<![CDATA[The existence of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees is expected to be able to meet legal needs that can further spur national development and guarantee legal certainty as well as provide legal protection for interested parties in guarantee law. In practice, there are differences in interpreting the executorial meaning in fiduciary guarantee certificates which often lead to vigilante actions (eingerichting) or coercion in the execution of goods that are fiduciary objects. The Constitutional Court through Decision Number 19/PUU-XVII/2019 conducted a review of Article 15 paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees against the articles in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. With this decision the Constitutional Court provide reconstruction of the meaning and significance of the executorial title as referred to in Article 15 paragraph (2) and paragraph (3). So that it has harmonized a fairer legal relationship between creditors (fiduciary recipients) and debtors (fiduciary givers).]]>

<![CDATA[A verdict by a panel of judges in a criminal case is a verdict from a panel of judges which is the final decision after a case goes through the trial process in a court of indictment, exception, response, interlocutory verdict, evidence, witnesses, charges, pledoi and finally the verdict at the court of first instance and contains sanctions and or fines for the Defendant. The decision of the panel of judges is compelling, meaning that if there is a party that does not comply, the judge can order the party concerned to comply with it with his own awareness or coercion. The judge's decision has legal consequences for the parties involved. Legal consequences are actions taken to obtain an effect the defendant wants and which is regulated by law. This action is called a legal action. So in other words, legal consequences are the result of a legal action, in the form of: the birth of a sanction due to an action that is against the law. In the case of narcotics abuse, there are many considerations made by the panel of judges because narcotics are already an extraordinary crime, such as corruption, serious human rights crimes and terrorism. <![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world has also affected changes in the education system in Indonesia. Not all schools have the ability to implement online learning which requires an internet network and a set of advanced media. Schools located in areas with limited internet networks, poor community economic conditions, and the difficulty of reaching students' residences as in SMP Negeri 1 Batang Tuaka require special efforts from teachers to create the most realistic learning innovations for students. This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of the Al-Qur'an Verse Search project (PAQ) on improving STEM literacy on the attitude aspect on the topic of Global Warming at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Tuaka during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was a quasi-experimental study with 36 students of class VII at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Tuaka in the 2021/2022 academic year which is divided into two classes, namely the control class and the experimental class. The instrument of this research is the attitude of students' interest in STEM and students' concern for the environment. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22 and the "effect size" calculator. The results of the study indicated that the application of STEM learning through the Al-Quran Verse Search (PAQ) project had a large effect on improving student interest in STEM. Attitude indicators showing curiosity about issues related to STEM and considering a career in the STEM field were significantly different with a 2-tailed sig of 0.00 (sig <0.05) between classes that applied PjBL-STEM and classes that applied PjBL without a STEM approach. At the attitude indicator, awareness of environmental health problems that applied PjBL without a STEM approach, the results show a significant difference with a 2-tailed sig of 0.010 and an effect size in the medium category (medium effect), while the indicators of student perceptions of environmental health issues are not significantly different (sig 2-tailed 0.088 and 0.179) between classes that applied PjBL-STEM and classes that applied PjBL without STEM approach. <![CDATA[The development of Islamic thought encourages the sharing of sharia-based businesses, one of which is sharia insurance. Sharia insurance has become part of the material for economic studies in general, and sharia economics in particular. This happens because along with the development of sharia insurance in Muslim countries and non-Muslim countries. This study aims to determine the prospects and challenges in the development of Islamic insurance in Muslim countries. The analytical method used is Library Research. And what is used as primary data in this study is data obtained directly from the main source, namely the literature that discusses the development of Sharia insurance in various Muslim countries. The results of this study indicate that sharia insurance has increased and the assets of sharia insurance companies have also increased, this is influenced by the growth of contributions and results of the development of existing companies' investments. The development of Islamic insurance in Muslim countries is growing rapidly and continues to experience good improvement and development, this will continue to experience continuous improvement and development.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of rice straw compost on the growth and production of mung bean (Phaseolus radiatus L). This study used a non-factorial randomized block design (RAK), namely the administration of rice straw compost (A) which consisted of 6 levels of treatment: A0 (0 g/polybag), A1 (10 g/polybag), A2 (20 g/ polybag), A3 (30 g/ polybag), A4 (40 g/ polybag), and A5 (50 g/ polybag). Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the rice straw compost treatment has a significant effect on all parameters of the observation of mung bean plants, with the best results found in the A4 treatment, namely the dose of rice straw compost 40 g/polybagt with a plant height of 56.22 cm, age of emergence flower 33.00 DAT, number of pods per plant 33.82 fruit and dry seed weight per plant 26.52 grams.]]>

<![CDATA[Palm oil processing is one of the determining factors for the success of an oil palm plantation business. This study is aimed to examine the palm oil processing industry at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas PKS 2 Ibul, Riau in 2020 where the subject of study is devoted to the palm oil processing system into CPO (Crude Palm Oil) and PKO (Palm Kernel Oil). The descriptive method is used in this study and data are taken through experiments, observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the processing of palm oil into CPO and PKO is processed to several stages and processes, namely weighing, grading and sorting, loading ramp, splitter, sterilizer, thresher, digester and press. PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas has carried out the processing of palm oil in accordance with standard operating procedure.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses legal protection for victims of sexual violence. The formulation of this research is: what is the form of legal protection for workers who are victims of sexual harassment cases and what are the legal consequences for perpetrators of sexual harassment when viewed from the Labor Law and Criminal Law in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative research. The result of this research is that the legal protection of workers from acts of sexual harassment is regulated in various existing regulations, including those that directly provide protection are Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning manpower, Law no. 2 of 2004 concerning Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes and the Criminal Code, the procedure for resolving cases of sexual harassment in the workplace uses Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, namely by deliberation, negotiation, if there is no agreement then the last step is to file a claim for layoffs.]]>

Bagaimanakah Tinjauan Yuridis Pengaturan pencegahan dan pengendalian Virus Covid 19 di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, 2. Bagaimanakah bentuk kebijakan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Virus Covid 19 oleh Tim Gugus Tugas Covid 19 di Wilayah Hukum Indragiri Hilir. Pendekatan Penelitian Normatif, menjadi pilihan dalam jenis penelitian karya ilmiah ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara menyebar kuisioner dengan menggunakan google form serta data hasil kuisioner diolah dengan metode SPSS. Pada penelitian ini peneliti hanya mengambil sampel sebanyak 114 responden. Hasil uji T menunjukkan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen.]]>
