Based on the results of the initial research, that the background of this research is fluctuating data and the existence of a gap between theories between Sharia Stocks, Sharia Bonds, Sharia Mutual Funds registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in Economic Growth for the 2016-2020 period. This study aims to determine the effect of sharia shares on economic growth, to determine the effect of sharia bonds on economic growth, to determine the effect of sharia mutual funds on economic growth in Indonesia, and to determine how the influence of sharia shares, sharia bonds, and sharia mutual funds on economic growth. The object of research used is the financial reports on Islamic stocks, Islamic bonds and Islamic mutual funds in the OJK financial statements for the quarterly period and economic growth in the BPS quarterly reports. The type of research is quantitative associative, the type of data is secondary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study, with population data from OJK and BPS, while the sample used in this study is quarterly data on Islamic stocks, Islamic bonds, Islamic mutual funds. , and economic growth from 2016-2020. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of Islamic stocks on economic growth with a KD value of 0.5% and tcount < ttable (0.303 < 2.110), there is a negative effect between Islamic bonds on economic growth with KD 20.31% and tcount > ttable (-2.141 > 2.110), and there is no influence between sharia mutual funds on economic growth with KD 0.16% and tcount < ttable (0.172 < 2.110), and simultaneously there is no effect between sharia shares, sharia bonds, sharia mutual funds on growth economy with the coefficient of determination of 23% and the results of the f test > ftable > ftable (1,593 > 3,24).

Based on the results of observations, the background of this research is the fluctuation in the number of mudharabah savings customers in the last 5 years, thus encouraging the authors to determine the effect of product quality and the application of Islamic values ??on customer satisfaction with mudharabah savings at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek. This study aims to determine how the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction with mudharabah savings at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek, how the application of Islamic values ??affects customer satisfaction in mudharabah savings at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek, and to find out how the influence of product quality and the application of Islamic values ??on satisfaction mudharabah savings customers simultaneously at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek. The object of this study is to measure customer satisfaction in mudharabah savings at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek by focusing on product quality variables and the application of Islamic values. This type of research is quantitative associative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling. The population of mudharabah savings customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek amounted to 467 people, the sample used the solvin formula with the results of 82 people. The results showed that there was a significant effect of product quality on customer satisfaction with mudharabah savings at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek with the results of the t-test where the value of tcount > from ttable (8.604 > 1.664) with an analysis of the coefficient of determination of 55.6%, there was a significant effect. The significance of the application of Islamic values ??on mudharabah savings customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek with the results of the t test where t count > t table (14,860 > 1,664) with an analysis of the coefficient of determination of 73.4%, and simultaneously there is a significant effect of product quality and the application of Islamic values ??to customer satisfaction with mudharabah savings at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek with the F test where the value of fcount > ftable (148.746 > 2.37) with an analysis of the coefficient of determination of 79%.

Based on the results research, the background of this research is the fluctuations Return On Assets (ROA) which is influenced by internal factors, namely of Third Party Funds and Total Assets at BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman. This study aims to determine how the effect of Third Party Funds and Total Assets on ROA at BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman either partially or simultaneously. The object of research in this report is Third Party Funds, Total Assets to ROA at BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman. The type of research is quantitative associative, the type of data is secondary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with a population of all quarterly financial reports of BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman. While the type of sample used is purposive sampling, with a sample of quarterly financial statements of BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman for the 2016-2020 period. The results showed that there was a significant but negative effect between Third Party Funds on ROA at BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman with the results of the t-test where the value of tcount > ttable (-2,041 > 1,734), and there was a significant effect but in the negative direction between Total Assets on ROA at BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman with t-test results where tcount > ttable (-2,034 > 1,734), while simultaneously there is no effect between Third Party Funds and Total Assets on ROA at BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman with F test results where Fcount < Ftable (1,973 < 2,64).

This study aims to find out how the effect of EPS on the stock price at PT BTN (Persero) Tbk, knowing how the influence of BI7DRR on the stock price at PT BTN (Persero) Tbk, and knowing how the influence of EPS and BI7DRR on the stock price at PT BTN (Persero). Tbk. The objects of research in this report are EPS, BI7DRR, and the share price of PT BTN (Persero) Tbk. The type of research is quantitative associative, the type of data is secondary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study. While the sampling technique is purposive sampling, with a population of all financial statements of PT BTN (Persero) Tbk and BI7DRR with a sample of quarterly data for the financial statements of PT BTN (Persero), Tbk and BI7DRR for the 2016-2020 period. The results showed that there was a positive influence between EPS on stock prices at PT BTN (Persero), Tbk with the results of the tcount > ttable (1.7450 > 1.734) with a coefficient of determination of 0.1415, and there was no influence between BI7DRR on the price. Shares in PT BTN, Tbk with the results of the t-test < ttable (0.0880 < 1.734) with a coefficient of determination of 0.0077, and simultaneously there is no effect between EPS and BI7DRR on the stock price at PT BTN, Tbk with the results of the f-test < ftable (1.5202 < 3.59) with a coefficient of determination of 0.1519.

Based on the results of interview with the Customer Service at bank BJB Cicalengka Branch Office Assistant, there's fluctuant customer amount during 5 last years period 2016 – 2020. That's suspected of there's some complains from customers about service quality and office facilities like some important machine does'nt work so that's impact to customer satisfaction. This research aims to determine how the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, the influence of office facilities on customer satisfaction and to determine how the influence of service quality and office facilities on customer satisfaction. The object of research in this report is the customer in bank BJB KCP Cicalengka with the type of research is quantitative associative, in order use primary data wich is taken directly from the place of research. The research sample is taken from 1440 customers at 2020 period in bank BJB Cicalengka Branch Office Assistant. The result of this research show that there is no significance influence between service quality on customer satisfaction, there is significance influence between office facilities on customer satisfaction, And the simultaneosly test show that there is significance influence between service quality and office facilities on customer satisfaction.

Based on the data that has been obtained, this research is motivated by fluctuations in stock prices which are influenced by external factors, namely the rupiah exchange rate, BI7DRR and JCI. This study aims to determine the effect of the rupiah exchange rate on the stock price of PT Bank BJB TBK, the effect of BI7DRR on the stock price of PT Bank BJB, the effect of the JCI on the stock price of PT Bank BJB TBK, knowing how the effect of the rupiah exchange rate, BI7DRR, and JCI on the stock price of PT Bank BJB TBK listed on the 2016-2020 Stock Exchange. The object of research is the rupiah exchange rate, BI7DRR, JCI and the share price of PT Bank BJB Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. The type of research is quantitative associative with secondary data types with data collection techniques in the form of documentation studies and literature studies. The results showed that partially the rupiah exchange rate had a significant effect of 14.65% on stock prices where the value of tcount > ttable (1.758 > 1.734), BI7DRR had no significant effect of 0.48% on stock prices t test, tcount < ttable (0.293 < 1.734), the JCI has a significant effect of 21.25% on stock prices and t-test, tcount > ttable (2.204 > 1.734), and simultaneously there is a significant effect between the rupiah exchange rate, BI7DRR, and the JCI of 44.68% on stock prices. PT Bank BJB TBK and f test results where fcount > ftable (4,308 < 3,20)

Based on the results of the initial research, that the background of this research is the fluctuating Turnover Intention data at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung.This study aims to determine how the influence of Organizational Commitment on Employee Turnover Intention at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung, to find out how the effect of Work Stress on Employee Turnover Intention at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung, and to find out how the influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Stress simultaneously on Turnover Intention Employees of PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. The object of research in this report is to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Stress on Turnover Intention at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. The type of research is quantitative associative, the type of data is primary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. While the sampling technique is probability sampling with a total of 71 populations and 60 samples. The results showed that there was an influence between Organizational Commitment (X1) partially significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung, this can be seen in the t test, namely tcount 6,035 > ttable 2,002. There is the influence of Work Stress (X2) at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung partially significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung this can be seen in the t test, namely tcount 6,290 > tcount 2,002, and simultaneously Organizational Commitment ( X1) and Work Stress (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. This can be seen in the results of the F test, namely Fcount 22.856 > Ftable 3.16.

The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence between transformational leadership on employee loyalty at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya, with the results of the t-test where the value of tcount > ttabel (8,111 > 2,160), there is a significant effect between compensation on employee loyalty at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya with the result of the t-test where the value of tcount > ttabel (6,460 > 2,160) and simultaneously there is a significant influence between transformational leadership and compensation on employee loyalty with the result of the F-test, namely Fcount > Ftabel (32,302 > 3,74).

Tandangsari Multipurpose Cooperative is a cooperative that develops community businesses in the field of dairy farming, savings and loan cooperatives and animal feed. In the processing of animal feed supplies, this cooperative is still based on semi-computerization. So cooperatives need optimal programs to improve their performance. The design of the inventory information system is a system that will be built to reduce the problems contained in the previous livestock feed inventory information system. Loss and corruption of some data that prevents data from being inputted. The method used in this animal feed inventory information system is object orientation (OOAD) and uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) model and is supported by the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for software engineering processes with a good structure. The author draws the conclusion that the system in this design can be useful and light in the inventory process and is able to solve problems that occur so that the system that is run can be used anytime and anywhere.

SMK Bani Muctar Rancaekek is a private vocational high school located in the Rancaekek area. The Library Information System at SMK Bani Muchtar is still based on semi-computerization, so it is necessary to improve the system that can facilitate service in the library. Library Information System Design is a system that will be built to reduce significant problems in the previous library information system. Some of the problems that often occur are the loss of loan data, difficulty in knowing the availability of books, limited hours of library service. The development method in this library information system is built based on the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) development method approach with the model used, namely RUP (Rational Unified Process) equipped with development tools, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language). The author can draw the conclusion that the system to be built can be useful, assist in the process of library services, and can overcome problems in the previous system.
