Abstract

The program to improve the quality of life and protection of women in Riau Province is a program that functions to empower women victims of domestic violence. This study aims to determine the strategy implementation of life quality improvement and protection of women program in Riau Province, as well as determining the inhibiting factors of the program. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive case study approach. The research results found that the implementation of the strategy program improved quality of life and protection of women in Riau Province is good. Because of all the assessments done on the program, budgets and procedures, all of them show the results that are already good. Implementation of the strategy of the program conducted by the Women Empowerment Office and Child protection of Riau Province through UPT P2TP2A which is reviewed from the program has been running for more than a year and the benefits of this program has been perceived by victims of domestic violence that received treatment. A review from the budget indicates that the budget used has been audited and recorded in the document of the budget work plan so that it can be accounted for. Then reviewed from the procedure shows that in the implementation of quality of life improvement program and women protection is executed according to the operational standards of the existing procedures.

Abstract

Batam City is one of cities that has the potential to be developed into an ASEAN Logistics Hub. Geographical conditions in Indonesia's borders also locations close to the Malacca Strait make Batam City much traversed by ships and become one of the busy logistics lanes. In planning the development of logistics quality, it is necessary to know the priority logistical elements that are the fulcrum. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data from journals then analyzed with qualitative descriptive methods. The data obtained will be processed by triangulation, reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The infrastructure element is a priority element that must be developed to increase the capacity and capability of Batam City as the ASEAN Logistics Hub. These elements are included in the elements of strategic, tactical and operational planning in the form of customer service, availability of storage areas and easy access including digital logistics program development. In addition these elements are closely related to the ease of delivery, logistics, tracking and tracing services and to accelerate the delivery time which is managed and developed by BP Batam, Disperindag, PT Pelindo, MRO Hang Nadiem and PT Citra Shipyard. The customs or legal element is managed directly by Bea Cukai which has legal policies and the identity of the traffic of goods. The identification of logistics elements can be a measurement point for the development of Batam City as an ASEAN Logistics Hub.

Abstract

Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Provinsi Riau merupakan salah satu organisasi pemerintah daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Riau dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan dan transmigrasi yang dipimpin oleh seorang kepala dinas dan bertanggungjawab kepada Gubernur Riau. Hal yang sangat krusial dalam proses perencanaan anggaran adalah penyusunan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran (KUA) dan Plafon Prioritas Anggaran (PPA). Kebijakan ini merupakan dokumen yang memuat kebijakan bidang pendapatan, belanja, dan pembiayaan dalam sebuah OPD. Asumsinya mencakup satu tahun anggaran. KUA disusun berdasarkan visi dan misi Gubernur Riau yang ditetapkan di dalam RPJMD. Dalam wawancara dengan staf bagian perencanaan. Perencanaan anggaran pada faktanya adalah hubungan agen dan prinsipal dalam sebuah sistem pemerintahan. Agen dalam konteks ini adalah Disnakertrans, dan prinsipal adalah DPRD. Agen merupakan pihak yang tunduk pada prinsipal. Agen bekerja berdasarkan anggaran yang telah ditetapkan secara politik oleh kepala daerah DPRD. Oleh karena itu, proses penyusunan anggaran yang melibatkan partisipasi OPD dan DPRD menyebabkan tarik ulur kepentingan. Terjadilah fenomena paradoks antara keinginan prinsipal memaksimalisasi anggaran di suatu sektor strategis yang berdampak pada pengurangan pagu anggaran di sektor lain seperti ketenagakerjaan, namun di sisi lain masyarakat menghendaki banyak program ketenagakerjaan yang terejawantahkan di dalam POKIR

Abstract

Slums are areas that were born because of development failure, poverty and high population density. As we know, slums do not meet the criteria for habitation. This research will discuss how the development strategy and development of settlement infrastructure by local governments in handling slums in East Java. This Study uses a qualitative method by means of descriptive analysis through data obtained from literatur studies. The result of the literatur study are comparative government programs from two regions namely Sidoarjo Regency and Malang city. Based on the result of a comparative study of the two regions, it can be seen the implementation of the KOTAKU (City Without Slums) program and the achievements that have been obtained by the two regions.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the object of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency, involving respondents who were employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency, amounting to 37 people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture values ​​both simultaneously and partially on the level of job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency. Besides that, there is the most dominant variable influencing employee job satisfaction. The variables in this study include eight independent variables consisting of the Principle of Purpose, Principle of Excellence, Principle of Consensus, Principle of Unity, Principle of Achievement, Principle of Empiricism, Principle of Familiarity, Principle of Integrity, and one dependent variable namely employee job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing results in that the principle of integrity has the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of Karimun Regency Government Office Employees. This is indicated by the tcount value of 6,521 with a significance level of 0,000 greater than the table of 2,045. This shows that there is a rejection of Ho and Ha acceptance, which means there is a significant influence of the integrity principle variable on the job satisfaction variable of the Employees of the Regional Government Office of Karimun Regency (Y). This t count value is stated to be the largest compared to the other variables.

Abstract

Covid-19 Pandemic does not mean the obligation to remain productive. Performance assessments continue to run and job demands are also not diminished.Everyone should utilize the best possible time including the free time they have to follow a wide range of activities organized online.Research respondents spread across 24 provinces in Indonesia. Data is obtained by a descriptive quantitiative approach using data collection methods via closed poll and distributed through Google online form on June 19 to June 30, 2020.From the process of spreading Google form links on various social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Facebook, the authors get respondents as many as 218 people.The results showed that 63.3 percent of male sex respondents. The level of education of respondents was at the undergraduate and master's degree with the same percentage of 43.6 percent.The respondent's educational background is an educator of both teachers and lecturers with a percentage of 77.1percent.The reason for following the webinar was to fit the job with a 61.5percent response percentage.While the average respondent is willing to contribute or give a fee as long as it gets a certificate with a percentage of 52.3percent.Media access is the most dominant iformation is WhatsApp with a percentage of 74.3percent.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out and describe how the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation in Permai Village, West Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. The purpose of this research is to know clearly the use of Village Fund Allocation from 2019 to 2020 starting from the ADD activity process, ADD implementation, to the monitoring and evaluation stage of the ADD program. This type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative to illustrate how the implementation of ADD in the Village of Permai, West Rangsang District, Meranti Islands District as a whole. From the results of the study, it was found that the ADD activity process was going well, but there were some programs that had not been fully realized. This is because the amount of ADD funding is considered to be very minimal given the needs in Permai Village are very large and require special attention. The results of this study have not been published anywhere

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the New Student Admissions (PPDB) policy through the zoning system for equal distribution of education quality at SMP Negeri 9 Muara Bungo, to find out the obstacles and efforts made in implementing the New Student Admissions (PPDB) policy through the system zoning for equal distribution of education quality at SMP Negeri 9 Muara Bungo. The method used in this study was descriptive method with a qualitative approach with a population, namely the head and vice principal of the school, teachers and staff of SMP Negeri 9 Muara Bungo, the chairman of the committee and members of the guardians of students, and students of SMP Negeri 9 Muara Bungo. The sample taken in this study amounted to 13 (thirteen) people with purposive sampling technique to determine the subject / object according to the purpose. The results showed that the implementation of the New Student Admissions (PPDB) policy through the zoning system for equal distribution of education quality at SMP Negeri 9 Muara Bungo has been implemented in accordance with PERMENDIKBUD Number 14 of 2018 and PERBUP Bungo Number 35 of 2018, in terms of obstacles seen from 4 variables. According to Smith, there were 3 variables that are still experiencing obstacles, namely the target group, the implementing agency, and environmental factors. Efforts are being made, namely submitting reports to the Bungo Education Office, improving Human Resources (HR) and computer facilities, and improving school performance

Abstract

The strategic role of the Riau Islands as world trade traffic and a center of activity in the Riau Islands Province can be reached from Singapore with a distance of approximately 1 - 2 hours by sea transportation which has a bad impact, one of which is the pollution of sludge oil waste that often occurs in waters. Bintan since the 1960s and threatening Bintan waters. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study of Sludge oil in Bintan. The data was collected by means of document analysis, site analysis and other methods that produce descriptive data. The Operational Unit for the response to the oil spill must consist of representatives from the Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Environment, BASARNAS, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Forestry, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, TNI- AL, POLRI, BPMIGAS, BPHMIGAS, Governors, Regents / Mayors, part of which includes the sea and Oil and Gas Companies. The efforts made by the government have not been optimal enough and there is a need to move from the old way to the new way, including every actor, be it Government Actors or non-government actors. This makes it easier for the government to formulate and even implement countermeasures that ensure that the same violations do not happen again. Given that these violations can harm the state, society, and even nature.
