Dharmawangsa International Journal of The Social Sciences, Education and Humanities is a journal published by the Research Institute of Dharawangsa University, Medan. This journal is published periodically three times a year, namely in March, August and November. Articles published in this journal are articles that examine the fields of social science, law, economics, sociology, education, and Humanities. both in the form of conceptual, research findings, books and biographies of figures. The languages used in this journal are English and Arabic. Without reducing scientific weight, this journal accepts written contributions that have never been published in other print media. All articles that enter will go through a peer-review process after fulfilling the requirements according to scientific article writing guidelines.

Abstract

The moral development material for the Salafiyah dayah in North Aceh Regency is in the form of turats (bald books) written by various scholars from the Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah circles, starting from Tambih al-Ghafilin, Taisir al-Khalaq, Ta'lim al-Muta' scholars, Muraqi al-Ubudiyyah, Siraj al-Thalibin, Syarah al-Hikam and Ihya Ulum al-Din. The content of moral development material includes: 1) Morals towards Allah swt., in carrying out monotheism, worship, and reading the Koran. 2) Morals with fellow humans which include morals towards both parents, teachers, fellow students and the opposite sex. 3) Morals with the environment which includes morals towards animals and plants.Keywords: Moral of Thalabah, Dayah Salafiyah

Abstract

The results of this study revealed thatinclusive education planning in MAN 3 Medan was carried out by involving teachers andother education personnel before the process of accepting new students. Theimplementation of inclusive education in MAN 3 Medan has been running wheremadrasa receive students with special needs and provide adequate education services.Evaluation of inclusive education in MAN 3 Medan includes evaluation of context,input, process and results. Based on the results of this study, it is deemed necessary tomake policies on inclusive education and assist madrasas in implementing it.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for developing the quality of graduates based on soft skills, which includes planning a strategy for developing the quality of graduates, organizing a strategy for developing the quality of graduates, implementing a strategy for developing the quality of graduates, and monitoring the strategy for developing quality graduates. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques, data analysis and data validity testing using triangulation. Abstract

The research study aims to identify and describe: (1) the effect of implementing learning strategies on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students at SMP Negeri 4 Medan, (2) the influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students at SMP Negeri 4 Medan, and (3) interaction. between learning strategies and learning motivation on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students of SMP Negeri 4 Medan. The population was all students of class VII SMPN 4 Medan consisting of 11 classes. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The data collection instruments were questionnaires and tests. Testing for normality using Liliefors and homogeneity testing using Fisher and Bartlett. The data analysis technique is a two-way analysis of variance at α = 0.05 .The results showed: (1) there is an effect of the application of learning strategies on learning outcomes of learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education, this is evident from the results of statistical tests which show Fcount = 4.35 > Ftable 3.96, (2) there is an effect of learning motivation on the results. learning Islamic Religious Education, this is evident from statistical testing which shows Fcount = 5.14 > Ftable 3.96, and (3) there is an interaction between learning strategies and learning motivation, this is evident from statistical testing which shows Fcount = 104.36 > Ftable 3,96.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development. MSMEs play a role in economic growth and employment as well as in the distribution of development results. The objectives of the study are: (1) To identify the potential of the area in Celawan Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province, and (2) Formulate the MSME strategy and development program in Celawan Village. Data collection techniques used are using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation study. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The benefit of this idea is expected to be able to help the community, government, researchers and academics in planning the latest programs that contribute greatly to the State. Therefore, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the local local economy in driving economic activity to the international level. In the framework of implementing, planning, empowering, and developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regulations from the government that are needed to provide opportunities for developing MSMEs in rural areas including improvement of facilities and infrastructure, banking access, human resource development, Business Network Development, Marketing and Business Partnership and better economic climate improvement to support the existence of the community facing economic competition in the midst of global markets

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) 1. To find out how a teacher's strategy is in instilling moral values in the 4.0 industrial revolution era in MIS Chairul Bariyyah students, (2) To find out the application process carried out by the teacher in instilling the moral values of MIS Chairul Bariyyah students to become better in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, and (3) 3. To find out the results of inculcating moral values in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in MIS Chairul Bariyyah students. Research findings show: (1) The teacher's strategy in instilling moral values at MIS Chairul Bariyyah Sei Semayang Sunggal is through the uswah or exemplary method, the habituation method, the hiwar or conversation method and the advice and motivation method, (2) Instilling the moral values of students at MIS Chairul Bariyyah Sei Semayang Sunggal, namely the implementation of morality towards God, the implementation of morality towards oneself, the application of morality to the family, the application of morality to society and the application of morality to the environment, and (3) According to the observations I have made during my research at MIS Chairul Bariyyah Sei Semayang Sunggal that inculcating moral values in students can fortify and change students' morals for the better. So that students can think independently and can distinguish between good deeds and bad deeds. To instill good moral values in students, religious activities are needed as explained in the discussion of the research above, namely greeting and kissing the teacher's hand, reading the Koran and memorizing short suras, praying in congregation, reading prayers before studying and other activities. other.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the programs of the head of the madrasah, the condition of the existing teachers in school, and the strategies used by the head of the madrasah to improve the competence of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al Washliyah, Johor Medan Building. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that uses observation, interview, and documentation study techniques to obtain data from research informants, namely: the principle of the Aliyah Al-Washliyah madrasah, administration, and 5 teachers at the madrasah aliyah Al-Washliyah, Johor Medan Building. This study uses data analysis techniques with the interactive analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model, with the main components of the analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification, and checking the validity of the data in this study including Credibility Test, Transferability Test, Dependency Test, and Test. Certainty. The findings in the research obtained are as follows: (1) Decision-making strategies improve teacher pedagogical and professional competence through a decision based on the results of selecting several alternative problems that have been determined for the achievement of madrasah goals. Making these decisions includes identifying problems, formulating problems, and selecting alternative decisions based on calculations and various aspects that may arise. At the implementation or operational stage, the head of the madrasah as a leader must make many routine decisions to control activities following the plans and conditions in force. Whereas in the supervision stage, namely monitoring, checking, and evaluating the results of implementation is carried out to evaluate the implementation and decision making that have been made (2) programs of madrasah principals in improving teacher pedagogical and professional competence, including: Providing libraries, involving Workshop Teachers, supervision, giving awards, Personal Communication between Principals and Teachers, training, School Level MGMP Activities and Ministry of Religion coaching. (3) conditions of pedagogic and professional competence of teachers in madrasah al washliyah, building Johor Medan, including madrasah head and teacher teachers who are in good condition including teachers who have professional competence seen from all teachers who already have certification, appropriate qualifications and some already have S2 and continue to the next level have certification, appropriate academic qualifications and some already have S2 and continue to the next level.bThe results of the data analysis concluded: the implementation of Madrasah principals in improving pedagogical and professional competence in Madrasah Aliyah Al Washliyah, johor medan buildings were classified as successful because of the running of the program designed by the head of the madrasah, as well as the decision making of the head of the madrasah in implementing policies was successful by taking steps with attention ethics and discipline of school culture. conditions of academy qualifications, certification, training, are already in place. Even so, some shortcomings exist in the madrasah, such as the infrastructure is not very complete, but all of these are not an obstacle in carrying out the wheels of education in the school.

Abstract

This article analyzes the values of moral education which are implemented at STIT Al Hikmah Tebing Tinggi. This study uses a qualitative research method with the fonomena approach. Based on a review of the explanation of the article, it is found that the results of the study show that the values of moral education implemented in STIT Al Hikmah Tebing Tinggi are included in spiritual values, honest values in academic ethics and the value of tolerance for pluralism. These three values are the integrated moral education category in learning and academic services at STIT Al Hikmah Tebing Tinggi. The goal in fostering the values of moral education at STIT Al Hikmah Tebing Tinggi is to build a sense of kinship by hoping for the pleasure of Allah SWT. So that in doing work both obligations and helping others in the frame of diversity

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the MUI communication model in Medan in promoting halal certification emphasizes mass communication. The selected communication media include: Print media, such as: newspapers (newspapers), magazines, article writing, brochures. Electronic media, such as: TV and radio. Special events, such as: MTQ, Counselling and Bazaar, by opening a stand containing halal products. There are also obstacles and challenges in socializing halal certification. The inhibition is in the form of low participation of business actors (producers) of food, drugs, and cosmetics that register their products. Then, from the community itself it is still not careful enough to select halal products for consumption. While the challenge is still to find halal labels that do not originate from MUI, and forgery of halal labels.

Abstract

The objective of this research were to analyze: 1) The dynamics of educator in Modern Boarding School Daar Al Uluum Kisaran Asahan District, 2) The dynamics of students in Modern Boarding School Daar Al Uluum Kisaran Asahan District, 3) The dynamics of curriculum in Modern Boarding School Daar Al Uluum Kisaran Asahan District. The approach of this research was qualitative methods. The data obtained through interviews, observation and document. The Informant of this research was the Director of Islamic boarding school, Director Curriculum of Islamic boarding school, Director Administration of Islamic boarding school, headmaster of MTs, headmaster of MA, headmaster PKU, Adviser to the Asahan regency Indonesia islamic boarding school Majelis Ulama and others. The result of this research showed that: 1) The dynamic of educator in boarding school initially, the teaching staff at the boarding school were only buya or ummi who taught at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Madrasah Aliyah in 1979, but since the opening of the Madrasah Aliyah Religious program in 1999, the teaching force at this boarding school has continued to increase, and now the number of educators has reached 111 people. 2) The Students at the boarding school in the beginning of its establishment experienced an increase and the highest glory was 3000 students in 2000, in 2007 decreased by 1500 students, and now the number continues to decline 760 students. 3) There are three curricula used in this boarding school, namely the Tahfizh curriculum which is implemented using the tasmi’ and muraja’ah methods, while the National curriculum is a curriculum that is applied nationally throughout Indonesia such as  K.13 and the boarding school curriculum, which is all student activities for 24 hours at the boarding school, along with teaching classical books.
