Abstract

Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Sya’rawiy walaupun bukan tokoh feminis namun penafsirannya secara filosofis sejalan dengan tafsir feminis, yaitu tafsir yang berkeadilan gender. Eksistensi laki-laki dan perempuan secara ontologis adalah sama, yaitu sama-sama dijadikan Tuhan dengan proses yang sama. Sya’rawiy mengkritik mitos penciptaan perempuan dari tulang rusuk laki-laki karena yang dianggap tidak berkeadilan dan tidak berdasar. Dalam ranah hukum keluarga Islam, Sya’rawiy mengajak untuk masuk pada kesadaran bahwa ayat-ayat yang selama ini dipahami sebagai anjuran untuk berpoligami semangat utamanya adalah ajakan untuk berlaku adil kepada para wanita yatim terkait konteks sosial masyarakat Arab ketika ayat itu turun. Hal ini bukan anjuran berpoligami dan hanya mengindikasikan kebolehannya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah kenyataan bahwa penafsiran modern sekalipun masih menyisakan kesan bahwa kedudukan perempuan lebih rendah dari laki-laki. Terutama bila terkait pembahasan tentang kepemimpinan. Ukuran ketaatan perempuan adalah ketaatannya pada laki-laki karena posisinya adalah pelengkap. Meski Sya’rawiy luwes menafsirkan qawwâm dengan pendekatan sosiologis namun tetap tidak lepas memberikan restu untuk perempuan menjadi pimpinan publik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan termasuk kategori riset kepustakaan (library research). Teks-teks Tafsir dari Tafsir Al-Sya’rawiy terkait tema bahasan dikonfirmasi tafsir-tafsir yang lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Al-Qur’an memberikan arahan untuk tidak diskriminatif dalam melaksanakan syariat; 2) Al-Qur’an memberikan sinyal bahwa pelaksanaan syariat harus bersesuaian dengan maqâshidasy-syari’ah 3) Al-Qur’an secara umum menjelaskan bahwa konsep keadilan Allah berlaku untuk laki-laki dan perempuan; 4) Semangat menegakkan keadilan gender tidak bertentangan dengan semangat Al-Qur’an

Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine the relationship between psychological character and achievement motivation with student achievement in learning achievement of students in Islamic Religious Education subjects, either partially / individually or simultaneously/ collectively. This study used a survey method with data collection tools using questionnaires and tests. Meanwhile, data analysis used descriptive analysis to see the distribution of samples, statistical analysis prerequisite tests, simple and multiple partial correlation and simple and multiple regression tests. The sample in this study students of Package B (PKBM) Mandiri An-Nuur Depok City, West Java, totaling 93 students. The results of this study indicate that: First, there is a positive and significant relationship between psychological character and student achievement in the Islamic Religious Education subject. The simple correlation coefficient of Pearson correlation (ρy1) is 0.737 (strong correlation), and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, with a large contribution of psychological character. toward student achievement in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (Y) of 54.4% and the direction of the relationship shows a simple linear regression equation, namely Ŷ = 42.871 + 0.356 X1 which means that every one unit increase in psychological character scores will contribute to an increase in student achievement scores. Islamic Religious Education lessons of 43.227. Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between student achievement motivation and student achievement in the PAI subject with the simple correlation coefficient of the Pearson correlation (ρy2) is 0.702 (strong correlation), and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, with the contribution of achievement motivation to the Student achievement in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (Y) is 49.3% and the direction of the relationship shows a simple linear regression equation, namely Ŷ = 45.458 + 0.333 X2, which means that each unit increase in achievement motivation scores will contribute to an increase in student achievement scores in the Islamic Religious Education lessons of 45.79. Third, there is a positive and strong and significant relationship between psychological character (X1) and achievement motivation (X2) together with student achievement in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (Y), with a simple correlation coefficient Pearson correlation (Ry1.2) is 0.756 (strong correlation), and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, with the magnitude of the contribution of psychological character and achievement motivation together to student achievement in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (Y) of 57.2% and the direction of the relationship shows a linear regression equation double, namely Ŷ = 39.967 + 0.239X1 + 0.140X2, which means that every one unit increase in psychological character score and achievement motivation together, will contribute to an increase in student achievement scores in the Islamic Religious Education subject by 40.346

Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine the increase in Islamic character in SMAN 3 Kota Tangerang Selatan based on activities carried out at school. This study uses the phenomenology method, which is a study of visible and real phenomena, by collecting data and information through interviews and observations to the main informants, namely the principal, teachers and class XI students. While the data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis in the form of exposure to the results of interviews, observations and supplemented with data obtained from supporting documents. The findings in this study are an increase in discipline of dzuhur and asr prayers in congregation at school, increased activity and order in participating in duha and tadarus prayers together, increasing Islamic spiritual activities (majlis ta'lim) at school, and increasing other religious activities at home. which can be seen from the worship monitoring sheet

Abstract

This study aims to determine inquiry-based learning in the Qur'an, as well as its implications in the development of learning. Inquiry-based learning is one of the student-centered learning strategies influenced by the constructivism philosophy, which aims to produce competency standards for graduates who are able to think critically, creatively, communicatively, and collaboratively, as a form of life skills that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. In general, inquiry-based learning cues can be found in the Qur'an in inquisitive verses that begin with adawât al-istifhâm, either in the form of harf al-istifhâm (particle of interrogation) or in the form of ism al-istifhâm (interrogative noun). And in particular, it can be found in a series of verses of the Qur'an in Surah al-Thur/52: 29-43. which explains the invitation to think by combining empiricism and rationalism, or the scientific method. This invitation is addressed to the Meccan polytheists who accuse (hypothesize) the Prophet Muhammad as a shaman, madman, poet, author of the Qur'an. Inquiry-based learning cues can also be found in a series of verses in Surah al-Anbiya'/21: 51-67, which tells about the method used by the prophet Ibrahim a.s in teaching monotheism to his people. As well as in the series of verses of the Qur'an in Surah al-An'am/6: 75-79, which describes the investigation of the prophet Ibrahim a.s into the nature of God

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine data related to the pedagogical competence of tahfidz teachers and the madrasa environment on the achievement of memorizing the Qur'an simultaneously. In this study the authors used a survey method through a questionnaire. The population in this study was 101, then the sample was taken as many as 81 students, using random sampling. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, correlation coefficient, simple regression analysis and multiple regression which are described and described descriptively. The results of this study are: First, there is a positive and significant effect of the pedagogical competence of the tahfidz teacher on the achievement of memorizing the Qur'an based on the results of the partial t test in multiple linear regression analysis. The pedagogical competence of the tahfidz teacher has an effect on students' memorization achievement of 57.0% and the remaining 43.0% is determined by other factors. The simple linear regression equation (unstandardized coefficients B) shows Y = Y = 38.764 + 0.338 X1 which means that every one unit increase in the pedagogical competence score of the tahfidz teacher will have an effect on increasing the student's memorization achievement score of 39,102. Second, there is a positive and significant influence of the madrasa environment on students' memorization achievement based on the results of the partial t test in multiple linear regression analysis. the madrasa environment has an influence on student learning outcomes by 64.2% and the remaining 35.8% is determined by other factors. The simple linear regression equation (unstandardized coefficients B) shows Y = 34.848 + 0.373 X2, which means that each increase in one unit of madrasah environmental score will have an effect on increasing students' memorization achievement scores of 35.221. Third, there is a positive influence on the pedagogical competence of the tahfidz teacher and the madrasa environment simultaneously on the achievement of memorizing madrasas that will have an effect on increasing the score of memorization achievement. based on the results of the simultaneous F test (F test) in multiple linear regression analysis. The magnitude of the influence of the pedagogical competence of the tahfidz teacher and the madrasa environment simultaneously on the achievement of memorization is 73.3% and the remaining 26.7% is determined by other factors. The regression equation (unstandardized coefficients B) shows Y = 28.891 + 0.179 X1 + 0.250 X2, which means that every increase in the pedagogical competence score of the tahfidz teacher and Madrasah environment simultaneously, the student's memorization achievement increases, by 29.320

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji polemik kepemimpinan perempuan dalam Al-Qur‟an, Para tokoh-tokoh masyarakat dan pemuka agama semakin meningkatkan upaya pendidikan masyarakat agar praktik dan kebiasaan mendiskriminasi perempuan dapat dihilangkan secara perlahan. Selain itu, hal ini disarankan untuk seluruh masyarakat agar peduli dan ikut terlibat dalam perlindungan korban ketidakadilan gender karena, ketidakadilan gender tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah, Para perempuan harus bisa mendapat legitimasi untuk berdiri sama tinggi dengan laki-laki dalam menafsirkan persoalan yang terkait langsung dengan mereka. Kegiatan penafsiran Al-Qur‟an seolah menjadi otoritas dan domain laki-laki. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terjadi beragam penafsiran oleh para ahli tafsir seputar kepemimpinan perempuan dalam ranah publik, kualifikasi sosial perempuan belum mendapatkan porsi utama dan cenderung terjebak dalam peran domestik, yaitu dijadikan penjaga rumah untuk mengurus anak dan keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the problem-based learning model in science learning at Al-Muhajirin Depok Junior High School is applied. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. This study explores field data that is confirmed by other supporting sources. The results of the study focused on three things, namely to find out to what extent the teacher's understanding in implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model in Science Learning at SMP Al - Muhajirin Depok, To find out how the strategy for implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model in improving science learning in junior high schools Al - Muhajirin Depok, to find out the extent of the benefits of PBL in science learning in improving student learning outcomes. The implementation of the problem-based learning model at SMP Al-Muhajirin Depok is divided into two parts of the task, namely: assignments in class, by analyzing and solving problems from the material provided through the media of images or videos, and assignments outside the classroom, namely by conducting analysis and observation for identify biotic and abiotic components in aquatic and terrestrial environments, and make products or manage non-organic materials into interesting and unique items. This problem based learning model aims to improve science learning at SMP AL-Muhajirin Depok, because science learning requires more scientific results in learning. This model is quite effective because the application of this model can help improve science learning. This is evidenced by the results of the average grade VII grade report cards in science learning at SMP Al-Muhajirin Depok in the 2019/2020 academic year

Abstract

Research on the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) was conducted at PTIQ Institute Jakarta. Research is more focused on the implementation of total quality management in the Graduate Program of PTIQ Jakarta Institute. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that is a study that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject. Data is obtained through research on documents and interviews with stakeholders. The results of this study are: First, the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) at PTIQ Jakarta Institute has been prepared based on the rector's decision. Completeness of the document has been owned although still not detailed to the lowest level. Second, the implementation is realized by giving duties to lecturers as the embodiment of the Rector's decision. However, the number of task implementers in the field is still not balanced with the number of tasks charged, so that there are some tasks that have not been completed Third, Total Quality Management (TQM) for Private Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIS), at PTIQ Institute has been working on digitalization models to facilitate and streamline work. Support for creating apps has been provided, although it is still in a simple stage. Fourth, the model of digitalization of devices to manage quality assurance systems and strengthen human resources becomes an important variable in maximizing the quality of quality management in Islamic Religious Colleges

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penanaman sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial dalam pembelajaran saintifik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) melalui pendekatan amtsal. Penelitian ini berpegang pada dua teori: Pertama, pembelajaran harus berimplikasi pada terjadinya perubahan tingkah laku positif peserta didik sebagai hasil dari interaksi, bimbingan dan pengalaman selama proses pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran melalui pengalaman dan pengetahuan diperoleh melalui penginderaan yang masuk ke dalam memori dan tersusun dalam bentuk struktur kognitif. Kedua, perubahan tingkah laku memerlukan dorongan dan motivasi dari baik dalam diri peserta didik atau dari luar dirinya. Berdasarkan dua teori tersebut, penelitian dengan pendekatan amtsal dalam pembelajaran saintifik ini diharapkan memotivasi dan menstimulasi peserta didik dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sikap spiritual dan sosial. Penelitian dengan memadukan dua pendekatan ini belum banyak diangkat sehingga penulis melihat tema tersebut sangat orisinil dan relevan. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif tematik dengan metode studi pustaka melalui pendekatan grounded theory methodology, yaitu suatu metodologi umum untuk mengembangkan teori penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan secara sistematis berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan tentang suatu fenomena yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Data-data diperoleh dengan cara menggali sumber pustaka berupa buku, jurnal dan sejenisnya yang membahas tema terkait. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembelajaran saintifik pada mata pelajaran PAI sangat tepat dipadukan dengan pendekatan amtsal terutama untuk memudahkan peserta didik dalam memahami materi-materi PAI yang bersifat abstrak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan ada tiga manfaat pendekatan amtsal khususnya dalam pembelajaran saintifik yaitu: 1) dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang menarik dan kongkrit, 2) sesuai usia peserta didik, dan 3) melibatkan peserta didik secara aktif. Kesimpulan ini sekaligus mendukung teori pembelajaran saintifik yang bertujuan selain untuk meningkatkan nalar intelektual dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah secara mandiri, tetapi juga untuk membentuk karakter-karakter mulia sebagai hasil dari pengembangan sikap spiritual dan sosialnya
