Abstract

Education is a human right that must be fully protected and considered, starting from educational institutions and education policy makers. Because of the importance of an education, it is necessary to have a special education service management, so that the implementation of education at the educational institution is in accordance with the objectives of education, so that the process of providing services to all students is an important part of school-based management (SBM) to support learning activities run smoothly. efficient and effective. Amalia (2018). Services that generally exist in schools consist of educational services, library services, counseling guidance services, cafeteria services, dormitory services, transportation services, cooperative services, and student council services. In this study, three indicators will be discussed, namely concepts, principles and techniques of special education service management. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of literature study. Data were collected from various journals according to the research topic through descriptive analysis. The results of this study, special education service management part of school-based management is able to provide the best service to students from all services, in order to achieve the goals of education.

Abstract

This article discusses the script for the monologue drama Dongeng Marsinah by Sapardi Djoko Damono. The background of this discussion is to (1) explain the drama script and feminism in the Marsinah fairy tale and (2) examine feminism in the Marsinah fairy tale. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic with the collection in the form of a literature study. The primary data source is obtained from the monologue drama script Marsinah Fairy Tale by Sapardi Djoko Damono, and is equipped with secondary data sources from books, scientific journals, articles and the internet. The results show that this drama script is based on the transformation of poetry which is carried out in a monologue and the Marsinah fairy tale contains a feminism movement, where feminism is a movement and awareness that departs from the assumption that women are basically oppressed and exploited, as well as efforts to be established and exploited. Feminism theory is the original picture of patriarchal social reality. Starting from the turmoil of women who are oppressed by the patriarchal social system. The first character Marsinah is described as a victim of the patriarchy and the patriarchal is a teacher who is assisted by the government in oppressing the main character, Marsinah. The two impacts of the patriarchy have a bad influence on the main character so that Marsinah's life is lost.

Abstract

Novel is one of the most popular types of prose by every literary enthusiast. This is in accordance with the content of the novel which contains the expression of feelings conveyed through a word in the form of prose. This study aims to determine the characterizations contained in the Novel Cinta di Ujung Sajadah. In conducting the analysis, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method by describing the characterizations contained in the Cinta di Ujung Sajadah novel so that the data found were based on qualitative descriptive methods. In the characterization analysis, the researcher describes the characterizations of the novel Cinta di Ujung Sajadah which include the characterizations of the main character and additional characters. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the novel Cinta di Ujung Sajadah has one main character named Cinta and nine additional characters namely Adji, Aisyah, Anggun, Cantik, Makky, Mama Alia, Mbok Nah, Neta, and Papa Cinta.

Abstract

Literature is a language that is expressed both in writing and orally by the author based on experience and even feelings. A moral message is a mandate or advive conveyed by the author in a story he has written in order to provide an opinion related to moral teachings. Researchers are very interested in analyzing novels that have quite a lot of moral values. This research focuses on the analysis of the intrinsic elements of the novel which aims to describe the intrinsic elements in the novel “Hijrah itu Cinta” by Abay Adhitya. The reserch method in analyzing the novel uses a qualitative descriptive method. The result of the study, explained that the novel Hijrah itu Cinta raises the theme of life, there is a moral message contained in the novel. The conclusion in this study can be concluded that the author tells the sweet and bitter journey of hijrah, the moral message conveyed by the author in the novel is a dark past raises awareness to change oneself for the better. Through this research, it is hoped that lessons can be drawn for changes for the better for readers of the novel Hijrah itu Cinta.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of an online learning process that requires learning to be carried out using theapplication, WhatsApp both providing material and collecting assignments. This study aims to analyze the learning motivation of class VA students in online learning at SD Negeri 027 North Samarinda. The technique of determining the subject used in this study is snowball sampling and data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The type of triangulation used is source triangulation. The results of the research on the learning motivation of class VA students in online learning at SD Negeri 027 Samarinda Ulu, that students' learning motivation in online learning can be seen through the classification of indicators, including the desire and desire to succeed, the encouragement and learning needs, the existence of hopes and aspirations for the future, the existence of appreciation in learning, the existence of interesting activities in learning and the existence of a conducive learning environment. The obstacle in online learning is that learning is not interesting because it is only through theapplication WhatsApp and the material provided by the teacher is only a video from YouTube and the explanation from the teacher is lacking so it is difficult to understand the material provided. Students are less happy with online learning and prefer face-to-face learning. Because online learning is always a lot of work to do and can't meet other friends.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the extent of the Urgency of Parental Character in The Formation of Children's Character During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study in Sridadi Village) that the Urgency of Parental Character in The Formation of Children's Character During Covid-19 Pandemic is still not optimal. This is also strengthened by the phenomena of the rapid progress of the global and digital world. Of course, it can have a positive and negative impact on children's morals. If it has a positive impact, it is naturally not a problem. However, if it has a negative impact, then it is necessary to conduct research. It is this moral deviation that is of concern to the researcher. For example, there is still a weak understanding of the importance of child character building because they still think that character building is only in formal education (school) and children are not paid enough attention or are not educated optimally, so children have poor character. A poor character such as speaking less politely, lack of concern for fellow friends, dishonesty towards parents, and lack of respect for their elders. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Then, researchers conduct analysis with domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, and component analysis. The last step that the researcher takes is to triangulate the data to find its validity of the data. Conclusions that can be drawn from the description in the previous discussion are the Urgency of Parental Character in The Formation of Children's Character During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study in Sridadi Village), namely: the existence of a child character who lies, stays up late at night even until dawn, does not say greetings when he wants to enter the house, skips school, speeding riding a motorcycle on the street, the child's character that is difficult to form, obstacles due to technological advances, and social factors, bringing the child closer to religious activities, setting an example, advising and inviting the child persuasively, giving attention to the child.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of students majoring in computer accounting, Junior year, STEKOM University Semarang on online learning using YouTube. The method used in this research was mixed method. The location of the research was conducted in the Computer Accounting Department of STEKOM University. The study population was 185 students majoring in computer accounting, junior year, STEKOM University. Berdasarkan rumus slovin, maka yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 126 mahasiswa. all of which were used as research samples. Sources of data in this study were primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using a questionnaires, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis was carried out descriptively using SPSS 16. The results of this study stated that most students have a perception that using Youtube is good as a media that is only used to watch the material explanation. But, Youtube is not relevant to be used as an application for online interaction. This is because Youtube does not have a feature that allows teachers to interact with students and students with students directly.

Abstract

This research is to find out the characters in the novel I leave him because he is the work of the hijab world and ummu rumaisha. This study uses a qualitative method. Data analysis techniques (a) The researcher analyzes the characters and characterizations in the novel Kutenggahan him because he is (b) The researcher forms the building blocks associated with the characterizations in the novel Kutenggalnya because he is the work of the hijab world and ummu rumaisha. The results of this study presented some of the data obtained as evidence of research results. The data presented in this section is the data that contains the characters and as one of the elements forming the novel. Judging from the roles of the characters in the development of the story, they are distinguished into characters in the novel and additional characters, while when viewed from the function of appearance, the characters can be classified into protagonists (characters we admire), and antagonists (characters who cause conflict).

Abstract

Education is needed as a business that has the main goal of forming human beings with potential and quality in all aspects of life. The formation of quality human resources in a developing country to a developed country is greatly influenced by the existence of education. This study aims to discuss in detail the design of ICT-based Indonesian language learning media to support learning activities. The use of ICT-based learning media has not been widely developed, especially for Indonesian language subjects. The implementation of ICT-based learning media needs to be applied so that in the learning process a new atmosphere occurs so that students can overcome the times. This study uses content analysis techniques with a qualitative approach by analyzing the concept of Indonesian language learning based on ICT.

Abstract

Attitude is the essential factor that affected foreign language learning because it delayed on the feeling of the learners. The recent phenomena happened was that the development of technology and the shifting of learning portrait into digital vibes, it forced students to be master in operatinng technology spontanously, without any preparation and training. They should communicate via digital which was settled in English in it, the must be more accustomed in the used of English vocabulary, it such as autodidact learning or life learning. This study aimed to investigate the students’ attitude towards English when they were studying by digital (e-learning). The study was design in simple quantitative by using closed questionnaire. It was administered to the respondents (all of business administration students especially International Business concentration grade II Academic year 2019-2020 with sample 52 people. The content of the questionnaire use 3 components of attitude such as cognition, afection and conation. Furthermore it was analysed based Miles, Huberman and Saldana stage. It was found that 78% respondents responded positively (good). In another words, the students have goiod attitude towards e-English learning.
