Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of the research was to find out the engineering drawing outer front door of Esemka Rajawali 2 Car by using reverse engineering method. The devices used in this reverse engineering method were the manual of 3D coordinate measurement machine and digital camera, focused on outer front door component. The coordinate data of X, Y, and Z from the manual of 3D coordinate measurement machine and the data acquired from the digital camera in the form of pictures were analyzed with solidwok software was changed into engineering drawing and then its size was compared with the result of average size difference of 1,52 mm. The simple surface form of the Esemka Rajawali 2 Car outer front door can produce a little size difference. Static analysis was conducted on Esemka Rajawali 2 Car surface outer front door employing solidwok software by giving the weight of 950kg or 9500N. Meanwwhile, the material used was alloysteel with the thickness of 0,8mm in order to get the modification of outer front door with the smallest deformation. The result of Esemka Rajawali 2 Car outer front door’s modification was 3,32 mm in which it was way smaller compared with the deformation of the Esemka Rajawali 2 Car outer front door’s original design, that was 17,99 mm. Abstract

ABSTRACT This final project aims to find anything what mirror electrical system components and how the electrical system of mirrors. The components I use different brands allowing the trouble of having to manually search for the terminal itself may even be improved so that these components can be applied in an electrical system, switch mirror used to use switch-owned Daihatsu xenia and rearview mirrors using mirror-owned suzuki APV. Electric current from the batteries in order not to standardize through fuse surge occurs when a short-circuit. In making the stand carried out gradually from the beginning to the welding welding end, to painting and installation of components required in the manufacture of electrical stand this mirror. Tests performed after all the electrical components mounted on a stand assembled using wired and assembled one by one, requiring 10 red wire and cable 2 negative / black. Abstract

Abstrak Bahan bakar fosil saat ini keberadaannya semakin langka, dan diperlukan langkah-langkah pencarian bahan bakar alternatif yang layak untuk menggantikan bahan bakar minyak, terutama bensin, yang kebutuhannya sangat banyak untuk kendaraan bermotor. Salah satu bahan bakar alternatif pengganti bensin adalah bioetanol (BE). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa bagaimana performa mesin dan kadar emisi gas buang kendaraan dari variasi jenis busi yang paling optimal dengan menggunakan bahan bakar campuran bioetanol dari bahan baku singkong. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan bahan bakar bioetanol, daya dan torsi yang dihasilkan dari mesin semakin meningkat seiring meningkatnya kadar bioetanol dalam campuran bahan bakar. Lalu pada konsumsi bahan bakar semakin hemat dengan menggunakan bahan bakar BE 30%, hal ini didasarkan jarak tempuh dengan memakai bahan bakar BE 30% lebih jauh dari pada memakai bahan bakar pertalite 100%. Sedangkan hasil emisi gas buang pada kendaraan menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan bahan bakar bioetanol emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan semakin menurun seiring meningkatnya kadar bioetanol dalam campuran bahan bakar dari pada emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan bahan bakar pertalite 100%. Dan dibuktikan melalui metode analisa data statistik dengan Varian ANOVA satu jalan (Uji F) untuk daya, torsi dan kadar emisi HC, didapat nilai F hitung < F tabel, maka Ho diterima, sehingga hasil dari setiap variasi bahan bakar tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Namun untuk kadar CO, didapat nilai F hitung > F tabel, maka Ho ditolak, sehingga hasil dari setiap variasi bahan bakar ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This modification aims to make the camshaft Suzuki Satria F150 standards just riveted on journals made from aluminum alloy, this journalized not use material bearing or no possible way so much friction. This modification process using the NTN bearing HK 1616 code before the paired bearing on the four ends of the camshaft first turner to 16 mm previously 22 mm in order to get into the shaft bearing . Holder on the size of the head 22 mm is the same as the size of the outside diameter is 22 mm bearing so it does not need to be changed, at the end of the shaft to the right contrived cover with a diameter of 22 mm as cover camshaft with stand head and given a 3 mm gap for track lubrication.Tests were carried out which changes the torque and peak power (peak power) before and after using the modified bearing by means of a variable dynometer with 5000 rpm to 11000 rpm. Abstract

Abstraction Influence of chromium in ferro with electroplating process using chromium for layer metal iron assisted positive eletric current and negative current in chemistry fluid. Automotif industry usually apply for out layer automotif component to hamper corrosion. Researching at augustus until september 2016 in technic enginering laboratory politeknik muhammadiyah pekalongan with chromic acid and sulfuric acid 500 gram and 5 gram and mix with 5 liter clear water. Iron metal received negative current and chromium received positive current electrik for 60 minute to layer three metal iron and next, testing concentration chromium layer in metal iron with spectrometer testing to knowing concentration before and after get corrosion and showing reduction concentration on 5V,8A down 3,21%, 6V,7A down 3,06%, and 6V,8A down 0,40% it’s proving that chromium have influence to holding corrosion before hit the metal iron. Abstract

ABSTRACT This plan aims to (1) resulted in the design and construction working drawings thrasher young jackfruit strong, sturdy, safe, and efficient. (2) Getting the results of a performance test Counting Machines young jackfruit better. (3) Getting the calculation analysis Counting Machines Nangka Muda. Three formulation of the problem posed and the third related to planning purposes. The process of designing thrasher young jackfruit is conducted in stages, namely planning and calculation. Analysis techniques include the analysis of power, torque occurring on the shaft and frame construction. Propulsion thrasher young jackfruit is planned to use two electric motors that are tailored to the ability of the electrical power for SMEs which is estimated to average about 900 to 1300 watts. The results of the design produces thrasher young jackfruit with the specifications of length 460 mm, width 360 mm and height 460 mm weight 25 kg. The production capacity thrasher young jackfruit 12 kg / hour. Source of propulsion engine is air-power electric motor of 120 watts and 135 watts with a round of 7500 rpm and 1400 rpm. The power transfer system using a V-belt with a shaft diameter of 12 mm. Frame construction made of angled profiles 30x30mmx2 mm with material St 42 and casing using eyser plate with a thickness of 0.8 mm. Cost is issued to make thrasher young jackfruit is Rp 803,000. Indications of damage that can happen to a thrasher, among others: (1) The chopper blades were in direct contact with the workpiece to be blunt it is necessary to re-sharpening. (2) bearings are subjected to loads on the shaft rotation can occur hilarity. (3) electric motor which imposed exceeds the ability to work, will experience the heat, (4) the belt is experiencing gravity and friction will be loosened and wear. Abstract

ABSTRACT ‘’MAKING THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT TIRE AUTOMATIC TIMER WITH AUTO TECHNOLOGY’’ This final project aims to increase efficiency in filling the tires in the motorcycle and automobile, the function of making this tool in order to provide a level of convenience and security of the person at the time of application of the patch in the tire. For that it is necessary to modify the tire in a manual tool into the tool patched in elektrick and applies automatic timer technology. The modification process , changing tool patched in the manual is a tool tire elektrick technology with automatic timer begins with creating a framework tire, manufacture cradle for the self-timer and on / off, provision of pamanas electrical, supplying rubber to patch / compound, water reservoir, miserly smooth, providing the glue, and the application of the patch. Performance testing tool elektrick tire technology with automatic timers whole can be done by filling a test tube on a motorcycle or a car, the variables are seen is the result of different patches varying perfectly on time. Abstract

ABSTRACT The brakes have a very important role in vehicle engineering and transport engineering for security and safety in driving. Brakes are designed to reduce the speed (slow) and stop the vehicle or allow parking on a downhill road. This equipment is very important in a vehicle and serves as a guarantee for the safety and safe driving. Given the importance of the brake as in the description and in connection with the project of making the Mini Truck is done by one of my professors, as well as the material of my thesis, I intend to assist in the manufacture of brake systems (in particular brake discs) on the Mini Truck.
