Abstract

Kurangnya skil tenaga kependidikan dan pendidik UIN-SU baik dalam bidang pendidikan maupun pelayanan yang masih kurang memuaskan. Memunculkan urgensi pelaksanaan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) secara konsisten dengan berbagai metode dan pelaksanaan penegembangan agar menghasilkan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang profesional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengungkapkan dan mengkaji metode pengembangan SDM UIN-SU, mengungkapkan dan mengkaji pelaksanaan pengembangan SDM UIN-SU, mengungkapkan dan mengkaji serta mendiskripsikan hasil pengembangan SDM UIN-SU. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengambilan datanya dilaksanakan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data temuan peneliti dilakukan dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, teknik triangulasi sumber, teori, metode, dan ketekunan pengamatan, adapun informan penelitian ialah tenaga kependidikan dan tenaga pendidik UIN-SU.Hasil Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya program pengembangan SDM di UIN-SU dengan menggunakan metode studi lanjut dan pelatihan untuk tenaga kependidikan dan tenaga pendidik. Dalam proses pelaksanaan pengembangan SDM, UIN-SU melaksanakan pelatihan-pelatihan yang efektif, baik untuk tenaga kependidikan maupun tenaga pendidik. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan selama pelaksanaan tersebut seluruh peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan sesuai dengan bidangnya masing-masing, kehadiran peserta yang ikut antusias dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan tersebut, jumlah peserta yang tidak terlalu banyak dalam setiap pelatihan akan semakin efektif dalam melaksanakan pelatihan. Hasil dari pengembangan SDM UIN-SU semakin meningkat yakni dari kinerja dan kedisiplinan tenaga kependidikan maupun tenaga pendidik, dan semakin berkembangnya skil maupun pengetahuan mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of scrapbook media on the learning outcomes of Civics Class 1 SD Negeri 101884 LimauManis. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 101884 LimauManis. The research sample was 30 students. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The research design used in this study was a nonequivalent control group design. The instrument used was a multiple choice test to determine the effect of scrapbook media on Civics learning outcomes. From the data processing in the experimental class, the mean value of the pretest = 65.67, Standard Deviation = 6.51. and in the control class, the pretest value = 52.33, standard deviation = 5.63. The value of the average in the experimental class for the posttest = 93, Standard Deviation = 7.27. and the average value in the control class for the posttest = 59, Standard Deviation = 5.73. Then proceed with hypothesis testing using t test. After all the tests have been carried out, a higher average value can be obtained using scrapbook media and can be seen from the results of the calculation of tcount of 14.6, while the magnitude of ttable is 2.04. In other words tcount>ttable.it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of scrapbook media on the learning outcomes of Civics Class 1 SD Negeri 101884 LimauM

Abstract

This study aims to develop a picture story book based on caring values ​​for learning to read for class III SD Negeri 106836 Limau Manis. This study uses the Borg and Gall development model according to Sugiyono which consists of five stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision. The data collection technique used in this development is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that picture story books based on caring values ​​for grade 3 elementary school students are feasible to use. The assessment according to the Indonesian language expert lecturer got an average score of 4.82 with a category (very good) and from class III A teachers got an average score of 4.76 with a category (very good) from both Indonesian language expert validators and class III A teachers can be totaled on average The average score is 4.79 in the "very good" category. With the response of experts that picture story books are very interesting, easy to understand and can be used as material for learning to read.

Abstract

Indonesian language is the language of unity that becomes the identity of the Indonesian nation, to preserve or develop the Indonesian language can be done by instilling Indonesian language early on. Student motivation in learning Indonesian language is still necessary so that students are able to understand and think and add broad insights. The objective of this research was to describe the motivation of students in Indonesian language learning in grade V students of SD Negeri 106836 Limau Manis. This type of research was qualitative research. This research sample was grade V SD Negeri 106836 Limau Manis. From the results of the data analysis, it was known that student learning motivation was still low because it was seen from the student learning motivation was still low because it was seen from the students’ quastionnnaire.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem found in SD Negeri 106836 Limau Manis, namely the absence of media in learning narrative writing skills. And make it difficult for students to express their ideas and ideas. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of narrative writing skills of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 106836 Limau Manis after using a series of picture books. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model which has 5 stages but only uses 3 stages. The stages in research and development are Analysis, Design, and Development. The product validation stage was validated by 2 validators, namely 1 material expert and 1 media expert. The results of the validation on the picture book series about writing narratives by media experts scored 4.23 in the very good category, and the validation results by material experts obtained a score of 4.76 in the very good category. And obtained the average score of the two hali 4.50 in the very good category. It was concluded that the series of picture books to improve narrative writing skills in Indonesian class IV subjects at SD Negeri 106836 Limau Manis which was developed was suitable to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of picture storybook media on reading interest in second grade students of SD Negeri 101797 Deli Tua. The population in this study were all second grade students, totaling 30 students. While the sample amounted to 30 students. This research is a quantitative research with the type of pre-experimental research with One Shot Case Study design. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. From the results of the research analysis the influence of picture book media on the reading interest of second grade students of SD Negeri 101797 Deli Tua is 0.709 which shows high results. This can be seen from the correlation between variable X (picture books) and variable Y (interest in reading).

Abstract

This research is based on the problems found in SD Negeri 101797 Deli Tua, namely the science learning outcomes that are still low at the elementary school. This is evidenced by the discovery of several problems, namely learning activities for science subjects lack of direct observation and experiments on the material being taught so that students are impressed only by listening to the teacher's explanations and memorizing textbooks, Student Worksheets (LKS) used are fixated on the subject matter. material texts and questions, and lack of developing student activities that are directly related to the student environment. From the problems developed by the CTL-based LKS, it aims to (1) create CTL-based LKS in the science learning of water cycle materials for class V elementary school, (2) to determine the feasibility of CTL-based LKS in learning science for class V elementary school water cycle materials. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall model modified by Sugiyono with 10 stages but the researcher only uses 5 stages. The stages in research and development are Potential and Problems, Data Collection, Product Design, Design Validation, and Design Revision. The product validation stage was validated by 2 validators, namely 1 media expert and 1 class V teacher. The validation results on the Contextual Teaching And Learning-based LKS by media experts obtained a score of 3.97 with a good category, and the validation results by class V teachers obtained a score of 4.27 with very good category. And obtained the average score of the two hali 4.12 in the good category. It was concluded that the LKS based on contextual teaching and learning in science learning for class V water cycle materials at SD Negeri 101797 Deli Tua was developed to be suitable for use as teaching materials.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a product of teaching materials in the form of Student Worksheets based on process skills in learning science of light material in the hope of helping students in learning activities. The method used in this research is the development of Research and Development (R&D) by modifying the Brog and Gall development model through five stages including, potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. The results showed that the Student Worksheet developed was feasible to use, based on validation by media experts an average score of 3.51 in the "Good" category, and teacher validation an average score of 3.55 in the "Good" category.

Abstract

Abstract This Discussion Aims To Add To The Treasures And Insights And understanding of religious moderation, which is a conception of great value highly recommended by Allah swt; even Allah swt calls this religious moderation as Wasathiyah. The method in this journal is to use a literature review. The Literature Review is a description of the theory, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as a basis for research activities to develop a clear frame of mind from the formulation of the problem to be studied. someone else has done before. There are good wasathiyah/moderate principles for the continuation of a peaceful and loving life. These principles include Tawazzun (balance), I'tidal (straight and firm), Tasamuh (tolerance), Tawassuth (taking the middle way), Shura(deliberation), Ishlah (reform), Tahadhdhur (civilized), Musawah (egalitarian), Aulawiyah (putting priority on priority), Tathawwur wa Ibtikar (dynamic and innovative). The values ​​of moderation contained above are applied in the regeneration process through Islamic education so that in the future, there will be more plurality generations who uphold the principle of equality and mutual respect for differences; the more generations will emerge who love the diversity in religion so that Indonesia becomes a Baldatun Thoyyibatun Wa Rabbun Ghafur.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this discussion is to add insight and understanding about the Islamization of science, which means Islamizing or purifying Western product science, which has been developed and used as a reference in the discourse of creating an Islamic education system to obtain science with an "Islamic characteristic". The method in this journal is to use a literature review. The Literature Review is a description of the theory, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as the basis for research activities to develop a clear frame of mind from the formulation of the problem to be studied. Islamic science must include faith, goodness and human justice, both individually and socially. Means science is based on religion with the aim of human benefit. The Islamization of science aims to realize the progress of Islamic civilization. Each one also does not want the condition of Muslims to deteriorate while accelerating the development of science and technology progress. With the efforts of the Islamization of the science movement, it is hoped that the scientific dichotomy between religious science and modern science can be integrated and given integrally in the educational process. Science can be a medium in achieving a better life.
