Jurnal Pijar : Studi Manajemen dan Bisnis merupakan jurnal yang membahas ilmu di bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis, jurnal ini sebagai wadah untuk menuangkan hasil penelitian baik secara konseptual maupun teknis yang berkaitan dengan keilmuan manajemen dan bisnis. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation and work ability on employee performance at PT Pratama Abadi Indusy JX. The number of samples used in this study were 77 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test and multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that either partially or simultaneously compensation and work ability have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pratama Abadi Industry JX

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation variables on employee performance in the Lab sub-dept of PT. Pratama Abadi Industri JX both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 65 respondents. While the instrument quality testing techniques include validity and reliability tests. And data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and correlation, while for hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is no partially significant effect between transformational leadership on employee performance, but there is a partially significant effect between motivation on employee performance. While for the silmultan test there is a significant effect between transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance. Calculation of the coefficient of determination ( ) transformational leadership and motivation has an influence on employee performance of 51.2% and the remaining 48.8% is influenced by other factors. This analysis is only carried out at the Lab sub-dept and only two dimensions or variables are tested, it is expected that researchers who will conduct research in the future should expand the variables and measurement of research variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attractions and facilities on tourist satisfaction at Bojongkasih Dam, Cianjur Regency. This study uses an associative quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples with purposive sampling technique which has criteria as tourists visiting Bojongkasih Dam tourism. The instrument testing in this study used validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, used the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression analysis consisting of hypothesis testing (t test and F test). ) and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: (1) tourist attraction has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction, as evidenced by the t-count value of 9.967 and the coefficient of regresion has a positive value of 0.178; (2) facilities have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction, as evidenced by the t-count value of 24.065 and the coefficient of determination has a positive value of 0.270; and (3) tourist attraction and facilities have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction, as evidenced by the calculated F result of 314,318 with a significance of 0.000. (4) The magnitude of the influence of tourist attraction and facilities on tourist satisfaction with an adjusted R square value of 0.864 indicates that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 86.4% and the remaining 13.6% is explained by other variables outside the model. this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media content and social media sales promotion content on behavioral intention. This study uses an associative quantitative approach by using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples with a purposive sampling technique that has criteria as followers on Instagram @Kawaidollshop. The instrument testing in this study used validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, used the classical assumption test of normality test and multiple linear regression analysis consisting of hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and coefficient of determination analysis (R2). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Social media content has a positive effect on behavioral intention; (2) Social media sales promotion content has a positive effect on behavioral intention; and (3) Social media content and Social media sales promotion content have a positive effect on behavioral intention

Abstract

Turnover intention adalah tingkat karyawan yang memutuskan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan mereka karena berbagai faktor internal ataupun eksternal. Tingkat turnorver intention menjadi permasalahan yang harus diperhatikan oleh setiap perusahaan. Kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan menggunakan data-data yang relevan dengan topik penelitian ini yaitu: Kepuasan Kerja, Stress Kerja dan Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian literature review ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, stress kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention serta kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see companies that provide quality services and satisfaction, which can meet the level of customer interest, will be able to survive more because they create superior value than their competitors. One of the service industries that can apply this is the logistics service industry or the delivery of goods. The data collection method was carried out through descriptive qualitative research, in which an informant who was invited for an interview was expected to be able to produce an in-depth description of observable speech, writing, and/or behavior of an individual, group, community, or organization that was studied from the point of view of whole, comprehensive and holistic. Data analysis was performed with a percentage score from the ideal. The results of the study show that the customer is very satisfied with the J&T Express delivery service for the Cikembar Branch. This is in line with the statements of 40 respondents who answered with an average score of 77.50% and 81.42%, with good prices that are lower than competitors or from other delivery services. Price also causes high customer satisfaction on easy payment indicators, namely, by COD, transfers, paying on the spot, and credit for relationships.

Abstract

Investment is a way of putting in a certain amount of money in order to get profits in the future. Investment activity in the capital market is an economic activity that is in great demand by the public, which in its development is very vulnerable to macroeconomic conditions in general. Mutual funds are schemes to raise money from capital owners managed by a professional (investment manager) to invest in stocks. The profits that mutual fund investors get are the same as stock investments that they do themselves, namely dividends. Mutual funds can be an easy choice for novice investors who want to invest in stocks. Mutual funds are also the right choice for owners of large amounts of capital because they don't need to monitor them frequently and still have the opportunity to make a profit. Mutual fund investment can be an option for financial preparation in the future. This is recommended because mutual fund investment is a form of investment that has a promising return and is higher than other financial management such as deposits or gold.Keywords: investment, performance, mutual funds, capital market.

Abstract

Currently, economic development is experiencing an increase in high competitiveness, this is accompanied by increasingly sophisticated technological developments that provide many conveniences in the investment world. Technology has become a basic daily need of citizens, especially in generation Z. Generation Z is very dependent on technology, from waking up to going back to sleep. Generation Z is currently faced with a series of challenges which include limited financial resources as well as rising cost of living, the cost of living may increase due to following trends. Writing articles using descriptive methods, library research, library research is a method that is carried out by studying literature and writings that have a close relationship with the problem, as well as descriptive methods that are described directly through the text. Technological growth is an applicable thing, so technological growth greatly affects changes in economic, social and cultural activities. Technology has become a basic daily need of citizens, especially in generation Z. Generation Z is very dependent on technology, from waking up to sleeping again. Abstract

Pasar uang atau money market adalah tempat berkumpulnya pihak-pihak yang memiliki kelebihan harta dengan individu yang mengalami kekurangan harta. Sarananya adalah dengan menukarkan harta sementara, Secara teoritis, idiom pasar uang mencakup pasar berdasarkan kepentingan instrument jangka pendek dan pasar valuta asing. Pasar uang antarbank yang merupakan salah satu sarana penting untuk mendorong pengembangan pasar uang, yang didasari dengan kegiatan pinjam meminjam antara satu bank dengan bank lainnya dalam jangka waktu yang pendek. Pasar Uang Antar Bank Syariah (PUAS)/Islamic Inter Bank Money Market Instrumen keuangan dan dunia investasi antar bank memungkinkan bank surplus untuk menyalurkan dana ke bank defisit, sehingga mempertahankan pendanaan dan likuiditas mekanisme yang diperlukan untuk mempromosikan stabilitas di sistem.
