Tujuan dari Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya adalah untuk mendorong penyebaran yang lebih luas hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah sistematis di bidang manajemen dan bisnis. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya dimaksudkan untuk menjadi jurnal penerbitan artikel hasil penelitian manajemen baik artikel penelitian maupun artikel konseptual (non penelitian). Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya mengundang artikel-artikel hasil penelitian di bidang : Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Strategis, Manajemen Pendidikan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Kesehatan, e-Business Manajemen Kewirausahaan. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya menerima artikel-artikel yang sesuai dengan subjek penelitian manajemen dan metodologi penelitian yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini. Yang utama, namun tidak eksklusif, adalah akademisi, mahasiswa program pascasarjana, praktisi dan pihak-pihak lain yang tertarik dengan penelitian manajemen. Kriteria utama untuk publikasi di Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra adalah pentingnya kontribusi sebuah artikel terhadap kekayaan literatur di bidang manajemen, ketelitian analisis dan penyajian artikel. Keputusan penerimaan artikel didasarkan pada proses review yang independen dengan evaluasi konstruktif dan cepat terhadap artikel yang diajukan oleh peneliti atau author. Frekuensi Publikasi Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya terbit dengan setiap tahun satu volume yang terdiri dari tiga kali terbitan, yakni setiap April, Agustus, dan Desember. Setiap terbitan mempublikasikan 7 artikel.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze nurses' knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards the incidence of nosocomial infections. This study involved 104 nurses who worked at Mitra Keluarga Surabaya Hospital as a source of data using questionnaires and observation of infection criteria. The variables used in this study were knowledge, attitudes, behavior as independent variables, the incidence of nosocomial infections as controlled variables. The results showed that there were studies of nurses' knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards the incidence of nosocomial infections in the Inpatient Room of Mitra Keluarga Surabaya Hospital and the research conclusions showed that most nurses were wellinformed, good attitude and most of them were well behaved. While at Mitra Hospital in Surabaya, Mitra Keluarga Surabaya Hospital mostly in hospitals did not have infection, simultaneous knowledge, attitudes and problems related to the incidence of infections in inpatient areas at Mitra Keluarga Hospital, Knowledge, attitude and partial simultaneous use of events infection in the inpatient room of Mitra Keluarga Hospital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan tambang yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010 sampai 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan model regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial, profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: protabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, struktur modal, nilai perusahaan

Abstract

This research aims to explain the analysis of service quality to customer satisfaction, also to know there is a difference between service quality analysis to customer satisfaction, at modern retail minimarket and grocery store in city Surabaya. Respondents in this study as much as 100 people who are at least 16 years old, ever shop in modern retail minimarket and grocery store, and stay settled or while in the city of Surabaya. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a significant influence between quality of service to customer satisfaction in modern retail minimarket and grocery store in Surabaya city. And it is also known that there is a difference between service quality analysis on customer satisfaction in modern retail minimarket and grocery store based on different test, where both of these variables have GIS. Abstract

This research is to know the influence of competence of personality and social competence to teacher work spirit in SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. This research also wants to know the influence of work spirit toward professionalism of teacher in SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro; and to know the direct influence of personal competence and social competence on teacher professionalism in SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. Population in this research is teacher of SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro which amount to 89 teachers. The sampling technique used in this study used sampling census, i.e all teachers (population) became the research sample. However, principal and researcher were not included as a sample to maintain the objectivity of the research results. The number of samples in this study were 89 teachers, hereinafter referred to as respondents. Data processing is done by path analysis, positioning the intervening variable as a liaison between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of personality competence research have an influence on teacher work spirit in SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. Social competence does not affect the morale of teachers in SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. The spirit of work and competence of the personality affect the professionalism of teachers in SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. Abstract

The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research used quantitative research. Data collected used questionnaires and documentation with a total sample of 50 people.. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that 1) Significant influential leadership style on job satisfaction. 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) Organizational Culture signifies significant effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. 6) Job satisfaction is an intervening variable between leadership style and employee performance because the value of indirect influence is greater than direct influence. 7) Job satisfaction is an intervening variable between organizational culture on employee performance because the value of indirect influence is greater than direct influence. Abstract

This study aims to analyze pro-hypertension management in the Primary Dinayla Utama 84 clinic for thesuccess of the prolanis program. This research method is a case study with qualitative descriptive. Researchlocation at Pratama Clinic Utama Dinayla 84 Surabaya East Java. Research data uses interviews andanalysis. The number of informants was 14 informants. Data analysis using interactive analysis. Theresults showed that hypertension prokeris management with prolanist activities was home visits andprogram participants who still did not find the indicator of success of Prolanis, namely 75% of participantsregistered and to overcome the activeness of the Pratayla Utama 84 Clinical Clinic officers.Keywords: management, prolanis, hypertension

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation. Job satisfaction and employee performance. Variables used in this research are organizational culture, motivation as independent variable, employee performance as dependent variables, job satisfaction as intervening variable. The analytical unit is an employee of Bank BJB Surabaya branch in Surabaya. The population in this study amounted to 115 employees with a sample of 100 respondents. Technical analysis used is SEM (Structure Equation Model) analysis. The result of the research is organizational culture have positive effect to the motivation, organizational culture have positive effect to job satisfaction, motivation are positive influence to job satisfaction, organizational culture have positive influence to performance, motivation have positive influence to performance, job satisfaction have a positive effect on performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the Madura area, they should be provided with appropriate equipment so that the utilization of unexplored resources can be more optimal, also open new jobs so as to enable the absorption of labor for the people around, considering that the production process is very necessary for labor and is ultimately expected to increase welfare in the community on the island of princess Madura. This study aims to analyze the performance of sea cucumber fishermen in increasing their income in Putri Island, Raas District, Sumenep Madura. East Java. Data analysis used was quantitative and quantitative by collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that 1) Teripang Fisherman Performance on the island of Raas Madura increased to 3.8 with a percentage, 5%; 2) The income of sea cucumber fishermen on the princess island of Raura Madura is able to meet their daily needs; 3) Internal and external factors are factors that encourage and hinder the success of sea cucumber fishermen on the island of Raas Madura. With a percentage of 60% Good performance factor and 40% Ugly Performance Factor; 4) Implementation of a precise strategy can increase the performance and income of sea cucumber fishermen on the island of Raas Madura until it reaches 5%. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the organizational communication climate and work culture have on the teaching performance of the Balikpapan Pertiwi SMKS teachers. This study uses a quantitative research method with a survey design using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Based on data analysis, the results of the study found that the Organizational Communication Climate and Work Culture had a very high influence on the performance of the Balikpapan Pertiwi Senior High School teachers, which indicated that the teacher already had a sense of responsibility and commitment in carrying out work. Simultaneously, the school climate and work motivation affect the teaching performance of the Balikpapan Pertiwi Senior High School teachers in the low category (27.1%). The conclusion of this study is that the teaching performance level of the Balikpapan Pertiwi Senior High School teachers is influenced by the school climate variable and work motivation by 27.1% simultaneously. Meanwhile, the other 72.9% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the competence of professionalism of teachers to support the progress and improvement of the quality of learning and improve learning outcomes and at the same time to improve the quality of education. Type of research used in this research is descriptive research, research approach used is qualitative approach. As the object of this research is Kindergarten Types I-XVII Sawahan District Surabaya City. Based on the results of interviews with research informants, it can be seen the constraints faced by schools in general are the limited infrastructure in the form of books and learning media in supporting teaching and learning activities in schools, although the constraints do not occur in all schools. Then the supporting factor is the availability of facilities such as classroom, school playground for children, teachers' ability to communicate and experience of the teacher to be one cover of the shortcomings or constraints faced by each school.
