Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the use of animated video media on learning outcomes of the human digestive system in elementary schools. The material about the human digestive system is certainly very difficult for elementary school students to understand because the organs involved in the digestive process cannot be observed directly. Therefore, it is necessary to use learning media that is useful for studying material related to the human digestive system properly. This research uses quantitative research, namely quasi-experimental design or quasi-exploratory method. The data sources of this study used 2 classes, namely VA with 27 students as the control class and VB class with 25 students as the experimental class. The data collection method used was a test containing 20 multiple choice questions intended to determine student learning outcomes. Based on the research results, the resulting hypothesis test proves the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) number is 0.000 and the significance probability number is < 0.05. Therefore, the results obtained indicate that Ho is rejected. This case states that the use of animated video media affects the learning outcomes of the human digestive system in fifth grade students at SDN Keboananom Gedangan Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' creativity in the material of human digestive organs by applying technological literacy at SDN Sumur Wellut III Surabaya. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this research were students of class V B SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya, totaling 22 students. This research consists of two cycles. Data collection techniques used are observation and product assessment. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the research show that the process of applying technological literacy with product assessment of making posters using the PicsArt and Canva applications can increase students' creativity in the material of human digestive organs for class V SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya. Based on the results of the product assessment in pre-cycle conditions, the average value obtained by students was 57.5. Then in the first cycle increased to 63.4 and the second cycle to 74.3. The number of students who reached KKM ≥ 75 in the pre-cycle were 9 students, in the first cycle there were 12 students, and in the second cycle there were 19 students. The percentage of completeness in the pre-cycle is (40.9%), the first cycle is (54.5%), the second cycle is (86.3%). So that in the second cycle it has exceeded the criteria of 80% of students who reach the KKM ≥ 75. The researcher concludes that the application of technological literacy media can increase students' creativity

Abstract

This studies is influenced with the low results of science studying of class students 5 elementary school. The low science learning outcomes are affected by many factors. This factors include the studying environment in the form of strategies created by the teacher to optimize the potential of students in studying science. The aim of this studies is to determine the impact of problem based learning on science studying results for fifth grade students at Sumur Welut III Public Elementary School Surabaya. This learn uses a quantitative experimental method with a quasi-experimental design using a posttest-only control group design. The population of this study were students of class A and B at Sumur Welut III Public Elementary School Surabaya with a total of 46 children. The data collection method used is a testing. Giving the test in question is a posttest which is carried out after learning. The data analysis techniques used are the normality test, the homogeneity test, and the t-test. Based on the results of the survey, it was shown that the application of problem based learning influenced the learning outcomes of the fifth grade students in Sumur Welut III Public Elementary School Surabaya. This is indicated by the average difference in the scientific learning results between the experimental and control classes.

Abstract

Memasuki era digitalisasi dan pandemi yang terjadi saat ini Masyarakat Ibu Kota Jakarta dituntut untuk mengerjakan segala sesuatu secara mobile. Hal itu menjadi tuntutan yang tidak disadari kabanyakan orang, sehingga memaksakan diri untuk memiliki alat komunikasi digital agar dapat menunjang segala keperluannya. Tak sedikit dari mereka yang keterbatasan kemampuan baik materil maupun imateril untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sekunder yang telah berubah menjadi kebutuhan premier saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui transformasi pelayanan dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adanya pemberlakuan pembatasan sosial dan mobilisasi masyarakat membuat birokrasi harus tetap mampu menunaikan hak masyarakat dalam memberikan pelayanan. Inovasi dan adaptasi perlu dilakukan agar dapat memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat. Di masa pandemi Covid-19, layanan elektronik digunakan dalam transformasi model pelayanan. Layanan dalam bentuk aplikasi Alpukat Betawi merupakan salah satu yang digunakan oleh Pemerintah Provisnsi DKI Jakarta. Aplikasi Alpukan Betawi ini menjadi sebuah inovasi serta adaptasi dalam memberikan layanan dalam hal pelayanan dokumen kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil (dukcapil) kepada masyarakat di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang belum juga usai. Melalui tulisan ini penulis mencoba mendeskripsikan penggunaan layanan digital yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam memberikan pelayanan dokumen catatan kependudukan kepada masyarakat Jakarta dengan aplikasi “Alpukat Betawi” (Akses Langsung Pelayangan Dokumen Kependudukan Cepat Dan Akurat).

Abstract

SD IT Al Manar Pangkalan Bun berkomitmen kuat mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan terbaik. Dengan latar belakang konsep yang diniatkan melahirkan generasi teladan yang cerdas, beriman, dan bertaqwa. Dengan melihat tujuan daripada lembaga tersebut dapat dipahami bahwa sekolah yang dapat dijadikan contoh yang layak bagi sekolah lain harus dapat meningkatkan semua aspek kualitas pendidikan serta memperhatikan peran masyarakat yang memberi opini baik bagi citra sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan 1) reduksi data (data reduction), 2) penyajian data (data displays dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi (conclusion drawing/ veriffication). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) Keberadaan Humas di Sekolah dikenal dengan istilah kehumasan. Humas muncul karena keinginan pihak sekolah untuk memasarkan sekolah kepada khalayak ramai.Humas muncul dan begitu digiatkan di sekolah karena pada awalnya sekolah kurang mendapat sambutan yang hangat oleh masyarakat, karena masyarakat tidak mengenal baik keunggulan maupun kekurangannya.Oleh karena itu pihak sekolah menggiatkan fungsi Humas.Setiap awal kemunculan Humas, baik yang ada di perusahaan ataupun di lembaga pendidikan, selalu disebabkan karena buruknya hubungan lembaga dengan publiknya atau stakeholdernya.Mengadakan hubungan yang baik dengan para stakeholder itulah yang memunculkan Humas.2) Strategi Humas untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Strategi yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan ada dua, yaitu peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di dalam sekolah dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan yang berada di luar sekolah atau kualitas pendidikan secara umum.Secara umum seluruh aktifitas Humas harus mendudkung program-program untuk meningkatkan mutu atau kualitas pendidikan.3)Meningkatkan citra madrasah yang bertujuan Pihak sekolah mengadakan beberapa program dari sekolah lanjut mengadakan presentasi BP memberikan pengarahan kepada siswa untuk pemilihan sekolah lanjut, sekolah juga mendata penelusuran lulusan, kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak dan menghadirkan wali murid ke sekolah.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan tenaga kependidikan dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dengan focus penelitian proses penyadaran dan pemberian daya kepala sekolah pada tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu di SDIT Almanar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan 1) reduksi data (data reduction), 2) penyajian data (data displays dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi (conclusion drawing/ veriffication). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; Penyadaran tenaga kependidikan dilakukan terhadap tiga komponen utama madrasah. Proses penyadaran kepala madrasah dilakukan melalui pengalaman dan analisis personal, studi banding, pembinaan, supervisi pengawas, serta aspirasi komite. Proses penyadaran tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dilakukan melalui internalisasi visi, misi dan tujuan madrasah, keteladanan kepala madrasah, pemotivasian, pelibatan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dalam kegiatan workshop dan seminar terkait pendidikan. Proses penyadaran komite madrasah dilakukan melalui pendekatan personal pengelola madrasah, forum rapat terbatas, laporan lembaga dan rapat umum komite. Pemberian daya kepala sekolah diwujudkan berupa pemberian wewenang sesuai tupoksi, bimbingan tenaga pendidik, dan memimpin pencapaian mutu pendidikan. Pemberian daya tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dilakukan melalui pemberian wewenang dan tanggung jawab dan secara bersama mengelola program unggulan. Pemberian daya komite madrasah diwujudkan dalam kepercayaan terlibat penyusunan program kerja dan kewenangan melengkapi sarana prasarana yang tidak mampu dibiayai madrasah.

Abstract

In order to build an effective and efficient quality of government performance, time is needed to think about how to achieve unity of cooperation so as to increase public trust. For this reason, autonomy and freedom are needed in making decisions on allocating resources, making service guidelines, budgets, goals, and clear and measurable performance targets. Kelurahan as a government organization that is closest and directly related to the community is the spearhead of the success of urban development, especially regional autonomy, where the kelurahan will be directly involved in planning and restoring development and services. It is said to be the spearhead because the kelurahan deals directly with the community, therefore the kelurahan must be able to become a place for the community to be resolved. In the current reform era, the government's performance has received sharp attention from the public. Abstract

Public relations performs issue management as an effort to maintain the image and reputation of the agency. This study aims to determine the role of public relations in making agendas that increase the positive image of the government. This research is academically useful in developing a distinctive theory of public relations, namely the agenda of building information subsidies. The results show that public relations applies an agenda building strategy in narrative production. The theory of agenda building & information subsidies is used by public relations for positive public perception of the government. Agenda building starts from the planning process carried out by the crisis team, coordination meetings to sharpen issues, making communication strategies, media monitoring, media relations, news tone analysis, narrative production, evaluation, and information subsidies. Public relations has implemented the concept of agenda building information subsidies to influence public opinion through issue management with several steps, namely highlighting certain issues, paying attention to issues, framing media, connecting issues with other symbols, utilizing big data and artificial intelligence to capture issues comprehensively. Qualitative research was conducted by conducting interviews with 10 public relations workers working in government agencies. public relations utilizes various media to maximize agenda building, such as: big data, press conferences, websites, releases, twitter, Instagram, facebook, youtube live streaming, and so on. Data analysis using miles, hubberman, saldana and validity test with source triangulation.

Abstract

The principal is a leader as well as an influential manager in determining the gates of success and progress in all areas of life in the school environment. He has a dominant role in improving the quality of learning outcomes and the success of the school he leads so that the principal is obliged to foster, examine, measure the work of educators in the school he leads including to organize and manage personnel, advice and funds. Every school member must know the meaning and benefits of discipline. The will to carry out discipline must come from oneself and without coercion from others. However, if the school community does not yet have awareness in this matter, it is necessary to impose coercion or obligations from the principal who is responsible for implementing and maintaining the disciplined attitude of educators and education staff. This Best Practice provides information about whether Si Raja Smile's strategy can improve the discipline and responsibility of educators and education staff at SMP Negeri 4 Depok? and How is the implementation of Si Raja Smile's strategy in increasing the discipline and responsibility of educators and education staff at SMP Negeri 4 Depok? The results depicted in this best practice occur when Si Raja Smile is implemented around 83%, can increase educator participation in flag ceremonies and tend to increase attendance by 87%. The number of educators in the educator's room during the flag ceremony decreased by 60%, and absenteeism decreased by 50%. This means that Si Raja Smile is very effective in increasing teacher attendance at the flag ceremony. And in the second evaluation, it increased to 95% the number of educators who were in the field was 47 people, in the educator's room 1 person (sick) and the number of educators who were not present because of illness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar permasalahan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani yang hampir tidak pernah digunakan dalam pembelajaran selama pandemi. Dalam hal ini peneliti melihat fenomena yang terjadi di SDN Puluhan kondisi sarana dan prasarana dimasa pandemic covid 19 yang belum diketahui. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui keadaan sarana dan prasarana Pendidikan jasmani dimasa pandemi Covid 19 Di SDN Puluhan. Penelitian ini kualitatif dengan metode survei. Sumber data yang akan diperoleh seluruh populasi di SDN Puluhan yang menjelaskan jumlah, kondisi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi dan lembar observasi, analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian sarana dan prasarana untuk cabang atletik di SDN Puluhan Kab Bantul sebesar 41% kategori Cukup Baik. untuk cabang permainan sebesar 74% dalam kategori Baik. untuk cabang aktivitas ritmik sebesar 32% dalam kategori Sangat Kurang Baik. Rerata keadaaan sarana dan prasarana semua cabang olahraga yaitu 49% bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan pada SDN Puluhan Kabupaten Bantul dalam kategori Cukup Baik.
