Tujuan dari Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya adalah untuk mendorong penyebaran yang lebih luas hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah sistematis di bidang manajemen dan bisnis. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya dimaksudkan untuk menjadi jurnal penerbitan artikel hasil penelitian manajemen baik artikel penelitian maupun artikel konseptual (non penelitian). Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya mengundang artikel-artikel hasil penelitian di bidang : Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Strategis, Manajemen Pendidikan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Kesehatan, e-Business Manajemen Kewirausahaan. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya menerima artikel-artikel yang sesuai dengan subjek penelitian manajemen dan metodologi penelitian yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini. Yang utama, namun tidak eksklusif, adalah akademisi, mahasiswa program pascasarjana, praktisi dan pihak-pihak lain yang tertarik dengan penelitian manajemen. Kriteria utama untuk publikasi di Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra adalah pentingnya kontribusi sebuah artikel terhadap kekayaan literatur di bidang manajemen, ketelitian analisis dan penyajian artikel. Keputusan penerimaan artikel didasarkan pada proses review yang independen dengan evaluasi konstruktif dan cepat terhadap artikel yang diajukan oleh peneliti atau author. Frekuensi Publikasi Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya terbit dengan setiap tahun satu volume yang terdiri dari tiga kali terbitan, yakni setiap April, Agustus, dan Desember. Setiap terbitan mempublikasikan 7 artikel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the quality of services used to improve the qualityof services, to determine patient loyalty and actions taken by the Husada Sidoarjo Scholar Clinic inincreasing patient loyalty in the Husada Scholar Sidoarjo Clinic addiction. This research is a qualitativeresearch and involves data carried out by interview. Analytical data using interactive analysis models,the data will be analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawingconclusions. The results of the study showed that the quality of health services at the Scholar HusadaSidoarjo Clinic had run well, in terms of human resources, sufficient funds, and facilities andinfrastructure that had met the needs. Loyalty of rehabilitation patients of Sidoarjo Husada ScholarClinic patients is still lacking, this is because many patients are less disciplined, less active in theprogram, and less cooperative. Strategy Development of patient loyalty in Cendikia Husada SidoarjoClinic is done by good communication with patients, giving the impression of a friendly officer, andeasy service procedures.Keywords: service quality, strategy, patient loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a performance appraisal system consisting of work attitudes, work performance, work intelligence and work commitment. Furthermore, to analyze the influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance appraisal system consisting of work attitudes, work performance, work intelligence simultaneously has a significant effect on work commitment in the Redrying Bojonegoro (Kareb) Employee Cooperative in Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to test hypotheses using a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Redrying Bojonegoro Employee Cooperative (Kareb) in Bojonegoro Regency, DC Unit, which numbered 31 people. The research sampling technique used saturated sampling (census sampling) so that the sample in this study were 31 people. The results showed that partially or simultaneously the variables of work attitude and work intelligence had a significant effect on employee commitment, while the work performance variable did not significantly affect the commitment of employees of the Bojonegoro (Kareb) Employee Cooperative in Bojonegoro Regency. Among the factors of work attitude, work performance and work intelligence that have a dominant influence on employee commitment are work attitudes.

Abstract

Penyebab utama rendahnya kinerja prajurit yaitu masih kurangnya disiplin prajurit pada tugas dan kesatuan, motivasi prajurit pada tata tertib dan tugas serta masih kurang optimalnya kepuasan kerja dalam mencapai tujuan, visi dan misi kesatuan sehingga berdampak pada prajurit yang melalaikan tugas dan kewajiban serta peningkatan pelanggaran dalam bentuk indisipliner terhadap tata tertib kesatuan. Capaian hasil unjuk kerja yang dicapai prajurit di Lantamal V Surabaya yang masih termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik menjadi salah satu faktor masih rendahnya efektivitas kerja organisasi dalam mendukung operasional dan kesiapan kapal di Lantamal V Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori sedangkan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Sebagai lokasi penelitian ini adalah Lantamal V Surabaya, sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 prajurit Lantamal V Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fungsi kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja prajurit Pangkalan Utama Angkatan Laut V Surabaya. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja prajurit Pangkalan Utama Angkatan Laut V Surabaya. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja prajurit Pangkalan Utama Angkatan Laut V Surabaya. Fungsi kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di Pangkalan Utama Angkatan Laut V Surabaya. Dan baik langsung maupun tidak langsung fungsi kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja prajurit melalui kepuasan kerja dan budaya organsasi. Abstract

This research is entitled "The Effect of Career Development and Compensation on Performance Through Employee Work Discipline at PT. Panasonic Gobel Eco Solutions Manufacturing Indonesia". The purpose of this research is to describe performance, work discipline, career development, and employee compensation in the company, as well as to know and analyze the effect of career development and compensation for employee performance both directly and through work discipline. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all employees of PT. PESGMFID totaling138 employees. The number of samples taken was 62 employees using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis used was Path Analysis and Sobel Test to test indirect effects. The results showed that career development and compensation affect work discipline; career development, compensation, and work discipline affect performance; Career development and compensation affect performance through work discipline.Keywords: performance, work discipline, career development, compensation

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the role of the principal to improve the quality of teachers at SMK Ibnu Khaldun Balikpapan. Qualitative methods are used to identify and explain these objectives. The results of the research show that the quality of teachers can improve the quality of schools and be able to prosper the teachers. The role of the principal of the Ibnu Khaldun Balikpapan Vocational School in improving teacher human resources can be seen from the increase in teacher work discipline, getting support from structural leaders, foundations, supervisors, committees and teachers. From improving teacher discipline, in the learning process teachers must be on time and teach first before learning hours begin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and improve the quality of services, marketing relationships and switching handling of customers loyalty at Bank BRI Kedungadem Bojonegoro. In addition to test and handle changes in service quality, relationship and handling either partially or simultaneously to customer loyalty at Bank BRI Kedungadem Bojonegoro Regency. Sampling technique using accidental sampling is sampling is done by giving a questionnaire to the customers encountered at the time. In this study the number of samples obtained as much as 100 customers. The method used is descriptive statistics and type of this research is expalanatory research. The result of data analysis shows the variable of service quality, marketing reliability, handling switching to customer loyalty of Bank BRI Kedungadem Bojonegoro Regency in good condition. Quality of service, marketing relationships, handling of switching simultaneously significantly influence customer loyalty Bank BRI Kedungadem Bojonegoro regency. Service quality partially has a significantly influence on customer loyalty, while marketing relations and handling of switching is partially insignificant to customer loyalty at Bank BRI Kedungadem Bojonegoro Regency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return on Assets through Capital Adequacy Ratio in banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014- 2018. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The criteria for sampling in this study are banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which publish bank annual financial reports for 2014-2018 as many as 80. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square with the WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results showed that (1) Non Performing Loan has a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (2) Loan to Deposit Ratio has a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (3) Non Performing Loan has a negative and significant effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (4) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (5) Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (6) Non Performing Loan has no effect on Return on Assets through the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (7) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on the Return on Assets through the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio. The purpose of this research is to describe about patient loyalty, perceived value, perceived image, andpatient satisfaction in Medical Rehabilitation Installation RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro DjatikoesoemoBojonegoro; analyzing of the effect of patient satisfaction, perceived value, and perceived image partiallyto patient loyalty; and analyzing of the effect of patient satisfaction, perceived value, and perceived imagesimultaneously to patient loyalty of Medical Rehabilitation Installation RSUD Dr. R. SosodoroDjatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. This researchÔÇÖs type is categorized as explanatory research and usingquantitative research approach. Population in this research is all patient who treatment at MedicalRehabilitation Installation RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. The sampling techniqueusing incidental sampling, ie anyone who by chance met with researchers can be used as a sample, whichdetermined 100 people. The result of the research shows that the condition of perceived value, perceivedimage, and patient loyalty in good category, just only patient satisfaction in good enough category.Patient satisfaction, perceived value, and perceived image partially each have a significant effect onpatient loyalty Medical Rehabilitation Installation RSUD Dr. R. Abstract

This research is the result of research which describes how much personality competence and emotional intelligence have an effect on improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan. The background of this research is because based on the results of observations it shows an increase from year to year, the achievement of SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan both academically and non-academically is not optimal. After looking at several indicators, this study focuses on looking at the influence of personality competence and emotional intelligence on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research subjects were all teachers who served at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan. The results showed that personality competence and emotional intelligence had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the description of organizational behavior, strategies to achieve effectiveness in JEMARIS organization. ethod: This research is qualitative research. The method used in this research is interview, observation and document tela'ah. The subject of this research is the board and members of the community network of clean water and sanitation Pasuruan. Data analysis with triangulation of qualitative data obtained from in-depth interview, FGD, Observation, and document review.Research results: organizational behavior in JEMARIS, covering people relationships, Structure, Technology, Environment, Optimization Objectives, System Perspective, Pressure, Accuracy, Target Adaptation, Job Satisfaction, Responsibility. What is inside the JEMARIS organization is very flexible and diverse. Demonstrates that organizational behavior greatly determines the effectiveness of the organization.Conclusion: Organizational behavior in JEMARIS is very diverse, it can be seen there is still a difference in looking at internal organizational issues, organizational strategy is absolutely necessary to achieve organizational effectiveness.
