Abstract

The objectives set in this study are: (1) To find out how the implementation of strategic management in MAN 1 Banyuwangi in the 2018/2019 academic year; (2) To find out how the quality of education in MAN 1 Banyuwangi in the 2018/2019 study year; (3) To find out what factors can improve the quality of education in MAN 1 Banyuwangi; (4) To find out how the right strategy is applied in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Banyuwangi. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using SWOT analysis and interactive three models, while the data validity techniques using triangulation. The results of his research: Implementation of Strategy in MAN 1 Banyuwangi: Implementation of activities involves internal and external stakeholders so as to create a sense of kinship, evaluation in accordance with the basic competencies of all subjects so that 87% MAN 1 Banyuwangi output is widely accepted in several Indonesian PTNs. While developing the quality of education: Selective in recruiting students, the existence of Sarpras Innovations outside SNP Improvement of human resource educators and education personnel with training by the Ministry of Religion. The strategy was formulated to improve the quality of education in MAN 1 Banyuwangi: There is a need for the totality of madrasa managers in fostering self-awareness of educators and educators in every activity that is nuanced in a religious environment.

Abstract

This study aims to: Determine the Implementation of the Standards of Quality Education in Junior Kosgoro Sragi Songgon Banyuwangi Learning Year 2018/2019. This study uses qualitative research with the technical analysis interactive model of Miles & Huberman. Key informant principal, Wks. Curriculum, Wks. Student, Wks. Sapras, Treasurer. For Teachers, Students, and Community as supporting data. After getting the data and carry out the analysis, it was found that the implementation of the Standards of Quality Education in Junior Kosgoro Sragi Songgon Banyuwangi Year 2018/2019 Ideal Learning accordance with National Education Standards set by regulation and is developed by BSNP.

Abstract

The objectives set in this study are: (1) To find out how the principal's strategy in realizing religious culture in SMK Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019 academic year; (2) to find out how the efforts made by school principals in realizing religious culture in SMK Darussalam Blokagung TegalsariBanyuwangi 2018/2019 academic year; (3) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of school principals in realizing religious culture in SMK Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi in the 2018/2019 academic year; This study uses descriptive qualitative, data analysis using SWOT analysis and data validity techniques using triangulation. The results of his research are that The principal's strategy in realizing religious culture in SMK Darussalam Blokagung includes: (1) Educators and education personnel prioritize pesantren graduates. (2) assisting in the reading of the names of students by educators and education staff. (3) diniyah activities for students who are not at the boarding school and are held once every 3 days with a duration of 60 minutes. (4) There is a need for advice on realizing religious culture by disciplining activities through journals or reports on each individual

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: 1). ICT-based management information system implementation, 2). the benefits of ICT-based management information systems. and 3). supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of a SIM. This study uses a qualitative data analysis with flow methods including 1). Data Reduction, 2). Data Presentation, and 3). Conclusion. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1). Implementation of Management Information Systems includes Data input, data handling, and Output processes; 2). Benefits of ICT-based SIM: Student guardians can find out the presence of vulnerable students through the fingerprint system via the SMS gateway. 3)) Supporting factors include: completeness of supporting tools, support from student guardians and cohesiveness of the stakeholders, and Enthusiastic students; and (b). Inhibiting factors: the absence of supporting tools to the guardian and the lack of liking for the tool and students are late in fingerprint

Abstract

The objectives in this study are: (1) Knowing the formal education recruitment system; (2) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in it; (3) Knowing the right strategy to be applied to the formal education teacher recruitment system which is located at the Darussalam Block Pondok pesantren foundation in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using SWOT analysis and data validity techniques using triangulation. The results of his research, the effectiveness of the formal education teacher recruitment system at the Darussalam Blockagung boarding school foundation include: (1) Teacher recruitment prioritizes students and alumni of the foundation as educators who fit the vision and mission of the foundation (2) Teacher recruitment is carried out centrally by the head of education and teaching (3) Submission of a temporary teacher decision letter for 2 years as a test of teacher loyalty at the foundation.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the strategy used by WKS. Public Relations SMK Darussalam to attract participation and provide understanding to the public that SMK Darussalam Blockagung in the current era of globalization. This research approach uses qualitative and descriptive types. Data collection techniques using a) observation, b) interview, c) documentation. While the analysis of the data used by researchers is 1) Data collection, 2) Data reduction, 3) Presentation of data, 4) Withdrawal of Conclusions / Verification, For the validity of the data using source data collection. The conclusion of this study is based on the results of the analysis of the findings in the field that 1) Promotion strategies carried out by WKS. public relations SMK Darussalam by distributing brochures, banners, then publications and socialization to the public, 2) WKS. Humans and its team have carried out their task quite effectively by evaluating activities that have not yet been carried out how the future solutions so that SMK Darussalam Blokagung can be better known by the public, 3) Factors that support the program activities include the establishment of harmonious communication between internal parties (all school members) with external parties (public or community) on the other hand the factors that hampered the promotion process of SMK Darussalam institutions include the lack of budget funds needed in the process of promoting institutions, human resources (HR) who are still young so there is still lack of experience.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To determine the application of management functions in MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Academic Year 2018/2019. 2) To find out the quality of the teaching staff at the MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Academic Year 2018/2019. 3) To find out whether there is an influence of the application of the management function to the improvement of the quality of the MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung educators in 2018/2019 Academic Year. 4) To find out how much influence the application of the management function to the improvement of the quality of the MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung teacher education year 2018/2019. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with data analysis using simple linear regression. After analyzing the data, it was found that (1) the application of management functions at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung was very good. (2) The quality of the teaching staff at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung is very good. (3) There is an effect of the application of management functions on improving the quality of MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung's teaching staff. (4) the influence of the application of management functions on improving the quality of MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung's teaching staff by 55.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: 1). marketing strategy Full Day Boarding School Sunan Ampel Bangorejo Banyuwangi, 2). interest in new students at Sunan Ampel Bangorejo Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School Full Day, and 3). the effect of the marketing strategy on the interests of the new students of the Sunan Ampel Bangorejo Banyuwangi Boarding School Full Day. As for sampling using the Slovin formula, this type of research is quantitative with questionnaire data collection methods, observation, documentation. Whereas the validity test uses the Product Moment formula, while the reliability test uses the Cronbach Alpha formula. Then for testing the hypothesis using the T-test and F test and for normality using the classic assumption test. The results of this study indicate, that 1). The marketing strategy of the Sunan Ampel Full Day boarding school is classified as good, 2). the interest of new students at the Sunan Ampel Full Day boarding school is quite good, 3). seen the percentage of the R Square value of 0.733, which means that the marketing strategy (X) has a considerable influence on the interests of new students (Y) of 73.3%, and the remaining 26.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Determine the facilities and infrastructure of the library of the Islamic Institute of Islam, BlokagungBanyuwangi; (2) Determine the reading interest of semester 2 students in the Islamic Education Management study program at the Darussalam Islamic Institute, BlokagungBanyuwangi; (3) Determine the influence of library facilities and infrastructure on the second-semester students' interest in reading Islamic Management of the Islamic Institute of Religion, BanyuwangiBlokagung. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The population of this research is the second-semester students of the Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Darussalam Institute of Religion BanyuwangiBlokagung, amounting to 90. After analyzing the data, it was found that: (1) the facilities and infrastructure of the AsaiSyafa'ah IAIDA BlockagungBanyuwangi are classified as good; (2) reading interest of semester 2 students of IAIDA Blokagung Islamic Education Management study program is quite good; (3) there is an influence of library facilities and infrastructure on the reading interest of semester 2 students in the Management of Islamic Education, Institut Islam Darussalam BlokagungBanyuwangi is 79.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1). to find out the implementation of the K-13 curriculum at SMK Darussalam Banyuwangi, 2) to find out the quality of education at SMK Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi; 3). to determine the effect of the implementation of the curriculum (K-13) on the quality of education in SMK Darussalam, Banyuwangi Blockagung. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using observations, questionnaires, and documentation for data collection techniques while the analysis uses simple linear regression. The population of this research is the teaching staff and educational staff of SMK Darussalam with 71 respondents as the actual sample. After analyzing that the results were found that the implementation of Curriculum K-13 (X) is very influential on the Education Quality of SMK Darussalam as evidenced by the results of data analysis of 60.2% while the remaining 39.8% by other variables.
