Abstract

The objectives set in this study are: (1) To find out the implementation of Sarpras standards in MAN 3 Banyuwangi; (2) To find out the factors that are the strengths and weaknesses in implementing the standard of education sarpras at MAN 3 Banyuwangi; (3) To find out what factors are the weaknesses in applying educational infrastructure standards in MAN 3 Banyuwangi; (3) To find out the right strategy to be applied in MAN 3 Banyuwangi. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using SWOT analysis and data validity techniques using triangulation. The results of his research: (1) Implementation of standard facilities and infrastructure at MAN 3 Banyuwangi, namely the suitability of facilities and infrastructure at the educational unit level MAN 3 Banyuwangi has 27 study groups. This is in accordance with the standards of Permendiknas Number 24 of 2007 which states that "one SMA / MA has a minimum of 3 study groups and a maximum of 27 study groups"; (2) Supporting factors that are owned are MAN 3 Banyuwangi (86%) facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the education unit so that it helps support the learning process (2) The supporting factor that becomes its strength is the innovation of facilities and infrastructure outside the SNP, opportunities come from government support in the form of APBN funds and new student enrollments are opportunities for the fulfillment of sarpras at MAN 3 Banyuwangi. While the inhibiting factor is weakness, there is still a joint laboratory for practicing biology, chemistry and physics subject matter, and the number of latrines that do not meet the ratio of the number of students. While the threats are the existence of a favorite school around MAN 3 Banyuwangi; (3) Infrastructure Strategy at MAN 3 Banyuwangi; always maintain the existence of madrasas, the need for a team of maintenance and control of sarpras. In addition, it is also necessary to complete the facilities, furniture and practical tools for the laboratory and provide a special place for each laboratory room.

Abstract

This study ain to determine the correlation of principal’s leadership style with work motivation of SMK Darussalam Teaschers in Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019 Academic Year. This research was in the from of a quantitative descriptive study, with a population of all members of the teaher council and secondary data. And use the validity test to obtain relevant and accurate data. The data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire, observation and documentation. By using data analysis techniques, prodect moment. And the last hypothesis testing to test the truth of a statement statistically and draw conclusions. Based on the discussion of the theory and the results of the analysis, discussion and interpretation results as well as some data from the field, the researcher can conclude the following: Based on the results of the questionnaire on variable X dan Y there is a significant correlation between the leadership style of the headmaster and the work motivation of teachers in SMK Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi in the 2018/2019 academic year of 0.667. this means that there is a strong relationship.

Abstract

This research is directed at 2 main points, namely: (1) How is the mahasantri recruitment system at the Ma’had Aly institution. (2) what factors hinder and support the mahasantri recruitment system at the institution. This study uses qualitative methods as for the reasons for the research using qualitative methods because in this study, the researcher is at the same time an instrument in collecting data on the mahasantri recruitment system, so that researchers have a very large method, because what happens during the research needs further elaboration in writing a report from the data obtained and the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) Mahasantri recruitment system through selection, turats polar tests held by the institution, this is what distinguishes it from other tertiary institutions. (2) The inhibiting and supporting factors in the recruitment of mahasantri is the difficulty in finding a mahasantri who is competent in terms of tafaqquh fiddin and able to read and understand polar text, while the supporting factor is the priority in this institution is the quality of student outcomes

Abstract

This researching aims to search the correlation of teacher’s work ethos with career development, where this research is correlational type to look for how the correlation between the two variables. The population in this researcing amounted to 34 people and the sampling technique used is a total census, so that a total of 34 teachers as respondents were sampled. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and product moment correlational analysis. This researching find that the correlation between career development with teacher’s work ethos is get 0.769. This result shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between teacher’s work ethos with career development of Darusalam Blokagung Senior High School included strong categories.

Abstract

This research is a study of the use of code mixing in K.H's lectures. Bahauddin Nursalim downloaded on YouTube. The background of this research is the lecture has an important role in presenting oral explanations to the audience both for the present or the future. Communities will easily accept ideas from those who are adept at speaking in a variety of ways by lecturers. The purpose of this research is to describe the form of code mixing, types of code mixing, and factors for the occurrence of language code mixing in K.H’s lectures. Bahauddin Nursalim. This type of research is qualitative. The subject of this research is the speech K.H. Bahauddin Nursalim, while the object of research is mixed language code used by K.H. Bahauddin Nursalim in the lecture. Data obtained by downloading videos from YouTube channel Serambi Narukan as many as five episodes. Data collection was carried out by listening methods followed by tapping techniques, competent free involve listening techniques and note taking techniques. The method of data analysis was carried out interactively including, (1) Data reduction, at this stage the researcher listened to K.H's lecture. Bahauddin Nursalim which has been downloaded from YouTube to collect data mixed language codes. (2) Presentation of data, i.e. in this study the data is presented in tabular form so that it is easy to understand, then the data is narrated. (3) Withdrawal of Conclusions, i.e. the data are inferred based on the research objectives in a descriptive form. The results showed that (1) The form of code mixing in K.H's lectures. Bahauddin Nursalim in the form of words, phrases and clauses. (2) the type of code mix used in K.H's lecture. bahauddin Nursalim in the form of mixed code in, mixed code out, and mixed code mixed. (3) Factors of code mixing in K.H.'s lecture Bahauddin Nursalim includes speakers and speech partners in relaxed situations, speakers to show their intelligence, and the need for foreign language expressions because there is no appropriate language equivalent in use

Abstract

This study examines the morphological interference of Javanese into Indonesian which is found in the speech in the soap opera Many Paths to Rhoma Level 2 in Indosiar. This study aims to (1) determine the form of Javanese Morphological Interference into Indonesian. (2) to determine the factors that cause the Morphological Interference of Javanese into Indonesian which is carried out in the speech in the soap opera, There are Many Paths to Rhoma Level 2 in Indosiar. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. The data were analyzed using the Matching method using the basic technique of Sorting the Determining Elements (PUP). The results of this study are in the form of Morphological Interference and the causes of Morphological Interference. The form of Morphological Interference contained in the speech on the soap opera Many Paths to Rhoma Level 2, namely in the form of Morphemic process interference and also Morphophonemic process interference. The factor that causes the Morphological Interference of Javanese into Indonesian in Speech in the soap opera Many Paths to Rhoma Level 2 is due to the habit of speakers using the first language.

Abstract

This study is to find out the result of “ The Use Of Student Talk in teaching speaking To The Advance Student Of Esada Course Darussalam 2020 ”. The subject of the research is the student of advance class 2020 that consists of 13 students. The researcher just focuses on the six students that have low speaking skill. These students are chosen based on their speaking skill score before the reseacher observes the class. The reseacher took score from the teacher assesment of the speaking final test. The research design used in this study is a classroom action research.and researcher use mix method to anaylisis data. The result of analysis shows that the implementation of the student talk technique increases those aspects. Based on the finding, the improvement of simple T-Test was conducted T value ( 6000 ) > T table ( 2,776 ). This shows that there are significant that the use of student talk was effected on advance student. The researcher recommends this student talk technique, because it is really useful to improve the student speaking skill.

Abstract

This experimental research was held at SMK Darussalam Blokagung. The author conducted research in two classes. The first class X KS 1 as a control class and the second class X AK 1 as an experimental class. The experimental class was taught to write descriptive text using image media, while the control class was taught to write descriptive text using the lecture method / worksheets. In analyzing the data, researchers used quantitative measurements to find the results. Where the research data collection techniques using tests. And the data analysis technique used the t-test hypothesis test. The results of the research that have been done are the value of the t count hypothesis test of 1,98 and the value of the t table of 1,67 it means, the value of t count is greater than t table. Thus, it shows the significance between picture media (X) on descriptive text writing (Y). Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is an effect of picture media on teaching writing descriptive text at X AK 1 SMK Darussalam Blokagung and it is suggested that using picture media can be used by teachers to improve students' ability in writing descriptive text. This can be applied in the teaching and learning process of English as a medium in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Textbooks are all forms of material used to assist teachers in carrying out teaching and learning activities in class. Educational material is the most important thing in the teaching and learning process and is a factor that affects the quality of education. The text book "Durus Al-Lughah" Juz 1 is a textbook written by Mahmud Yunus. This study aims to apply the textbook "Durus Al-Lughah" Juz 1 in class 1 of Sunan Ampel Full Day Junior High School in the development of Arabic language learning and the supporting factors in its use to develop Arabic learning. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the application of the textbook "Durus Al-Lughah" Juz 1 through planning, implementation and evaluation. In the lesson planning, the teacher has included learning materials in the curriculum and lesson plans. In implementing learning, Arabic teachers apply Arabic learning methods, strategies and media. Assessment is done through traditional observation, questions and discussion. The supporting factor in using the textbook "Durus Al-Lughah" Juz 1 in in class 1 of Sunan Ampel Full Day Junior High School is the existence of an Arabic language environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to implement the "Power Point" media and find out from these media the learning outcomes of Arabic in grade 1 SMA Al-Amiriyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. This research is directed at two main issues: 1) the use of PowerPoint as a learning medium for students, and 2) the level of impact and outcome of the "Power Point" media to determine student learning outcomes in Arabic. Researchers used quantitative research methods in this type of experimental research. The aim is to determine the effect of treatment on the experimental group and the control group. The population in this study were all grade I students of SMA MA Al-Amiriyah Blokagung Banyuwangi, with a total sample of 26 students. After analyzing the collected data, it was found that the influence of the "Power Point" media on the learning outcomes of Arabic class 1 MA Al-Amiriyah Blokagung Banyuwangi was 69.2%.
