Abstract

This research regarding the performance of Supervisor in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers in Palu. The main issue discussed was how the performance of the islamic Education supervisor in Palu and their efforts in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers in Palu. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach to collect the data through observation, interviews and documentation and to analysis the data. The results showed that the performance of the Islamic Education Supervisor in Palu in the preparation of supervision program of Prota, Prosem and RKA is successful. The Performance of Islamic Education Supervisor in the implementation of the program is generally managed in accordance with their duties Their duties are to monitor, to inspect, to supervise, to assess and to provide guidance to Islamic Education teachers based on findings during supervision in the form of individual and group coaching. The Supervisor efforts in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers done in two ways: directly and indirectly. Firstly, provide guidance directly based on the problems faced by teachers in schools and secondly, provide guidance indirectly by collaborating with the Ministry of Religious Pendis Palu in improving the quality of teachers through giving training

Abstract

This study discusses the efforts of the islamic institute in improving the students` Islamic Understanding in the Institute of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies Ma'had Talhah bin Ubaidillah Palu. This research using the descriptive qualitative approach to understand and describe the phenomena that occur in an effort to increase the students` islamic understanding at the Institute of Arabic and Islamic Ma'had Talhah bin Ubaidillah Palu. The efforts made by the Institute of Arabic and Islamic in improving student`islamic understanding is through formal and non-formal education. Formal education in question is revamping the curriculum through Arabic and Islamic Studies while non-formal is through extracurricular activities, namely, speech exercise, scientific seminar, weekly praying, ramadhan tour, and propagation program. This study recommended that the need for methodological improvements through the application of alternative methods, the conventional curriculum renewal based on the contents of the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) and it is expected that students not only know the teachings of Islam in theory, but can open up horizons, increase understanding and awareness as a muslims who are able to apply the values of Islam in daily life

Abstract

The guardian in marriage that must be met for the bride, but if there is no guardian nasab or may not bring it or do not know where he lives or magical or adlal or are reluctant to marry her then that act is the Guardian Judge. On the other hand, the position and authority of the guardian judge was not clearly mentioned in the Marriage Law, as well as the Implementation Regulations. The results showed that Law No. 1 of 1974, though as the Marriage Act but not one clearly chapter provisions governing the transfer of guardianship nasab trustee to trustee hands judges. For applicability in practice Religious Affairs issued Ministerial Decree No. 30 of 2005 on the Guardian Judge, referring to the Islamic law, the Islamic Law Compilation tend to Shafi and legislation in force. In certain circumstances by legislation, including the law guardian authorizes judges to act as a guardian of marriage as a substitute and not as representatives of a guardian nasab therefore; 1) nasab guardian is entitled to nothing at all, or in carrying out an unobstructed view of the ceremony consent, such as not qualified to be the guardian of marriage, occult, and so forth; 2) Guardian adhol. Abstract

Educational institutions have a role and a great responsibility in the economic development of Shariah. Educational institutions are expected to be a source of development and socialization of Sharia banking. The presence of Islamic financial institutions in the city of Palu at this time has not yet achieved so much. The existence of the Islamic financial institutions would have to get support from various parties, including the one of which is derived from Islamic Institute of Palu. Abstract

This study in respect of Arabic strategies in IAIN Palu aimed at to know the strategies used by the lecturer of Arabic learning in IAIN. This study is a qualitative research, data collection is done by using observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by giving meaning to the data collected, and of the meaning that is drawn a conclusion. The results showed: 1). The influence happy and whether students in learning Arabic one of which depends on the strategies used by lecturers in teaching, while the Arabic language learning strategies used by lecturers at IAIN Palu can vary and the researchers wrote that: Strategies Istima 'qirā'ah strategy: this strategy is used by lecturers so that students want to listen to what is read by faculty and students watched, Kalam strategy, strategy and strategy kitabah Qawaid. (2) the constraints and solutions in the Arabic language learning strategies were the strategy when using that there are students who are eager to learn Arabic, there are also students who do not care about learning Arabic because he felt that Arabic is a difficult language, but the faculty continue to strive so that the students happy with the Arabic language lessons by giving motivation of students. And most of the students are not the spirit of the Arabic language lessons is a graduate student in addition to the MAN and boarding school

Abstract

This study was conducted to obtain an objective description of the mechanism of Indonesian language teachers to reach learning achievement optimally at Madrasah Aliyah in Palu. This study used descriptive qualitative approach to collect the data through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation and to analysis the data. The study indicated that the mechanism of Indonesian language teacher performance are that the teachers have (1) Prepared learning programs in accordance with the calendar in school education, (2) Made preparations to teach with reference to the approved curriculum in schools, (3) Made a list of student scores reported to the principal. The efforts of Indonesian language teachers to reach learning achievement optimally are that the teachers (1) Motivated their students to increase their inner motivation, (2) Prepared learning content that can stimulate the creativity of students' creativity, (3) Used the media or learning aids, (4) More emphases on the role and participation of students, and (5) Established two-way communication. Factors supporting the efforts of the teachers are (1) A curriculum that is accordance with the competence of students, (2) The method used in a variety of learning, (3) Students' high motivation and interest in learning. Abstract

Teachers are educators who have a fundamental duty to implement learning activities. The task of the teacher is not light because it should improve the quality of human resources based on specific competency standards and norms and values that apply are the teacher in charge of transferring knowledge and skills in accordance with the applicable curriculum, teacher serves to enhance the knowledge and skills of students that will become the who has extensive knowledge and high skills, teachers must be good at motivating their students so that students are willing to be happy to develop and expand the knowledge and skills provided in the classroom, so that teachers are required to have pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. Abstract

This study discusses the Multicultural Islamic education applied in Modern Islamic Boarding school Ittihadul Ummah in Poso. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The study design was a descriptive qualitative. The data were analyzed, using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification either inductive, deductive and comparative. The results showed that the Modern Islamic Boarding school Ittihadul Poso has instilled multicultural education to the students. This is illustrated by the religious values are imparted to the students such as brotherhood (fraternity), ta'awun (cooperation), jihad (struggle) that are all taught equality of human rights. The real form of Modern Islamic Boarding school Poso in embed multicultural education can be demonstrated by students- who come from various regions and districts in Central Sulawesi, and some even come from other provinces. These students live in dormitories under the guidance of clerics and preachers who also stayed the same boarding complex environment with the students. This illustrates the unity, brotherhood, and beautifully framed cooperation with mutual respect human regardless of ethnicity, race, and culture of students

Abstract

This research study about the role of Majlis Taklim Sabilillah Mosque in improving religious attitudes Commercial Sex Workers at Tondo Kiri. Sabilillah Mosque functioned less well in carrying out propaganda Islamiyah through Majlis Taklim, because only enabled for the implementation of the obligatory prayers five times a day and learning the Koran for children. Religious activity is confined to the religious lectures delivered by teachers, clerics and religious leaders held incidental to the moment of commemoration of the Islamic and Ramadan alone, but never followed by the commercial sex workers who lived in the vicinity of the mosque. While other forms of religious activities, such as; religious education, recitation Koran for mothers, monthly taklim, zikir assemblies were never implemented at Sabilillah Mosque. It is no wonder, if the impact is felt by the people around localization Tondo was minimal, even no effect in improving the religious attitude of commercial sex workers who inhabit the majority of the localization region
