Abstract

The Village head is the highest authority in the village and as a formal or informal leader, a leader who is always in the midst of the people. The importance of employee performance in a government organization such as the Nagara Village Office is one element in achieving maximum service goals to the community. Of course, in this case the Nagara Village Head's Strategy is very influential on Employee Performance. However, it is inversely proportional to the performance of this Nagara Village Office employee. Performance that is not optimal will certainly affect services to the community. Of course, people are not satisfied with the services that have been provided by employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy of the Head of Nagara Village in improving Employee Performance at the Nagara Village Office, Kibin District, Serang Regency. The type of research used by researchers in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach based on phenomenological theory. The data collection tool or instrument is the researcher himself who goes directly to the field. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, documentation, literature. The informants in this study were from employees who worked at the Nagara Village Office, there were 4 informants, namely the Village Head as key informant, KAUR Planning, KASI Services and General KAUR. The results of this study are the Village Office internal routine meetings have been carried out well, although the time is uncertain, it can be once a week or once a month, the organizational structure already exists, the facilities and infrastructure are complete, related to employee discipline is good, for rewards and punishments there are only more benefits if there are employees who excel, the quality of human resources is good, there are already partnerships with other agencies, namely collaborating with the Department of Agriculture and training in the form of training with Village Consultative body.

Abstract

The use of technological advances in the financial sector is growing rapidly. Technological innovations present a more practical financial transaction process, one of which is applied to online loans. Online lending business practices connect lenders with online lenders. The disbursement of 22 trillion loans from 99 online loan companies registered with the OJK has made 9 million transactions to more than 3 million Indonesians. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the factors that influence interest in using financial technology in the form of online loans. As one of Indonesia's financial drivers, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a role in transactions using online loan platforms. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting an online survey of MSMEs to obtain primary data. The survey results show that 44.41% of SMEs use registered online loans, 18.75% use unregistered loans and 36.84% do not. The majority of businesses are SMEs in the culinary field with 58.88% of the main occupations, 50.99% having high school education and 66.78% living in rural areas. From a psychological point of view, most MSME actors make online loans from self-indulgence and have sufficient perceptions, lack of knowledge and sufficient attitudes. From social factors, most of them are motivated by colleagues who use online loans. Most of the MSME sellers are aged 36-45 years with a monthly net income of less than 5 million.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, profitability and leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2020. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study amounted to 181 companies and after going through the purposive sampling method, the number of samples used in this study became 30 companies for 4 years with a total of 120 samples. The type of data used in this research is quantitative by using online document collection techniques in the form of annual reports that have been officially published by the IDX in 2017-2020. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, and Leverage had a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

One of the important resources in management  is human  resources. The importance of human resources needs to be realized by all levels of management. However advanced technology is today, the human factor still plays an important role for the success of a Puskesmas. The study aims to evaluate the HR management system in planning, organizing, directing, and contolling the work placement of officers at Puskesmas Malingping. The type of research used in the research is qualitative fenomenology research, namely observation, in-depth  interviews and documentation. The resuls showed that the Puskesmas Malingping reports the shortage to the health office by looking at the vacancies in the health center. Health workers, midwives and nurses who do not have competence in the fields of management, UKP Pharmachy and laboratory analysis are forced to fill the vacancies in these sections due to a lack of manpower. The conclusion of this researcher shows that the human resource management system at the puskesmas Malingping four aspects, namely planning, organizing, directing and controlling and its evaluation shows that the human resource management system in work placements at the puskesmas Malingping has not been maximized due to the lack of health works resulting in placement work that is not in accordance with the disiplince of science

Abstract

Persoalan pengangguran menjadi pekerjaan rumah seluruh wilayah di Indonesia, hal tersebut karena dengan tingginya angka pengangguran tentunya akan mendorong persoalan lainnya tidak hanya ekonomi tetapi juga sosial. Maka masalah pengangguran menjadi prioritas kebijakan dalam menangani persoalan perekonomian, termasuk Provinsi Riau. Pendidikan merupakan modal bagi sumber daya manusia yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan baik secara formal maupun keterampilan, sehingga lebih memudahkan sumber daya manusia dalam mencari pekerjaan karna mempunyai nilai daya saing yang tinggi dan berakibat pada berkurang nya jumlah pengangguran Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap jumlah orang menganggur di Provinsi Riau. Kajian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil kajian ini menemukan bahwa tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah pengangguran, jumlah penduduk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah pengangguran sedangkan Upah Minimum Regional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah pengangguran Provinsi Riau 2010-2020

Abstract

Teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dapat digunakan sebagai  media pembelajaran yang menarik bagi anak-anak. Dengan AR tampilan benda yang ditampilkan dapat disajikan dalam bentuk 3D.  Perpaduan antara AR dengan proses   pembelajaran menjadi pengalaman tersendiri bagi anak-anak. Penggunaan smart phone saat ini sudah menjadi sesuatu yang biasa sehingga agar anak-anak dapat menggunakan smart phone sesuai usia nya, peru adanya media pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi informasi. Penelitian bertujuan   untuk memberikan alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran kosa kata bahasa Inggris terutama kosa kata peralatan rumah tangga. Metode penelitian  menggunakan metode pengembangan rapid application development (RAD).  metode ini dipilih karena lebih luwes dalam proses implementasi. Metode RAD menekankan pada proses pengembangan dan pembuatan aplikasi berdasarkan pembuatan prototype, iterasi, dan umpan balik  yang berulang-ulang. Dengan Metode RAD, aplikasi yang dibuat bisa dikembangkan dan diperbaiki dengan cepat. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan membuat model alur sistem dengan menggunakan unified modelling language   Aplikasi dibangun dengan menggunakan Unity 3D dan Vuforia. Aplikasi diuji dengan melakukan pengujian fungsional dan pengujian posisi dalam proses memindai   posisi marker. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, pengujian fungsional sudah sesuai dengan skenario dan pengujian posisi marker, posisi marker masih bisa dideteksi pada posisi yang beraneka ragam. Aplikasi tetap dapat menampilkan gambar 3D, selama proses deteksi marker  berhasil . Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat memperkenalkan peralatan mebel dalam bentuk gambar 3D dan dilengkapi dengan kosa kata bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Proses menampilkan gambar 3D yang dilengkapi dengan kosa kata dilakukan dengan mengarahkan kamera smart phone pada marker (gambar) yang sudah tersedia. Kumpulan marker pembelajaran benda ini dikemas dalam bentuk brosur. Hasil   proses pindai pada marker, aplikasi akan menampilkan gambar dalam bentuk 3D.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to test and analyze the influence of motivation and financial literacy on investment interest in Islamic capital markets with case studies of students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This research used primary data, namely by spreading questionnaires through google form. Respondents in this research were undergraduate students majoring in accounting in 2018 and 2019. The number of samples in this research was 125 respondents. From the spread of the questionnaire, as many as 102 respondents (the number who filled out the questionnaire) that can be processed and analyzed with the help of the SPSS Computer Application Version 25 for windows. The statistical method used to test hypotheses was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivational variables and financial literacy variables simultaneously affect the variables of interest in investing in Islamic capital markets. This was evidenced by the Fobserved value of 116,999 and Ftable 3.09 with a significance of 0.000. The results also showed that motivational variables and financial literacy partially affected investing interests. This was evidenced by the value of tobserved > ttable where the value of tobserved motivation variable of 11,746 and the value of tobserved variable financial literacy of 3.533 while the value of ttable amounted to 1.660391.

Abstract

BPSPAMS Tirto Sumber Mulyo Mijen Village is one of the BPSPAMS in the District Kebonagung which has the task of managing water and sanitation at the village level. In the management of water and sanitation facilities at the village level it is necessary to assess the performance so that it can be evaluated for future follow-ups for the strategy or position of the management group that has been included in the BUMDes  Maju Lancar unit. This performance appraisal standard uses the performance appraisal standard from the 2020 Technical Guidelines for SPAMS Management. The results of the performance appraisal show that in general the performance of BPSPAMS Tirto Sumber Mulyo is in the medium category. Partially, it shows the performance of planning in the low category, in the high-performance administration and finance, on the performance of drinking water and sanitation services in the medium category and for the performance of the partnership in the low category. The hope in the future for improving the performance of BPSPAMS together with BUMDes Maju Lancar needs to collaborate or increase cooperation with external parties such as academics, practitioners and government institutions that can increase benefits and benefits for the public

Abstract

The difficulty of people with disabilities in Serang City in getting a job both in government agencies and in private companies, even though the right to get a job has been supported by Law Regulation No. 13 of 2019. One of the causes is supporting factors and obstacles in the recruitment process that cause problems in the recruitment model of people with disabilities. The purpose of the study is to analyze recruitment models and identify supporting factors and inhibit the recruitment process of people with physical disabilities in Serang City. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observations with relevant parties and document studies. The results of the study are that the recruitment model of people with disabilities is closely related to supporting factors in the recruitment process of prospective workers with disabilities including skills, relationships and education, while the inhibiting factors are lack of family support, self-spirit, accessibility and environment. The conclusion of this study is that there are several obstacles to the recruitment model, namely the availability of limited quality resources, low levels of education and knowledge and criteria that cannot be met by prospective employees who are closely related to supporting factors and obstacles in the recruitment process of prospective workers with physical disabilities in Serang City. The existence of inhibitory factors in the recruitment process resulted in supporting factors not running optimally, thus causing various obstacles in the existing recruitment model

Abstract

          This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and motivation have on the performance of employees in the production department at the manufacturing company PT. Polyplex Films Indonesia. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with correlational analysis. The size of the population and the sample are 58 employees of the production division, using a saturated sample, namely all existing employees. The results of testing the T hypothesis, the work environment has no effect on employee performance, obtained a T value (Tcount 1.657 < Ttable 2.00404), hypothesis 2 that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance obtained the t-value (t count 2.787 > t table 2.00404). Simultaneously the work environment and motivation on employee performance is shown by the value of Fcount of 14.511 > Ftable 3.16. Partially the work environment has no effect on employee performance, but simultaneously the work environment and motivation affect employee performance with a contribution of 34.5%
