Abstract

Research on teacher competency problems that were not attained in this school used qualitative methods. The descriptions compiled from this study are based on data collection in the form of books, scientific journals and the results of relevant research that have been done before. Then do the formulation of the problem, analyze the data and identify until verified research results are obtained. The result is that teachers who already have competence but are less trained in school will cause problems in increasing the quality and competition in the world of education. This is increasingly felt with the presence of revolution 4.0 in the world of education which demands creative and innovative teachers not only fulfilling formal competences. The world of teaching and education in schools now has to answer the challenges of advances in information and science technology itself and the ever-changing learning applications. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the teaching profession in this era must have more professional awareness and responsibility, and must not stop to improve the quality of competence by increasing training

Abstract

Mufassirin's view in Al-Munawwir's interpretation contains the pro and kotraulama issue regarding whether or not a marriage between a Muslim and a woman of the book is allowed. There is a view that marriage with women who are followers of the Bible and the Torah is allowed when the book has not changed. The second view is that it is lawful to marry women who are experts of the book even after the change of the book as long as there is no deviation. This expression shows that there are two groups of views: the first group: halal kitabiyah is married even though there is a deviation from the second group: kitabiyah which is lawful to marry is kitabiyah who believes in the original book before there is a deviation, while kitabiyah whose beliefs have diverged, according to their opinion, is forbidden marrying the deviant kitabiyah because of their polytheism. The opinion of Imam Shafi'i can marry women who are ahlul of the book and they must be religious in the Torah and the Bible before the Qur'an was revealed, but after al-Qura'an was revealed and they remain religious according to the books they are not ahlul of the book, but they are polytheists. there is a deviation from the Torah and the Bible

Abstract

This paper discusses the learning leadership of the Madrasah Principal in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Pembangunan. The principal of the madrasah as a leader is responsible for the course of the learning process in schools. A successful learning process will increase learning achievement and student satisfaction and motivation to learn higher. The principal as a learning leader is leadership that emphasizes components that are closely related to learning, including curriculum, teaching and learning processes, assessment, assessment, teacher development, excellent service in learning, and building learning communities in schools. The main objective of learning leadership is to provide excellent service to all students so that they are able to develop their potential, talents, interests and needs. Learning leadership is also aimed at facilitating learning so that student learning achievement increases, learning satisfaction is higher, learning motivation is higher, curiosity is realized, creativity is fulfilled, innovation is realized, an entrepreneurial spirit is formed, and awareness for lifelong learning because of science and technology and art developing rapidly growing well. Learning leadership if applied in schools will be able to build learning communities for its citizens and even be able to make the school a learning school

Abstract

The Qur'an constantly challenges all Arab literature experts to try to be matched. But no one is able to answer the challenges of the Qur'an. They are not even able to imitate, because the Qur'an is on top of a peak that is impossible to excel. And the Qur'an is not a human sentence. That paves the way for experts to be able to uncover aspects of balaghah (rhetoric), the Qur'an and its unique language style in formulating sentence arrangements to describe something. The Arabic linguists have shed all their cherished and grateful activities. They try hard to present balaghah al-Qur'an in the form of inspiration that is fun. On the scientific aspect, the scientificity of the Qur'an does not lie in its scope to the ever-new and changing scientific theories as a result of human effort through observation and research, but lies in its spirit of encouraging people to think using their minds. All problems or rules of science that have been established and convincing, is a manifestation of the activities of thinking recommended by the Qur'an. The Qur'an has rebuilt every Muslim's scientific consciousness to think, understand, and use reason. In contrast to the understanding of most people, who say that when in a state of hypnosis or trance one's consciousness is very weak, when in a trance condition the level of consciousness of a person actually increases very high.

Abstract

Lesson study is a case analysis method in learning practice, aimed at assisting the professional development of teachers and opening up opportunities for them to learn from each other based on real practices in the classroom. Lesson Study is not a strategy or method in learning, but is one of the coaching efforts to improve the learning process carried out by a group of teachers collaboratively and continuously, in planning, implementing, observing and reporting learning outcomes. The form is a joint task or collaboration between teachers in the same field of study (a consortium in the field of study). Learning planning is discussed together, there is a teacher who is used as a model. The teacher who is used as this model carries out learning in the classroom, other teachers (as observers) observe student learning responses until the teaching and learning activities are finished. After that, a discussion was held between the observer and the model teacher about the learning process carried out by the model teacher. The results of the discussion for the improvement/enrichment of the next learning. Lesson study aims firstly to gain a better understanding of how students learn and teachers teach, secondly, to obtain certain results that can be utilized by other teachers outside of lesson study participants, thirdly, to improve learning systematically through collaborative inquiry, and fourthly to build a pedagogical knowledge, where a teacher can draw knowledge from other teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher performance on improving student’s achievement in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects at SMPN Bekasi. The method used is a survey method. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of teacher performance on improving student achievement in social studies subjects. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 2.160 with the t-table value of 1.658 and the probability value (sig.) of 0.04. Because the value of sig < 0.05 and t arithmetic > t table means that there is a significant effect of the teacher performance variable (X) on social studies learning achievement (Y). As a results, the teacher's performance from time to time must be improved. A teacher must have a commitment to continue learning, without it the teacher will be stunted in his/her knowledge and will be left behind in the midst of changing times that always increasing uncertainlly.

Abstract

Tajdid or renewal in Islam arises in the period of Islamic history called modern and has the aim to bring Muslims to progress. Before entering the problem group. Today there are problems of sharia law often appear on the surface. For that whether all the teachings of Islam must be renewed or only those that are completely incompatible with the times and local conditions. It is worth noting that tajdid (renewal) is basically, which must use the naqli proposition as the basis. Keep in mind that in Islam there are teachings that are absolute, which can be changed which is absolute are basic teachings and points that are universal. Most of the teachings of Islam are relative, not absolute. Noise can only be done about relative teachings. The issue of tajdid against Islam or something like that, has recently appeared in the world, including in Indonesia. Indeed, many terms (terms) are used in this sense, all of which have more or less the same meaning or there is a connection. Some mean renewal, modernization, purification reorientation and there may be more notions.

Abstract

The fact that blind people in Indonesia have not had access to education and various decent facilities is indeed undeniable. This can be proven by some data issued by the Central Statistics Agency regarding the number of blind people in Indonesia. Especially blind people with early age. At an early age, child development is developing rapidly so that children tend to absorb the information around it. In blind children at an early age, they experience obstacles in the form of visualization abilities. Therefore, providing stimulation in early childhood is very important for further development. Writing this scientific paper uses the method of writing literature review. We collected some literature and several studies that were relevant to the writing of this scientific paper. So as to produce an idea or idea to contribute to blind children at an early age. This idea is in the form of a game of visually impaired child mobility (POMATE) which can help develop early childhood physical and motor development and mobility. This game is adapted from pre-existing activities. POMATE is an activity that requires physical abilities of children. So that it can be one of the media used to help the mobility of blind children at an early age. POMATE can be used in educational institutions providing inclusion or Special School education (SLB) because POMATE only requires minimalist land. For schools that have less extensive fields, they can use classrooms or school grounds.

Abstract

This research departs from the problem of the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the education aspect, which requires teaching and learning activities to be carried out from home, namely through online learning. In online learning, internet-based learning media is needed. The change in learning conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic is the background of the author's interest in discussing online learning, especially in PAI subjects that use WhatsApp as a learning medium based on student perceptions at SMP Negeri 03 South Tangerang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive type of research. Primary data were obtained through field observations and interviews with 1 teacher of Islamic religious education and 5 students of SMP Negeri 03 Tangerang Selatan. Secondary data sources are obtained from books, journals, and other scientific writings that support the research. The findings from this study are that according to some students learning to use WhatsApp contains positive values, online learning using WhatsApp is easy, many features can be used. then some students stated that learning through Whatsapp was less effective due to the lack of interaction between teachers and students, the focus of students on the material taught by the teacher was still lacking, and the material taught by the teacher was sometimes difficult for students to understandAs for the obstacles that occur when online learning through WhatsApp, not all students have smartphones, signal problems, Smartphone memory is full, the application used is only WhatsApp, students are less enthusiastic when learning , and students find it difficult to understand the material taught by the teacher.

Abstract

Being aware of religious life and nation is inseparable, while the reality of Indonesian nation is very diverse in terms of tribe, religion, race and among groups (SARA). This condition is certainly potentially disrupt harmonization and harmony that led to conflict. Indonesian Muslims become the determinant factor of harmonization and religious harmony in Indonesia. This is because the majority of Muslims from the side of theology theologically bring the universal message of peace "rahmatan lil alamin". In the context of Indonesia-an has been proven that the entry and spread of Islam in the archipelago filled with stories of harmonization and harmony both with the culture of indigenous communities and with religions that first present in the archipelago. Talking about the harmony of religious people, like ideals and facts that are not in line. The question is why is it so difficult to create harmony ?. It can be seen as an indication that the community actually has not gained a proportional understanding of the concept of a harmonious religious life ". This cultivation of understanding can not be instant only through socialization and orientation, but must be through regular and well-planned education. One solution offered from this research is to include the Education of Religious Harmony into the school curriculum.
