<![CDATA[There are several components of marketing communication that we can find in the Tourism Village of Jabu Sihol Pematang Siantar such as the communication mix or marketing mix, marketing communication mix, and marketing communication objectives. This strategy is in line with the vision and mission of the Jabu Sihol Tourism Village so that information is conveyed to the target and goes according to what is expected. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained came from 6 informants. The data sources used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. written in field notes and then personal documentation, photographic images. The stages in the data analysis process are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results obtained from this study are all subjects feel that the existence of the Jabu Sihol Tourism Village can have an economic impact on the surrounding community. The conclusion of this research is Marketing Communication as a strategy in developing Jabu Sihol Tourism Village Pematang Siantar. And involve the community around the Jabu Sihol Tourism Village in activities to preserve Batak culture.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted in the village of Pulau Sembilan, Pangkalan Susu Subdistrict, Langkat. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the Langkat Regent's Regulation No. 4 of 2021 in order to improve health discipline in Pulau Sembilan Village has been implemented. The type of research used is descriptive method with qualitative data processing, namely the method used to dissect a phenomenon and event and describe it in the form of sentences and language based on the findings in the field. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that the Langkat Regent's Regulation Number 4 of 2021 has been implemented but has not been fully optimal. This can be seen based on the categorization of research such as the existence of actions in achieving goals that have not been carried out optimally due to the lack of actions and programs carried out by the Pulau Sembilan village government in improving health discipline, the interaction between the government and the community in the form of education and socialization but so far it has not produced results. as expected, the implementation of administrative activities in the form of planning and implementing work procedures although it is still not efficient, the existence of sanctions given by the Pulau Sembilan village government to people who violate the health protocol policy rules even though it is only in the form of giving a warning. The obstacle to improving the health discipline of the Pulau Sembilan village community so far is the lack of firmness by the Pulau Sembilan village government in giving sanctions to violators of the rules in an effort to improve health discipline and a sense of the importance of maintaining health from within the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Sustainable Development or SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals) is a Global Development Agenda which has 17 Goals or objectives with the implementation not only focusing on human development but also environmentally friendly economic development and environmental development. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the directing function of the village head is in implementing the SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals) program in the Desa Tani Makmur Rengat Barat. The purpose of the study was to find out how the directing function of the village head was in implementing the SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals) program in the prosperous village of Rengat Barat. The type of research used in this study was a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis. The results of the research on the Implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) Program on proper sanitation were in accordance with what was planned in its implementation, which was in accordance with the predetermined distance. This can be seen from the obstacles that occur, for example the lack of education about clean water and proper sanitation where it is difficult to change people's habits in carrying out this program.]]>

<![CDATA[Internal supervision is carried out by supervisory officers who come from special supervisory institutions which are formed internally by the Government or Executive agencies. The Nusajadi Farmers Group collaborates with the Village Unit Cooperative in Tangkahan Village with the E-rdkk program to record the amount of agricultural land owned by each farmer. In the distribution of subsidized fertilizers to each farmer through farmer groups in their respective neighborhoods, some of which have been recorded through government programs that are related to the Medan City Agriculture Service. The formulation of the problem in this research is the strategy of internal supervision of subsidized fertilizer distribution in the context of the transparency of the E-rdkk Program in Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Internal Supervision Strategy for Subsidized Fertilizer Distribution in the Context of Transparency of the E-RDKK Program in Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach with qualitative analysis. The data collection technique or method that the author uses in this research is the Interview Technique and In-depth Interview (in-depth interview). The data analysis technique used in this research is inductive data analysis. Inductive data analysis is drawing conclusions that depart from specific facts, to then draw general conclusions. So the authors conclude that the Internal Supervision Strategy for Subsidized Fertilizer Distribution in the Context of Transparency of the E-rdkk Program in Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan has been achieved but has not been implemented effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this research is about the Attraction of Tujuh Semeja Tourism Objects in Increasing the Number of Visitors. This study uses a qualitative method with purposive sampling technique and data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative data analysis techniques, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the existence of marketing strategy communication is a strategy in increasing the number of visitors in the Tujuh Semeja tour. The market strategy used in attracting visitors to the Tujuh Semeja tour is product, place, promotion and price. Things that tourism managers do in implementing this marketing strategy are by creating signature coffee with various flavor variants, innovating development in stages, being active in promoting tourism through social media and setting prices according to the quality of coffee sold and adjusting visitors to middle class prices.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on intercultural interactions in the Rewang Tradition which is a tradition belonging to the Javanese Ethnic. The aim of this research is; (1) to find out what actions were taken while carrying out the Rewang tradition (2) to find out the response of the Simalungun Bataknese ethnic group to their interactions in the tradition. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this study were observations and interviews. The data obtained were obtained from 6 informants, namely 3 ethnic Javanese and 3 ethnic Simalungun Bataknese. Data analysis in this study using a qualitative descriptive method begins by examining all available data from various sources, namely interviews with informants and observations that have been written down in field notes. The stages in the data analysis process are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or levers. The results obtained from this research are the actions taken in each series of events including pre rewang, namely holding counseling, asking for permission and asking for help regarding the event to be carried out (tonggo rojo). When rewang everyone involved does the task that has been mutually agreed upon. After rewang, the manufacture of marrow porridge is intended for people who are involved in rewang. inter-ethnic reciprocity regarding their involvement in every tradition they carry out is the hope of the Simalungun Bataknese and Javanese Ethnics.]]>

<![CDATA[Photography businesses in general have their own management in managing, maintaining and developing their business so that they still exist and are known by the general public. By carrying out various marketing management, ranging from social media to print media with the aim of attracting as many people as possible so that the photography service business can continue to exist and develop. As done by Fatahillah Ginting Photography. This study aims to find out the marketing management applied by Fatahillah Ginting Photography to maintain the existence of its photography business in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out what obstacles Fatahillah Ginting Photography faced during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses the theory of marketing communication mix with a particular view of advertising (advertising) and Public Relations (public relations). This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Informants in this study were the founder, owner, brand communication, account executive and marketing of fatahillah ginting photography. The results of the research that have been carried out, Fatahillah ginting photography marketing communication management in maintaining existence during the covid-19 pandemic on marketing communication elements where the outline consists of advertising through Instagram, Youtube and Neon Box and public relations (public relations) carried out by the founder, owner, brand communication, account executive, marketing and all employees of fatahillah ginting photography. As for the obstacles faced by Fatahillah Ginting Photography in maintaining its existence during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) that took place in the city of Medan and in other cities so that there were no big events, is it weddings or non-weddings which took place at the time. <![CDATA[Physical disability is a condition that is damaged or disturbed as a result of impaired shape or resistance to bones, muscles, and joints in their normal function. This condition can be caused by illness, accident or can also be caused by congenital. Therefore, children with disabilities must receive special education through special schools where there is a Self Development Program for the independence of children with disabilities, especially at Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat Kota Medan. The research was conducted at Yayasan Pembinaan Anak cacat Medan with Disabilities in Medan. The key informants in this study were the Principal of the SLB-D School and the teachers at Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat Kota Medan. Data collection techniques with literature study, observation, and interviews. The data obtained in the field were then analyzed by researchers who described it with a qualitative approach. Finally, conclusions can be drawn from the results of this study. The results showed that the Self Development Program was carried out through an assessment carried out by teachers on children with disabilities to determine the needs and abilities of each child with disabilities in their respective classes. The Self Development Program analysis uses general ADL activities (Activities of Daily Living General Classification), namely self-care activities, ambulation or movement activities and hand activities. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Umkm) in Family Economic Sustainability in Pulo Dogom Village, North Labuhanbatu Utara. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Umkm) in Family Economic Survival in Pulo Dogom Village, North Labuhanbatu Utara. This study uses qualitative research with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with selected informants. The results of this study indicate the role of micro, small and medium enterprises (Umkm) in the economic survival of families in the village of Pulo Dogom. This study intends to look at the role of micro, small and medium enterprises so that they can improve family economic survival for the welfare of employees. This study aims to determine the role of micro, small and medium enterprises on employee survival in Umkm Tahu Mas Tagor. The results of this study indicate that the existence of these Umkm has a very important role for the welfare of the community by opening up employment opportunities and increasing the income of the surrounding community so that they can meet their daily needs such as food, as well as other needs such as housing, family health and the need for children's education. brand subsidiaries and create job opportunities for the surrounding community to help improve the welfare of the community.
