Abstract

This study describes the role of the National Development Planning Agency in improving the welfare of the people of Pekalongan Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study found that BAZNAS in Pekalongan has an important role for the community such as providing educational scholarships for semester 5 and 6 students who come from underprivileged families, providing assistance to flood victims in the form of money, food, clothing, health, and medicines. medicine. BAZNAS Pekalongan collects zakat in various ways, such as coming directly to the Baznas office, post, bank, and so on. BAZNAS Pekalongan also innovates in collecting zakat funds through the Muzaki Card to make it easier and more transparent. The collected zakat is then used to help improve the welfare of the community in various fields. So, with the management and distribution of zakat funds through several programs and services that are carried out effectively and optimally, it can help the community in improving welfare. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) : office space management that has been carried out at Bank Muamalat Kcu Medan Baru (2) Achievements and efforts in the problem of employee comfort at Bank Muamalat Kcu Medan Baru. (3) the existing management plan of Bank Muamalat Kcu Medan Baru on effective spatial management. The data collection technique is qualitative with descriptive method. The data obtained at Bank Muamalat Kcu Medan Baru there are several errors and obstacles in the arrangement of the room so that some good strategies are needed so that the company maximizes the arrangement in accordance with the principles of spatial management so that the company is comfortable and the employees work well. Abstract

ABSTRACT             Good Corporate Governance is a way ofacorporateagovernanceathataaims to make the companyarun well. This study intends to let us knowahowatoaapplyatheaprinciplesaofagood corporateagovernanceaataBankaSumut kcp syariah Multatuli, a regionally owned Islamic bank whichaisaaabranch ofatheaaNorth Sumatran bank.a This research uses the principle of a qualitative approach with aasemi-structureda interviewatechnique,atoadetermineatheasources by using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction in data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show the imp-lementation of Good Corporate Governance through the principle of Tariffs, namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairnes. Abstract

Marketing of Islamic banks must have an economic construction 4.0, which is a fundamental change in the way of human life and work processes, where advances in information technology can integrate in the world of life with digital which can have an impact on scientific disciplines. This research is expected to add to the scientific treasures in the field of Islamic banking, especially those related to Islamic Banking issues in Facing Economic Construction 4.0 Reviewed Through SWOT Analysis which can be used as reference material for further researchers who conduct similar research. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the strategy of Islamic banking in dealing with economic construction 4.0 is reviewed through a SWOT analysis, and also to find out what are the obstacles of Islamic banking in facing economic construction 4.0 through a SWOT analysis. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative research model with a case study approach model, which is a research approach that tries to explore real life through detailed and in-depth data collection involving various sources of information, either in the form of interviews, document observations or reports by describing objects from research case. The research results obtained are that Islamic banks must have a strategy to face the 4.0 industrial revolution, which researchers then analyze using SWOT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of education costs, social motivation, and career motivation on career choices in the field of taxation with interest in participating in tax brevet as an intervening variable. This research method is a survey research method. This data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using google form. This research uses data analysis method using SmartPLS software version 3.0. This research was conducted on 100 respondents, namely students of the Accounting S1 Program at several universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta that have a tax Brevet training program. The results showed that the perception of the cost of education, social motivation, and career motivation had a positive effect on interest in following tax brevet. Perceptions of education costs and social motivation have no effect on career choices in taxation. Career motivation has a positive effect on career choices in taxation. Interest in following the tax brevet does not affect the choice of a career in taxation. Perceptions of education costs, social motivation, and career motivation have no effect on career choice in taxation through interest in following tax brevet as an intervening variable. Abstract

Becoming an entrepreneur is one solution to overcome the problem of unemployment, because now people will not be satisfied with meeting their needs only relying on the results of being an employee. The increasing need, this affects the people themselves to be able to survive or not live their lives, and therefore becoming an entrepreneur is one of the solutions in addition to unemployment problems but also human survival. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of entrepreneurial interest and to test hypotheses regarding the effect of self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit on interest in becoming an entrepreneur. The method used in this research is descriptive research. In accordance with the objectives to be achieved, this research uses the research method used is the survey method. The sampling in this study was from a population of 663 students of the economics faculty, level I, II, and III with a sample of 10% in each batch. The results of the analysis show that positive self-confidence towards interest in becoming an entrepreneur is partially and significantly with a linear regression coefficient of 0.342, entrepreneurial spirit has a positive effect on interest in becoming an entrepreneur partially and significantly with a regression coefficient of 0.447, and self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit have a positive effect simultaneously. and significant to the interest in becoming an entrepreneur with the regression equation Y = 3.109 + 0.342X1 + 0.447X2. The results of the coefficient of determination show that changes in interest in becoming an entrepreneur can be influenced by changes in self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit by 22.6%, the remaining 77.4% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

The Praxis of Entrepreneurship Learning in the Food services Production Unit. This study aims to investigate teachers’ concepts of entrepreneurship learning, entrepreneurship competencies developed in the production unit, and entrepreneurship learning processes in the production unit of food services in SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta. This study employed the qualitative case study. The research subjects were the principal, head of the study program, head of the production unit, and students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result shows that: (1) Entrepreneurship learning needs hands-on-experiences-based; (2) the entrepreneurship competency developed through the production unit includes a) entrepreneurship knowledge, consisting of self-knowledge and practical knowledge, b) entrepreneurship attitudes, consisting of work ethos, autonomy, discipline, creativity, and innovativeness, and c) entrepreneurship skills, consisting of: technical skill, human relations skill, conceptual skill, decision making skill, time management skill, and leadership skill; (3) no instructional standard employed in to develop entrepreneurship in production unit. There are three entrepreneurship learning models employed in the production unit: inside production, outside production, and mobile canteen. The learning outcome is measured in two ways, i.e. performance and product monitoring. Meanwhile, evaluation of the students’ learning progress is conducted by using profit-based evaluation. Abstract

For students need to cultivate the words of entrepreneurship in order to support the life of competing at the world in the globalization. By looking at the phenomenon that occurs in the market share that more competition in the search for employment while the few available jobs resulting in unemployment. One way to alleviate unemployment is to entrepreneurship, by becoming entrepreneurs able to open new jobs to the community. However, establishing a business must be accompanied by a good entrepreneurial attitude ang right. By maximizing the entrepreneurial attitude can maximize also the things to be achieved. Being brave in making decisions by thingking about all aspects and can minimice loss and self-efficacy is one example of having an entrepreneurial attitude . and there are many other attitudes an entrepreneur must possess. The purpose of this research is (1) know what factors influences student entrepreneurship attitude, (2) to know the dominant factors that affect student entrepreneurship attitude. The method used in this study is literature review with analyzing of previous research in accordance with the needs of factors affecting entrepreneurial attitudes toward students. The results of the study found that there are factors that influence entrepreneurial attitude that is (1) self efficacy attitude (2) tenacious (3) dare to make decision (4) creative (5) independence (6) entrepreneurship education. Abstract

As an entrepreneur, it is necessary for him to have knowledge related to strategies in running his business. Because by making the right strategy, he will benefit as expected, and vice versa with the wrong strategy will cause losses for business owners and even allow entrepreneurs to go bankrupt. Of course, every entrepreneur does not want to experience bankruptcy or big losses. For this reason, it is necessary for entrepreneurs to understand strategies in doing business as a way to achieve success. This study will explain the various strategies that entrepreneurs need to know in running their business. The method used in explaining the entrepreneur's strategy is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher will conduct a literature study to produce various references related to the strategies that entrepreneurs can go through to run their business. This research explains that there are many strategies that entrepreneurs can go through, including through digital, considering that today is thick with the digital world, so as an entrepreneur he will continue to run a business that can be reached by the younger generation because their world is generally through digital as a means of communication. Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the promotion mix on the marketing of goods and services as well as the forms of construction services that exist at PT. Khafi Multi Mighty. The type of method in this research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach that is directed to be explained in greater detail about the actual situation that occurs in the field. This study also conducted direct interviews addressed to the Director of the company PT. Khafi Multi Mighty. This study shows the results that the promotion mix has not been implemented by employees so that it does not have a significant effect on service marketing, this is evidenced by their marketing method which only uses three components contained in the promotion mix. So that the services offered have not yet reached the desired point of satisfaction because the marketing system that is being implemented is not perfect. Keywords: service quality, promotion mix
