Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah makna tradisi pattabek bagi masyarakat Perkampungan Tua Gantarang Lalang Bata di Kecamatan Bontomanai Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar dengan menggunakan pendekatan semantik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan makna tradisi pattabek bagi masyarakat Perkampungan Tua Gantarang Lalang Bata di Kecamatan Bontomanai Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar dengan menggunakan pendekatan semantik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer berupa hasil wawancara langsung dengan masyarakat setempat yang memahami dengan jelas makna tradisi pattabek dan sumber data sekunder berupa buku, dokumen, maupun jurnal tentang Perkampungan Tua Gantarang Lalang Bata. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan teknik analisis data melalui beberapa tahap yaitu mengetahui tata cara tradisi pattabek, membaca kembali hasil wawancara, dan membuat kesimpulan.Dalam analisis datanya dilakukan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut : (1) Mengetahui tata cara dalam melakukan tradisi pattabek ; (2) Membaca kembali hasil wawancara yang didapatkan dari masyarakat setempat atau pemangku adat daerah setempat ; dan (3) Menarik atau membuat kesimpulan yang menjadi inti dari makna tradisi pattabek bagi masyarakat Perkampungan Tua Gantarang Lalang Bata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa makna tradisi pattabek bagi masyarakat Perkampungan Tua Gantarang Lalang Bata yaitu sebagai bentuk penghormatan dan penghargaan kepada Raja-raja Gantarang terdahulu serta dipercayai dan diyakini untuk menghindarkan diri dari hal-hal buruk ketika berada dalam kawasan Perkampungan Tua Gantarang Lalang Bata.

Abstract

This research was conducted to overcome the problem of the low reading ability of students at SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Therefore the researchers made efforts to improve students' reading skills through the SAS method. This research involved 36 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. The design of this research is classroom action research. From the research results, it was obtained that the average value in cycle I was 69.44% of 36 grade 1 students at SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Whereas in cycle II the learning completeness that has been achieved classically is 91.66%.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the structural aspects contained in the short story "Dua Orang Sahabat" by A.A Navis. The study was conducted by collecting data from the short story "Dua Orang Sahabat" using qualitative methods and the technique of analyzing structural aspects to analyze the short story. The data used was the short story "Dua Orang Sahabat" which is included in the collection of short stories entitled "Robohnya Surau Kami" by A.A Navis. The data was analyzed using a literary structural approach. The structural approach can be used to analyze the structure of literary works. By using the structural approach, readers can understand in detail, present, and unpack precisely and in detail so that the understanding of the meaning of literary works is more optimal. The results of the study indicate that there are structural elements in the short story "Dua Orang Sahabat", such as theme, character and characterization, point of view, setting, plot, style, and message. This study is expected to provide an overview of the structural aspects contained in the short story "Dua Orang Sahabat" by A.A Navis and can be a reference for readers to understand the content of the short story.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the main characters by collecting and choosing their actions, speech, and thoughts from the point of view of sociology. The approach is analytical (two methods: an extrinsic approach that deals with theories from some books, sociology ones, and an intrinsic approach that deals with elements in the Buck novel "The Good Earth" itself), characterization that explains the analysis in which the data are theories that support the cycle life of the main characters. Studying in libraries is the method. The writer initially finds that Wang Lung and O-lan's marriage gives them happiness. They rise from a position of poverty to one of wealth. By the time the story comes to an ends, the key main characters have all passed away and have all come back to earth. The condition of the earth determines Wang Lung's fate throughout his entire existence, which is an ongoing struggle against the twin spectres of famine and destruction.These facts drive the writer to investigate both their characteristics and how they interact with society as newly wealthy individuals. The conclusion shows that as humans originated from the earth, we will also return to it after death.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Using Snack Food Packaging Media on Beginning Reading Ability of Class I UPT SD Negeri 13 Bangkala Barat in 2023. This type of research is a pre-experimental design study, One-Group PreTest PostTest Design. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique, by making the population as a sample, namely 20 students. Data collection techniques in this study used tests and observations. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the t test formula, it is known that the calculated t value obtained is 3.04 with a frequency of dk = 20 –1 = 19, at a significance level of 0.05 obtained t table = 1.729. So, t count > t table or the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. This means that the use of snack food packaging media is effective on the initial reading ability of Class I UPT SD Negeri 13 Bangkala Barat students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the types and functions of directive speech acts based on Searle R. John's theory in Ahmad Tohari's novel Lingkar Tanah Lingkar Air. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The technique used is the time triangulation technique to test the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that there are 46 dialogues in Ahmad Tohari's novel Lingkar Tanah Lingkar Air which are included in directive speech acts. Of the 5 types of speech acts based on Searle R.John's theory, there are 24 dialogues which are included in the type of speech act of ordering, 4 dialogues including speech acts of begging, 6 dialogues including speech acts of suggesting, 9 dialogues including speech acts of advising, and 3 dialogues which includes challenging speech acts. The five types of directive speech acts have different functions depending on the context and speech intonation.

Abstract

Alasan penulis mengangkat permasalahan ini menjadi karya ilmiah berbentuk skripsi karena penulis menemukan bahwa dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran saat new normal guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sudah kreatif namun masih ada kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengembangkan kreativitas tersebut. Adapun permasalah yang penulis teliti adalah bagaimana kreativitas guru pendidikan agama islam dalam penggunaan media pemelajaran saat new normal di SMPN 3 Bonjol. Dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran saat new normal di SMPN 3 Bonjol. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif (qualitatife descriptive) yaitu penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena peristiwa, aktifitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, pemikiran orang secara individual maupun kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua informan yaitu yang menjadi informan kunci adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam 3 Bonjol, dan informan pendukung adalah siswa SMPN 3 Bonjol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis menemukan bahwa guru pendidikan agama islam di SMPN 3 Bonjol sudah kreatif dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran saat new normal. Karena guru tersebut sudah menggunakan media pembelajaran lebih dari satu, seperti audio, visual, dan media berbasis online (whatsapp group).

Abstract

Penelitain ini dilakukan dengan tujaun untuk mengetahui penerapan metode team teaching yang dilakukan di SD Al-Ma’soem. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa hasil observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tahapan penerapan metode team teaching pada pembelajaran sebagai berikut : 1) Tahap Perencanaan, dimana guru kelas, guru mata pelajaran dan guru bidang studi melakukan MGMP untuk meranncang perencanaan pembelajaran. 2) Tahap Pelaksanaan, yaitu proses kegiatan pembelajaran yang diawali dengan kegiatan pembuka oleh guru yang bertugas untuk mengajar. Pada kegiatan inti, guru bekerja sama menerapkan metode team teaching dengan pembagian tugas satu guru sebagai pengajar dan satu guru lainnya sebagai pendamping. 3) Tahap Evaluasi yaitu proses evaluasi kepada guru dan peserta didik. Evaluasi guru dilakukan dengan memberikan kritik dan saran kepada masing-masing guru dalam team mengenai proses pengajaran. Evaluasi peserta didik dilakukan melalui tes sumatif dan formatif yang dibuat oleh masing-masing guru sesuai materi yang diajarkan. Sehingga pembelajaran menggunakan metode team teaching juga sangat berpengaruh pada ketercapaiannya tujuan pembelajaran

Abstract

To overcome boredom during classroom learning, teachers can conduct ice-breaking activities to keep students' learning spirit alive. This study aims to examine the implementation of ice-breaking techniques in enhancing students' interest in learning at elementary schools. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research subjects are second-grade students and subject teachers who are the objects of the study. The research is conducted using observation and interviews with teachers and students at the elementary school that is the object of the study. The results of the study indicate that ice-breaking techniques can enhance students' interest in learning, especially in subjects considered difficult. Additionally, this technique can also strengthen the relationship between students and teachers.

Abstract

The study was used to see the driving factors of learning achievement, using functional structural theory and motivation theory. This research uses a qualitative approach that aims to obtain a complete picture of something according to the human view studied. The data collection techniques we carried out included observation, interviews with 8 students and homeroom teachers from grade 5. Based on the research that has been done, we can draw conclusions about the driving factors for the learning achievement of grade 5 students at SD Inpres Tello Baru III Makassar. The driving factors for learning achievement consist of internal factors and external factors. There are 4 internal factors, namely physical health, psychological, motivation, and emotional intelligence. The psychological factors are further divided into intelligence, talents and interests. While visible external factors can be seen from the family environment and also the school environment. The two factors are further divided, where family environment factors are divided into 3, namely parental attention, home atmosphere, and family economic conditions. School environmental factors are divided into 2, namely teachers and learning tools and media.
