Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is a state hospital has done it is job and function, but in 3rd class of pavilion room, the number of patient decrease dramatically. It is concerned with quality of this hospital. To answer this problem, research was done using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Quality Function Deployment is a tool which design some needs include customers represented as a voice of customer and including some competitions and also groups some activities that usually called affinity graphic ang getting a benchmarking for it is competition. From the result analysis can be showed that main attribute for patience is a accuracy. And from House Of Quality can be found that getting a periodic meeting to evaluate this hospital and also increase a service can be made 20 concept

Abstract

This reseach has to find a production schedule with making a job schedule that have to be done on its machine to minimated makespan and total tardines. In this reseach used branch and brand method because of the reseach location involve the job shop scedulling the use data to find the scedulling is the job proses routing on each machine and its proses time. Than using Computer to acaunt proses casier in its interation/ makespan and total for devises.

Abstract

Regression model in which the regressand evokes a yes or no or present or absent response are known as dichotomous, or dummy, dependent variable regression models. They are applicable in a wide variety of fields and are used extensively in survey or census-type data. Among the methods that are used to estimated such models, this paper considered three-LPM, logit and probit.

Abstract

Controlling material stock becomes important problem that faced by the company because controlling it supports production process continually. In applaying material is efforted in order getting cost of supplier more law as possible. PT. Indomarine is one kind of company that produces tube involving two type are fire tube and water tube, in which the primary material is tube and plat. In dealing the consumen needs, the company should give amount materials so that the production will be continually, and the consumer will satisfy. Having more suplies like that is caused by accepting fluctually needs, than causes less supplier optimumly and less in cost too. Based on fenomenon above, so in this research will mucstigate the methods that will be counted the number of material asking.

Abstract

PR. KaryaT imur, Malang is an lndustrial Cigarettes which be productive cigarette with Harmonis brand for East Java marketing area, Horizon Super Filter and Horizon Mild Filter for marketing area beyond Java. This research only analized for east java marketing area. This company make use of two (2) source to meet every marketing area needs which is allocated directly through those two source on condition that each sources allocated in accordance with request for every marketing area. It is surely needsa lot of cost, because each sources still had to supply for every marketing area. This research on it's own was submitted to examine a better distribution system so it can minimize cost of distribution.

Abstract

This rescarch aims to orange a balance production line 10 improve work efficiency to rice production output. This line balancing planning, we use Rank Position Weight ( RPW ). Using operation time data in every work station and also precedence diagram based on the shoes making process could be found elements/operation group involving a work station. With 3 cycles time such as 100,150 ang 160 seconds could be found a cycle time 150 seconds result minimum operation grouping of balance delay. From this planning could be concluded that there were 10 work stations with production output 168 part of shoes of day.

Based on Kolmogorov - Smirnov test can be found each component's distribution to find variables which used to count reliability function.

Abstract

To complete customer's demand so company must make a plan with using production schedule. Some diffrculties usually happen in shop floor level is a new job which is put in a production schedule that have arranged before. So that the old production schedule have to revised by reschedulling. The procedure that be used to schedule the real time production consist of n job m machine is algoritm of Hueristik Dispatching Rule Shorted Processing Time (SPT) method to minimize mean tardiness and makespan.

Abstract

This research have aim to reduce waiting time of patient in pregnant division at RSUD Saiful Anwar Malang. First step, collecting the time between arrival data and service time data at each division. These data were tested using Kolmogorov-Smirnov to find a kind of distribution and the parameter of the data. Them making service system design based on the initial condition using ARENA and run to find the mean of waiting time from the beginning design, using trial and error then tried some new altematives design to minimize waiting time.

Welding assembly jig company's activities are classified as job-order. Their products (jigs & fixtures) were depending on type of product, which was assembled. There are loot-of variations of product designs, process planning, tools, shop-floor control etc. to handling all customer order. One of the solutions is standardization product, to reduce product variation and the control problems.
