Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat mengharuskan setiap lulusan harus memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis sebagai upaya proses persiapan diri saat menjadi bagian dari persaingan di dunia kerja di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa berdasarkan empat indikator berpikir kritis yaitu menganalisis argument, mengevaluasi informasi, mensintesis bukti, menarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa Pendidikan ekonomi Semester 3 Universitas Musamus yang mengambil mata kuliah ekonomi mikro. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling yang mana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Bentuk pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes berupa soal HOTS dengan materi harga keseimbangan pada mata kuliah ekonomi mikro. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan kategori kemampuan menganalisis informasi, mengevaluasi informasi, mensintesis bukti, dan menarik kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian adalah rata-rata 4 mahasiswa atau 20% yang mencapai indikator menganalisis argument sehingga kurang dari 50% mahasiswa yang mulai berpikir kritis. hanya 2 mahasiswa atau 10% yang mampu mencapai indikator mensintesis bukti. Rata-rata hanya 2 mahasiswa atau 10% yang mampu menarik kesimpulan melalui deduktif dan induktif. Berdasarkan diagram batang tersebut, diperlukan suatu perlakuan atau latihan guna meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa.Hasil analisis data mengenai ketercapaian indikator berpikir kritis menunjukkan bahwa berpikir kritis mahasiswa semester tiga masih lemah.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada bus Trans Metro Deli di Belawan. Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada bus Trans Metro Deli Belawan. Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada bus Trans Metro Deli di Belawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner atau kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada pelanggan bus Trans Metro Deli di Belawan, analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dan statistik deskriptif. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 25.0 for windows. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,003, fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) dari 0,000.

Abstract

Keputusan konsumen adalah suatu tindakan atau perilaku konsumen tentang perlu atau tidaknya melakukan pembelian atau transaksi, banyaknya konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan menjadi salah satu penentu tercapai tidaknya tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan Bus Trans Metro Deli di Kota Medan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bukti Fisik terhadap Keputusan Konsumen dalam menggunakan Bus Trans Metro Deli di Kota Medan. Untuk mengetahui iklan apa yang paling dominan dan bukti fisik terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan Bus Trans Metro Deli di Kota Medan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda atau statistik deskriptif. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 25 For Windows. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa periklanan secara parsial mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dengan Asymp. Sig. (2-ekor) dari 0,000. Sebagian, bukti fisik memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dengan Asymp. Sig. (2-ekor) dari 0,11. Iklan dan bukti fisik secara bersamaan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen Asymp. Sig. (2-ekor) dari 0,000.

Abstract

Human resources are very important in a company. therefore every company always tries to have quality human resources and companies must pay attention to aspects of work related to human resources, because without quality human resources a company will not run well between HR and companies must have a mutually beneficial relationship requires, companies need quality employees, employees also need a work environment that can provide satisfaction such as having a clean and comfortable work environment, one of the company's activities to advance the abilities of its employees is employee career development and providing motivation to employees from research is to determine the effect of motivation , work environment and career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kalibaru Indonesia This research is included in the category of quantitative research. The total population is 302 employees, so the sample used is 77 employees because it uses the Slovin formula. From these results work motivation, work environment and career development affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

This journal discusses the effectiveness of financial management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palangka Raya City as a strategy in dealing with the New Normal period of COVID-19. The purpose of this research is to find out how MSMEs in Palangka Raya City manage their finances during the pandemic and how it affects their business performance. The method used in this study was direct interviews with 3 respondents consisting of MSME owners and their financial managers. The results of the study show that MSMEs in Palangka Raya City apply various financial management strategies such as cost savings and increased efficiency in their business processes. In facing the New Normal period of COVID-19, effective financial management can help MSMEs to continue operating and even improve their business performance. In conclusion, effective financial management is a key factor in maintaining the survival of MSMEs during this pandemic.

Abstract

This activity aims to find out and describe the extent of the Government's Role in Overcoming Unemployment in Loru Village, the causes of unemployment, types of unemployment, government participation in reducing unemployment and benefits for all parties who are no longer unemployed/have found work. Methods of implementation using the method of observation, interviews, place and time of research. The results of this activity indicate that the Government's role is significantly very influential on unemployment. The government must play an active role because there are still many qualified graduates who have not yet found decent jobs, and must pay more attention to the unemployed, such as providing skills or abilities in the world of work, so that there are no more unemployed people in Loru Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the operational performance of Loru Village Officials. This activity was carried out at the Loru Village office. The informant in this article is the village head of Loru. Methods of implementation using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of observing the factors that support the performance of Loru Village Officials, namely service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline and cooperation. Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of brand ambassadors, cash-on-delivery services, and online customer reviews on the purchase choice of generation Z shopee sites in Surakarta City. For this study brand ambassadors (X1), cash on delivery services (X2), and online customer reviews (X3) are used as independent variables, while purchasing decisions (Y) are used as the dependent variable. Shopee users in Surakarta City who belong to the z generation and aged 10 to 24 years make up the population. With a sample of 100 respondents, simple random sampling was used as a sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis is used for statistical data analysis techniques.

Abstract

Kangvifo FnB is a business engaged in the service sector, Kangvifo was founded in February 2021 which was founded by several people to meet the community's needs for food and beverage product photo service providers, in Palu City there are many MSMEs so that this is a big business opportunity for Kangvifo FnB. In entrepreneurship, of course, it is necessary to apply the science of financial governance in order to develop a business so that it can develop. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of the science of financial governance in the Kangvifo FnB business. The research method uses qualitative data, the data source is primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation of financial reports from September to December. The results of this study indicate the application of the science of financial governance to the Kangvifo FnB business, which previously did not carry out financial management properly and after being assisted has carried out such planning as making a price list for the types of product photos to be photographed, sales targets, and has recorded reports. working capital, statement of cash flows, and statement of income

Abstract

Community service is the implementation of science experience directly in the community. In general, animal husbandry in Sunju Village is directed at realizing advanced, efficient and resilient animal husbandry conditions. Efforts to increase livestock business opportunities, especially the broiler poultry business, require comprehensive regional policy support that can encourage increased productivity, product quality and market competitiveness. This service aims to increase the speed of the process of increasing the ability of human resources in accordance with the growth rate of development and can provide an understanding to laying hens about marketing channels from the farmer level to the final consumer and can also independently analyze the condition of the marketing channel in each channel in Sunju Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency. The method used in this service is a survey to the intended location, interviews and socialization to farmers. The results of the service changed the information data in Sunju Village focusing on product marketing in the marketing channel. The importance of the results of this service is that we are more about the various kinds of marketing channels that exist.
