Abstract

The criminal act of detention as regulated in Article 480 of the Criminal Code, in which the detention element in the article is very easy to ensnare anyone who receives the proceeds of crime with an intentional element (dolus), which means that the perpetrator of the detention can be deemed appropriate must be can suspect the origin of goods from crime and it is difficult to prove that the collector really knows about it (the origin of the goods) As for the relationship with consumer protection related to this case, it can be seen in Article 4 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection which describes consumer rights. Detention based on Article 480 of the Criminal Code is combined between deliberate offense (knowing) that an item originates from a crime and an offense of negligence (culpa) marked with the words "should be able to know" that item comes from crime. Element intentional or culpa This is alternatively mentioned against other elements, namely that the goods were obtained by crime. It is not necessary that the perpetrators of custody know or should be able to suspect with what crime the goods were obtained, namely whether by theft, or embezzlement, or extortion, or threats, or fraud. Consumer protection is carried out to provide protection to consumers from deceptive and misleading business practices and to provide access to information disclosure, and to ensure legal certainty, especially regarding consumer rights as regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country that is rich in spices, one of which is cloves. Cloves are used as a spice for Indonesian kretek cigarettes. Besides that, the oil can also be taken from cloves. The clove oil is extracted from the flowers and leaves of cloves. UD. Agus is one of the shops that accepts the sale and purchase of clove oil, this process is done manually, namely by recording everything on paper and recapitulating it in a notebook. This process is less efficient, thus complicating the process of managing data within the company and this problem can be overcome by implementing Supply Chain Management in business processes implemented at UD. Agus, combined with implementation in an information technology. The technology applied is an information system with website technology, which is a technology that has a wide reach and is easily accessible by the internet network. This research was conducted following the flow of the Waterfall Method. The result of this research is a website-based Supply Chain Management information system. Based on the process of working and testing the system with the Blackbox Testing method, it can be concluded that the functions of the system are already running well. So that the system is suitable for use as an information system for Clove Oil Supply Chain Management at UD. Agus.

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah kasus Covid 19 menyebabkan pemerintah lebih memperketat ruang gerak masyarakat, terutama nya dalam hal beraktivitas. Sehingga banyak perusahaan yang merumahkan bahkan melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja terhadap karyawan nya. Segala bentuk lapangan usaha mengalami penurunan pertumbuhan sebesar 2,07% di tahun 2020. Hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat berupaya melakoni usaha lain misalnya bergabung kedalam bisnis MLM. Salah satu pilihan berwirausaha/berbisnis adalah dengan peluang bisnis Multi Level Marketing (MLM), karena MLM biasanya menjanjikan keleluasaan waktu berbisnis, kemandirian dan menambah pertemanan sambil berbisnis Salah satu bisnis MLM yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan dan nutrisi adalah Herbalife. Produk-produk Herbalife bertujuan untuk mendukung kebutuhan kesehatan tubuh, menjadi lebih bugar dan memiliki lebih banyak energi Fenomena yang terjadi disetiap Club Nutrisi adalah perbedaan dalam mendapatkan pelanggan untuk program dirumah nutrisi seperti pada tabel jumlah pelanggan diatas setiap club memiliki perbedaan jumlah pelanggan padahal tempat daerah clubnya sama dan periode tahun dibukanya club tidak terlalu lama berbanding satu tahun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui hubungan antara variabel hubungan kualitas produk, pelayanan, lokasi dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pada pelanggan rumah nutrisi herbalife mataram dengan Analisis Pearson. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah korelasi antara variabel. Kualitas Produk (X1) dengan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) nilai Pearson Correlation adalah sebesar 0,294 yang berarti tingkat hubungan kualitas produk dengan loyalitas pelanggan termasuk kategori hubungan yang lemah, korelasi antara variabel Pelayanan (X2) dengan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) nilai pearson correlation adalah sebesar 0,384 yang berarti tingkat hubungan pelayanan dengan loyalitas pelanggan termasuk kategori hubungan yang lemah dengan dan korelasi antara variabel Lokasi (X3) dengan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) nilai pearson correlation adalah sebesar 0,329 yang berarti tingkat hubungan lokasi dengan loyalitas pelanggan termasuk kategori hubungan yang lemah dengan arah hubungan yang positif antara kedua variabel serta korelasi antara variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan (X4) dengan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) nilai pearson correlation adalah sebesar 0,481 yang berarti tingkat hubungan kepuasan pelanggan dengan loyalitas pelanggan termasuk kategori hubungan yang sedang dengan arah hubungan yang positif antara kedua variabel.

Abstract

Medical records are one of the units in the puskesmas whose existence is quite important. Medical records contain records of patient data that are of legal value and can affect the quality of health services. Management of medical record documents to achieve the establishment of administrative order and health services in Cipondoh Health Center, Tangerang City. The management of medical record documents is needed as one of the health care facilities. Cipondoh Health Center tangerang city has 5 medical records officers. Medical records officers who have a background in medical records are only 1 person. Officers at TPP (Patient Registration Center) sometimes do not convey the rights and obligations of patients, where the information is important to the patient. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of medical record documents in cipondoh health center in order to create an orderly admnistrasi and health services. The result of this study is that the management system of medical record documents has been conducted sequentially and systematically. However, there are some things in the management of medical records that are not in accordance with the operational standards of puskesmas procedures, regulations, and theories. The medical records officer does not yet have a clear description of the task so concurrently the task. The design of the form is in accordance with the theory. There are incomplete medical records such as filling out diagnoses, diagnostic codes, and doctor's initials. the purpose of the researchers here to describe the management of medical record documents in cipondoh health center Tangerang City. The advice that can be given is in coding the diagnosis of the disease, it should be done by opening the ICD-10 book so that the patient's diagnostic code becomes accurate

Abstract

The hospital is one of the health service providers that organizes medical records. Medical records are used to document the patient's identity and all actions that have been given by health workers to patients. Medical record documents must be stored so that they can be useful for service continuity. The process of storing medical records refers to the numbering system that is obtained when the patient first registers. Errors in numbering can result in double numbering of the patient's medical record so that the impact on service delivery is hampered and the contents of the patient's medical record file are not sustainable. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing the double numbering of medical records, this study used a qualitative type of research, carried out by interviewing the registration officer. Data analysis used interview guidelines, observation guidelines and primary data. Duplicate numbering at the time of patient registration where patients get multiple numbers, and every month about 1-10 patients get double numbers. Educational qualifications, knowledge, and experience are less thorough and do not know about the medical record numbering system. There is still duplication of medical record numbering and for officers it is necessary to train and increase broad knowledge. It is hoped that the hospital can pay attention to the registration officer in providing medical record numbering.

Abstract

Industri rumah tangga yang cukup digemari oleh pelaku usaha adalah industri pengolahan makanan kerupuk udang. Hal ini dipengaruhi dari tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap beragam cita rasa makanan. Analisis ergonomi dibutuhkan untuk menciptakan kondisi kerja yang aman, nyaman, sehat sehingga aktivitas kerja dapat efektif yang berpengaruh pada peningkatan produktivitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimental deskriptif melalui metode observasi dan wawancara. Waktu pelaksanaan hari sabtu, 7 september 2019 bertempat di industri rumah tangga kerupuk udang desa bitera gianyar. Hasil penelitian didapatkan analisis ergonomi dengan pendekatan 8 aspek ergonomi berupa penggunaan tenaga otot, sikap kerja, nutrisi, lingkungan kerja, waktu kerja, sistem informasi, kondisi sosial budaya dan interaksi manusia mesin diketahui masih belum menunjukkan kondisi kerja yang ergonomis. Dari hasil analisis ini dapat disarankan berupa penerapan istirahat pendek atau penerapan exercise di sela aktivitas kerja untuk menghindari rasa jenuh, kelelahan dan keluhan muskuloskeletal kemudia perbaikan stasiun kerja, pengaturan waktu kerja dan pengaturan layout secara berkala dapat diterapkan demi menciptakan kondisi kerja yang ergonomis

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pelatihan dan Komunikasi terhadap kinerja Guru SMK Mulia Buana, Jawa barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden, yaitu seluruh populasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ; 1) nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 5.895 > 1.664. Diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 30.6 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 69.4 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. 2) Terdapat Hubungan yang positif dan signifikan variabel Komunikasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). karena nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 5.998 > 1.664 dan Diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 31.6 % Komunikasi memiliki kontribusi pengaruh terhadap terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 3) Terdapat Hubungan yang positif dan signifikan variabel Pelatihan dan Komunikasi secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).karena nilai Fhitung > Ftabel, yaitu 29.227 > 3.11. Nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.050. Diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 43.2 % Pelatihan dan Komunikasi secara bersama – sama memiliki kontibusi pengaruh terhadap terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56.8 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Persamaan regresi linear berganda Pelatihan dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah Y = 14.248 + 0.323x1 + 0.331x2.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the completeness of filling in inpatient medical resumes in order to smooth JKN claims at Betha Medika hospital. This research method uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The method of collecting data by means of observation, documents, interviews and literature study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 85 files. The results of this study found that the completeness of filling out a medical resume and all contents were complete. Meanwhile, the names of the guardians, gender, DPJP signature, history taking, physical examination, supporting examinations, diagnos, actions, therapy, and conditions at the time of discharge were still incomplete. The problems found include some claims experiencing delays, not eligible for claims on some JKN claims, delays in claims caused by BPJS regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic and frequent internet network disruptions so that the claim process is disrupted. The results of this study suggest implementing effective communication to the DPJP, the director's policy regarding filling out medical resumes, re-evaluating several files by verifiers regarding incomplete patient discharge summaries, optimizing existing Human Resources (HR), and grading the server used so that no internet error occurs.

Abstract

Medical records are files containing records and documents about the patient's identity, examination, treatment, actions, and other services that have been provided to the patient. A storage system is an activity to store medical records in order to protect them from physical damage and the contents of the documents. The system of storing medical record documents is one of the most important factors in the provision of services in hospitals. The medical record document storage system provides data availability about all services that have been provided to patients. The purpose of this study is to analyze the storage of medical record documents in sunday market hospitals. This type of research is descriptive using qualitative approach. The population of this study was all officers in the storage of medical records documents numbered four people. The sample of this study is the entire population that exists. The data collection of this study was conducted by researchers by interviewing and observation. The validity of the data using source triangulation is to compare the circumstances and perspective of a person in this case the officer storing medical records documents with superiors or officers in other parts of the medical record installation and comparing the results of interviews with a related document.. The results of this study storage system using a centralization system with filing location is still scattered in several storage places and the system alignment terminal digit filling system. The average time to provide medical records for new patients is 8 minutes, the old patient reaches 20 minutes.

Abstract

The background of this study is to find out the variables that affect the sales system with e-commerce media, by knowing the influencing variables will be able to correct deficiencies in the existing sales system, and can increase the sale of a product or service being marketed. The method chosen in this research is to use quantitative methods by using surveys to search for data in the field, this is done in order to obtain real and accountable data so that the data can be used as the basis for this research and future research. The problem raised is to find out whether there is a relationship between the variable price of goods on e-commerce and promotional media on e-commerce, with the existence of these two variables, data searches can be carried out so as to produce new research data. The results of this study will produce data that can answer the research problem raised, the results of his research there is a significant relationship of the price of goods to e-commerce and there is a significant relationship between the variables of promotional media on e-commerce.
