Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the financial health of insurance companies for the 2018-2020 period listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the Risk Based Capital method. This type of research uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, with indicators of allowable assets, liabilities (liabilities), and minimum solvency level limits. The research sample used purposive sampling technique. From the results of the purposive sampling technique, 7 insurance companies are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018-2020 period. The results obtained from the assessment of the financial health of insurance companies using Risk Based Capital in 2018-2020 there are 3 companies that have very good Risk Based Capital values in the 2018-2020 period, namely ABDA, AMAG, and ASBI.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study using qualitative methods. The research is based on the phenomenon that was discovered a few obstacles in the implementation mechanism Urban Farming Program in the city of Surabaya. The research was conducted in the District Rung/cut, where District Rungkut are districts with the highest number of poor families based on total area in 2010, and focused on the Village Medokan Ayu based on the total number of recipients of aid packages from 2009 to 2010.The purpose of this study is to analyze how the effectiveness of the implementation of urban farming catfish aquaculture in the Village District Rungkut Sub Medokan Ayu Surabaya. The theory used is the theory of the effectiveness of programs that are used to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the urban farming program. Data was collected by observation interviews, and analyzing the data contained in the photo archives and documentation activities in the Village Raising catfish Medokan AyuXlonclusionThe results of this research is the implementation of the program overall urban farming catfish aquaculture in Sub Medokan Ayu less effective because the program has yet to impact on the welfare of the poor. It is seen from socialization activities, where dissemination activities liave been carried out, but the understanding of program participants is low. thus resulting in a failure in the process of cultivation. Seen from the program's objectives have not been able to reduce poverty by fish farming activities, the program is still not optimal in a narrow land into productive land. Productive employment opportunities to the urban farming program implemented but not implemented sustainable society, and the purpose of the program in increasing the revenue has not yet been able to increase the incomes of the poor.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan perusahaan, jenis kerusakan yang terjadi, serta mengetahui faktor faktor penyebab kerusakan produk. Penelitian dilakukan di CV. Wardhana yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan bergerak di bidang industri dan perdagangan alat peraga pendidikan .Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis perangkat seven tools berupa check sheet, histogram, diagram pareto, peta kendali p, dan diagram fishbone. Untuk mengetahui kerusakan yang dominan menggunakan diagram pareto. Dengan peta kendali P diketahui adanya titik yang keluar dari batas kendali yang ada yaitu batas upper control limit ataupun lower control limit. Untuk menganalisis faktor yang menyebabkan kerusakan menggunakan diagram fishbone.Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka ditemukan bahwa pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan CV. Wardliana dalam menghasilkan produk yang akan dibuat pada produk puzzle abjad dirasa masih kurang efektif kerusakan sudah melebihi batas toleransi yang ada. kerusakan yang dominan terdiri dari rusak karena akurasi pemotongan (42,25%), rusak karena sablon rusak (23,94%), dan rusak tidak lengkap (16,91%,). Proses produksi juga masih dalam keadaan tidak terkendali. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kerusakan produksi adalah oleh faktor manusia'pekerja itu sendiri (human eror), metode kerja yang diterapkan, serta keadaan lingkungan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of simultaneous installation of Surgical nurse at Catholic Hospital St. Vincentius A Paulo Surabaya. Population in this study is the installation of Surgical nurse Catholic Hospital St. Vincentius A Paulo Surabaya to 70 nurses, and technical pens gamhilan purposive sample sample (sample intended). While the technique of multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and t test, and the coefficient determenasi accompanied by classical assumption that is multikolinieritas and heterokedastisitas. Used to test the validity of Pearson product moment correlation technique, while primarily known for reliability alpha coefficient Cronbanch.From the results of research known independent variable physiological needs (XI), needs a sense of security (X2), social needs (X3), the needs appreciation (X4), and the need for self-actualization (X5) together - while providing a significant influence on employee performance (Y) as a bound variable. This can be found by comparing the Phming (59,688) with the level of offense (0,000), which is under the allowed error rate (0,05). Based on the calculation of the t test was performed to note that the independent variables partially significant effect on the dependent variable. It is known from the tfumng independent variable has a value greater than Z^/. Each regression coefficient independent variable is 0, 173 XI • 0.192 X2 i 0.193 X3 i 0.164 X4 V 0.186 X5 with the constant of 0.352 so that the resulting regression equation as follows :Y= 0,352+ 0,173 XI+ 0,192X2 +0,193 X* +0,164 X4+0,186 X5 Variable needs a sense of security (X2) is the dominant influential variables on the performance of employees with a beta value of 0.281 size. Meanwhile, the value of R2 as large as 0.786, which means that the influential independent variables together - be as big as 78.6% on the dependent variable while the remaining 21.4% is influenced by other variables beyond the variables of the study.

That reason tfiat make searcher will concern searching to implementation Jamksesmas program that have been in Dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya especially to one of provinces patient. Problem resume in that searching was how did factors support and blocked implementation Jamkesmas program in Dr. Soetomo hospital The goal of this research is to descript about implementation of Jamkesmas program and factors that support and blocked to service aspect by patients from other. Method that have been used in this research was qualitative searching metode in the descript if type. Collecting file was did with indeepth interview technique, observation and documentation. Definite informan technique used key informan, that he or she know much about the field of this research titan other people around. File analyst process was did collecting also combain file that be goten and set up relation file network Searching product show that Jamkesmas program implementation and Dr. Soetomo hospital was transmission and consistency in communication, staff quality and quality progress method in staff sources, responding Jamkesmas subject and commitment disposition subject, level coordination and service standard in bureaucracy. Structure and factor blocked Jamkesmas program implementation was clear communication, staff quantity in the sources of staff and facility.

Abstract

Policy on dredging permit granted by the Minister of Transport to PT. Indonesia Marina Shipyard (PT IMS) based on the Decree of the Minister of Communications No. B.XXXIV-260 >' PIJ.62, which in legal by the Director General of Sea Transportation on Nth April 2010 concerning the authorization of PT Indonesia Marina Shipyard to conduct dredging deepening groove and ponds for operations TUKS shipyard PT. IMS in the territorial waters of the port ofGresik in East Java Province. This study aimed to evaluate the extent of the implementation of the policy, especially in relation to issues Dredging and dumping activities in the area that has been determined on the recommendation of Adpel Gresik to dumping areas in APBS and recommendations of Adpel Tg. Perak for dumping area at APTS. The method used in this research is a method of qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Minister of Communications Decree No. B.XXXIV-260 / PU.62 flawed because it does not comply with Regulation No. 21 of 2010 and the implementation of its activities partly obligations are not met by PT. IMS. The importance of close monitoring of the implementation of the program of the agency appointed for the purpose of policy decisions can be realized in line with expectations. Therefore, for the implementation of the decision of the Minister of Transportation's new No. KP 687 in 2012 should be fully implemented in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of each agency designated to watch.

Abstract

Research on implementation of waste management policies at the port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya (case study implementation of the environment state minister Regulation number 05 of 2009) aims to describe and analyze port waste management policy implementation and analyze the factors that support and hinder the successful implementation of waste management port. Research using qualitative research methods. To determine the waste management policy implementation at the Port of Tanjung Perak port Surabaya, researchers used the theory George Edward III with variable Communication Research. Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. and requirements of the executive, while the reality in the field, still found the implementation of waste management is done by certain elements illegally. This condition would be detrimental to the State considering the international waste management port is also supervised by the world body IMO (International Maritime Organisation), this condition will affect the confidence of foreign parties, if this is not resolved, resulting in performance of port. While the structure of the bureaucracy of the party appointed to implement port waste management, namely PT. IPC Marine Service (PMSj is still not fully able to implement them on their own: these activities are still carried along Primkopal Koarmatim and partnership with PT. Petro Gas Main East Java. This gives rise to high costs. Hazardous waste management facility owned PT.PMS B3 still not received operating licenses for unfinished environmental impact assessment, the position of the facility located in the port area which is veiy risky to the port environment. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (I) Determine the implementation Surabaya Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2012 on sectorial asset management area. (2). Analyzing the implementation of the application constraints Surabaya Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2012 on asset management area is located at 27-29 Ngaglik Surabaya. This study was a descriptive study Descriptive study (descriptive research). The residts of conceptual standards and objectives Regulation No. 14 The year 2012 is not clear, communication with outlying agencies DJKNyet, disposition is not consistently continue to province, so that the land conflict is still going on in the legislature. Surabaya City Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2012, particularly implemented in asset building in Ngaglik street No. 27-29 Surabaya very difficult to implement because these assets are assets of foreign heritage / china. Conclusion: Bylaw has not run as expected, while the inhibiting factor: the lack of standards and policy goals, communication with citizens is not the way, and a disposition less consistent. Suggestion: SKPD related to the implementation of the Asset Management conduct: (I), mediation with citizens. (2). optimize MoUwith DJKNXand BPN Surabaya region to help resolve the conflict. (3). Abstract

This research is motivated by the growing of facebook page in facebook site . Many owners offacebook page started to introduce new products with features of facebook page. Starting from the online store owned by individuals , large companies, small and medium enterprises (SME's), even an amateur businessman began developing his facebook page in facebook. The company delivered the message with varied forms of communication, with different purpose and intent of each message who sent by the company facebook page. The purpose of this research is to describe the marketing communication activities that occur between the companies and the consumers that happen in facehook page of 'Baju Batik Tulis'.This rsearch used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Collection of data is done by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Structured observations made in the wall of facebook page of 'baju batik t nils', starting from the 3 latest months when the research was conducted . Interviews were conducted to 20 respondents fans of 'baju batik tulis \ as an amplifier of observation data. Documentation technique is used to take the documents that stored in the Uniform Resource Locator ( URL ) of facebook page of 'Baju Batik Tulis \ This research found that marketing communications is applied by the owner in facebook page with varied strategies.
