This study is a comparative study of the response of Christians to political policies. This research specifically explores how the attitude of Christians towards the policy of the Single Principle of Pancasila during the New Order era. Through literature study of primary and secondary sources as well as interviews, this study found that in general there are two attitudes among Christians towards the policy, namely reactive and accommodative. Catholics (MAWI) and Protestants (DGI) reacted reactively to the Single Principles policy, which for them was tantamount to replacing Jesus with Pancasila. Meanwhile, the evangelicals were accommodative by accepting the Pancasila Single Principle policy even before the policy was passed into Law no. 8 of 1985.

The covid-19 pandemic is still sweeping the world today. The impact of this pandemic is also felt by the church so that the church is difficult to carry out its functions as a whole. The living church is the one that performs its functions. The early Church became a very good standard and example. This article formulates the problem of how the church functions based on Acts 2:42-47 during the pandemic? The purpose of this writing is to explain the application of the functions of the church in Acts 2:42-47 during the pandemic. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with library study approach which is the hermeneutic method of the Bible. The results of this study show that there are five functions of the church based on Acts 2:42-47, namely fellowship, discipleship, devotion, evangelism, and worship. In implementing these five church functions in the current pandemic situation, there are two applications, namely internal application that discusses building relationships with God and others, and internal application that includes community service and evangelism.

Pastoral care cannot be separated from counseling services as a form of guidance for people who have problems or commonly referred to as counselees. The problem discussed by the author is the problem of depressive neurosis. Depressive neurosis is a problem that occurs in a person's psyche without knowing the cause. In solving the problem of depressive neurosis, a good strategy is needed so that this problem can be solved. The purpose of this writing itself is so that the servant or counselor can understand and know what strategies are suitable to be used in helping to solve the problem of depressive neurosis in contextual pastoral care. The method used is the Literature method by observing books and journals or articles to support writing. Build a good relationship with the counselee, involve and direct the counselee's family to help the counselee, encourage the counselee to know himself, listen to the counselee well without guessing the problems experienced, provide support to the counselee, and provide opportunities and guide the counselee to take a way out. of the problem. Thus, the authors hope, the strategies described can be used in pastoral care to solve the problem of depressive neurosis.

This article is a theoretical study of the duties and responsibilities of Christian religious education teachers as educators who are able to teach, guide and even direct students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The importance of Christian religious education teachers during the pandemic, not only teaching or transferring knowledge. However, the duties and responsibilities of Christian religious education teachers during a pandemic are to handle the negative psychology of students and help and lead children to know the real love of God in the Lord Jesus Christ. The duties and responsibilities of Christian religious education teachers during the pandemic are, as teachers as motivators so that children get assistance to find solutions by providing direction or advice based on the truth of God's Word, even increasing children's spirituality, growing their faith and hope in God. Christian religious education teachers must also provide assistance, care, and sincere love, so that students or children feel valued and have enthusiasm. In addition to Christian religious education teachers as motivators, also Christian religious education teachers as innovators, as evaluators, giving themselves to their students, even Christian religious education teachers are able to bring students to life changes for children who experience negative psychology. To achieve what the author's goal is, the author uses a qualitative method of literature review, namely by collecting data and information related to the problem under study through books, magazines, manuscripts, and supported by several references. online for the completion of this paper.

The East Indonesia Mujahideen Armed Crime Group is one of the terrorist groups that often carry out their crimes in the Poso area, Central Sulawesi. Terrorism crimes from MIT have been going on for about twenty years in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the Christian ethical view of terrorism crimes committed by KKB MIT. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This research produces an attitude of condemning the crime of terrorism and produces curative, repressive, and preventive actions. Keywords: terrorism, MIT, christian etics Abstrak: Kelompok Kejahatan Bersenjata Mujahidin Indonesia Timur adalah salah satu kelompok teroris yang sering melancarkan aksi kejahatannya di daerah Poso, Sulawesi Tengah. Abstract: The phenomenon of marital disharmony is very varied. Busy work resulting in a lack of time and attention given to the family. Differences in financial income where when the wife has a salary greater than her husband, thereby reducing respect for her husband, and being an example for the children to their father. The existence of infidelity is also a trigger for the fracture of a marriage. Happy families must have a holy and harmonious marriage blessed by God. The purpose of establishing harmony in a family is not only the formation of a harmonious relationship between husband and wife, but also includes everything related to the welfare and peace of the family. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with literature review to produce theoretical data on the concept of marital harmony as well as interview and documentation techniques to obtain concrete data about the concept of teaching the bride and groom. The results of the study show that: First, a harmonious Christian marriage will be achieved with the correct understanding and willingness to obey the authority of God's Word. Second, Christian marriage is very beautiful when husband and wife are able to realize and carry out their duties and functions proportionally. Third, the teaching of the bride and groom provides a starting point in marriage as a standard in the family and a picture of Christ's relationship with the church. Abstrak: Fenomena ketidakharmonisan pernikahan sangat variatif penyebabnya. Kesibukan kerja sehingga kurangnya waktu dan perhatian yang diberikan bagi keluarga. Perbedaan pendapatan finansial dimana ketika isteri memiliki gaji lebih besar dari suami, sehingga mengurangi rasa hormat terhadap suami, dan menjadi contoh anak-anak kepada ayah mereka. Adanya perselingkuhan juga turut menjadi pemicu retaknya pernikahan. Keluarga bahagia harus memiliki pernikahan yang kudus dan harmonis diberkati Tuhan. Tujuan pembentukan keharmonisan dalam sebuah keluarga bukan hanya pembentukan hubungan harmonis suami isteri saja, tetapi didalamnya juga mencakup segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan dan kedamaian keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan kajian pustaka untuk menghasilkan data teoretis konsep keharmonisan pernikahan serta teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi guna memeroleh data konkrit tentang konsep pengajaran mempelai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, pernikahan Kristen harmonis akan tercapai dengan pemahaman yang benar dan kemauan untuk taat terhadap otoritas Firman Allah. Kedua, pernikahan Kristen sangat indah ketika suami isteri mampu menyadari dan menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya secara proporsional. Ketiga, pengajaran mempelai memberikan titik pijak dalam pernikahan sebagai standar dalam keluarga dan gambaran hubungan Kristus dengan jemaat.

Abstract: The era of the Covid-19 pandemic and the development of the delta variant have urged the United Nations to define this era as the new normal era. Because millions of people have been exposed, died, economic recession, there have been layoffs, the tradition of gathering in certain activities by gathering people in hundreds or even thousands are restricted and must follow the new normal regulations by government recommendations or policies. This study aims to find the basics as an opportunity to build spirituality in the text of Nehemiah 2:11-20 that can be applied during the Covid 19 period. The study uses a library research method by collecting data in the form of documents, theological books, interpretations, and even Bible texts, magazines, articles, and news. The results of his research. There are three opportunities to build spirituality during the Covid 19 pandemic. First: Build facilities and infrastructure for symbols of security and order in carrying out spirituality; second: building vertical (covenant renewal) and horizontal relationships through prayer to God, communicating with the king, building relationships with the people, and acting with precise management according to the times. Third: Opportunity to use modern infrastructure (covid-19 pandemic) real action in managing all virtual and inside implementations. Abstrak: Era Pandemi Covid 19 dan perkembangan varian delta mendesak Perserikatan Bangsa-bangsa menetapkan era ini sebagai era new normal. Karena Jutaan orang terpapar, meninggal, resesi ekonomi, adanya putus hubungan kerja, tradisi berkumpul dalam kegiatan-kegiatan tertentu dengan mengumpulkan orang dalam jumlah ratusan bahkan ribuan dibatasi dan wajib mengikuti peraturan new normal sesuai dengan anjuran atau kebijakan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan dasar-dasar sebagai peluang membangun spiritualitas dalam teks Nehemia 2:11-20 yang dapat diterapkan pada masa Covid 19. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data berupa dokumen, buku teologi, tafsiran bahkan teks Alkitab, majalah, artikel, dan berita. Hasil penelitiannya. Ada tiga peluang membangun spiritualitas masa pandemi Covid 19. Pertama: Membangun sarana dan prasarana simbol keamanan dan ketertiban dalam menjalankan spiritualitas; kedua: membangun hubungan vertikal (pembaharuan kovenan) dan horizontal melalui doa kepada Allah, berkomunikasi kepada raja, membangun relasi dengan umat dan bertindak dengan manajemen yang jitu sesuai zamannya. Ketiga: Peluang menggunakan sarana prasarana masa kini (masa pandemi covid 19) tindakan nyata dalam mengelola semua pelaksanaan secara virtual maupun inside.

Abstract: Family is a very fundamental part of life. The Bible emphasizes that the family is an important reference in the life of God's church. Husband and wife relationship is the most important thing in building a family. Because in the truth of God's Word, the husband and wife relationship is a symbol of Christ's relationship with the church. This paper focuses on the figure of the wife who is commanded to submit to her husband according to the passage of Ephesians 5:22-24. The main focus in this writing is to discuss in detail the meaning of the word “submit” (v. 22). This paper focuses on deciphering the meaning of the word "subject" which is studied from Ephesians 5:22-24. This topic needs to be studied, because several cases occur where a wife lacks submission simply because her social status is higher than her husband. These social statuses include, wife's salary is higher, wife's cognitive intelligence is superior and so on. From the perspective of the truth of God's Word, the case examples mentioned above are very inaccurate. This writing uses a descriptive literature method. The goal is that through writing, namely: First, find the true meaning of the word "submit" from Ephesians 5:22-24. Both Christian women, especially wives, understand the meaning of "submission" to their husbands. Third, bring every Christian woman to understand the principles of the truth of the Word that can be applied in daily life. Abstrak: Keluarga menjadi bagian yang sangat fundamental dalam kehidupan. Alkitab menegaskan keluarga menjadi acuan penting dalam kehidupan gereja Tuhan. Hubungan suami isteri menjadi hal yang terpenting dalam membangun sebuah keluarga. Sebab dalam kebenaran Firman Tuhan, hubungan suami isteri menjadi bagian lambing hubungan Kristus dengan jemaat. Tulisan ini berfokus pada sosok isteri yang diperintahkan untuk tunduk kepada suami sesuai dengan nas Efesus 5:22-24. Fokus utama dalam penulisan ini adalah membahas secara detail mengenai makna kata “tunduk,” (ay. 22). Tulisan ini berfokus pada penguraian makna kata “tunduk” yang dikaji dari Efesus 5:22-24. Topik ini merasa perlu dikaji , karena beberapa kasus terjadi di mana seorang isteri kurang adanya penundukan diri hanya karena status sosialnya lebih tinggi dari sang suami. Status sosial itu diantaranya, gaji istri lebih tinggi, kecerdasan kognitif istri lebih unggul dan sebagainya. Dipandang dari sisi kebenaran Firman Tuhan contoh kasus yang disebutkan di atas sangatlah tidak tepat. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif literatur. Tujuannya agar supaya lewat penulisan yaitu: Pertama, menemukan makna kata “tunduk” yang sesungguhnya dari Efesus 5:22-24. Kedua wanita Kristen khususnya isteri memahami makna “tunduk” kepada suami. Ketiga, membawa setiap wanita Kristen memahami prinsip-prinsip kebenaran Firman yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract: Discipleship is the essence of Christian life, because discipleship invites every believer who becomes a follower of Christ to be educated, taught, and discipled as early as possible in his life following the example of Jesus and having the desire to do God's will as best as possible. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. First, it examines the concept of discipleship from various Christian discipleship theories and experts. Second, analyze the meaning and implications of discipleship as the core of Christian life. The results of this study conclude that being a Christian is being a disciple of Jesus who is called not only to be like Jesus in a similar sense but the real meaning is how to live to be a model of the Lord Jesus who wears the person of Jesus. Abstrak: Pemuridan merupakan inti kehidupan Kristen, karena pemuridan mengajak setiap orang percaya yang menjadi pengikut Kristus agar dididik, diajar, dan dimuridkan sedini mungkin hidupnya mengikuti teladan Yesus dan memiliki kerinduan melakukan kehendak Allah dengan sebaik mungkin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Pertama, mengupas konsep pemuridan dari berbagai teori dan para ahli pemuridan Kristen. Kedua, menganalisis tentang makna dan implikasi pemuridan sebagai inti kehidupan orang Kristen. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa menjadi seorang Kristen adalah menjadi murid Yesus yang dipanggil bukan hanya menjadi seperti Yesus dalam artian mirip, tetapi makna yang sesungguhnya adalah bagaimana hidup menjadi peraga Tuhan Yesus yang mengenakan pribadi Yesus.

Abstract: Technological developments that occur massively have made children grow up in a different pattern from the previous generation who lived in the past. Children from an early age have been acquainted with technology that affects their cognitive development and behavior patterns. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the theory and practice of family education that is appropriate for early childhood in facing challenges in this era of disruption by looking at the content of the context of 2 Timothy 3:15-17. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was by examining the theological descriptions of 2 Timothy 3:15-17 from the Bible, as well as digging up information from various literatures, in the form of journals, commentaries, and books on early childhood development and the era of disruption. Through this research, it was found that based on 2 Timothy 3:15-17, the best way to educate children in today's families is to educate them as early as possible to study and explore the contents of the Holy Scriptures so that children have wisdom in overcoming problems and challenges, especially those that can shake faith as a result. the impact of current technological advances. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi yang terjadi secara pesat saat ini telah membuat anak-anak bertumbuh dengan pola yang berbeda dari generasi yang hidup pada masa sebelumnya. Anak sejak usia dini telah berkenalan dengan teknologi yang memengaruhi perkembangan kognitif dan pola tingkah laku mereka. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui teori dan praktik pendidikan keluarga yang sesuai bagi anak usia dini dalam menghadapi tantangan di era disrupsi ini dengan melihat isi konteks dari 2 Timotius 3:15-17. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengkaji uraian teologis dari 2 Timotius 3:15-17 dari Alkitab, juga menggali informasi dari berbagai literatur, berupa jurnal, buku-buku tafsiran, dan buku-buku mengenai perkembangan anak usia dini dan era disrupsi. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa berdasarkan 2 Timotius 3:15-17, cara terbaik pendidikan anak dalam keluarga masa kini adalah dengan sedini mungkin mendidik mereka untuk mempelajari dan mendalami isi Kitab Suci sehingga anak memiliki hikmat dalam mengatasi masalah dan tantangan terutama yang dapat menggoyahkan iman akibat pengaruh kemajuan teknologi saat ini.
