, in order to reduce crowds in the market where the market is one of the places that is indeed a lot of spread of the Covid-19 virus.

This article discusses the communication model of Islamic religious educators in strengthening the quality of diverse youth knowledge in Besitang District, Langkat Regency. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of young people who are diverse and try to make young people understand the importance of maintaining pluralism. The article method used is qualitative. The approach used is descriptive analysis approach supported by anthropological and sociological approaches. The subjects of this article are Islamic religious educators and youth. Collecting data using observation, unstructured interviews, and decommentation. The results of the research that have been found indicate that the educational quality of youth pluralism in Besitang Subdistrict, Langkat Regency, continues to experience a significant increase in terms of the quality of human resources, besides that, in terms of educational facilities and infrastructure, it continues to receive serious attention from the local government. The communication model carried out by Islamic religious educators in strengthening the quality of youth's diverse knowledge is to prioritize the character of time discipline, always maintain an attitude of tolerance, and avoid horizontal conflicts, get religious education on an ongoing basis, provide motivation and guidance and contribute to the Besitang sub-district government, establish harmonious cooperation with Muslim organizations in order to build a safe and comfortable country.

Online learning has the potential to make students unable to understand the material presented by the teacher. This study aims to see the relationship between online learning and students' understanding of Islamic education subjects. The method used is correlation using a quantitative approach. The number of samples is the same as the total population, which is 28. After testing the instrument and collecting data, followed by data analysis using product moment correlation, the results of the research are that there is a positive relationship between online learning and students' understanding of Islamic education subjects. The positive relationship between online learning and students' understanding of this subject is 0.386. This relationship is good even though there are other factors that affect students' understanding of this online learning process.

This study aims to determine the online media-based tourism promotion strategy by the village government. The analytical method used in the implementation of the research is observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through qualitative descriptive. The results of the research conducted that online media can improvetotaltourists to be able to visit both local tourists and foreign tourists. Promotion strategies using online media, activity events and improvement of tourist facilities carried out by the village government are expected to attract tourists and of course improve the economy of the community around these tourist attractions.

The objective of this research is to discuss using TED Talks in English Language Teaching (ELT). This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. Based on the findings, it shows that TED Talks can help students learn a variety of skills on English skills such as speaking, listening, and writing skills. In speaking, TED Talks allow the students in listening to a good example of talks/lecturers and to analyze how they are structured and presented. The students can be given the opportunity outside of class to watch selected TED Talks, so these talks are can be analyzed in class and the students are familiar with the language and content. In listening, TED talks are delivered by native English speakers from all over the world which allows the students to see some TED chats about a subject that concerns them, by merely listening to a native English speaker. They can help develop their understanding, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills. In writing, available TED Talks’ transcripts allow the students to read along with the spoken word. This can develop their skills in grammar and vocabulary to hear what is being said quickly. It is important to point out that there are lots of websites or digital channels where the students and teacher can find TED Talks English video which provides speeches or presentations from world inspirational figures from various fields with various interesting topics. These video-based language learning make the students understand the influential TED Talks concepts and explore them more. Teaching English with TED Talks supports every English language program with easy-to-use classroom tools. TED talks are also great resources for teachers like approach to teaching ESL. English Language Teaching by using TED Talks is one of the authentic supplemental resources for English teachers to manage in English language learning programs.

Transportation Modes During Pandemic Covid-19 in Indonesia Siti Maemunah; Marta Anggoro

The purpose of this study is the selection of transportation modes during the pandemic in Indonesia. This study uses an analysis of the SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis technique, with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the analysis show that the cost and safety variables do not significantly affect the choice of transportation mode, this is due to the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in changes in variables community priorities in the selection of transportation modes. While the variables of comfort and compliance with health protocols have a significant effect on the choice of transportation modes which have an impact on reducing the risk of being exposed to COVID-19. Therefore, it is necessary to study the improvement of minimum service standards in order to increase the convenience of users of transportation services and carry out supervision to ensure the implementation of minimum service standards in order to improve comfort and compliance with health protocols.

This study aims to determine the perception of Jurai tue in Simpur village in understanding and applying the philosophical value of the priest statue, one of the historical relics of the megalithic era, in carrying out daily activities. This statue symbolizes the figure of a leader, and is described as a strong figure with a slightly protruding head. Round eyes, wide mouth and flat nose. There are bracelets on the legs and arms, and the second is a human figure who is usually called a priest statue by the surrounding community. His eyes are round, his nose is flat, and his mouth is wide. On the head of this statue has a protrusion that looks like a headdress. In this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research methods. and also in this study using phenomenological theory with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature studies and also documentation. The results of this study aim to determine the jurai tue's perception of the philosophical value of the priest statue in Simpur village, Lahat district.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impulsive behavior of employees in response to company policies. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from 8 informants, namely employees of PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia plant BSD 1, South Tangerang. The interactive model used in this study includes data collection, data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained indicate that impulsive behavior that occurs can be in the form of acceptance or rejection of employees against policies issued by the company when they find policies that are felt to affect them, where the impulsive behavior that occurs is still at a safe level.
