Abstract

Al-Fath Hotel located in Jambi City is one of the Jasmine 2 syariah hotels located in Jambi City, and is a growing hotel and continues to strive to improve hotel services and quality standards from various sides, including the use of information technology. The Hotel Reservation information system is a system that can support the level of fluency in carrying out Hotel reservation activities. In room rentals often experience errors in making reports specifically to calculate the number of reports staying overnight. This study aims to develop the Al-Fath Jambi Hotel Reservation Information System, which will be easier in promoting and marketing. Making this Website uses Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 tools, MySQL as its database and CSS Bootstrap so that the display is more attractive and responsive. Inputs from the system are input guest data, room type data, booking data, room data, transaction data and photo data. The process carried out on input data is the booking process, guest process, and transaction process. The system output is information about transaction data reports. Results of the Information System Research Reservation Al-Fath Jambi Hotel can assist the hotel in processing reservation data.

Abstract

A collection of data stored in a database, so the longer the data, the bigger the data, because the data processed is very large, processing time in Apache Spark can take up to a dozen or tens of hours. Sometimes, the Apache Spark application even fails. Therefore, to minimize the waiting time that could have been avoided or reduced, artificial intelligence through Machine Learning will be used to detect whether an Apache Spark application will fail or run smoothly. Factors to determine this failure are called features and are generated through the feature engineering process. The purpose of this research is to design Machine Learning so that it is able to find out what features will determine the success or failure of the Apache Spark application. The research method used is the Prototyping process model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build decisions support model to predict sales and stock purchase using Trend Moment method and Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System. Trend moment is a simple statistical-based forecasting method widely used to forecast sales in a company using historical data. Tsukamoto is a fuzzy inference system that uses monotonic reasoning to determine output. The object of this research is sales and purchase data for Ice Cream X Depo Jambi products from August 2019 to April 2020. The study aims to build a decision support model web-based to predict sales and purchases of ice cream X stock at Jambi depots. Fuzzy Tsukamoto in this study will be used to predict product stock purchases after predicting future sales using trend moments. The system input is in product data form, data of ice cream sales history, and data of ice cream stock purchase. Sales history data will be use to calculate slope and constanta that will predict future sales trends. Stocks  purchase history data along with sales trend prediction value will be use to calculate the membership degree of fuzzy variables, perform the aggregation process on fuzzy rules, and then carry out the defuzzification process to produce output prediction values for future ice cream stock purchases. from the prediction model implemented in the decision support system, sales prediction data has an accuracy of 71% while stock purchase predictions have an accuracy of 85%.

Abstract

To process data in RDBMS, it is commonly used what is called SQL. This SQL can be simple or complex depending on the join statement, the tables involved, filter statement, and many more. If it is complex and burdensome to the system, then the performance of the database as a whole will decrease and SQL execution will not finish. That's why it's important to know, what components are involved when executing SQL through the SQL Execution Plan. The components in the SQL Execution Plan can be very diverse, so artificial intelligence is used to help analyze and conclude what factors have the most role in determining performance. Furthermore, these factors are called feature engineering. The purpose of this research is to formulate what features exist in the SQL Execution Plan when we send SQL commands to the system. The research method used is the Prototyping process model.

Abstract

In a company, the availability of this stock must be considered to avoid product losses caused by expiration and also to avoid order cancellations. The data contained in the HPAI company application, called the HSIS application, can be utilized and applied for data mining in determining which products are in demand in everyday life. This HSIS application can be used by the Business Center (BC) and all Stock Agents in the HPAI HNI business. To maintain the availability of product stock, the purpose of this study is to test the Stock Agent using the C4.5 Algorithm to predict that the availability of products that must be maintained is in accordance with customer needs. The use of the C4.5 algorithm on stock agents can overcome stockpiling and finance or stock agents capital can be used to buy stock that must be available. The results of the analysis using the C4.5 algorithm stated that although the price of the product was expensive, it was still selling well as herbal products. So of the three types of HPAI HNI products (Herbs product, Health food & beverage and Cosmetic & home care), the stock that must be increased or available is the Herbs Product.

Abstract

The importance of predicting the absorption of Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in the world of work, especially SMK Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi which is not yet known about the prediction of the world of work that accepts SMK graduates so that the purpose of this study is to analyze the prediction of the accuracy of the absorption of graduates of SMK Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi as material. a reference to see whether the graduates of SMK Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi have achieved the expected goals or not so that this analysis can be used as input for schools to improve the competence of SMK students. This implementation is assisted by using the Rapidminer and WEKA applications with 100 alumni work data input. The attributes used in this analysis process are Department, Waiting Time and Field of Work and Class of Work Field Accuracy. The process in this analysis is carried out with data that has been provided with the Naïve Bayes Classification Method to predict the absorption of graduates. The results of this study the highest accuracy value in the Rapidminer application is at 100% and WEKA is at 100%.

Abstract

M2 Motor Workshop is a workshop in the process of its service in the field of two-wheeled vehicle repair services and the sale of spare parts and other components at M2 Motor Bogor is still carried out manually. The manual process in the M2 workshop is the collection of spare parts stock that is still recorded in the book, the service process to customers, the process of assigning tasks to technicians, and also the workshop owner still receives all transaction reports manually. This study aims to design a motorcycle service queue information system as an android-based workshop data collection which is expected to make it easier for customers to service motorbikes by taking the service queue number first through this application and customers can see service status, service cost data and spare parts data. in real time. Employees or admins can manage payment invoices, customer data, technician data, service data, spare parts data and make monthly reports for workshop owners through the system. Workshop owners can easily find out monthly reports, service data and spare parts data through the system. The research method for developing this system is to use the waterfall model and Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visualize the modeling.

Abstract

Raden Mattaher Jambi Regional General Hospital is required to submit a Work Plan and Budget every period. The preparation of the RKA report starts from collecting proposals from each work unit to the approval process by the Board of Directors on the proposals of each work unit. In an effort to streamline business processes that occur, analyze data needs, processes and also actors involved in organizational activities, an Information System is needed to streamline processes that occur, collect all required data and create proposal reports. In addition, to unravel the complexity of the processes that occur, a framework is needed that can be used as a guide and reference in modeling the organization's business processes. This study uses the Zachman Framework as a reference framework that includes what, how and who columns and rows in the perspective of planners, owners and designers. From the results of the analysis carried out with the Zachman Framework, then the information system architecture modeling is carried out by utilizing tools in the form of flowmaps, use cases and class diagrams. With modeling that is designed to be a reference for developing information systems and unraveling the complexity of the process and knowing the parties involved and the required system interfaces.

Abstract

The increasing number of internet users along with the development of technology is increasing, the current webiste service users have been used by anyone and in all fields. Various sites about education, entertainment, mystical even violent scenes and pornography are things that are impossible not to find on the internet. More and more sites that are not educating at this time make parents have to be more careful and wise in supervising their children who are still under 17 years old in using internet facilities. In this study, a parental control system will be designed and built that utilizes a proxy server on a network which can later be implemented on an internet network at home. The type of research in this research is research and development to carry out system development. With this system, it is hoped that parents can be calmer at work or outside the home and their children can monitor all their activities on the internet from those that are less suitable for the child to visit.

Abstract

PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta is a company engaged in the digital industry, namely as an internet service provider in providing data communication services. In a condition the administration / admin of the company found problems with data at the time of data collection, problems that arose related to the complexity of making monthly reports that contained data duplication, the occurrence of loss of outlet goods, selection of goods that took a long time to make reports. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based and android-based stock zoning application system with the waterfall method so that it is expected to make it easier for admins and technicians in administrative problems, especially in stock zoning and lost goods. The method in this study uses the waterfall model and uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visualize the modeling. The results achieved in this research include searching for goods, which contains data on goods/outlet devices, then there is retrieval of goods where both internal technicians/vendors carry out goods retrieval transactions when handling disturbances, the return menu of goods which is used to input goods/data. the device is returned, installed, unplugged and features if there is a loss which is useful for reporting item/device data in the event of a loss problem.
