Abstract

Education is a form of organization Here, success is largely determined by management and leadership factors. How big is this fact of leadership in education? Abstract

The quality of leadership is something that is very important for everyone to have. Like the leadership that happened to the Prophet Muhammad, the leadership trait possessed by the Prophet is one of the very good qualities. This study aims to determine the concept of educational leadership in the perspective of Muhammadiyah. The method used is Library Research (Library) with a qualitative approach. This technique is used to collect in-depth information and data by going through various literatures, documents or magazines related to the problems that occur. The literature study method aims to describe to the reader about the topic being researched. This Muhammadiyah focuses that human leadership is a responsibility that basically must be considered by humans themselves. Abstract

Al-Qur'anul Karim is the source and principle of teaching. Learning the Qur'an for early childhood is very important to note. Educating children to be close to the Qur'an is the duty of a mother and father. In the history of Islam, it has been proven that the influence of the younger generation in the field of progress in the nation's education is very large. Starting of course from childhood education. Children are the forerunner of the next generation of us all. The formation of religious characters and Qur'anic morals will improve the surrounding environment to become more civilized and uphold Islamic values. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the learning system and learning methods of the Qur'an exist at PPPA Raudhatul Jannah. The method that the researcher uses in this research is descriptive qualitative using a literature study approach. The data collection technique in this study was to collect and critically examine data sources relevant to early childhood Al-Qur'an learning and learning methods as well as by conducting interviews with the PPPA Raudhatul Jannah management to find out the implementation of Al-Qur'an learning with various methods available. The result is that with all the existing facilities and the teaching staff of PPPA Raudhatul Jannah, educating early childhood in terms of tahfidz and mental personality of children to be independent and independent.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how to deal with educational administrative conflicts in Madrasahs and the challenges faced in managing education in Madrasas or schools. This is so that the authors as prospective teachers can understand how to resolve conflicts in the management of education in schools which need to be understood later when becoming a teacher so that they can be understood. In this paper to collect data, the authors use descriptive research methods. Because the information in this document reflects efforts to resolve conflicts in the provision of education in madrasas or schools. Poor governance will affect the development of schools, mainly due to the declining quality of education. The factors that cause governance are the decline in science and technology due to globalization, poor school quality, planning, moderation and organization. As is happening in Indonesia today, research that has not developed consistently, as well as the impact of the Ivory-19 outbreak that has messed up my education management. Therefore, in the organization and management there must be teachers who must fulfill their duties and responsibilities in school management by prioritizing education.

Abstract

Humans are created with various potentials that exist within themselves. Humans have a unique diversity and all humans are perfect in their own way. This does not mean that someone who has a handicap or disorder is an imperfect human being. In everyday life, people with special needs have the same rights as other humans. Characteristics and types of special needs are different, one of which is social and emotional behavior disorders. By reviewing more deeply the characteristics of children with special needs (ABK) with mental retardation, so that they are able to give more attention to them. Based on the literature, it can be interpreted that not all naughty children are evil. Before giving them a negative label, they should be able to identify what makes their behavior different from the others. The provision of services and guidance on a regular basis both in the school, home, and community environment will further direct the mentally retarded crew to be better. One of the guidance models in this mentally retarded ABK is to provide Islamic education and inclusive education so that they can return to real human nature.

Abstract

.As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic that hit, all educational institutions in Indonesia implemented distance learning online. Various learning media are the choices for use by various educational institutions during online learning. It also discusses in the learning process, each media has its own advantages and disadvantages. In online learning, especially in learning Islamic Religious Education. Whatsapp Group after going through various considerations, finally became the choice as an online learning medium by SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan, Bantul in launching the process of teaching and learning activities. Although Whatsapp is the easiest and lightest medium to use, it also discusses when used in the online learning process there are various obstacles and learning becomes less than optimal. This article will discuss the effectiveness of Whatsapp Group in the process of online learning activities accompanied by various obstacles and conditions based on interviews and observations through direct observation in the learning process. So from the results of the study, the data can be seen to what extent the effectiveness of Whatsapp Group is and find solutions to problems and solutions to the factors and obstacles that hinder the learning process. WhatsApp has many features for sending messages, sending images, videos, sounds, creating groups and others and is easy to operate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning using WhatsApp media during the COVID-19 emergency in subjects. In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in schools.

Abstract

Information technology is a rank that is used by a person to process data, obtain information and so on. This greatly affects the environment in society and has a negative and positive impact depending on how someone uses it as well as the people in the surrounding environment. utilizing information technology in everyday life, not only among young people, even housewives also use technology including cellphones, gadgets, and computers and this has a positive impact on them, especially for those who have a myriad of activities inside and outside environment, with super busy activities, of course, young people are tired of choosing things that are instant and fast, namely by using information technology. The development of information technology in society turns out to have so many effects, both young and old, namely where technology makes it easier for them to do instant work, for example, if they buy an item that they don't need to bother with using only cellphones or gadgets, they can buy goods that they want without having to come to the store this has saved time, so without information technology everything we do can become an instance without having to waste time with no benefits.

Abstract

To realize interesting learning, it is necessary to develop learning media, one of the interesting learning media is Electronic LKPD. The developed Electronic LKPD is by depicting examples that are preferred by students, so that the learning media developed is based on constructivism as generative learning, namely creating something meaning from what is learned. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the constructionism-based Electronic LKPD learning media through the results of expert validation and to determine student responses to the developed learning media. The research method used in this research is using the ADDIE model. The research subjects involved consisted of experts (material experts and media experts) and fourth grade students at SDN Sukabumi. Experts provide an assessment of the level of material validity and suitability of the Electronic LKPD design, while educators and students assess the level of attractiveness of the Electronic LKPD developed by researchers. The results obtained are the feasibility of the Electronic LKPD. Based on the expert's assessment, it is categorized as very feasible, with a validation percentage of 86% material experts and 94% media experts. Educators and students gave a positive response to the attractiveness of Electronic LKPD as a learning medium, with the percentage of educators responding 89%, small group testing 86%, and 85% field testing categorized as very interesting. The development of constructivism-based electronic LKPD is very feasible and gets a positive response to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research aims to determine the improvement of social studies learning outcomes through the application of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Learning Model for Class IX students at SMP Negeri 2 Keruak during the Covid 19 Odd Semester for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The procedure applied in each cycle includes the stages, namely (a) Action Planning, (b) Action Implementation (c) Observation and Evaluation (d) Reflection. In this study, there were 16 students who were divided into 4 groups. The research method used is a descriptive method in the form of direct observation research. Data collection techniques used are observations and documents with data collection tools, observation sheets and student test answers. In this classroom action research, it was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes by achieving the specified classical completeness of 85%. Classical completeness 69% obtained in the first cycle, can be increased in the second cycle to 88%. In terms of student activity, there was also an increase, namely in the first cycle, the moderately active category increased to an active category. The results of this action research indicate that the application of the "Student Teams Achievement and Divisions" Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in social studies lessons with completeness reaching 88%.
