<![CDATA[This research examined the representation of an ideal concept of Islamic education in the novel The Land of Five Towers by A. Fuadi. The researcher also found the readers’ responses on the ideal concept of the Islamic education representation. This work was chosen because it shows the real process of an Indonesian child taking “Pesantren” education which is still considered as an education with a traditional pattern in Indonesia and is less attractive to teenagers and parents. The purpose of this study is to see what the ideal concept of integrated Islamic education represented in the novel and how readers’ respond to the ideal concept offered in the midst of Indonesian education which is being hegemoned by the structure of secular education. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were collected by a holistic reading of the work and interviews of 20 members of the Bengkulu Writing Community (KMB) as respondents. The result showed that representation of integral educational materials and activities in Pesantren (Islamic Board School) produce graduates who understand and practice all religious commands for provision in the hereafter and also understand knowledge as a provision for life in the world. The readers gave positive responses to the ideal concept of Islamic education in the work related to the integration of knowledge, character education with adab as metaphysic, teachers as role model of adab and teaching without material motives, and habituation process that helps students to be familiar in applying worship and encourages them live in good environment with high concentration in achieving their goal. In short, education in Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School), a traditional educational institution of Indonesia, is an ideal educational system for Muslims to apply to build the ideals of becoming a strong, noble, moral, tolerant, and cooperative society in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which describes linguistic data regarding violation of the cooperative principle along with implicature in the speech of the main character in a web series entitled My Lecturer My Husband episodes 1, 4, and 8.The data collection method used in this study is the referential method. the basic technique used is tapping technique. Then, the advanced technique used univolved conversation observation technique and taking notes technique. The data analysis method used in this study is the identity method with the type used is the referential identity method. Then, the data that has been analyzed is presented informally.Based on the results of the study, there are 102 dialogues that violate the cooperative principle with the details are 20 dialoges in episode 1; 37 dialogues in episode 4; and 45 dialogues in episode 8 with 56 maxim of quantities violation; 31 maxim of qualities violation; 11 maxim of relevances violation; and 41 maxim of manners violation. The violations of the cooperative principle that were found as a form of affirmation about something and expression feelings.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan potret kebudayaan Dayak Benuaq yang terdapat dalam novel Api Awan Asap karya Korrie Layun Rampan. Di dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan berfokus pada kebudayaan dalam novel Api Awan Asap. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah membaca dan memahami isi novel, kemudian mencatat bagian-bagian yang mendeskripsikan kebudayaan Dayak Benuaq. Kemudian, data dianalisis dengan pendekatan antropologi sastra dengan berfokus pada tokoh latar, dan alur. Hasilnya, adanya representasi mengenai kebudayaan Dayaq Benuaq yang meliputi 7 unsur kebudayaan universal, yaitu peralatan kehidupan manusia, mata pencaharian, sistem kemasyarakatan, sistem bahasa, kesenian dan berbagai jenisnya, sistem pengetahuan, dan sistem religi. Unsur kebudayaan universal tersebut mengarah pada kehidupan masyarakat Dayak Benuaq yang penuh dengan sistem kemasyarakatan yang kuat.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled "Analysis of Netizens' Responses in Ridwan Kamil's Instagram Comment Column (Pragmatic Studies)" which aims to describe the form of the principle of cooperation in Ridwan Kamil's Instagram comment column on the @ridwankamil account with theme of development and environmental review of West Java. The method of data collection in this research is to use the observation method, with the help of basic techniques and continuation techniques. The basic technique is tapping technique, while the continuation techniques is observing technique and note-taking techniques. The data analysis method in this research is the identity method, the technique is the determining element. After the data is analyzed, then the data is presented with an informal data presentation method. Based on the data that has been found and analyzed, also found the types of speech acts and maxims. In the types of speech acts, direct non-literal (5) and indirect literal (2) speech acts were found. In obedience to the principle of cooperation, among others, maxim of quality (1), maxim of relevance (2), and maxim of implementation (2). Meanwhile, the violation of the principle of cooperation includes the maxim of quantity (1) and maxim of relevance (1).]]>

<![CDATA[Adat Temanten is a tradition that is often performed and seen by the community. However, not a few of the people who don’t understand the philosophical meaning of the various rituals of Adat Temanten. In this research, an analysis will be conducted on the philosophical meaning of the local wisdom of the Adat Temanten ritual using an anthropolinguistic approach. This study aimed to describe the things contained in the philosophy of traditional Javanese Malang wedding rituals, such as (1) the text in the form of terms that contain lexical meaning and contextual meaning; and (2) cultural values that consist of the value of the relationship between man and God, nature, society, other human beings, and oneself. The source of data in this study is a pre -procedure in Ngingit Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency, East Java. The data analyzed in the form of the ritual text of Adat Temanten in the form of stages in the wedding procession. The data collection techniques used were in depth interview techniques, observation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is ethnographic techniques and interactive models with the aim of describing the cultural characteristics of Adat Temanten in more depth systematically. Based on this, the results of the research in this paper are; (1) The lexical and contextual meanings in the traditional rituals of the Temanten Malang, (2) The meaning of culture in the traditional rituals of the Temanten Malang. <![CDATA[This thesis is entitled "Online Trade Register on Shopee Live Show Women's Fashion Products on Shopee Application (Sociolinguistic Study)". This research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive with the aim of describing the form and function of the online trade register on the Shopee Live show for women's fashion products in the Shopee application. The object of this research is a trade register which is sourced from expressions, both words, sentences, and discourses contained in Shopee Live shows for women's fashion products on the Shopee Application. The data collection method used is the free-to-conversation listening method using Shopee Live recording media. The data obtained were then analyzed using the matching method with the determining element sorting technique as the basic technique. The results of data analysis are presented using informal methods. The results of this study obtained 44 online trade registers on the Shopee Live broadcast of women's fashion products on the Shopee Application. From the 44 datas obtained then grouped by register form. 11 registers are in the form of abbreviations, 12 registers are in the form of shortening, 12 registers are in the form of abbreviations, and 9 registers are in the form of acronyms. <![CDATA[This research aims to describe directive speech act demanding what is used in the conversations between characters in the film Capciptop! as a form of product Sambal ABC promotion. This research is a descriptive qualitative type. The data of this research are in the form of sentences from dialogues between characters in the short film Capciptop! which contains a directive utterance demanding. The data source of this research is the short film Capciptop! taken from YouTube. The method of providing data is done by referring to the record and note techniques. The method of data analysis is done by the distribution method and pragmatic match method. The results of data analysis are presented by informal methods. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the directive speech act demanding found in the short film Capciptop! divided into two based on the context of the speaker and the speech partner. First, directive speech act demanding between mothers that shows the relative power because of the similarity of age and cultural background between the speech participants. Second, directive speech act demanding between parents and young children that shows the rating power because of the age difference between speech participants.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the forms of Javanese interference in the use of Jang Hansol’s daily speech in videos on the Korea Reomit Youtube channel, and to describe the factors that cause interference from Javanese into Indonesian. The data collection method used by observation method. The Whereas the techniques used in this study are uninvolved conversation observation technique. Then it followed by techniqus follow up by note taking technique. The data analysis was conducted through intralingual identity methods and extralingual identity methods. The identity method is described in one basic technique, namely the form of appeal-differentiation techniques. The results of data analysis are presented informally and formally. The forms of interference found in the research object are phonological, morphological, and lexical interference. Phonological interference is caused by the process of sound change which includes (1) glottalization, (2) aspiration, (3) changes in vowel phonemes, (4) diphtongization, and (5) monophtongization. In the field of morphology, interference is caused by the addition of Javanese affixes. In the lexical field, interference is caused by the insertion of Javanese words in the form of basic words, and invented words into Indonesian. The factors that cause interference are (1) speaker bilingualism background, (2) the prestige of the source language and language style, (3) carried away by the habits of the source language, (4) adjacent language system.]]>
