Abstract

Salah satu sektor yang mendapatkan pukulan tajam selama Pandemi Covid-19 adalah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Hal ini juga ikut serta menjadi pengerak turunnya perekonomian nasional. Digital marketing melalui platform shopee menjadi salah satu pilihan dalam rangka mengentaskan permasalahan ekonomi selama pandemi. Pengabdian menggunakan metode pelatihan yang meliputi empat tahap, yaitu tahap tahapan instalasi Shopee, tahapan upload produk di shopee, tahapan pemasaran produk , dan tahapan pengiriman produk. Setelah pengabdian ini dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman dan kemampuan pemuda pelaku UMKM di Desa Mulyoagung mengenai digital marketing melalui e-commerce Shopee meningkat, dengan rincian pada tahapan instalasi sebanyak 100% dan tahapan upload produk 87%. Selain itu popularitas produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM dari Desa Mulyoagung mengalami peningkatan akibat pemasaran produk secara digital, baik melalui aplikasi shopee maupun aplikasi pendukung lain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada fitur bisnisku di Shopee dan insight pada aplikasi Instagram, rata-rata popularitas produk hasil UMKM Desa Mulyoagung meningkat sebesar 75%.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan ekonomi kelompok peternak Sekolah Ternak Rakyat (SPR) Mega Jaya Dusun Ngantru Kecamatan Kasiman dimasa pandemi covid 19 adalah dengan melakukan pendampingan melalui digitalisasi data dengan Barcode. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini yang pertama adalah mengenalkan dan mempraktekkan teknologi yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan pola manajemen data dan pemasaran sapi sehingga angka penjualan sapi bisa naik dan pendapatan para peternak sapi meningkat. Yang kedua untuk memudahkan calon pembeli dan pengunjung SPR Mega Jaya mendapatkan informasi data secara cepat dan akurat tanpa harus bertemu dengan pemiliknya. Metode Pemberdayaan yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) dengan mengutamakan potensi dan pemanfaatan aset yang ada di sekitar masyarakat Dusun Ngantru Kecamatan Kasiman. Hasil dari digitalisasi dengan barcode yang pertama adalah meningkatnya penjualan sapi kelompok peternak SPR Mega jaya dimasa pandemi dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan sistem Barcode. Yang kedua memudahkan pengelola kelompok ternak untuk memberikan informasi data sapi secara cepat dan akurat kepada calon pembeli dan pengunjung. Yang Ketiga adanya kepedulian pemuda karang taruna Dusun Ngantru untuk menjadi kader & relawan IT Kelompok ternak SPR Mega Jaya, dan yang keempat meningkatkan pola manajemen data dan pemasaran sapi berbasis IT. Abstract

Covid 19 has changed various orders in social life. Human beings, who are actually social creatures, are prevented from interacting each other, which results in obstructing efforts to fulfill the basic needs of human life. People must adjust the way they interact with each other to avoid the possibility of contracting Covid 19. But on the other hand, people still have to work to make ends meet for themselves and their families. The community of Tanjung Tambakrejo Bojonegoro village cannot be separated from the impact of Covid 19. This social service uses the ABCD method, which is service that focuses on the use of assets owned by the village to improve their lives. The existing assets in these areas are sometimes neglected and not fully utilized by the local community due to their ignorance. Therefore, this method is taken to reintroduce existing assets in the community so that they can be used to improve their lives. Based on the survey conducted, it was found that various vegetable assets have not been maximally utilized, one of which is Caesalpinnia sappan L. Through various research conducted, it turns out that Caesalpinnia sappan L can be used as a warm drink that is both delicious and healthy. Based on this, the people of Tanjung village were then taught how to make herbal drink made from Caesalpinnia sappan L, and how to sel it online to improve their health and also their economy.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital saat ini semakin tidak terbendung, dimana setiap masyarakat baik kota maupun desa wajib memiliki pengetahuan tentang literasi dunia digital, hal ini dilakukan agar kedepannya masyarakat dapat mampu mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Salah satu kelompok masyarakat yang wajib mempelajari tentang literasi digital adalah Warga Desa Kubu, Kecamatan Kubu, Kabupaten Kubu Raya. secara umum, yang dimaksud dengan literasi digital adalah kemampuan menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk menemukan, mengevaluasi, memanfaatkan, membuat, dan mengomunikasikan konten/informasi, dengan kecakapan kognitif maupun teknikal dalam menangkal HOAX, narkoba dan memanfaatkan digital untuk upaya pengembangan UMKM. Saat ini masyaraat Desa Kubu masih mengalami kendala terkait memahami pengetahuan tentang dunia digital, seperti masih banyaknya orang orang yang tidak paham menggunakan perangkat digital, masih sering terpapar hoax, dan masih banyaknya yang tidak mengetahui tentang etika-etika yang ada didunia digital, bentuk-bentuk memerangi narkoba, dan pemfaatan digital untuk UMKM. Oleh karena itu kami dari Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk mengatasi permasalahan permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

Sebagai upaya untuk melindungi wilayah desa dari tekanan masyarakat penyangga akan sumber daya alam, dapat dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat pengembangan wisata edukasi dan rekreasi, namun tantangan dan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat daerah Sumberarum melalu ekowisata belum diketahui sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tantangan dan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui wisata Kampung Nelayan berdasarkan persepsi, motivasi, dan prefensi masyarakat. Peneliatian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan metode kajin tindakan (Action Research) menghasilkan data bahwa masyarakat desa belum mampu mengenal potensi wisata yang ada, maka dibangunla wisata edukasi dan rekreasi Kampung Nelayan, dan olahan ikan wader. Diharapkan dengan dibangunnya wisata dan porduk olahan tersebut bisa meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

Tikusan Village is one of the villages located ini Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. This village has vilaage assets, namely land resources in the form of a home industry (tofu and tempeh industry). ). Therefore, the community assistance method used is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. The community service program is carried out by a team of lecturers and students of UNUGIRI Bojonegoro in collaboration with the local village community. This assistance produces snack products, such as: debog chips, tofu crackers, sandwiches and corndogs from tofu dregs. The existence of these processed products is expected to be a solution to the presence of abundant assets which are considered as waste, making them less valuable.

Abstract

The university is part of the intellectual community in this country, which is expected to be able to contribute to the development of the nation and state. Community Service Activities (PKM) are a form of education by providing empirical experience to Lecturers with students to live in the midst of society outside the campus, and directly teaching students how to identify populist social problems. Sumberejo Village is a village located in Trucuk District, Bojonegoro, East Java. The implementation of the Covid-19 Thematic PKM activity was carried out in Sumberejo Village because the PKM location was an area close to student homes. In accordance with the direction of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) at the University of Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri Bojonegoro that the implementation of PKM is better in their respective villages to reduce mobility and transmission of COVID-19. PKM in Sumberejo Village Using a Community Based Research approach, by carrying out a community assistance process using the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. The 2021 Thematic PKM activity at the Sunan Giri Bojonegoro University Nahdlatul Ulama in Sumberejo Village, Trucuk District can be carried out well. Activities can be accepted by the community and receive support from all levels of village officials and several elements who are always enthusiastic about ongoing activities. Work programs that are focused on community economic development during the pandemic. The activity is in the form of developing yarn knitting skills. Marketing assistance for community knitting products, namely on social media and marketplaces. Marketing and introducing knitting products in Sumberajo Village which was carried out after development assistance.

Abstract

Water spinach is commonly found around the community of Ngumpakdalem Village. Most people do not know the benefits and uses of kale. In addition, in Ngumpakdalem Village, a lot of plastic waste such as used drinking water bottles and even steroform were found. Of course this will interfere with environmental health if the people of Ngumpakdalem Village have not been able to manage waste properly. Therefore, in community service activities in Ngumpakdalem Village in collaboration with partners, in this case IDFoS Indonesia, Dalem Mandiri Sejahtera Group, Mandiri Sehat Group 1 and Mandiri healthy Group 2, held training on environmental waste management both organic and inorganic as organic fertilizer and media. environmentally friendly planting for kale plants. In this community service activity, the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method is used, which is a community development concept based on local assets to overcome problems in the area. The results of this community service activity are in the form of "snack ndalem" food products in the form of finger cakes, chips and crackers with various flavors including original, balado, spicy, and barbeque and traditional herbal medicine "viks drink" with the basic ingredients of kale. organic. These food and beverage products are very helpful for the community in terms of empowering the family economy and fostering UKM and UMKM so that they can improve the economy of the Ngumpakdalem village community during the Covid 19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Generation Z has a high interest in owning their own business (entrepreneurship). However, in many conditions, Generation Z lacks experience and knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship. In providing solutions to these problems, community service activities are held for students who are still in school, especially for Vocational High School (SMK) students who will later become young entrepreneurs. In this service, students are given material on financial management, human resource management and also business strategy management. Using a workshop method filled by the Management Study Program service team, students are introduced to several important concepts in entrepreneurship, namely the role of human resource management, entrepreneurship strategies and the concept of financial planning. As a result of this workshop, students become more aware of and have an interest in entrepreneurship after graduating from secondary education.

Abstract

Innovations in public sector services continue to vary and become more sophisticated. The government always tries to innovate in public sector services. As implemented by the Probolinggo City Government with the Portal Emas application. Online services through applications that include oral, written, and even direct action services. However, there are still many people who have not used the Portal Emas application. So that the community service team from 2019 students of the Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Panca Marga University compiled a community service program with the theme of Extension and Socialization of the Probolinggo City " Portal Emas" Service System which was held for Panca Marga University students. The method used is counseling and online socialization with the stages of pre-activity, implementation of activities, and post-activity. In the implementation structure, the event consists of three parts, namely the delivery of material, directions for using the Portal Emas application and a question and answer session. The interactive pattern is applied from the beginning of implementation to involve all partners. Enthusiastic partners in every part of the activity. In the last stage, an evaluation is held which is conceptualized with a feedback system. The result of this service activity is that students gain knowledge and understanding related to materials, public sector services and methods of using the Portal Emas application. The output is in the form of an e-book that can be read by partners and the public. Service activities are important to disseminate material about public sector service innovation, the Portal Emas program and instructions for use to minimize the lack of information related to services and minimize errors in the practice of using the Portal Emas application.
