Dharmawangsa International Journal of The Social Sciences, Education and Humanities is a journal published by the Research Institute of Dharawangsa University, Medan. This journal is published periodically three times a year, namely in March, August and November. Articles published in this journal are articles that examine the fields of social science, law, economics, sociology, education, and Humanities. both in the form of conceptual, research findings, books and biographies of figures. The languages used in this journal are English and Arabic. Without reducing scientific weight, this journal accepts written contributions that have never been published in other print media. All articles that enter will go through a peer-review process after fulfilling the requirements according to scientific article writing guidelines.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know, explain and interpret how the implementation of Islamic Counseling in Smp Swasta Panca Budi Medan starts from program planning, organizing, implementation and supervision and explaining supporting factors and inhibition of the program. This type of research used in this dissertation uses qualitative research. The primary data is data collected through interviews with the Principal of SMP Panca Budi, Vice Principals, Counseling Guidance Teachers, homeroom teachers, parents of students, and students of Panca Budi Private Junior High School. The secondary data is supporting data, such as references relevant to the topics being researched both from books and journals of relevant research results. The implementation of Islamic Counseling at Smp Swasta Panca Budi Medan has been well implemented by the principal of SMP Panca Budi. The first step is to plan the Implementation of Islamic Counseling which includes the preparation of programs, implementors, budgets, places, and others. The next step is to organize the Implementation of Islamic Counseling at Smp Swasta Panca Budi Medan by appointing Islamic counseling guidance teachers as implementers, and homeroom teachers, and another field of study teachers who participated in the successful implementation of Islamic counseling guidance at SMP Panca Budi Medan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the use of multi-media in learning Islamic Cultural History at the State Madrasah Aliyah Kota Tebing Tinggi. This research is located in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN), Tebing Tinggi City, which is located at Jalan Baja, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City. The method approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This type of qualitative descriptive research displays the results of the data as they are without the process of manipulation or treatment from others which is carried out using triangulation data collection techniques, namely through observation, interviews, and documentation studies.  From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of multi media in learning Islamic Cultural History in Tebing Tinggi City MAN has been applied to the SKI subject. The basis for using multi-media is based on the need to assist teachers in providing knowledge about Islamic Cultural History. The main objective and task of the teacher is to transfer knowledge (transfer of knowledge). The process of using multi-media is done by presenting the subject matter in the form of a slide on Microsoft Power Point. In addition to using media in the form of laptops, teachers also use additional media such as videos, pictures, speakers, the internet and other media assistance. The purpose of usin g multi media in learning Islamic Cultural History is to make it easier for teachers to deliver subject matter to students. The obstacles to the use of multi-media in learning Islamic Cultural History are limited to the selection and use of media types. Meanwhile, the opportunity for using multi media is that there are several learning media facilities that have been provided by the madrasah. The response to the use of multi media in learning Islamic Cultural History can be seen from the attention of students in seeing and listening to explanations from the teacher regarding the subject matter carried out in the classroom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of picture card media on the visual-spatial ability of early childhood, (2) The effect of picture card media on the mathematical logic ability of early childhood, and (3) Differences in the effect of picture card media on visual spatial and mathematical logic abilities of early childhood. This research method is an experimental method, and this type of research is classroom action research which aims to see how far the influence of picture card media on visual spatial abilities and mathematical logic abilities of early childhood. All stages carried out in this classroom action research are actions that form a cycle which includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were all students in groups B1 and B2 aged 5-6 years Raudhatul Athfal Al-Muhajirin Medan Deli. The results of this study are (1) Picture card media has a significant effect on children's visual-spatial abilities. This can be seen from the increase in children's visual-spatial abilities by 79% which developed very well after using picture cards. (2) Picture card media has a significant effect on children's mathematical logic skills. This can be seen from the increase in children's mathematical logic skills by 88% which developed very well after using picture cards. (3) Based on the F test that has been carried out, the picture card media has an effect on the visual spatial ability and mathematical logic ability of children together by 77.4% and the remaining 22.6% (100-77, 4) influenced by other variables. Picture Card Media, Visual Spatial Ability, Mathematical Logic                     Ability.

Abstract

Therefore, attention to the improvement of teacher performance becomes important and becomes a necessity. Especially with the various developments of science and technology today, then a teacher is required to be able to adapt himself so that knowledge and skills given to students are not left behind by the development of science itself.       The study aimed to find out: (1) the relationship between the empowerment of subject teachers and teacher performance,   (2)  the relationship between achievement motivation and the performance of teacher teachers, and (3) the relationship between empowerment of teacher meetings. The population of this research is all teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Arafah Deli Serdang are 54 people.  The entire population is used as the research sample. The test requirement is done to test normality, linearity, and independence among independent variables. The data analysis technique used correlation and regression and simple correlation and regression and multiple correlation at significance level  = 0,05.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find out: (1) the different effect between colaborrative and competitive instructional strategy toward Islamic Education achievement, (2) the difference of the Islamic Education achievement between  student with high learning motivation and low learning motivation, and (3)  the interaction between instructional  strategy and learning motivation toward Islamic Education achievement. The instrument used to measure the Islamic Education achievement was a multiple choice test. The instrument used to measure the students’ learning motivation was questionnaire.  The normality test used Liliefors and the homogeneity test was Fisher test and Bartlett test. The data analysis technique was Analysis of Variance with two-way at the level of significance a = 0,05 followed by Scheffe test.  The research findings were: (1) on average the students’ Islamic Education achievement taught with colaborrative instructional strategy was = 28.14 which was higher than the average the  students’ Islamic Education achievement taught with competitive instructional strategy, which was = 27.07 with F count = 35.08 > Ftable = 3.96,  (2) on average the student’ Islamic Education achievement with high learning motivatione was = 29.91, which was higher than the student’ Islamic Education achievement with low learning motivation was = 26.05 with F count = 4.28 > F table = 3.96, and (3) there was an interaction between instructional strategy and learning motivation toward Islamic Education achievement with F count =  9,94 > F table= 3.96.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence with teacher achievement motivation at MTs Negeri Stabat Langkat Regency. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are: 1) Is there a relationship between interpersonal communication and teacher achievement motivation at MTs Negeri Stabat Kab. Depart? 2) Is there a relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher achievement motivation at MTs Negeri Stabat Kab. Depart? 3) Is there a relationship between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence with teacher achievement motivation at MTs Negeri Stabat, district. Depart? The type of research used is quantitative using a correlational approach, namely research that seeks to see the relationship between variables. The study population was all teachers of MTs Negeri Kab. Langkat numbered 41 people. Because the population is 41 people, the entire population is used as a research sample and is called total sampling. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression. After the research data were analyzed, the following results were obtained: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher interpersonal communication (X 1 ) and teacher achievement motivation (Y) at MTs Negeri Stabat with a strong correlation level at the correlation coefficient value of 0.717. Meanwhile, the value of the ridge strength that occurs between the two variables is 0.717 or 71.7%. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between teachers' emotional intelligence (X 2 ) and achievement motivation (Y) at MTs Negeri Stabat with a strong correlation level at the correlation coefficient value of 0.704. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.704 or 70.4%. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher interpersonal communication (X 1 ) and teacher emotional intelligence (X 2 ) with teacher achievement motivation (Y) at MTs Negeri Stabat at a correlation level of 0.717. Meanwhile, the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.717 or 71.7%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal communication and teachers' emotional intelligence with teacher achievement motivation at MTs Negeri Stabat Kab. Leave. This means that the higher the interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence of the teacher, the better the achievement motivation of the teacher.

Abstract

The object of administrative law is government power (bestuur; Verwaltung). State Administrative Law in the implementation of public services, the government often uses authority not by what is regulated in the law it violates human rights. Therefore, on the other hand, the function of state administrative law in creating good and authoritative governance is needed, including normative functions, instrumental functions, and legal guarantee functions, all three of which are part of the implementation to create a clean government, by the principles of state law. About the concept of good governance, state administrative law functions to protect human rights. The government carries out activities by applicable regulations or based on the principle of legality so that it will not lead to inappropriate service behavior which is an administrative mall act that is detrimental to people who want to obtain public services. This paper wants to analyze the correlation between state administrative law and human rights, aiming to see how the function of public services to implement good governance is good governance and forms of violations of public administration which are forms of human rights violations in the implementation of public services. The research method uses a normative juridical approach. This study concludes that efforts to implement good governance will be carried out if good governance can be implemented properly as well. Good governance will be born from a clean government, transparency, and accountability and it is undeniable that there are still various human rights violations in the implementation of public administration. Abstract

Cultivating spiritual values in the subject of aqidah akhlak (Asmaul Husna) in Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Maksum Stabat students. This study aims to etermine (1) What are the spiritual values contained in Aqidah Akhlak lessons at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Maksum Stabat. (2) How is the process of internalizing spiritual values in learning Aqidah Akhlak at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Maksum Stabat. (3) What is the teacher's perception of supporting and inhibiting factors in instilling spiritual values through learning Aqidah Akhlak at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Maksum Stabat. The research material was the religion teacher in the field of aqidah akhlak study who was the sample of class X students at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Maksum Stabat.This type of research is qualitative, with descriptive analysis. Data collection tools using interviews, observation, documentation. Analyzing the researcher using two stages, namely data processing and data analysis, in terms of analyzing the data the researcher also uses two methods, namely pre-field analysis and field analysis of the two methods, conclusions can be drawn from the results of the research conducted.The results showed that the spiritual values in the subject of aqidah morals in the material of Asmaul Husna are the value of faith (Tauhid), the value of piety (worship), and the value of morals. The process of inculcating spiritual values carried out by teachers of aqidah akhlak subject in teaching to students is carried out by means of habituation. Factors that support the implementation of learning aqidah akhlak start from what is in the teacher itself.The most supportive factor in this activity is the teacher's strategy and approach to students, then other supporting factors are also inseparable from a good play environment and the most important support from parents. While the inhibiting factors are students who do not obey the rules that have been made, then the implementation time is not right, and the most important thing is the support of parents to take control of their children at home.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The relationship between students' perceptionsof pedagogical competence and student fiqh learning outcomes, (2) Therelationship between teacher performance and student fiqh learning outcomes,(3) The relationship between students' perceptions of pedagogical competenceand teacher performance with student learning outcomes. learn fiqh students.This type of quantitative research with correlation research methods. Thepopulation is 107 students with a sample of 36 students taken by randomsampling technique. The data collection technique used is a non-test technique.The non-test technique, namely a questionnaire, was used to collect data onstudent perceptions of pedagogical competence and teacher performancevariables. While the variable of student fiqh learning outcomes through theresults of learning evaluation. The data analysis technique used is correlationand regression. The research results show: (1) there is a positive and significantcontribution between competencies pedagogy with student learning outcomesMTs. Al-Washliyah Percut Sei Tuan, (2) there is a positive and significantcontribution between teacher performance with student learning outcomes MTs.Al-Washliyah Percut Sei Tuan, and (3) there is a positive and significantcontribution together between pedagogical competence and teacher performance with learning outcomes students of MTs.
