Abstract

This community service seeks to improve the human resources (HR) of SMEs in Banten. The method will be qualitative descriptive. The researcher or informant will be the management or manager of five production cooperatives in Banten Province. An interactive model was utilized to analyze the data. This analysis paradigm has three components: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drafting. 1. This study found that conventional or manual administration of employees, unsophisticated financial management, and short-term marketing are still common in production cooperatives. Cooperative administrators or managers provide the sole training because they are MSME actors who have their own expertise. 2. To improve the goods of production cooperatives, comprehensive product development planning is required. Product development can help cooperatives survive by attracting new customers and increasing earnings. 3. Technology should be a major factor in cooperative product development, but Banten cooperatives have not effectively harnessed it. This cooperative has a lot of promise. The management of production cooperatives must be willing to focus more on product development and use technology that can speed up product creation for broad public demands. Local raw materials are a particular benefit for production cooperatives. However, the required working capital is low, allowing those with an entrepreneurial drive to start up business units with low technological sophistication

Abstract

Writing quality poetry requires good ideas and imagination, this can be obtained by getting used to it through literacy culture. There are still many students who are not familiar with literacy, this is because they are used to knowing something, it is enough to just look at the applications on the device without reading with understanding, so the results obtained are not optimal. Based on this, the Community Service lecturer team followed up on problems in the field. One of the efforts made to improve literacy culture is by holding poetry writing training at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tangerang City. The method used in implementing this community service is the productive method. The productive method used is by producing literary works in the form of poetry with a literacy culture. This service activity is divided into three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Students are very enthusiastic about participating in online poetry writing training. This is evidenced by several questions posed to the informants. Students who were previously unfamiliar with a variety of poetry became more aware of the genre of poetry so that they could understand which type of poetry was made.

Abstract

Plastic waste is a material that is difficult to decompose when buried in the ground. The large amount of plastic waste from human activities can cause environmental pollution. The reason for designing this plastic trash chopper is because the price of machines that have been marketed has an expensive price. Prices on the market range from around Rp. 18.000.000 to Rp. 30.000.000 depending on the engine specifications. In addition to the price of the machine i tu own, reasons that become the background count tool design plastic waste is due to concerns about trash, especially plastic waste in the city of Palembang, which until now still cannot be solved by optimal. To overcome these problems, a redesign of a plastic trash chopper was carried out using the Value Engineering method. From the results of research and analysis is known that p e designof the machine counter trash plastic the profit that as many as 8 benefit with b iaya value of VE were issued at 5.44. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is still happening today. Many efforts have been made by the government to reduce the transmission of COVID-19, one of which is vaccination. The government has intensified the vaccination process. It is now being promoted for a second vaccination to the public at large. This service is carried out by a servant to the hypertension community who will carry out the second vaskin. A total of 14 people with hypertension were netted and education and collaboration were carried out to reduce hypertension. There were at least 12 people with hypertension who could continue the second vaccination and as many as 2 people could not continue the second vaccine. Education and collaboration carried out by the service staff are very effective in reducing blood pressure numbers in hypertension sufferers so that they can be given a second vaccine. There needs to be support from the wider community to get the widest possible vaccine so that vaccine achievements are also high and break the chain of spread of COVID-19.
