Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at Mitraindo South Tangerang Online Shop. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study product quality significantly influence purchasing decisions by 40.3, the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (7.974> 1.986). Price significantly influences the purchase decision of 38.0%, the hypothesis test is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.594> 1.986). Product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 49.0%, the hypothesis test is obtained Fcount> Ftable or (44,626> 2,700)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the influences of Green Marketing, Brand Image, Store Atmosphere, and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at Bojongsari Starbucks, either partially or simultaneously. This research applied associative approach. There were 100 respondents as samples involved in technique of determining sample. And methods of regression analysis, determination test, t-test, and f-test are used to analyze the data. From this research, there were some findings. They were green marketing showed to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This is shown by the t-count value of 8.268 and the significance value of 0.000. Brand image is proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This is shown by the t-count value of 7.967 and the significance value of 0.000. Still, store atmosphere is proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, which is shown by the t-count value of 4.663 and a significance value of 0.000. The last, service quality is proven to positively and significantly affects customer loyalty. This can be seen from the t-count value of 8.839 and the significance level of 0.000. Green marketing, along with brand image, store atmosphere and service quality shows positive and significant effects on customer loyalty at Bojongsari Starbucks. This is shown by the F-count value of 33.737 and a significance value of 0.000. With an R-Square value of 0.569 which means that green marketing, brand image, store atmosphere and service quality all together can contribute to influence customer loyalty by 56.9%. This proves that if green marketing, brand image, store atmosphere and the quality of service are carried out and synergized properly, they will significantly affect the increase of customer loyalty at Bojongsari Starbucks.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu tolak ukur yang sangat vital dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi publik maupun profit.Salah satu upaya meningkatkan kinerja adalah dengan jalan memberikan peraturan kedisiplinan pegawai.Akan tetapi dalam realitas terjadi meskipun kedisiplinan pegawai telah diatur dalam undang-undang belum terlaksana secara maksimal. Hal tersebut, dilator belakangi oleh faktor pejabat yang Berwenang dalam Menerapkan Peraturan Disiplin belum terlaksana maksimal,  dan kesadaran pegawai akan pentingnya disiplin kerja masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, dbutuhkan kebijakan lebih lanjut yang sifatnya mengikat agar terciptanya kinerja pegawai yang berkualitas. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Penegakan Kedisiplinan

Abstract

The success or failure of education in schools depends on and is influenced by education in the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental communication intensity on student learning outcomes in the Economic Education Study Program of STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia Makassar. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach using an analytical research design. The study population was all economic students of STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia Makassar with a population of 604 students. After taking the sample using the sample size calculator, the total sample size was 264 students. This study using an accidental sampling dam due to the pandemic period so that this research instrument uses an online questionnaire which is distributed to students using the help of the google form application. The variable intensity of parental communication assessed by several indicators, namely frequency, duration, attention, regularity, level of breadth, and level of depth which were then divided into two categories, namely high and low. Meanwhile, the learning outcome variable is measured based on the GPA of the students. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test to see the effect of communication intensity on student learning outcomes. Analysis of using statistical software. The results of the study found that low communication intensity was in line with unsatisfactory GPA scores and conversely, high communication intensity was in line with satisfactory GPA scores. Analysis with a simple linear regression test with a significance level of 95% found a p-value of 0.04 smaller than 0.05, meaning that there was an influence on the intensity of parental communication on student learning outcomes of the economic education study program STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia Makassar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan wisatawan terhadap daya tarik wisata dengan pendekatan deksriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jalan Malioboro, Yogyakarta, Provinsi Daerah istimewa Yogyakarta. Waktu penelitiannya dilaksanakan pada bulan april 2015. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini data diperoleh dari wawancara langsung dan pengisian kuisioner yang ada di obyek wisata Malioboro, Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data pada prinsipnya berfungsi untuk mengungkapkan variabel yang akan diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: 1) Observasi, 2) Dokumentasi, 3) Wawancara, 4) Kuisoner. Adapun analisis data yang dilakukan adalah 1) analisis karakteristik responden, 2) analisis motivasi pengunjung, 3) Analisis Biaya Perjalanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan puas terhadap daya tarik wisata Malioboro hal tersebut, dapat dilihat dari 1) pemandangan, 2) Akses/keterjangkauan, 3) keamanan dan kenyamanan, 4) fasilitas yang tersedia, 5) infrastruktur jalan, 6) pelayanan, penerangan dan informasi. Dari keenam indikator tersebut, menunjukkan dalam kategori baik. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

Cocoa farming is a business developed by the community in Batuparigi Village, Tobadak District, Central Mamuju Regency so that cocoa is one of the leading agricultural sectors there. However, there are several inhibiting factors, such as; The increasing price of cocoa seedlings has made it difficult to obtain quality seeds. In addition, the cost of fertilizers and pesticides has increased in price from year to year and has become an obstacle for cocoa farmers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample in the study was 30 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables (land area, fertilizer costs, seed costs, pesticide costs, and labor) had a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable (farmer income). Partially, land area has a significant effect and is positively related, while the variable cost of fertilizer, cost of seeds, cost of pesticides, and labor has no significant effect on farmers' income

Abstract

The objectives research are, (i) whether there is influence of utilizing learning media toward students learning  achievement in Office Administration program at SMKN in Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district; (ii) whether there is influence of clasrooms management toward students learning  achievement in Office Administration program at SMKN in Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district. (iii) whether there is influence collectivity of utilizing learning media and class management toward students learning  achievement in Office Administration program at SMKN (Public Vocational Schools) in Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district. The research employed quantitative method. Data is collected through observation, questionnaire and documentation techniques. Data is analyzed by employing descriptive statistic and inferential statistic analysis., there is significant positive influence of  learning media towards the students learning achievement by 17%, there is significant positive influence classroom management toward the student learning achievement by 19,9%. The results of the research reveal that: there are significant positive influence between learning media and class management toward the students learning by 23,6%.

Abstract

Poor Empowerment Program through Joint Business Groups or KUBE (Kelompok Usaha Bersama *in English: Joint Business Group). The form of this program is to provide Direct Social Empowerment Assistance or business capital for the poor to facilitate these community groups which have been accommodated in a group, namely KUBE to manage and develop Productive Economic Enterprises. This type of research is qualitative research using observation, interview, and documentation techniques as a data collection tool. While the data analysis technique is done by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the community welfare improvement program is implemented through the establishment of KUBE and providing business capital assistance KUBE to build businesses and increase people's income; there is still a need for capacity building for managers so that the formed KUBE can become a sustainable business model. This research can be used as a reference in preparing human resources through joint business groups at the village level because previous research focused on the district/city level.

Abstract

Knowledge management in public sector organizations is needed to improve the quality of human resources and the quality of public services. This paper aims to explain the main principles and strategies for developing sustainable management of knowledge in order to improve the quality of human resources in public sector organizations. The method used is descriptive method, which describes the strategy of developing sustainable management of knowledge from various literatures related to human resource development. The results of the literature review show that knowledge management needs to be applied and developed sustainably in every public sector organization. The quality of human resources can be improved through structured knowledge management, as well as public services can increase in line with the increase in the ability or competence of human resources for their work. Human resource governance plays an important role in building a culture of public sector organizations based on knowledge (knowledge culture). Knowledge management can be a solution to reduce the stigma of public sector organizations that are generally rigid, slow, and complicated.

Abstract

The tight competition in the banking industry in the digital era encourages the digital transformation of the banking industry to remain competitive. This condition further widens the opportunities for banks to enter the digital banking business. On the other hand, other banks maintain the existing ecosystem by continuing to provide online services. Online services can be a choice of consumers to facilitate transactions. Quality information systems and services improve the consumer experience of using service technology. The successful implementation of service technology can be seen from user satisfaction, which leads to user's intention to continue to use service technology and ultimately recommend it to others. This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of the mobile banking consumer experience using the information system success model. In this study, 176 respondents were collected from Bank Mandiri mobile banking users. Findings based on multiple regression analysis show that system quality, information quality, and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn affects loyalty. Achievement of consumer satisfaction and loyalty to mobile banking services, can be done by improving system quality, information quality, and service quality. and service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn affects loyalty.
