Abstract

Wood Pocker Store is a distro that still uses word of mouth marketing model. as a consequence, the development of Wood Pecker Store’s marketing has been slow and pre-determined sales targets not yet reached. Website-based apparel information systems are one way of marketing model that is more effective than word of mouth. The website can reach a wider range of customers moreover the system can also serve orders for Wood Pocker Store products. This study aims to build a web-based apparel system. This system is expected to make Wood Pocker Store to expand the marketing reach of their products. In addition, this website is expected to make Wood Pocker Store customers to choose and order Wood Pocker Store products more easier that before and they can do it without come to the store directly. This system also supports the government's program to stay at home due to the Covid pandemic. The stages that will be carried out in this research are data requirenment, design and implementation. Data requirenment was carried out by interview and observation. Context diagrams, DFD, ERD, and interface design are the results of the design stage. At the implementation stage, all of these designs are implemented into a usable system. The result of this research is a system that can be used as a media for promotion or ordering from the Wood Pocker Store.

Abstract

Yogyakarta is one of the cities in Indonesia that has a tourist attraction and is a tourist destination that is most in demand by tourists, seen from the number of tourist visits that are increasing from year to year. Apart from being a tourist city, Yogyakarta is a city of students, a city of culture and a city of struggle. Because Yogyakarta is called a tourist city, there are many kinds of tourist objects offered by the City of Yogyakarta. In this case, the application of data mining can be a solution in analyzing data. Clustering is included in descriptive methods, and also includes unsupervised learning where there is no previous object class definition. So that clustering can be used to determine class labels for data whose class is not known. The K-Means method is included in partitioning clustering which separates data into separate parts. The K-Means method is well known for its ease and ability to group large data and outliers very quickly. from the data entered and has been processed through the K-Means algorithm method that has performed iterations 5 times by choosing cluster 1, cluster 2, cluster 3 randomly (random) with cluster 1 having 24 data with a percentage of (50%), cluster 2 has 11 data with a percentage of (23%), and cluster 3 has 13 data with a percentage of (27%).

Abstract

In this era filled with many digital-based activities, it indirectly encourages business people to move out of their comfort zone. One of them is Ren Florist Co. Flower Shop. Flower Shop Ren Florist Co. is a flower shop engaged in the sale of flowers. Opened in early 2017, Ren Florist Co is already marketing its products online. However, this has not been considered effective, because several work systems such as making billing receipts, cashiers, official websites, employee recruitment processes, and filling out employee databases have not used an adequate ERP system. Therefore, in this study, the application that can overcome the problems that occur is the Odoo ERP application. Odoo is an open-source ERP application that can be accessed through the website, which is suitable for use in new companies so that it can reduce costs for the application development process. The modules developed at Ren Florist Co Flower Shop include the Sales Module, Point of Sale Module, Website Module, Recruitment Module, and Employees Module.

Abstract

The parking management information system at Widya Dharma University Klaten is a form of parking information system to collect data and parking arrangements whose application plans will be used at Widya Dharma University Klaten. The purpose of this study is to create a parking system application that can later be used as a parking system aid which is computerized so that it is expected to be more efficient and have efficiency values ​​that can improve service quality and increase income. The research method uses direct observation, while also reading the literature or literature. In this study, namely the implementation of parking management with computerized data collection of vehicle numbers. Research materials and materials include data on parking locations, population of parking vehicles which include cars or motorbikes in the Widya Dharma University area. This design software uses Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 application software, for database design using SQL Server 2000, Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio). The results of this study are a computerized Parking System Application which can later be used by Widya University Dharma Klaten so that it is expected to be able to produce information quickly, save time and also for prevention efforts against vehicle theft in the Widya Dharma Klaten University campus. In addition, it can be used to calculate how much rupiah is generated, if there is an activity such as a graduation ceremony, so that the distribution of results can be evenly distributed and there is no mutual suspicion between parking officers (security guards). Abstract

UPT public health center is a health center in the western sekotong area that serves people in remote villages. Some health centers in West Lombok have problems with village midwives. In a puskesmas, village midwives only survive working for a short time, often mistakes are made when receiving village midwives by the puskesmas, after working it turns out that the village midwife does not meet the appropriate criteria or does not have the necessary special abilities. Puskesmas will be needed. The Puskesmas will be assisted by the DLUD (regional public service agency) to open job vacancies or accept new village midwives to fill the puskesmas polindes when the puskesmas has a village midwife whose contract period is about to expire. In the technical implementation unit (UPT) of the customer health center, the process for accepting village midwives is still manual, because there is no system to assess prospective village midwives in the process of accepting village midwives at the customer health center, there are many obstacles. These problems can be fixed by building a decision support system that helps administration in decision making by determining several criteria, namely education, certificates, age, and length of work needed and speeding up the workings of the puskesmas administration to accept new village midwives so as to produce a plan. decision support system for the acceptance of new village midwives. Abstract

Competition in the business world is now getting faster, coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic, making many small-scale businesses suffer losses and close their businesses. One of them is the business owned by Mr. Wartono which also experienced the same thing plus the problem related to determining the optimum sales production amount, so as to generate maximum sales profit. This problem can be solved using the simplex method which is one part of the Linear Program and utilizes information technology, namely POM-QM software for Windows V5. The purpose of using OT, especially the simplex method, is to assist in decision making. The results of this study provide optimal profits from the amount of sales production.

Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology, many ideas in the field of digital electronics have emerged. Developed digital systems are applied to microcontroller technology, this system simplifies from conventional to automated systems. This thesis is intended to examine the use of a lighting control microcontroller. In general, the lights in the house are still regulated by a switch, so users turn on and off manually. The observation method, interview method, documentation media and literature study method. The automatic working function of smart lights uses light intensity and distance sensors, namely, turning on the lights according to the detection of light intensity in the room and human presence using motion sensors. The conclusion that can be drawn from the assembly and manufacture of smart lamps is that light and distance sensors can detect room light and the presence of humans in it, if the light sensor detects the intensity of light above a predetermined limit and there is no human presence in it, the lamp will not turn on. Vice versa, if the light sensor detects light above a predetermined limit and human presence is detected in it, the light will turn on. The light will stop or turn off automatically when the light intensity is below or equal to a predetermined limit

Abstract

Era teknologi informasi pada saat sekarang ini, efisiensi waktu dan tenaga, serta kemudahan dalam mendapatkan suatu informasi sangatlah dibutuhkan. Dalam sebuah usaha toko kecepatan dalam pengolahan data sangatlah penting. Oleh karena itu, harus ditunjang dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Pada toko sepatu "RR Pratama"ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan mencatat semua data sehingga proses penelusuran laporan barang masuk dan keluar menjadi lama karena melihat satu persatu ditambah pada saat ini volume transaksi pembelian & penjualan dalam toko sepatu “RR Pratama” sangat banyak akibatnya data seperti nota pembelian ataupun penjualan rawan hilang karena tidak mempunyai arsip yang disimpan pada sistem komputer. Oleh karena itu, sangat dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini akan dibuat suatu sistem aplikasiyang dimana mampu memberikan informasi untuk laporan persediaan barang secara cepat dan akurat. Aplikasi sistem informasi yang akan dibuat dalam penelitian ini untuk memberikan kontribusi yang cukup berarti bagi toko RR Pratama dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis website dengan menggunakan pemrograman HTML, PHP dan CSS yang memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola persediaan barang.

Abstract

The design of e-business for micro, small and medium enterprises on Ecoprint Ramban Ayu products is based on the inadequate marketing distribution system for ecoprint products located on Jl. MT. Haryono no. 100 Pandean, Temanggung, Jawa Tengah which does not yet have a standardized and user-friendly application. So that this research contains a application design that has been adapted to the Ramban Ayu Ecoprint business and business industry digitalization standards, especially in the fashion sector, providing various display features that make it easier for prospective customers to find products and process transactions. In addition, this research also presents a SWOT design and PEST analysis that every business wants to develop must have. The conclusion of this study is to produce a application design display, explore strengths, weaknesses, business potential, threats, long-term business strategies, and aspects that can drive business development quickly, namely by utilizing various business policies from government, economic, social to technology.

Abstract

 E-Business has an impact on a company in processing internal and external data in an online system. This has an influence on running a business, especially in the MSME sector which has increased from year to year and also increasing MSME actors in Indonesia. Various sectors and types of businesses that can be developed make great potential for MSME players in starting a business that can improve the economy in society. One of the MSME sectors that deserves to be developed is batik, which is one of the heritages of the Indonesian nation that must be protected and preserved. DJADIBATIK is an MSME actor who makes batik a business by combining two cultures, namely Indonesian culture and South Korean culture, namely hanbok. These innovations and creative ideas were developed because both of them had similarities in terms of appearance and fashion style. However, along with the growth of MSMEs, it will also be followed by an increase in the number of MSME actors which will lead to competition in the same business sector. Therefore, the possibility that arises makes MSME actors need to innovate and think creatively in order to compete in a healthy manner with other MSME actors by utilizing information technology as a tool in developing business and increasing income. Observations were made in order to understand the business processes and challenges faced by DJADIBATIK, where the flow of product sales is only carried out with third party platforms and requires solutions in introducing products and expanding market segmentation. This research method uses SWOT and PESTEL analysis to find out the business strategy of DJADIBATIK SMEs. This research resulted in the design of a website-based E-business concept based on the needs of the DJADIBATIK UMKM.
