Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of liquidity, profitability, asset structure, corporate activity, and non-debt tax shield againts capital structure.The objects studied were companies in the textile and garment sub-sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2012 to 2020. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling so that there were 6 companies and 54 samples that matched the criteria as samples. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and panel regression with FEM model. The results of this study are non-debt tax shield has a positive effect and corporate activity has an negative effect on capital structure. This because a company can use other non-debt investment which is more profitable to increase the value of firm, and company with good activity can afford their needs with sales and other investment activity and not depends on debt. Meanwhile liquidity, profitability, and assets structure don’t have an effect to capital structure.

Abstract

High turnover intention is one of the conditions that can harm the company or organization. This study aims to examine the effect of turnover intention with organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction on employees of PT Sicepat Ekspres Cabang Setu. The sample in this study were 63 employees. Saturated sampling technique was used in this study in sampling. This study used a questionnaire to collect data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Data were analyzed by testing research instruments, classical assumptions, model testing, and hypothesis testing using statistical software.The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction have an effect on turnover intention. So that PT Sicepat Ekspres Setu Cabang Setu needs to pay attention to the level of organizational commitment, job stress and employee job satisfaction as an effort to reduce the level of employee turnover intention.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Luxury Brand Perception, Social Influence and Brand Personality on Purchase Intention of Samsung smartphone brands in Bekasi. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data is supported by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents by using Likert scale. This study uses the Partial Least Square method. The results of this study indicate that Luxury Brand Perception has no effect on Purchase Intention on the Samsung smartphone brand in Bekasi. The biggest possibility to explain this is the customer's perception of Samsung brand smartphones that don't really consider luxury goods. Although customers feel that the Samsung brand is attractive, impressive and has the best quality, customers do not really feel that the brand is a unique brand, moreover luxurious. However, the Social Influence and Brand Personality variables have an effect on Purchase Intention on the Samsung smartphone brand in Bekasi.

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of this study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work motivation, leadership style and work environment on the work discipline of the gate operational division employees at PT. Y. The form of research used is causality and descriptive research. The population used in this study were 88 employees of the gate operational division using a purposive sampling technique involving 76 employees of the gate operational division at PT. Y as the respondent. The technique used for data collection is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The method of analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing in this study that work motivation, leadership style, and work environment affect employee work discipline. Abstract

Every organization is required to move forward, develop and also survive in every condition to achieve the organization goals. Manpower is a human resource, which is an important factor in carrying out company’s vision, mission and also achieving organization goals that cannot be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. Based on meeting with the owner of PT. X, performance appraisal of PT. X in 2019-2021 decreased and there is a research gap that examines motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction towards OCB. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction towards OCB. The samples used in this research are 81 respondents of PT. X. Sampling method used in this study is saturated sample and the method for data analysis ini this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Research data is primary data collected by distributing questionnaires and using Likert scale. The results of this research showed job satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB.

Abstract

This research are conducted with the purpose to test factors that affect of independent variables tested are Return on Equity, Return on Asset, Debt to Equity, Growth, and Firm Size on Dividend Payout Ratio. The population studied in this research was firms listed on HIDIV20 Index member. Sample tested in this research were 6 firms that fulfill the sample selection criteria with purposive sampling method. Data analysis are conducted using multiple regression method. The result of this research shows that Return on Equity have positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. While Return on Asset, Debt to Equity, and Growth have negative effect and Firm Size has no effect to Dividend Payout Ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the factors that influence the company's capital structure. The independent variables in this study consist of Dividend policy, liquidity, tangibility, asset turnover and company growth. The data for this research are Consumer Goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 to 2020. This study uses 66 samples and the sample selection procedure used is the purposive sampling method. This research test uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that Dividend policy has negative effect on capital structure. Company growth has positive effect on Capital structure. Liquidity, tangibility and asset turnover have no effect on Capital structure

This research was conducted to find out the influence of Compensation, Motivation, and Communication on the Performance of PTDI-STTD Employees, Bekasi District, General Functional Division. This research uses quantitative research methods with a causality approach. The study used saturated sampling. The respondents used were as many as 80 employees of PTDI-STTD general functional division. In this study conducted the dissemination of questionnaires. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The object used in this study is Dealer Yamaha Flagship Shop Cempaka Putih Jakarta. Sampling using probability sampling technique with a total sample used as many as 71 respondents. The study was analyzed using statistical software programs. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the hypothesis test data analysis in this study, it shows that motivation has a negative significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, compensation has a positive significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment has a positive significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Eco Label, Eco Brand, and Environmental Advertisement on Consumer Purchase Behavior on Tessa Tissue in Bekasi City. This study uses primary data sourced from questionnaires with a total of 150 respondents that using Tessa in Bekasi City. The sampling technique that used was non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Eco Label, Eco Brand, and Environmental Advertisement have an effect on Consumer Purchase Behavior
