Materials research include soil and sand media, microorganisms effektive-4 (EM4), cow manure, chicken manure, goat manure, sawdust sengon and teak, pine seedlings 30 days old.The tools used in this study are poly as a media, hoes, hand sprayer, sliding term, rulers, scales analytic, ovens, cameras and stationery. This study used a randomized block design (RGD) factorial with three replications consisting of two factors: factor 1 is a medium (M) M1 = sand, top soil, cow manure (1:1:1), M2 = sand, top soil, chicken manure (1:1:1), M3 = sand, top soil, sawdust sengon (1:1:1), M4 = top soil, sheep manure, teak sawdust (1:1:1) . The second factor EM4 solution concentration solution Eo = without EM, E1 = 5 ml / liter, E2 = 10 ml / liter, E3 = 15 ml / liter.The analysis showed an interaction range between the concentration of microorganisms effektive-4 and the planting medium to high range of pine seedlings at 14 DAP to 91 DAP, stem diameter at age 14 to 21. While the wet weight and dry weight is not an interaction.Solution concentration of microorganisms effektive-4 (EM4) 10 ml / liter (E2) and the planting medium sand: top soil: cow manure (M1) tend to produce the best treatment than the treatment (M3E2) and (M4E2).Key word : Concentration, solution Affektive, Microorganisme-4, Semai Pinus

Prototipe Sel Surya Berbahan Tembaga Oksida (Cuo) dan Seng Oksida (Zno) dengan Dielektrikum H2SO4Prototype Solar Cells Made of Copper Oxide (Cuo) and Zinc Oxide (ZnO) with dielectric H2SO4Diding Suhardi Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Fakultas TeknikUniversitas Muhammadiyah Malang Email : diding.suhardi@gmail.comABSTRACTOne of the potential energy available and interesting to develop solar or solar energy sources, using solar cells as a component of converting energy into electrical energy source is renewable. During these difficult community to buy solar cells because the price is still expensive, especially that made   from silicon, while the manufacturing technique is still not widely known. The high price of solar cells due to the difficulty of treating silica sand into silicon as the base material for solar cells require high technology. Then developed based thin film solar cells (thin film) technology and the price is still expensive.  Methods to be used in achieving these goals is descriptive exploratory descriptive analysis. By mimicking the workings of the process of electron-hole fotogenerasi in photocell which has been made   public, but was applied to the copper metal as a source of electrons and holes as a source of zinc metal, while the dielectric used to facilitate electron-hole moves from the surface to the anode and the negative pole to the cell solar. The interim results have been achieved is the electric current between 33 and 50 micro-amperes, with a voltage of 0.19 to 0.97 volts, this means that the Solar Cell can generate a power of 6.27 to 48.5 miliWatt to the size of 0.01 m2 or will generate electric power of 0.627 watts to 4.85 watts per m2.Keywords: Solar Cells; CuO; ZnO.ABSTRAKSalah satu energi potensial yang tersedia dan menarik untuk mengembangkan sumber energi surya atau solar, dengan menggunakan sel surya sebagai komponen mengubah energi menjadi sumber energi listrik terbarukan. Selama ini masyarakat sulit untuk membeli sel surya karena harganya yang masih mahal, terutama yang terbuat dari silikon, sedangkan teknik manufaktur masih belum diketahui secara luas. Tingginya harga sel surya karena sulitnya mengobati pasir silika menjadi silikon sebagai bahan dasar untuk sel surya membutuhkan teknologi tinggi. Kemudian dikembangkan berdasarkan solar sel lapisan tipis (thin film) teknologi dan harga masih mahal. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan-tujuan ini adalah deskriptif analisis deskriptif eksplorasi. Dengan meniru cara kerja proses elektron-lubang fotogenerasi di photocell yang telah diumumkan, namun diaplikasikan pada logam tembaga sebagai sumber elektron dan lubang sebagai sumber logam seng, sementara dielektrik yang digunakan untuk memfasilitasi elektron-lubang bergerak dari permukaan ke anoda dan kutub negatif ke solar cell. Hasil sementara telah dicapai adalah arus listrik antara 33 dan 50 mikro ampere, dengan tegangan 0,19-0,97 volt, ini berarti bahwa Solar Cell dapat menghasilkan kekuatan 6,27-48,5 miliWatt dengan ukuran 0,01 m2 atau akan menghasilkan tenaga listrik dari 0,627 watt untuk 4,85 watt per m2.Kata kunci: Sel Surya; CuO; ZnO.

Abstract

o simplify the planning process needs reinforcement in reinforced concrete structures in simplehouses, which meet the requirements of security and comfort, requires the calculation process byusing a formula that is long enough that perhaps could only be understood by an engineer in thefield of Civil Engineering. In this subprogram II will be built a Dimension Beam OptimizationProgram Child and Parent Beams in Neutron Numerical approach Moment Style, Style and StyleNormal latitude necessary to determine the need for reinforcement beams. By simply entering someform of data input length of the beam on the program this application will get installed on thereinforcement requirements for reinforced concrete structures along with their material needs onthe job for the House Story Concrete Simple. Peningkatan Produksi dan Mutu Benih Kedelai Varietas Hitam Unggul Nasional Sebagai Fungsi Jarak Tanam dan Pemberian Dosis Pupuk P.Improved Seed Production and Quality of Soybean Varieties Black National Excellence In Distance Function Planting Fertilizer Dosage and Administration P.Harun RasyidJurusan Agroteknologi, Fakultas Peternakan PertanianUniversitas Muhammadiyah MalangEmail : rasyidharun30@yahoo.co.idABSTRACTSoybeans grown in Indonesia generally is yellow-skinned varieties, while the black soybeans received less attention. In fact, black soybean varieties are superior to yellow varieties, both in terms of nutritional content. The results showed that (1) Plant height at harvest, seed weight per plant, number of branches, number of fertile nodes is determined jointly by the varieties, plant spacing and fertilizer P. (2) The weight of seeds per hectare, seed weight per hectare, the index , harvesting and crop seed yield percentage is determined jointly by the varieties with spacing. (3) Varieties Detam-1 with a spacing of 40 x 15 cm have the best seed production, ie 2430.94 kg / ha (2.4 tons / ha) . WhileCikurai varieties with a spacing of 40 x 30 cm has the lowest production. (4) The surface area of the seed seed, water absorbency seed, soybean seed coat thickness is determined jointly by the spacing of the fertilizer P. (5) The content of phosphorus is determined jointly by the varieties, plant spacing and fertilizer P. The glucose content determined shared between varieties and fertilizer P. (6) the fat content of each seed is determined by the variety and fertilizer P. the protein content is determined jointly by the varieties of seeds, plant spacing and fertilizer P. (7) variety Detam-1 with spacing of 40 x 30 cm and fertilizer P 162 kg / ha P2O5 has the best protein content compared with other combinations. (8) varieties Detam-1 has a production and seed quality is best, while Cikurai varieties have a low quality of seed production compared other varieties. (9) Improved plant spacing and fertilizer P will increase the production and quality of soybean seed.Keywords: Black soybean varieties, spacing, fertilizer P dosege, quality seeds Black Soybean VarietiesABSTRAKKedelai yang dibudidayakan di Indonesia umumnya adalah varietas berkulit kuning, sementara kedelai berkulit hitam kurang mendapat perhatian. Padahal, kedelai varietas hitam lebih unggul dibandingkan varietas kuning, baik dari sisi kandungan nutrisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tinggi tanaman saat panen, berat biji per tanaman , jumlah cabang, jumlah buku subur ditentukan bersama oleh varietas, jarak tanam, dan dosis pupuk P. (2) Berat biji per hektar , berat benih per hektar,indeks, umur panen dan  persentase rendemen benih  panen ditentukan bersama oleh varietas dengan jarak tanam . (3) Varietas Detam-1 dengan jarak tanam 40 x 15 cm memiliki produksi benih yang terbaik, yaitu 2430,94 kg/ha (2,4 ton/ha).Sedangkan varietas Cikurai dengan jarak tanam 40 x 30 cm  memiliki   produksi  terendah. (4) Luas permukaan benih benih, Daya serap air benih, tebal kulit benih kedelai ditentukan bersama oleh jarak tanam dengan dosis pupuk P. (5) Kandungan senyawa fosfor  ditentukan bersama oleh varietas, jarak tanam, dan dosis pupuk P. Sedangkan kandungan glukosa ditentukan bersama antara varietas dan dosis pupuk P.(6) Kandungan lemak benih masing-masing  ditentukan oleh varietas dan dosis pupuk P.  Sedangkan kandungan protein benih ditentukan bersama oleh  varietas, jarak tanam, dan dosis pupuk P.(7) Varietas Detam-1 dengan jarak tanam 40 x 30 cm dan dosis pupuk P 162 kg/ha P2O5 memiliki kandungan protein terbaik dibandingkan dengan kombinasi yang lain.(8) Varietas Detam-1 memiliki produksi dan mutu benih yang terbaik,  Sedangkan varietas Cikurai memiliki produksi mutu benih yang rendah dibandingkan varietas lain.(9) Peningkatan jarak tanam dan dosis pupuk P akan meningkatkan produksi dan mutu benih kedelai.Kata Kunci : Varietas kedelai Hitam, Jarak tanam, Dosis pupuk P, Mutu benih Kedelai Varietas Hitam

Abstract

Produktifitas merupakan kajian utama yang selalu diupayakan peningkatannya dalam industri apapun. Peningkatan produktifitas ekivalen dengan efisiensi produksi. Pada industri dengan tipe massal, peningkatan produktifitas salah satunya dapat diupayakan lewat aplikasi teori keseimbangan lintasan. Ada banyak algoritma keseimbangan lintasan, diantaranya Algoritma 'Helgeson-Birnie', Algoritma 'Moodie-Young', Algoritma 'Kilbridge-Wester', dan algoritma-algoritma lainnya. Masing-masing algoritma tentunya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam aplikasinya. Pada penelitian ini akan dibandingkan kinerja antara tiga algoritma keseimbangan lintasan yaitu Algoritma 'Helgeson Birnie', Algoritma 'Moodie Young', dan Algoritma 'Kilbridge Wester' dalam kaitannya dengan peningkatan produktifitas.  Penelitian dilakukan secara simulatif numerik dengan memunculkan berbagai kasus lini produksi yang berbeda-beda.             Berdasar kriteria tingkat efisiensi (line efficiency) dan tingkat keseimbangan (smoothing index), dihasilkan empat kesimpulan. Pertama, Algoritma Moodie Young cocok digunakan untuk precedence diagram yang berawal dari 1 atau banyak operasi terpisah namun menyatu dalam suatu elemen operasi dan diakhiri pada satu elemen operasi. Kedua, Algoritma Ranking Positional Weight cocok digunakan untuk precedence diagram yang dimulai dari satu operasi dan selanjutnya bercabang menjadi dua atau lebih dan selanjutnya diakhiri pada lebih dari satu operasi. Ketiga, tidak ada suatu precedence diagram spesifik yang cocok untuk algoritma Region Approach. Keempat, tidak ada algoritma terbaik untuk precedence diagram berbentuk: satu jalur lurus; atau berawal dari satu atau banyak operasi mandiri, bertemu lalu bercabang, dan berakhir pada banyak elemen operasi; atau berawal dari satu operasi bercabang, bertemu lagi disatu elemen operasi, bercabang lagi, dan bersatu lagi serta berakhir pada satu elemen.

Keladi Tikusis believed to cure various diseases, especially cancer. Keladi Tikus contain ribosome inacting protein(RIP), antioxidants and substances antikurkumin (Yayat, 2008). Presumably this is an antioxidantcompound that causes taro potential in curing mice of cancer. In research conducted solvent extractionof ethyl acetate, ethanol and hexane to obtain the yield and antioxidant activity test. To determine thestability of antioxidants is heating, irradiation and oxidation of design used randomized block design(RAK) factorial. Research results indicate that the water content of tubers of taro flour rat that is10.74%. Sucrose content 0.38% hexane, ethyl acetate extract 0.65% and 1.63% ethanol extract.Taro extract the most active mice obtained from the ethanol extract and its active compounds areflavonoids. Old heating, sunshine and light significantly affected the stability of antioxidant activity.The highest damage occurred in pengeruh pemaasan and then the sun light is very small while theeffect on antioxidant activity declined.Key words : keladi tikus, extraction, stability antioxidants

Abstract

Consumption of wheat flour in our country from year to year continue to increase. Ironicallyuntil now wheat flour as raw material still completely imports. In 2007 imports of wheat has reached4.4 million tons. So for those reasons, it is necessary to substitution of wheat flour with other flourof tubers are widely planted by our society. One source of potential tubers is starch that can beprocessed into starch. The major problem of tapioca flour has no gluten so is relatively difficult toexpand. For those reasons, need modification of starch.The general objective of this research is to find a method of starch synthesis of lactate byphysical and chemical characteristics of wheat flour-like characteristics. The specific objective ofthis research is to improve the physical and chemical characteristics of starch so that it hascharacteristics that resemble the characteristics of wheat flour. The results showed that thefermentation for 12 hours to 60 hours of power a real influence on the development of the flourproduced kasava. Additionally, improvement of physical and chemical properties of flour kasavaresult of natural fermentation treatment. This allows a variety of products can be made using rawmaterials from kasava flour fermentation. While the cake flour produced from the fermentationkasava not much different from the cakes made from flour or it can be said nearly matching thequality of wheat flour.
